장소마케팅 전략의 문화적 개념과 방법론에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Cultural Concept and Methodology of the Place Marketing Strategy)

  • 장소마케팅 전략은 도시문화의 발전이냐 혹은 파괴냐를 둘러싼 다양한 의미와 담론 및 실천들이 끊임없이 생성되고, 서로 부딪히며, 교섭하는 문화정치의 장이 될 수 있다. 따라서 장소마케팅 전략이 지니는 문화적 함의에 대한 명확한 이론적 이해가 필요하다. 그런 의미에서 이 논문은 장소마케팅 전략이 도시문화발전 전략으로서 자리매김하는데 필요한 개념과 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 공간의 문화정치학과 장소마케팅에 대한 문화정치적 관점을 살펴보았다. 다음으로 도시문화발전 전략으로서 장소마케팅의 문화적 의의를 도출하고, 장소마케팅 전략의 개념과 특성을 문화적인 관점에서 재구성하였다. 마지막으로 장소마케팅 전략 수립의 과정을 장소 전략과 마케팅 전략의 차원에서 정립하고, 마케팅믹스 요소(O_IPTCR)와 문화정치적 요소(SAUNE 요소)를 도출하여 장소마케팅 전략 수립의 방법론을 체계화하였다.

  • One of the first important strategic decisions when a starting an organic marketing initiative (OMI) is to plan the right strategy for distributing products. This decision depends to a large extent on whether the OMI has chosen a quality-premium product strategy or a price-quantity strategy. All distribution decisions interact strongly with other aspects of the marketing mix. Where and how a product is distributed objectives, its chosen strategy and the availability of human and capital resources. To select a market channel, frequent contact and discussions with possible partner are important. Generally, a distribution is made between the direct and indirect physical distribution of organic products to consumers. The longer the supply chain, the lower the chances that an OMI can steer the market through its own marketing measures and convince consumers through its own promotion activities. Generally speaking, the shorter the chain between OMI products and the final consumer, the less dependent the OMI will be on the success of other market actors. Direct selling activities to the retail or food industries also requires an OMI to undertake additional processing and marketing activities. For example, retailers often expect products to have been packed and labelled ready for sale. To conclude, distribution channels should be chosen in accordance with the product and price policy as well as the management capacity of the OMI.

중동 의약품시장 통상진출 전략에 대한연구: UAE 시장을 중심으로 (A Study on Trade Expansion Strategies to Middle East Pharmaceutical Market: Focused on the UAE Market)

  • 본 연구는 통상진출측면에서 UAE 의약품 시장의 점유율 확대 전략을 중심으로 시장세분화, 목표시장 결정, 제품 위치선정과 아울러 목표시장 내에서의 시장촉진 관리를 내용으로 문헌연구를 실시하였다. 기본적으로 STP전략과 Marketing Mix전략의 개념을 적용하여 본 연구의 실무적 시사점을 도출하였다. 우리나라 의약품산업은 국내의 다양한 제도적 제약으로 인한 국내시장 성장의 확대에 한계를 가지고 있다. 한편 UAE 의료산업은 지속적인 유가 상승에 따른 경기의 활성화와 정부의 적극적인 지원 정책으로 급성장하고 있다. UAE 정부는 의료시설 확충과 의료수준 향상을 위해 2014년 의료산업에 1600억 달러의 투자를 계획하고 있다. UAE의 의료부문은 각 에미리트별로 단독적인 규제 체제를 갖추고 있다. UAE는 해외 노동자 유입으로 높은 인구증가율을 보이고 있는데, 지난 30년 동안 UAE 거주인구는 약 7배가 증가했다. UAE 정부는 의료서비스 질을 개선하기 위해 민간부문과 공공기간의 파트너십(PPP) 체결을 장려하며 외국인 직접투자에도 규제가 없으므로 우리 기업으로서는 거대 다국적 기업과 무한 경쟁을 준비해야 하는 시점에서 이러한 분석결과는 의약품 수출활성화 측면의 환국의 비즈니스환경 분석과 UAE 시장에 대한 진출전략 측면에서 시사점을 도출하였다는 점에서 실학적 가치를 찾을 수 있다. 또한, 해외진출 활성화와 더불어 한국의 취약한 의약품 산업 개발을 위한 지속적인 전략 개발의 타당성을 확보해준다는 측면에서 학문적 의미가 있다.

  • Foci of this thesis arc an estimation of willingness to pay and an establishment of green marketing strategics for environment-friendly agricultural products(EFAR). Estimations of willingness to pay for grain, vegetables, fruit and processed food-stuffs arc respectively 20.6%, 20.2%, 19.3% and 17.2% higher than agricultural products produced by conventional farming method. And a green mark6ting mix for EFAP is as follows; Erst, a product strategy focuses on producing safe and high-quality foods by environment-friendly agriculture(EFA) to point to consumer’s health and desire for environmental preservation. Second, in a price strategy, the balance of three factors should be kept, namely the environmental value the true quality as food materials and the price of EFAP. Third, a place strategy is to reduce waste matters, resource and energy uses in marketing chain, and to simplify marketing channels. Also, it is necessary to choose the marketing channel for price discrimination. Fourth, a promotion strategy make use of programs that emphasize the multi-function of EFA.

럭셔리 브랜드 마케팅 믹스가 고객자산 형성에 미치는 영향 - 20~40대 럭셔리 브랜드 제품 소비자를 중심으로 - (The Effects of Luxury Brand Marketing Mix on the Formation of Customer Equity - Focusing on Luxury Brand's Product Consumers in 20~40's -)

  • This study identifies how the luxury brand marketing mix affects customer equity drivers and suggests intangible equity management strategies so that companies can make long-term profits through luxury brands based on empirical studies of Korean luxury consumers. The results of the study are as follows: First, this study classified the properties that use 8 key factors (product integrity, heritage, exclusivity, premium image, environment and consumption experience, premium price, luxury communication strategy, and brand signature). Second, it shows that product integrity and luxury communication strategy have a positive effect on all customer equity drivers, that brand signature has a positive effect on value equity and brand equity, and that premium price has a negative effect on relation equity. It is important to provide products and services equipped with high quality and luxurious designs based on excellent craftsmanship in order to establish brand equity and value equity. Brand identity needs to be maintained and unique brand signatures need to be developed based on the long history of luxury brands against a traditional backdrop. A diversified communication strategy improves brand recognition while playing a part in facilitating brand association and brand image. In order to improve relationship equity, actions such as a loyalty program to strengthen brand loyalty, need to be taken as well as measures to maintain and enhance customer trust through a reasonable price strategy.

외국인 환자 유치를 위한 지원 및 마케팅 방안: 서비스믹스를 활용한 브랜드 마케팅 (Government Support and Marketing for Medical Tourism: Brand Marketing Strategy utilizing Service Mix)

  • Medical tourism in Korea has been rapidly grown for last couple of years, based on exclusive support from Korean government. About 60,000 foreign patients received medial services in 2009, an initial stage of entering medical tourism business, and the number of foreign patients received medical services in Korea hiked to more than 266 thousands in 2014, which is showing 34.7% of annual average increase between 2009 and 2014. Diversification of target markets and service areas contributed on this remarkable growth. This paper describes current status of medical tourism in Korea as well as various supports from government for the growth of medical tourism. In addition, the paper presents approaches for brand marketing, by utilizing 7Ps, the marketing mix (a.k.a. service mix), in order to increase awareness and competitiveness of medical services of Korea in global market.

  • Recently Korean firms are increasingly interested in internet business while the number of internet users reaches more than 10 million in Korea. As e-commerce develop rapidly, customer-oriented marketing for online business becomes very important. The issues of how to achieve customer satisfaction in Internet business and how to plan a marketing strategy for online business faced managers of Internet business. Customer-satisfaction is much more important for internet business than for traditional offline 'brick and mortars'. Marketing activities need to be carried out on customer-orientation to achieve high level of customer satisfaction. This paper will discuss how to develop customer-oriented marketing for online business. It will specifically study the characteristics and success factors of internet business, differences between online marketing-mix strategy for e-business in view of customer-orientation. Finally it will suggest a future direction for online fashion business by applying the customer-oriented marketing of Internet business to the fashion business.

  • The purpose of this study is explore the changes of environment in terms of diffusion of EC and to present effective marketing strategies for Electronic Commerce Activation. This paper focuses on the customer management, Real-Time Responding, and market strategies in Electronic Commerce. EC(Electronic Commerce) that out of the evolution of Internet technology gets a corporation changes to survive in 21st century. So the corporation must set the strategy to fit a Internet focused society. This paper is focusing the analysing the difference between the e-marketing and traditional marketing and proposing the new strategical marketing mix. On the Electronic Commerce, the 6Cs of marketing - Contents, Community, Commerce, Connection, Communication, Customizing - are being played out quite differently than they normally are off-line. In conclusion, the change in Electronic Commerce environment results in (1) redefinition of customer group, (2) different marketing strategies to fit in Electronic Commerce environment, and (3) changes in customer management, promotion strategy, advertizing appeal.
