다품종소량 생산관리정보시스템의 개발사례 (Development of production control information system for multi-product, small-lot-sized production)

  • A production control information system developed for multi-product, small-lot-sized production is presented. The system is composed of interrelated modules for production planning, shop floor control, and inventory/material management. The architecture of the system, functions of each module, and information processing procedures of each function are discussed.

  • CLSM은 다량의 산업부산물 및 폐기물을 안전하게 유효 활용할 수 있는 슬러리계의 되메움 재료이다. 본 연구에서는 FA 및 모래의 대체 재료로써 GBFS 및 FNS, GF의 적용가능성을 평가함은 물론 나아가 도로 및 노면 하부, 싱크홀 및 포토홀 등의 되메움 및 공동충전재로서의 현장적용을 위한 품질기준을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 선진외국 대비 재생자원의 유효 재활용을 향상시킴은 물론 국내에서의 CLSM 확대적용 및 보급을 위한 기초적인 자료로 제안하고자 하였다.

  • In this study, acrylate salt material of new chemical composition for injection grouting was prepared in the state of aqueous solution, and the chemical and physical properties of the material were investigated. The gelation time of the material was freely controllable through the control of added catalysts amount. As the viscosity of the material was very low (2∼3cps), its injection efficiency was expected to be very excellent. The variation of its viscosity plotted with the process of gelation revealed that the efficiency of its penetration into the ground soil was very excellent. The LD$\sub$50/ test on white mouse verified the toxicity of the material was very slight and substantially negligible. The grouting effect using the material was examined through field case histories.

Deformation Analysis of Micro-Sized Material Using Strain Gradient Plasticity

  • To reflect the size effect of material $(1\sim15{\mu}m)$ during plastic deformation of polycrystalline copper, a constitutive equation which includes the strain gradient plasticity theory and intrinsic material length model is coupled with the finite element analysis and applied to plane strain deformation problem. The method of least square has been used to calculate the strain gradient at each element during deformation and the effect of distributed force on the strain gradient is investigated as well. It shows when material size is less than the intrinsic material length $(1.54{\mu}m)$, its deformation behavior is quite different compared with that computed from the conventional plasticity. The generation of strain gradient is greatly suppressed, but it appears again as the material size increases. Results also reveal that the strain gradient leads to deformation hardening. The distributed force plays a role to amplify the strain gradient distribution.

  • It is important to control material flow in shipbuilding as it decides the productivity of production, cost and period of production. The weight of material in a big shipyard is even more one million tons. The results contained in this paper can provide the valuable information on the effect of reduction of cost and competitive power. The intention of this paper is to let ship builders pay attention to material flow. This paper refers to other manufacture's methods to improve their material flow and also give one example to show how to pursue to improve material flow in a shop. We have still lots of room to improve material flow.

운반하역기계의 사고발생 원인분석과 예방대책에 관한 연구 (A Study on Analysis of Accidents Cause and Prevention Policies for the Material Handling In Korea)

  • These days material handling accidents and injuries are some of the most common in the workplace. 20-45% of all occupational injuries is taken place in the area of material handling industry. The control and management of material handling activities can have a significant impact on the workforce safety and productivity in the manufacturing industry. This paper is to suggest effective countermeasures for reducing and protecting occupational accidents in the area of material handling industry. To do so, firstly, we found out the relationship between occpational accidents and business. Secondly, we are to analyse overall occupational accidents caused by material handling tools. Thirdly, we found out important factors of occupational accidents and injuries in the area of material handling industry by analysing 10 cases in detail, which have been occured from 1994 to 1997 in the workplace.

청소노동자 화학물질 노출 관리의 제도적 한계 고찰 - 물질안전보건자료 작성·제출 제외 조항을 중심으로 (A Study on the Institutional Limitations of Chemical Exposure Control for Cleaning Workers - Focusing on the Exclusion of Preparation and Submission of Material Safety Data Sheets)

  • Objectives: This study intends to review the impact on cleaning workers and suggest directions for improvement by reviewing the legal and institutional ways in which Article 86 Nos. 7 and 16 of the Enforcement Decree of the Occupational Safety and Health Act work on the maintenance and promotion of cleaning workers' health. Methods: The following laws and systems were reviewed and considered: First, the occupational safety and health legislation obligated or required to be applied to protect the health of cleaning workers; Second, the status of control of chemicals or mixtures used at cleaning sites through the Consumer Chemicals Product and Biocide Safety Control Act; Third, Control of consumer products according to foreign material safety data sheet related laws. Results: Legal and institutional measures necessary to protect the health of cleaning workers include the legal control of harmful substances to be controlled, work environment monitoring, and special health examinations. The application of the Consumer Chemicals Product and Biocide Safety Control Act does not satisfy the legal and practical level of health maintenance and promotion required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and the communication of chemical information is insufficient. Overseas, there are restrictions on the use of consumer products in the workplace without material safety data sheets. Conclusions: It is necessary to improve the system to ensure the health of workers handling consumer chemical products. The remaining laws and regulations exempted from the obligation to prepare material safety data sheets should be additionally reviewed.

  • Piezoelectric Transformer (PT) was emerged in device and material industry. PT has some advantages such as low profile and mechanical energy transfer with little electromagnetic interface (EMI). But, It is known that the maximum PT efficiency can be obtained when it operates near the resonant frequency of the PT. Also PT's resonant frequency moves according to the load conditions Therefore, As the operating frequency moves further from the resonant frequency, the PT efficiency decreases dramatically due to the increase of the circulating current.   • In this paper, an extended process model is proposed for the application of flexible belt grinding equipment as utilized in robotic grinding. The analytical and experimental results corresponding to grinding force, material removal rate (MRR) and contact area in the robotic grinding shows the difference between the conventional grinding and the flexible robotic grinding. The process model representing the relationship between the material removal and the normal force acting at the contact area has been applied to robotic programming and control. The application of the developed model in blade grinding demonstrates the effectiveness of proposed process model.
