중국 진출 국내 패션 브랜드의 통합적 마케팅 커뮤니케이션(IMC) 전략 (The Integrated Marketing Communication(IMC) Strategy of Korean Fashion Brands Which Enter into Chinese Market)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the current situation of IMC strategies of Korean fashion brands which enter into Chinese market and to propose the efficient IMC strategies. Twenty Korean fashion brands which enter into Chinese market were selected and in-depth interviews with the managers were conducted. First, advertising is focused on magazines, and outdoor advertising, advertising in departments' magazines, distributing catalogs, and star marketing are performed in some cases. Brands often execute sales promotion activities such as price deduction, offering coupons, and presenting gifts. PR activities like events and sponsorship marketing which targets uncertain public or loyal customers are performed. PPL is conducted passively though it can be very effective. CRM is not operated systematically and customer management is conducted through tele-marketing and direct mail by shop managers. Web sites of brands have insufficient contents and are operated ineffectively. VMD follows brand's basic policy, but in cases of agents whose copyrights are transferred or branches which are place in areas where managing them is hard, shop managers operate their stores by themselves. Finally, because of socialistic consciousness, the perception about service of sales people is lacked.

한국 패션 브랜드 글로벌 마케팅 전략 -미국 진출 사례조사를 중심으로- (Global Marketing Strategies for Korean Fashion Brands -Focused on Companies Entered the US Market-)

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest the appropriate marketing strategies for Korean fashion companies wishing to enter the US market. In-depth-interview with documentary research were performed to investigate the seven Korean fashion companies launching in the US market as wholesalers or retailers. The interviews were executed from May to July 2007. The results of the study were summarized in accordance with Marketing Mix(4P's). In most cases, the brand targets are female customers of 20's to early 30's. The products carried by the companies are trendy with a tint of vintage and oriental feelings. The price ranges from middle to high level. Most brands are engaged in wholesaling through trade shows to sell the merchandise for department stores or specialty stores, but recently are trying to convert to retailing. Trade shows and show rooms are used as one of the promotion tools, but celebrity marketing has also been active for the promotions. Most companies suggested their superior qualities of the products as their strength, and the lack of experience and information as their weakness. Most companies forecast that the influence of FTA between Korea and the US may be limited because of Korea companies' overseas outsourcing system.

인접한 백화점간의 MD현황 비교분석 -서울시내 3개 지역 백화점을 중심으로- (An Analysis of Floor layout and Fashion Brands -Focused on Adjacent Department Stores within 3 Division-)

  • The first purpose of this study was to compare the fashion zones and fashion brands on the floors in small and medium volume department store with those of big department stores within adjacent trading area. The second purpose was to find out similarity and differentiation of near-by department stores. The third one was to propose the future fashion marketing strategies of the department stores. The methods used were references, internet, field observation, and interview in 2002. Eight department stores within adjacent trading area were classified and analysed In "Gangnam division", "Seocho division'. and "Youngdeungpo division". The results were as follows : Firstly, there was a low relationship between the degrees of brand equalization of each department store in the "Gangnam, Seocho. and Youngdeungpo division". Secondly, there was an alteration on the floor layout of each department store. It was layed out in a way that allowed for customers, who wanted to just purchase specific items, to go upstairs and look around several stores, which allowed for not only rise in the amount of sales but also offer the convenience of one stop shopping for the customers. Thirdly I proposed several marketing strategies such as lifestyle marketing, relationship marketing, and compile marketing which solves everyday life agenda. I also proposed the solution selling education to develop service education of salesperson. I finally proposed the overriding priority policy by sales record of each store.licy by sales record of each store.

  • Consumers' desire for beauty has become a driving force in the beauty service industry which was further developed through specialization and segmentation. Nail-care service, which is one of the beauty services, is showing rapid growth, and intense competition among salons has become apparent. Thus, service management method and marketing strategy are required for customer satisfaction. Therefore, in this study, we tried to classify the nail-care services on the basis of systematization and realization of its characteristics which are fundamental when developing management and marketing strategies. The subjects of this study were women in their 20s and above living in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon areas. As a result, the nail-care service factors are classified as "external environment" (interior, celebrity, newness), "internal environment" (equipment and products, cleanliness, and environment), "location" (location and transportation convenience), "reputation" (good reputation), "technician skill," "kindness," "relationship" (relationship, empathy, and affinity), and "price and discount." The consumer types of nail-care services were classified into three groups according to the degree of involvement of these concept systems. These results can be used as marketing basics and will be the basis for studying marketing strategies. However, the consideration of setting up a marketing strategy for each consumer type will be presented in a follow-up study.

韩·中博物馆文化商品营销比较研究 : 以国立中央博物馆和故宫博物院为中心 (A Comparative Study on the Marketing of Korean and Chinese Museum Cultural Products : Focused on the National Museum of Korea and the Palace Museum)

  • 博物馆文化商品在博物馆收益中逐渐占据重要部分, 因此, 在博物馆经营中, 文化商品营销的重要性日益增大。本研究通过对中国故宫博物院和韩国国立中央博物馆的文化商品营销战略进行比较分析, 来探索两国博物馆文化商品营销的发展方向。为此, 通过产品, 价格, 渠道, 促销等营销4P战略分析, 分析了韩国国立中央博物馆(以下称中博)和中国故宫博物馆(以下称故宫)的文化商品的差异。研究结果表明, 在产品(product)方面, 故宫重视与其他企业的合作战略, 但中博主要以"企划展文化商品"为中心, 将重点放在自身的商品开发上。价格(price)方面, 中博的文化商品比一般产品的价格定价要高。与此相反, 故宫的部分文化商品与市面上类似产品比较, 以相对低廉的价格出售。据分析, 这是因为不同的市场占有率而采取的战略。从渠道(place)方面来看, 故宫利用多种电商销售文化商品, 而中博则通过特定网站进行集中销售。另外, 故宫的线下卖场位于故宫正门出入口等位置, 但中博的线下文化商品店则设立在中博内部。在促销(promotion)方面, 故宫主要利用网络社交媒体营销战略, 而中博会每年通过公开招募活动收集人们各种各样的想法, 开发文化商品。本次研究通过中国故宫博物院和韩国国立中央博物馆的博物馆文化商品营销方式的比较, 对中国和韩国博物馆文化商品的发展具有新的启示意义。

효과적 마케팅 전략으로서 게이미피케이션 활용 사례 연구 (Case Study on Using Gamification as an Effective Marketing Strategy)

  • 스마트폰이 대중화되고 디지털 기술이 나날이 발전하는 환경에 따라 마케팅 전략에도 쌍방향 커뮤니케이션을 극대화한 새로운 개념이 나타나기 시작하였다. 그 중 대표적인 것이 고객의 흥미를 유발시켜 자발적 참여를 이끄는 게임을 접목한 게이미피케이션 마케팅 전략이다. 게이미피케이션은 게임(Game)과 ~화하다(~fication)의 합성어로, 다양한 분야에서 게임 형식을 적용한 마케팅 사례들이 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 하나의 트렌가 된 게이미피케이션 활용이 가지는 의미를 확인하고, 여러 사례에 나타난 게이미피케이션 기법과 요소들을 분석하여 효과적인 마케팅 전략으로서 게이미피케이션의 활용 방향성을 제시하고자 한다. 게이미피케이션은 기업의 마케팅 전략에 적극 활용되고 있으며 도전, 경쟁, 성취, 보상, 관계 등의 게이미피케이션 기법을 적용하고 있다. 사례분석 결과 마케팅에 활용되고 있는 게이미피케이션 기법은 공통적으로 확인되는 중요한 요소는 '성취'와 '보상'으로 나타났다. 이는 주어진 미션이나 과제를 해결하면서 획득하게 되는 다양한 상품과 혜택 등을 게임적인 요소로 흥미를 이끌어내어 자발적으로 참여하게 만들고 몰입상태로 유도하여 소비를 촉진하는 효과적인 전략임을 확인하였다.

한식 레스토랑의 마케팅 믹스 전략이 지각된 가치와 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Marketing Mix Strategies on Perceived Value and Loyalty in Korean Restaurants)

  • 본 연구는 외식산업의 끊임없는 변화와 이러한 변화에 적응하기 위해 식생활이 다양하고 복잡하게 진화되며, 외식의 형태도 빠르게 바뀌고 있는 현실에서 한식 레스토랑의 마케팅 믹스 전략이 지각된 가치와 충성도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적을 갖는다. 이에 서울지역 소재 한식 레스토랑 이용고객 총 300명을 대상으로 2013년 6월 11일부터 30일까지 설문조사하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 한식 레스토랑 마케팅 믹스 전략이 지각된 가치에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 서비스 경험, 가격, 점포이미지가 지각된 가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한식 레스토랑 마케팅 믹스 전략이 충성도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 가격, 광고, 점포이미지가 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지각된 가치가 충성도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과 한식 레스토랑의 마케팅 믹스 전략으로 서비스 경험, 가격, 점포이미지가 지각된 가치에 영향을 미치고, 가격, 광고, 점포이미지가 충성도에 영향을 미침과 동시에 지각된 가치 또한 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타내 이들 변수의 한식 레스토랑에서의 마케팅 믹스 전략으로 매우 유용한 변수임을 시사해 주었다.

중소기업 디지털 마케팅을 위한 영상 콘텐츠 유형 연구 (Types of Video Content for SMEs' Digital Marketing)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업이 뉴미디어를 활용하여 브랜드 홍보 효과를 높일 수 있는 방안을 찾기 위하여 중소기업 홍보에서 디지털 매체를 어떻게 활용하는지 파악하고 콘텐츠 측면에서 어떤 구체적인 필요 요소를 갖는지 분석했다. 연구방법으로는 중소기업의 디지털 매체 활용과 콘텐츠 요인을 분석하기 위해 중소기업 담당자를 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 실시했다. 연구결과 중소기업은 제품 및 브랜드에 대해 상대적으로 저관여 성향을 보이는 소비자들의 관심을 유발하기 위해 영상 콘텐츠를 브랜드 홍보수단으로 활용하고자 하는 니즈가 높았다. 특히 소비자들의 중소기업 제품 및 브랜드 경험 부족을 극복하는 방안으로 영상 콘텐츠 제작과 활용에 대한 기대가 높게 나타났다. 콘텐츠 측면에서는 소셜 인플루언서, 전문가 등을 통한 공신력있는 콘텐츠 활용이 중소기업 제품의 신뢰도 및 긍정적 이미지 구축에 효과적일 것이라고 평가했다. 이런 연구결과는 브랜드 가치를 높이기 위한 중소기업의 디지털 콘텐츠 전략에 유용한 시사점을 제공하며 향후 중소기업 브랜드 자산(Brand Equity)에 대한 소비자의 인식에 영향을 미치는 디지털 홍보 연구에 토대를 제공한다.

사회복지기관의 후원자재발 마케팅에 관한 연구 (A Study on Marketing to Develop Doners for the Social Service Agency)

  • Most of social service agencies experiences the lack of funds. This situation is casued mainly from the lack of donor development techniques. Therefore, the social service agencies need to develope marketing strategies to develop donors. The study was begun with the idea that a business philosophy will not conflict with professionalism, and the two can be entirely compatible, and synergistic as well. Some of the main principles of marketing can be used to construct a model that will help the social service agency devise the appropriate plan for developing donors. The social service agency's marketing plan should begin with a statement of its mission and goals and the product suggested by each goal. Social marketing process to develop voluntary contributions include marketing environment analysis, market research, selecting marketing goals and objectives, market segmentation, marketing program development, and marketing action. These techniques can be used with some modifications at each social service agency.

패션점포의 관계마케팅 형성과정모형에 관한 이론적 고찰 (A Study on the Relationship Marketing Process Model for Fashion Stores)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate relationship marketing in fashion retail setting through literatures and were to set up a relationship marketing model which is suitable for fashion stores. In order to achieve the purposes of this study, concepts and properties of relationship marketing were studied through the previous studies. Relationship marketing research tendency in retail setting was examined and relationship marketing strategies of fashion stores were examined. As a results, relationship marketing process model for fashion stores was developed. The variables influenced on long-term relationship intention of fashion consumers may be relationship benefits, satisfaction, trust, and commitment. Relationship benefits might have an influence on satisfaction, trust, and commitment. Finally commitment might have an influence on long-term relationship intention. Also, Consumer buying characteristics and consumer relationship disposition might have an influence on relationship marketing process model for fashion stores.
