LDA 토픽 모델링 기법을 활용한 무용공연의 연구 동향 분석 (Trend Analysis of Dance Performance Research Using Keywords and Topic Modeling of LDA Techniques)

  • 본 연구는 빅데이터를 기반으로 국내에서 발표된 무용공연 관련 연구 주제를 탐색하고, 시대 흐름에 따라 변화하는 연구동향을 살펴본다. 토픽모델링 분석하여 도출한 결과는 다음과 같다. (1)무용공연 마케팅전략 및 발전방안 연구, (2)무용공연 공간 및 공연만족 재관람요인 연구, (3)무대환경이 무용공연의 대중성 활성화와 기여도 연구, (4)무용공연 현황 및 무용단 운영사례 융합 연구, (5)다양한 소셜미디어 활용한 무용공연 확정성 연구, (6)기술적용 무용공연 콘텐츠 방향 및 개발 연구 6개의 주요 토픽이 도출되었다. 이에 무용공연을 비롯해 무용 분야 관련 연구의 시기, 사회 변화에 따른 연구 트렌드와 주제를 파악하고, 연구자들의 변화 관심 주제의 주요 핵심어를 추출해 키워드를 분석하였으며 시기별 주요 키워드를 비교 분석하였다. 이에 다각화되고 융합되면서 신기술이 적용되는 최신 연구 동향에 대한 발전적 연구의 필요성을 고민하고 제시하였다.

문화관광축제 방문객의 평가속성 만족과 행동의도에 관한 연구 - 2006 광주김치대축제를 중심으로 - (The Effects of Evaluation Attributes of Cultural Tourism Festivals on Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention)

  • 문화관광축제는 전국의 지역축제 가운데 광역시 도에서 추천한 축제 가운데 관광상품성이 크고, 경쟁력 있는 우수한 축제를 선정하여 지원하는 사업이다. 문화관광축제 종합평가계획(문화관광부, 2006)에 의하면 방문객의 만족도 평가, 전문위원 평가, 그리고 축제 개선실적 등을 감안하여 최우수축제, 우수축제, 유망축제, 예비축제로 선정되고 있다. 특히 예비축제를 제외한 문화관광축제는 공공부문의 사업비 지원을 받기 때문에 1,000여 개가 넘는 지역축제의 방문객 만족도 평가는 상호비교가 가능한 평가척도를 이용하여 종합평가분석이 이루어진고 있다. 이러한 견지에서 본 연구에서는 문화관광축제 공통평가속성이 방문객 만족과 사후행동의도에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하여, 향후 축제기획 시 방문객 만족도 제고와 지속가능한 문화관광축제로 선정되기 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 이론연구를 통하여 문화관광축제 평가속성, 만족, 그리고 행위의도에 관한 변수를 도출하였으며, 2006 광주김치대축제 방문객을 대상으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 문화관광축제 평가속성에 대한 요인분석을 통하여 홍보안내, 행사내용, 기념품 음식, 편의시설 요인을 도출하였으며, 축제방문객 만족과 행동의도와의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구모형을 통해 수립한 연구가설은 차이분석, 회귀분석, 공분산 구조분석 등을 통해 검증하였으며, 연구결과 모든 가설은 채택되었다. 향후 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 축제와 성격이 유사한 축제방문객 분석을 통한 비교연구를 기대한다.

의료서비스 마케팅을 위한 품질지각과 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on Qulity Perceptions and Satisfaction for Medical Service Marketing)

  • INSTRODUCTION Service quality is, unlike goods quality, an abstract and elusive constuct. Service quality and its requirements are not easily understood by consumers, and also present some critical research problems. However, quality is very important to marketers and consumers in that it has many strategic benefits in contributing to profitability of marketing activities and consumers' problem-solving activities. Moreover, despite the phenomenal growth of medical service sector, few researchers have attempted to define and model medical service quality. Especially, little research has focused on the evaluation of medical service quality and patient satisfaction from the perspectives of both the provider and the patient. As competition intensifies and patients are demanding higher quality of medical service, medical service quality and patient satisfaction has emerged as a critical research topic. The major purpose of this article is to explore the concept of medical service quality and its evaluation from both nurse and patient perspectives. This article attempts to achieve its purpose by (1)classfying critical service attibutes into threecategories(satisfiers, hygiene factors, and performance factors). (2)measuring the relative importance of need criteria, (3)evaluating SERVPERF model and SERVQUAL model in medical service sector, and (4)identifying the relationship between perceived quality and overall patient satisfaction. METHOD Data were gathered from a sample of 217 patients and 179 nurses in Seoul-area general hospitals. From the review of previous literature, 50 survey items representing various facets of the medical service quality were developed to form a questionnaire. A five-point scale ranging from "Strongly Agree"(5) to "Strongly Disagree"(1) accompanied each statement(expectation statements, perception statements, and importance statements). To measure overall satisfaction, a seven-point scale was used, ranging from "Very Satisfied"(7) to "Very Dissatisfied"(1) with no verbal labels for scale points 2 through 6 RESULTS In explaining the relationship between perceived performance and overall satisfaction, only 31 variables out of original 50 survey items were proven to be statistically significant. Hence, a penalty-reward analysis was performed on theses 31 critical attributes to find out 17 satisfiers, 8 hygiene factors, and 4 performance factors in patient perspective. The role(category) of each service quality attribute in relation to patient satisfaction was com pared across two groups, that is, patients and nurses. They were little overlapped, suggesting that two groups had different sets of 'perceived quality' attributes. Principal components factor analyses of the patients' and nurses' responses were performed to identify the underlying dimensions for the set of performance(experience) statements. 28 variables were analyzed by using a varimax rotation after deleting three obscure variables. The number of factors to be extracted was determined by evaluating the eigenvalue scores. Six factors wereextracted, accounting for 57.1% of the total variance. Reliability analysis was performed to refine the factors further. Using coefficient alpha, scores of .84 to .65 were obtained. Individual-item analysis indicated that all statements in each of the factors should remain. On 26 attributes of 31 critical service quality attributes, there were gaps between actual patient's importance of need criteria and nurse perceptions of them. Those critical attributes could be classified into four categories based on the relative importance of need criteria and perceived performance from the perspective of patient. This analysis is useful in developing strategic plans for performance improvement. (1) top priorities(high importance and low performance) (in this study)- more health-related information -accuracy in billing - quality of food - appointments at my convenience - information about tests and treatments - prompt service of business office -adequacy of accommodations(elevators, etc) (2) current strengths(high importance and high performance) (3)unnecessary strengths(low importance and high performance) (4) low priorities(low importance and low performance) While 26 service quality attributes of SERPERF model were significantly related to patient satisfation, only 13 attributes of SERVQUAL model were significantly related. This result suggested that only experience-based norms(SERVPERF model) were more appropriate than expectations to serve as a benchmark against which service experiences were compared(SERVQUAL model). However, it must be noted that the degree of association to overall satisfaction was not consistent. There were some gaps between nurse percetions and patient perception of medical service performance. From the patient's viewpoint, "personal likability", "technical skill/trust", and "cares about me" were most significant positioning factors that contributed patient satisfaction. DISCUSSION This study shows that there are inconsistencies between nurse perceptions and patient perceptions of medical service attributes. Also, for service quality improvement, it is most important for nurses to understand what satisfiers, hygiene factors, and performance factors are through two-way communications. Patient satisfaction should be measured, and problems identified should be resolved for survival in intense competitive market conditions. Hence, patient satisfaction monitoring is now becoming a standard marketing tool for healthcare providers and its role is expected to increase.

원주의료기기산업 클러스터의 형성과정에 관한 연구 (A study on the Wonju Medical Equipment Industry Cluster)

  • 원주의료기기 산업은 업력, 매출, 인력 등의 열악한 초기조건에도 불구하고 단기간에 괄목할만한 성과를 나타냈다. 2007년 말 기준 기업 수 79개로 전국대비 4.6%가 원주에 입주하고 있으며, 매출액은 국내 총생산의 10%, 국내 총수출의 15%를 차지하고 지난 3년간 평균성장률 66.7%로 국내 의료기기산업 활성화에 기여하고 있다. 또한 우리나라 의료기기산업의 각 분야별 대표업체가 이미 원주로 이전하였거나, 이전계획을 가지고 있어 앞으로 원주의료기기 클러스터 형성이 가속화될 것이다. 현재 원주의료기기 클러스터는 초기 창업단계를 벗어나 성장단계로 진입하고 있다. 특히, 중앙정부의 클러스터 사업유치로 공통부품개발, 기업 ${\infty}{\pounds}$ 협력모델 구축, 공동마케팅 추진 등 네트워크 기능이 활성화되고 있으며 이를 통해 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 비록 선진국의 의료산업 관련 클러스터와 비교할 때 투자금액이나 인프라 측면에서 크게 미약하지만 지금까지 국내 의료기기 업체들의 독자적 성장모델 추구로 인해 국제경쟁력 확보에 실패하였다는 과거의 문화를 바꾸고 있다는 측면에서는 긍정적 성과를 이루었다고 판단된다. 원주의료기기 산업이 단기간에 급속히 발전했지만 국제적인 경쟁력을 갖춘 선진 산업클러스터와 비교하면 산업규모나 기업지원 인프라가 아직은 대단히 취약하다. 요약하면, 적은 R&D투자와 그에 따른 기술력 취약, 의료기기 연구개발 인력확보의 어려움, 국내외 마케팅 역량취약, 금융 인프라와 제도적 지원정책의 부족, 혁신주체들 간 네트워킹의 미성숙으로 요약될 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고 원주의료기기 산업을 세계적 경쟁력이 있는 의료기기산업 클러스터로 육성하기 위해서는 부족한 관련 인프라를 보완하고 기술혁신과 공동마케팅, 기업지원 네트워크 확대가 더욱 필요하다. 지금까지 원주에서 추진해 온 경험을 바탕으로 판단하면 결론적으로 지역에 따라 차별화되고 산업구조 및 성숙도에 적$\ll$朗(낭)-유연한 형태의 우리만의 클러스터 모델발굴과 체계적인 산업육성전략 수립에 필요한 지자체 및 중앙정부의 구체적인 역할모색이 있어야만 원주의료기기 산업이 세계적인 클러스터로 발전할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

KODISA 학술지 성장전략: 2017 개관 및 미래 성장개요 (Future Development Strategies for KODISA Journals : Overview of 2017 and Strategic Plans for the Future)

  • Purpose - Journals of Korea Distribution Science Association (KODISA) made great efforts in responding to the constant shifts in academic paradigms and in producing synergetic effects among KODISA journals to achieve the goal of maintaining their status in the world's reputable scholarly journals. The aim of this study is to analyze the current practice and performance of KODISA journals and develop strategies that will continuously meet and respond to the changes and success in the future. Research design, data, and methodology - This is a case study, an analytical approach, which focuses on analyzing current and previous strategies, practices, and performances of the four major journals of KODISA and the association. The organizational structure, including election and terms of KODISA officers, new membership, and members of editorial board, is discussed and analyzed. The citation, submission, publication, and rejection rates of all four journals are examined, and the progress, including the status of indexing of each journal, is discussed. Results - The analysis indicates that KODISA has significantly invested its resources into improving its journals and attracting new members. The analysis also shows the strategy of the organizational structure, which includes election and terms of officers and editorial board members that implemented over the years, was successful. Both Journal of Distribution Science (JDS) and Journal of Finance, Economics, and Business (JAFEB) are indexed in SCOPUS, with East Asian Journal of Business Management (EAJBM) in the final stage of the SCOPUS indexing evaluation, and International Journal of Industrial Distribution and Business (IJIDB) will complete and submit their indexing evaluation materials to SCOPUS this summer. Conclusions - The success and progress of KODISA and its journals clearly support the need for continuous development, analysis, revision, and implementation of strategies. Based on the analysis, conducting the annual performance reviews of the association and its journals and planning and strategizing based on the reviews since 2011 have greatly contributed to the overall success. In terms of meeting the short term strategy, KODISA has to continue developing relationships with relevant and appropriate scholarly/academic associations to expand the scope of its business, establishing independence of each journal and its respective procedures and practices and improving the quality of the journals and their publications through KODISA's international conferences.

작목별 협동조직의 유형과 효율적 운영방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Types and Effective Management Schemes of the Cooperative Farmers' Organizations in Korea)

  • The objectives of this study were to 1) classify the cooperative farmers' organizations in Korea according to the development level and institutional aspects through the exploration of its' conceptual and institutional basis, 2) analyze the farmers' needs for organization, 3) identify the problems and situation of organizations, and 4) formulate an effective management model for each cooperative farmers' organization. The study was carried out through a review of literature and using available statistical data collected from various sources and empirical survey. Major findings of the study were: 1) the cooperative farmers' organizations could be classified into four types : crop units, farming cooperative corporation, trust farming companies and joint-stock agri-business. 2) a lot of members of the organization feel that the information is insufficient, the opportunity to suggest their own ideas is hardly given, and the members are not satisfied with the cooperation among the members, 3) the members who have higher level of schooling education showed a higher participation level in the organization, 4) most of members did not recognize the organization they participated in, 5) participation of the organization's members and concerned institutions is an important factor to promote problem solving and better communication within the organization, 6) any type of continuing education for the members is needed to facilitate the transfer of a new agricultural and organizational technology, 7) research and development(R & D) is one of the most important factors of the development of organizations, 8) most organizations are deficient in professional management skills(financial, personal, accounts, etc.), 9) the trust farming companies have difficulties in managing the firm on account of the characteristics of agriculture(especially seasonal), the dispersed trust lands, and the need for more alternative work in the winter season, and 10) in the case of agri-businesses, their organizations are more specialized in marketing and have more structured systems of management. Based on the results of the study the following recommendations were made for further improvement and development of agricultural cooperative organizations : (1) More governmental support should be given to education for improvement of the organizational structure. And more deliberate and differentiated governmental support should be provided for the organizations to be viably managed. (2) For more efficient communication between the members and the organization, more opportunities for discussion are needed. (3) The more research should be committed to this kind of work in order to get more analytic data and strategic plans of cooperative organizations.

실버층 라이프스타일에 따른 건강기능식품 선택속성에 관한 연구 (Study on Relationship between Elderly Group Lifestyle and Selection Attributes in the Health Functional Foods)

  • Objective: This experiment is to study how elderly group and their various lifestyles interact with health functional foods, according to their selection behavior. Different lifestyles will be observed closely, as well as how different health conditions and consumer involvements will affect critical decision making in selecting health functional foods. Method: Theories and discoveries from original advanced research were compared parallel to the new study. Results: First, cluster analysis and exploratory analysis were performed amongst different elder lifestyles. Lifestyle exploratory analysis was used for healthy, unique, leisure, and economical-style elders. Cluster analysis was used for material trend oriented, health oriented, complacent oriented-style elders. Health Functional Foods' selection trait Exploratory Factor Analysis showed that product's originality (function, uniqueness, specialty, compatibility, distributor, expiration date), quality (amount, daily dose, visual representation, accessibility, portability, natural ingredients), and popularity (product container, brand image, taste and smell, advertised product, domestic or import, well-known function) were the three main causes. Secondly, the amount of benefits for the elderly group health lifestyle were affected by 'Interest in health', 'Notability of the health functional food', and 'Functionality approved mark'. Specifically, the importance of, 'Interest in health', 'Notability of health functional food', and 'Functionality approved mark' were noticeably high within health oriented elders. Lastly, after examining the data from elder lifestyle's relationship with health functional food selection trait, all three different results showed equal importance. If you closely examine material trend oriented elderly group, selection trait showed distinctively high regards in 'Fundamental Attribute', 'Typical Attribute', and 'Cognitive Attribute'. Health oriented elders showed their distinctively high regards in 'Natural Attribute', and less consideration in 'Typical Attribute' and 'Cognitive Attribute'. Complacent oriented-style elderly group showed less focus on 'Fundamental Attribute', and even less in 'Typical Attribute', and 'Cognitive Attribute'. Health oriented elderly group concluded with above data from the fact that they showed most importance and involvement in health beneficial products that are scientifically proven. Material trend oriented elderly group showed balanced traits in their concluded data, showing that they prefer function, safety, as well as the brand image and their reputation. Also, they consider the products' outer elements, such as design and product name, in order to sense inner functions. Conclusion: So, Silver Business corporations must develop products to fulfill the market demands, and strategize marketing plans to better target the correct audience.

전통주에 대한 소비자의 이용 현황 및 요구도 분석 (Analysis of Consumers' Present Use and Future Demand of Traditional Korean Liquors)

  • 본 연구는 대구 경북지역 20세 이상 성인 411명을 대상으로 전통주의 이용 현황 및 소비자의 요구도를 분석한 결과로 조사 대상자는 남자 204명, 여자 207명, 20대 29.9%, 30대 26.5%, 40대 20.7%, 50대 이상이 22.9%였으며 기혼이 51.8%로 미혼보다 많았다. 소비자들이 즐겨마시는 술은 소주, 맥주, 전통주, 와인, 양주 순으로 나타났으며 좋아하는 술은 소주, 맥주, 와인, 전통주, 양주 순이었다. 좋아하는 전통주는 탁주가 가장 높았으며 섭취 빈도는 특정한 날 많이 마시며 집에서 음용하는 경우가 많았다. 전통주에 대한 인지도 및 기호도가 높은 것은 탁주가 남녀 모두 가장 높게 나타났으며 전통주에 대한 소비자의 요구도에 대하여 IPA 분석 결과 다양성, 기능성, 숙취해소, 인식확대에 대한 개선 및 개발이 요구되어 졌다. 전통주에 대하여 대부분의 조사대상자들이 전통주에 대하여 관심이 많으며 소비전망도 긍정적인 의사를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한 편 맛있으면서도 외국 주류에 결코 뒤떨어지지 않는 맛이라고 하였으나 두통 및 숙취와 같은 부작용으로 전통주 음용에 장애요인으로 나타났다. 현재 전통주에 대한 정부의 관심과 지원이 고조되고 탁주와 저도수 선호 추세 및 웰빙 트렌드 등으로 높은 성장세를 보이나 전통 고유의 맛을 유지하면서 새로운 맛과 다양성 및 기능성이 가미된 전통주 개발이 필요하리라 사료된다. 또한 대중화 요인에서 가장 시급했던 인식 확대 및 전통주에 대한 올바른 교육의 필요성을 살펴볼 때 전통주 개발 이전에 소비자의 요구와 기대에 적합한 전통주 컨셉을 파악하여 다양한 홍보와 마케팅을 수립하여 소비 및 판매를 촉진시키는 연구가 필요할 것이다.

종합슈퍼마켓 PB상품의 선택속성이 소비감정, 브랜드태도 및 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향 (PB Product Attributes' Effects on Consumption Emotion, Brand Attitude, and Brand Loyalty in General Supermarkets)

  • Purpose - PB (Private Brand) refers to the product for which the distribution company plans the production independently, consigns the production to the manufacturer, or attaches the self-developed trademark and sells it. To reinforce competitiveness in such a market environment, diverse products development, systematic management activities, and marketing efforts to analyze and understand the consumers' behavior regarding PB products are emphasized. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the relationships among PB product attributes, consumption emotion, brand attitude, and brand loyalty in general supermarkets. First, PB product attributes were defined using the five categories of perceived price, store image, familiarity, perceived service, and perceived quality, based on preceding studies. This study examined the influence of PB product attributes on consumption. Further, this study examined the relation among consumption emotion, brand attitude, and brand loyalty. This study provides more detailed and concentrated strategic implications. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, the research model was designed to examine the relation among PB product attributes, consumption emotion, brand attitude, and brand loyalty. For the data collection method, the questionnaire survey comprised multiple items for each component and the direct interview method was employed. To collect data, the questionnaire survey was conducted for customers who personally visited the general supermarket after verifying the PB product purchase experience. The questionnaire survey was performed for one month, May 2014. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 240 questionnaires were used for the analysis, excluding the unanswered and insincere questionnaires. The data were analyzed using SPSS ver. 20.0. Results - First, PB product attributes had a significantly positive effect on consumption emotion. The PB product attributes perceived by the customer at the point of service contact are important to form the positive consumption emotion. Second, consumption emotion had a significantly positive effect on brand attitude. Third, the consumption emotion had a significantly positive effect on brand loyalty. Such consumption emotion is an important factor in causing the positive evaluation on the brand attitude perceived by the customer. Fourth, brand attitude had a significantly positive effect on brand loyalty. The consumption emotion was positively represented to invoke the relational continuance behavior. The relational continuance behavior accompanies the repetition of purchase, word of mouth, and recommendation activities, and influences trust regarding the brand, for which the customer maintains the transaction continuously. Conclusions - The PB product attributes perceived by the customer at the point of service contact are important factors to form the positive consumption emotion. Based on this result, the discount store service provider would prepare the measures that can make the customer recognize the positive value, and make more detailed efforts. Consumption emotion is an important factor to cause the positive evaluation on the brand attitude perceived by the customer. Based on this result, the general supermarket must make efforts to provide fun or convenience in the purchase process for consumers.

유기농산물 소비자인식이 재구매의사에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Consumer Awareness of Organic Agricultural Products on Repurchase Intention)

  • Purpose - The number of consumers adopting a lifestyle of health and sustainability has recently increased with the rise of trends in healthy living. The size of the organic agricultural product market has also increased given that these consumers prefer consuming environmentally friendly products that promote family health. However, awareness of organic agricultural products remains insufficient because of the characteristics of the Korean organic agriculture system, which only focuses on food safety inspection. The object of this research is to suggest a policy approach to increase understanding and to expand the purchasing of organic agricultural products by analyzing the influence of customer recognition of such products on their willingness to repurchase. Research design, data, and methodology - This study used binomial logistic regression analysis with the aim of explaining the effects of consumers' socio-demographic characteristics, their awareness of the equivalence arrangement for organic food and of the abolishment of low-pesticide agricultural product certification, and their viewing of negative broadcasts about organic agricultural products on their repurchase intention of such products. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 655 respondents who were in their 20s, lived either in Seoul or in its metropolitan area, and had purchased organic agricultural products. Result - From the results of the analysis, the majority of the respondents recognized organic agricultural products, but they found their prices to be expensive. The majority of the respondents were also aware of the certification system and the reliability of organic agricultural products. However, the results indicate that efforts need to be made to recover consumer trust as many respondents stated that their trust levels in these products were low. In general, those purchasing organic agricultural products were satisfied, but those answering "very satisfied" were not in the majority. Binomial logistic regression analysis results revealed that repurchase intention decreased as consumers viewed a greater number of negative broadcasts about these products. On the other hand, repurchase intention increased as they became more aware of the abolishment of low-pesticide certification. Conclusion - External stimuli, such as negative TV programs on organic agricultural products and the abolishment of the low-pesticide agricultural product certification, relevant social issues and systems, influence consumer repurchase intention. To that end, positive environmental and ecological broadcasting about organic agricultural products would contribute to an increase in purchasing. Additionally, this could be used for promotion and marketing plans as the results indicate that trust in organic agricultural products would cause a positive repurchasing effect.
