Recently, the form of traditional families has been disintegrated due to low birthrate, aging, declining marriage, individualism, etc. In particular, the number of single households has increased due to the shift to a low-growth advanced economic structure, women's social participation, diversification of lifestyles, and so on. According to the National Statistical Office, the number of single households living alone by 2015 is estimated to be about 5,060,000 households, which is estimated to account for 34.3% of all households, which has greatly increased compared with about 660,000 (6.9%) in 1985. However, the housing market has not been able to respond to such social changes. Therefore, in this research, we presented a plan to visualize the public data of single household in Seoul city and prediction result of occupancy shape for the purpose of supporting decision making of single household consumers.
Using the 2017 and 2019 Survey on Immigrants' Living Conditions and Labour Force, we examine how the job training programs in Korea affect immigrants' labor market outcomes by applying the propensity score matching method. The results show that job training programs increase the probability of being employed by 6.4 percentage points and positively affect monthly wages. There is significant heterogeneity in the effects of job training effects across visa categories. For immigrants with work visas, the effect on the employment rate is relatively small, while the wage effect is considerably large. On the other hand, we do not find a positive wage effect for marriage migrants. Both the employment rate and the monthly wage increased through job training for permanent residents.

Most of the women in Korea are experiencing changes in their status as it is very difficult to re-access to the labor market due to life events ranging from marriage to re-employment. Therefore, in this study, a study was conducted in consideration of qualifications as a factor that can help women with career breaks in employment. As a data analysis method, exploratory data analysis (EDA), a statistical technique to find out structural characteristics, was used. Using the data of vocational training courses for women with career interruptions in Korea, we studied how much the acquisition of a certificate is helpful for employment.
This study examined the population movement of the young generation in accordance with the characteristics of housing market focusing on the housing problem of youth issues. Targeting 64 local governments in the seoul metropolitan area, the temporal range was decided as 2015. Setting up the rising population in 19-34 as a dependent variable, supposing that each age group shows different characteristics, it was divided into age groups in 19~34, 19~29, and 25~34. The population movement of the young generation in accordance with the characteristics of housing market was considered through the multiple regression analysis. In the results, the population movement of the young generation was influenced by the change in detached multi-family housing and the rate of housing supply. The increase of detached multi-family housing promoted the population inflow of the young generation while the population movement of the young generation was disturbed by the rising rate of housing supply. Also, when the local characteristics are not controlled, the young generation hesitates to enter the region where relatively high rent should be paid while the new housing supply focusing on apartment is hard to be selected by the young generation for residence because of the size and price. The population movement of the young generation looked quite different in each age group. The population inflow of the young generation in 19~29 was influenced when there were many officetels and non-apartments on top of detached multi-family housing. On the contrary, the population movement of the young generation in 25~34 was significantly influenced by the increase of the whole size of completed apartment area. Even though it was not the research subject of this study, among control variables, the financial independence and daily average number of get-on/off had effects on the movement of the young generation. It means that the housing type preferred by college students and social novices is different from the housing type preferred by the group with experiences in marriage and childbirth within the same young generation. Thus, it would be necessary to divide the purposes of policies for each subject when executing the youth housing policies.

In recent years, South Korean has made a globally acknowledged achievement in movie industry. In terms of Art, films produced in South Korea obtained lots of awards in international movie festivals; in the business field, Korean movies are swiftly occupying the Asian or even the world film market. Extraordinary films with good reputations and high box office records are frequently launched and induced to a trend, which then forms into a cultural phenomenon and attributes to an important, major force in the so-called "Hallyu" culture. This, in part, benefits from the massive support of Korean government's cultural policies, and is also a product of the high degree of cultural consciousness of Korean movie producers. The Korean cultures, customs, and the underlying cultural elements of the East, that are presented in these movies, satisfy the audience and appeal their fondness. The Princess and the Matchmaker is a South Korean period romantic comedy film directed by Hong Chang-pyo and starred Shim Eun-kyung and Lee Seung-gi. The movie was presented on Feb 28th, 2018. It tells a story of Seo Do-yoon, the most proficient saju (fortune-teller) expert of the Joseon Era who selected a husband for Princess Song-Hwa based on her "fortune eight letters" (specifically, the time, day, month and year of her and her husbands' birth, normally in eight letters), in a hope of alleviating the rage of people following years of drought, and thus to resolve a national crisis. This paper takes The Princess and the Matchmaker as an example, from the aspects of cultural state, system, behavior and mentality, to analyze the traditional customs such as "fortune eight letters", "marriage by match" and the cultural concepts behind these phenomena, in order to explore the ways and methods of traditional culture in the modern cultural and artistic form of film.

Recently people are trying to lead their life with meaning and value, and people are oriented to value consumption as the values they pursue can be realized through consumption. Consumer demand on value consumption had an effect on Korean wedding culture and 'value consumption wedding culture' which emphasizes the value of marriage, is on the rise as a new wedding custom. Accordingly, Korean wedding market is more segmented and diversified for individual customization to create value. Especially, wedding dress evidently reflects the tendency of value consumption as it gives special meaning for brides. As a result, suggestion and development of detailed design elements of wedding dress to meet the various needs of customers are needed. Therefore, this study has the purpose of investigating the required value of wedding dress aligned with the characteristics of value consumption wedding culture through in-depth interviews and how the intrinsic value of consumers is shown up to a particular design element through investigating on the relationships between design elements. In addition, the study provides a direction for specialized and high-valued wedding dress design development by suggesting wedding dress design aligned with the new trend based on the analysis of detailed design elements that reflects the value.
According to the research on the gender ratio of furniture design courses at universities, female students account for 70 to 80 percent of the total enrollments. Likewise, other design courses reveal the similar trend. Even though female students want to build up their career in the furniture design or related fields, the figure is not so high. There is a trend that many female designers tend to take time off or quite their jobs after their marriage for that reasons such as pregnancy, childbirth, the upbringing of children and so on. The study also shows that women with higher education feel more difficult to resume their careers after being left from economic activity for a long period; this results in the lower figure of women involved in the specialized jobs than men. In particular, the furniture companies avoid hiring old female designers because they believe that younger candidates are more capable of learning the latest style; therefore, it has become harder for the job seeks to win the competition in the job market. The data released by Statistics Korea in 2015 shows that there was the higher increase in female employees than the figure of the male workers, compared to the previous year. As it can be seen, female workforce was emerged as the new growth power; Nevertheless, the working environment and conditions haven't meet the demands from women despite the gradual rise of female job seekers inspired by their wish to achieve self-realization, gender equality. To conclude, this is to suggest the plans for the foundation and management of small-scale carpentry studios so that women, who have a degree in furniture design studies and wish to resume their careers after their long breaks, start their own carpentry studios so as to reach self-realization and feel satisfied with their work while earning their livelihoods.

The competition of construction market is keener, so construction companies are seeking the methods for improving the performance. Construction field organizations and managers should have an innovative behavior to improve the performance. However, construction field organizations and managers are negative to innovation because they are generally conservative. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the factors to influence the innovative behavior of building construction field managers. In this study, self-leadership, feedback seeking behavior and job involvement are selected the factors to influence the innovative behavior by literature reviewing. The results of correlation analysis showed that the behavior-focused strategies in self-leadership and the job involvement influence the innovative behavior of building construction field managers. In addition, the individual characteristics such as marriage, experience, position and type of employ influence the innovative behavior of their. This study is expected to help to improve the performance management system in construction field organizations.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the dietary life about Kimchi of the housewives. Self-administrated questionnaires were completed by 322 housewives in Wonju area. The results were as follows: In the point of housewives' domestic duties, over 50% of housewives took care of their domestic duties alone, and the rate who learned how to manage domestic duties from their mothers before marriage decreased as the age got younger. 77.6% of housewives responded that both man and woman could manage a dietary life at home in the future, and the rate of such response was higher as their educational careers were higher and they were younger. In the point of housewives' basic situation about Kimchi, the rate of housewives who knew how to prepare kimchi was high as they were older, and the holding rate of a refrigerator for Kimchi was high as much as 72.4%. In the point of preparation for Kimchi, the rate who made Kimchi by themselves was high, but the rate of preparing Kimchi by their parents for them was higher in the twenties. Frequency of making Kimchi, an amount or a kind of Kimchi were notably different according to housewives' age, a type of their family, the number of their family, and their having a job or not. Housewives' opinion of a market kimchi was that it was expensive, and not sanitary, and rate of purchasing Kimchi was also low. In the point of the prepartion method of Kimchi for the winter, the rate who gained Kimchi from their parents was higher as they lived in an apartment, and had a nuclear family, and had the lesser family members. In an amount of Kimchi prepared for the winter, 11∼22 heads were 23.9% and 21∼30 heads were 21.9%. In the point of the method preparing Kimchi in the future, 53.8% of housewives responded that they would make by themselves, and 28.0% answered they would prepare or purchase. 77.4% of housewives answered that they would teach how to make Kimchi to their children. In conclusion, in housewives of Wonju area, wanted to make Kimchi by themselves and wanted their children to learn how to make Kimchi.
This study is aimed both to reorient the Health net-works focused to Health Subcenters in times of development of local autonomy in Korea and to collect the fundamental data such as attitude and practice of the directors of Health Subcenter. The materials are collected from 134 out of 258 sampling directors of Health Subcenters with a questionaire by mailing(respond rate 51.9%). The major findings of this fundamental data are as follows. 1. Current average number of outpatients cared by a director of Health Subcenter is found to be 21.6. 2. The directors of Health Subcenter have little deducted hours for Public Health Programme. 3. Number of the Preventive Health Programme worked by a director of Health Subcenter is from 0 to 3. The most major group worked only 1 programme marked at 69.4%. 4. The directors of Health Subcenter express approval opinin marked at 80.2% that their qualification to appoint has to finish intern course. 5. The average diagnosis allowance a month is approximately twenty hundred thousand won. 6. Most of Health Subcenter(market at 94%) adopted a self-supporting account system. 7. The most complaining subject of directors of Health Subcenter is their working environment. The second complaining subject is governmental officier's interference. 8. The average number of outpatients cared by a director of Health Subcenter is found to be certain differentials by their marriage and the duration of employment. Some proposals of development on Health Subcenter based on the result of this research is as follows : 1. The reorganization on Health Subcenter under line of National Health Center Net-work 2. The psychological reorientation of directors of Health Sucenter and officers. 3. Autonomy management of Health Subcenter. 4. Reorientation of status on directors of Health Subcenter.
