저출산 가정의 출산율과 여성취업 경험 (An Analysis on the Fertility Rate and Women's Employment of Lower Fertility Household)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between fertility rate and the women's employment experience in household having one child, to observe the effects of related personal factor, family factor and social factor. The sample population included 276 married women in the reproductive ages(25$\~$45 years old) which are no additional pregnant or delivery after the first child birth. The major findings of the research are as follows: First, it shows some relevance between the plan of child birth and the experience of women for employment. Specially, the married women experiencing discontinuance of employment become to have a plan and motivation about the second child birth. Second, the motivations of child birth in woman of lower fertility household are related to her age, the existence of young child, and the education. Thirdly, as a result of Logit analysis, they have the plan to deliver additionally after first child birth in case of younger age and higher educational achievement than Master degree.

기혼취업남녀의 직장보육시설에 대한 요구 (Needs for the employer-supported day care service of the married man and women workers)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify the needs for the employer-supported day care service and to analyze the factors related to the needs for the day care service of the married employees. KLFI(1995)'s National data were used and three Logistic models and one Catmod model were employed to analyse the effects of the independent variables on the needs for the day care service. The results of this study were as follows: First, half of employed workers needed the employer-supported child care service. Second, they preferred the day care center near their residential area than in their work site. Third, according to their age, type of occupation, and their difficulties for the childcare and household work, employed men and women needs on site day care differently. Finally, their needs for the expenditure of duty care service differed by their age, sex, and occupation, and their levels of difficulties for the childcare and household work. These findings suggest that duty care service for the employed man and woman are supported diversely according to their needs and preferences.

기혼 취업여성의 우울 경로에 관한 연구 (A Study on Path of depression of Married Working Women)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 기혼 취업여성의 우울에 관한 인과적 관계를 규명하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 분석자료로는 제1차 서울시복지패널 조사자료를 이용하였으며, 서울시복지패널자료의 조사대상자 중 20~50대 기혼 취업여성 507명을 분석대상으로 선정하였고, 분석방법으로는 구조방정식 모형을 이용하였다. 분석결과, 기혼 취업여성의 성역할태도로부터 복리후생만족도와 결혼행복감을 거쳐서 우울에 완전매개효과 경로가 형성되었고, 복리후생만족도는 우울과 결혼행복감 간에 부분매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 기혼 취업여성의 우울을 해소하기 위한 방안을 제시해보면 우선, 기혼 취업여성의 우울은 우리 사회가 가사노동은 아직까지 여성의 역할로 간주하는 데에서 기인하는 바가 크므로 취업여성들이 일과 가족생활을 양립할 수 있도록 지원하고, 그러한 맥락에서 남성의 가사 및 육아참여를 유도할 수 있는 정책적 조치가 요구된다. 둘째, 기혼 취업여성이 전통주의 성역할 태도를 견지할수록 결혼행복감 및 복리후생만족도는 낮은 결과가 나타났음을 고려해 볼 때 우리 사회에 잔존하고 있는 전통주의적 성역할 가치관을 변화시킬 수 있는 복리후생제도 및 가족친화제도의 활성화 방안이 요구된다. 셋째, 기혼 취업여성의 우울에 큰 영향을 미치는 결혼행복감을 증진시키기 위해서는 부부 및 부모 교육을 포함한 가족서비스를 더욱 강화하는 방안을 모색하는 것이 필요하다.

  • Today in modern Korea, the preferred modern social role for many modern women is that of modern housewife. This move to the role of housewife is a change in more than just a role; it also reflects a deep and fundamental change that has taken place in the social and economic roles of married women. This shift in economic activities and the gender roles they help produce speaks of a deep and profound process of transformation for all of Korea. Traditionally, a woman was a member of a family premised upon group production as well as group consumption. The role of jubu is derived almost exclusively from market forces and bases her identity and actions upon those forces. This distinction is crucial because it means Korean women are finding that they are no longer as central to the existence of the family. Modern life situations have altered a womans role by making consumption, not production by the woman herself, the keystone of modern families.

첫인상 형성 상황에서의 이상적 여성상과 의복스타일 선호도 (The image of ideal woman and the preference of clothing in the situation of first impression formation)

  • This study tried to investigate whether characteristics of the perceiver and image of ideal woman made differences in the important factors for the selection clothing and the preference of clothing. A poll of 650 men & women between the ages of 20-39 living in Daegu was taken for this study. Factor analysis, cluster analysis, frequency, ANOVA-test, t-test, and $\chi$$^2$-test were implemented with the SPSS-package. The characteristics of clothing types used in this study included: sexy, masculine, feminine, dramatic, elegant-classic, and casual. The results were as follows. 1. In the situation of first impression formation, the characteristics of the perceiver made differences in the selection of clothing types. Women took self-satisfaction and fashion factors to be more important than men, so did persons in their 20s than 30s. And the unmarried took self-satisfaction factor to be more important than the married. 2. Men and women had different images of the ideal woman. Under special situations of first impression formation, such as, formal blind dates on the condition of marriage and casual blind dates, there were differences in clothing preference.

결혼이주여성의 가족상담 필요성 인식 관련 요인의 탐색 (Factors related to the Awareness for the Needs of Family Counseling for Married Immigrant Women)

  • 본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 가족상담 필요성 인식에 미치는 요인들을 파악함으로써, 결혼이주여성과 다문화가족을 위한 가족상담의 지원 방향을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 보건복지부에서 실시한 2010년도 전국다문화실태조사자료를 사용하여 결혼이주여성 총 58,072명을 대상으로, 사회인구학적 변인, 한국어 능력, 사회적 지지, 가족관계 만족도, 가족상담 경험 유무를 중심으로 가족상담 필요성 인식에 미치는 요인들을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 결혼이주여성은 가족상담에 대해 보통 수준으로 필요성을 인식하고 있었으며, 한국어 능력 수준도 중간 수준이었다. 사회적 지지원이 한국인, 모국인 모두 2명을 넘지 않았고, 배우자, 자녀, 시부모와의 관계에 대해서는 전반적으로 만족하고 있었다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성의 출신국가에 따른 가족상담 필요성 인식에 대한 차이가 나타났다. 조선족, 중국, 일본 출신의 여성들은 가족상담 필요성 인식이 낮았고, 베트남, 필리핀, 캄보디아 등 동남아 출신 여성들은 가족상담 필요성에 대한 인식이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 결혼이주여성들은 연령이 어리고, 본인의 학력이 높고, 배우자의 학력이 낮고, 결혼지속년수가 짧고, 자녀가 많고, 배우자 부모와 동거하고 있고, 스스로 배우자를 만나지 않았을 경우, 가족상담에 대한 필요성을 더 높게 인식하고 있었다. 또한, 한국어 능력이 낮고, 사회적 지지원으로 한국인의 수가 적고, 배우자와의 관계에 불만족하고, 자녀와의 관계에 만족하고, 상담에 대한 경험이 있는 경우 가족상담 필요성에 대한 인식이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

현대 여성의 검은색 의상 이미지에 관한 연구 (A Study on Image of Black Dress for Woman)

  • Since the ancient times, black has been the most valuable color. Also, it has played a more important role in a history of fashion than other colors. In general, black was regarded as a color of negative images. However, as people have recognized the aesthetic value of black color, they have expressed unique and various images of black through the medium of clothes. This studies on images of black dress for woman was based on reference to literatures and valid investigations. The images toward black clothing are categorized by study participants' perceptions according to age, marital status and education. The result was as followed. Dignity and modernity were the most frequently cited image of black dress among women followed by feminine, sorrow, sensuality, and abstinence. Age significantly affected the recognition of black dress images. Woman showed significant difference in recognizing dignity, modernity, sensuality, and sorrow in black dress according to their age. Woman more strongly recognize dignity and modernity in black dress when they are younger, while increasingly recognizing abstinence and sensuality in black dress as they become older. Marital status significantly affected woman's recognition of black dress. They showed meaningful difference in recognizing dignity, modernity, and abstinence in black color. In sum, single women recognized more easily dignity and modernity in black dress and less easily abstinence than married women. Women also showed the trend with relation to education level. In general, as women got higher education, they also increasingly recognized dignity and modernity in black dress.

기혼 여성의 부모 거주형태와 결혼행복감의 관련성 (Association between Parent Residence Type and Connubial Bliss in Married Woman)

  • 우리나라 기혼 여성의 부모 거주형태와 부부활동, 가족 부양인식 및 결혼행복감의 관련성을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 연구를 실시하였다. 여성가족패널(KLoWF)조사 6차년도(2015-2016) 자료를 활용하여 최종 2,120명의 기혼 여성을 선정하였으며, 부모 거주형태와 부부활동, 가족 부양인식 및 결혼행복감을 측정하였다. 단변량 결과, 인구사회학적 특성별 부모 거주형태와 부부활동, 가족 부양인식 및 결혼행복감은 유의한 차이가 있었다. 게다가 부모 거주형태가 근거리에 거주하거나 친정 부모나 시댁 부모 중 한쪽이라도 근거리에 거주하는 경우 부부활동을 자주하고 결혼행복감이 높은 경향이었으며 부모 세대와 동거하거나 근거리에 거주하는 경우 가족 부양인식이 호의적인 경향이었다. Sobel Test를 통해 유의성을 검정한 결과, 부모 거주형태에 따라 결혼행복감에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 부부활동 및 가족 부양인식에 간접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이상의 연구 결과는 보편화된 핵가족 사회에서 배우자 및 가족 구성원간의 유대관계를 향상시키는 정책적 계획 설계에 도움이 될 것이다.

관중숭불도에 나타난 16세기 복식연구 (A Study of Costumes in the Palace Painting Depicting the Worship of Buddha during the Reign of King Myungjong)

  • The costume style of the Chosun dynasty changed greatly after Imjinwaeran (the Japanese Invasion of Chosun Korea, 1592∼1598). Most of the extant costumes come from the late Chosun, but some costumes produced be-fore Imjinwaeran have been excavated, and in addition, information on these older constumes is contained in contemporary literature. Of especial value in the study of pre-Imjinwaeran Chosun constumes is a mid-sixteenth century palace painting depicting the worship of Buddha, a painting in the collection of the Ho-Am Art Museum in Seoul. The present study of costume during the middle Chosun dynasty focuses on this painting, and compares it with other contemporary palace paintings, and with other contemporary palace paintings, and with Nectar Ritual Paintings. The following conclusion were drawn : * Concerning woman's hair styles of the time, married women wore a large wig. Un-married women braided their hair, and then either let it fall down their back or wore it coiled on top of their head. * The major characteristic of woman's costumes was a ample, tube-like silhouette, with the ratio of the Jeogori(Korean woman's jacket) and skirt being one-to-one. * The style of Jeogori in the painting was like that of excavated remains. Some Jeogoris were simple (without decoration), while some Jeogoris were worn with red sashes. Here we can confirm the continuity of ancient Korean costumes with those of the sixteenth century * Although the skirt covered the ankles, it did not touch the ground. Because the breadth of the skirt was not wide, it seems to have been for ordinary use. Colors of skirts were mainly white or light blue. * All men in the painting wore a headdress. Ordinary men, not Buddhist monks, wore Bok-du (headstring), Chorip (straw hat), or Heuk-rip (black hat). In this painting, men wore a Heukrip which had a round Mojeong (crown). * The men wore sashes fastened around their waist to close their coats, which was different from the late Chosun, in which men bound their sashes around their chest. That gave a ration of the bodice of the coat to the length of the skirt of one-to-one, which was consistent with that of woman's clothing. * In this painting, we cannot see the Buddhist monk's headdress that appeared later in the Chosun, such as Gokkal (peaked hat), Songnak (nun's hat), and Gamtu (horsehair cap). These kinds of headdresses, which appeared in paintings from the seventeenth century, were worn widely inside or outside the home. Buddhist monks wore a light blue long coat, called Jangsam (Buddhist monk's robe) and wore Gasa (Buddhist monk's cope), a kind of ceremonial wrap, round their body. We can see that the Gasa was very splendid in the early years of the Chosun dynasty, a continuing tradition of Buddhist monk's costumes from the Koryo dynasty.

결혼이주여성의 사회통합을 위한 여가 활성화 정책 방안 (A Study on the Leisure Activation Policy Plan for Social Integration on Married Immigrant Women)

  • 이 연구는 사회적 문제가 되고 있는 다문화가정의 사회통합을 위한 대안으로 국내 결혼이주여성의 여가활성화 정책방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 유의할당추출법을 이용하여 다문화가족지원센터장과 교사, 사회복지계열과 여가학 분야 교수, 결혼이주여성 등 총 25명을 대상으로 결혼이주여성의 여가 활성화 방안에 대한 델파이 조사 및 AHP 분석을 실시한 결과 대분류는 정책 방향 수립, 참여 유도, 인식 개선, 프로그램 개선, 운영·시설개선, 행정적·제도적 지원 등 6항목으로 분류되었으며, 중분류는 13항목, 소분류는 37개 항목으로 분류되었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 제안한 여가활성화 정책 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사전조사를 통한 결혼이주여성의 실질적 요구 수렴 및 이를 토대로 한 체계적인 정책방향 수립, 둘째, 효과적 정책 추진을 위한 행정적·제도적 지원체계 구축, 셋째, 주변 시민 등의 인식 개선을 우선으로 하는 결혼이주여성의 여가활동에 대한 인식 개선, 넷째, 프로그램의 효율적 운영과 질적 다양화를 통한 프로그램 개선, 다섯째, 다문화 관련 시설 등의 운영·관리 개선, 여섯째, 경제적 지원 및 연계성 강화와 자녀 양육 지원 등을 통한 여가 참여 유도 등 6단계 정책 방안을 제안한다.
