The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the performance-linked marketing of food companies on the satisfaction and willingness of the companies that purchase products. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on consumers who were using domestic coffee franchises. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, and only 291 were finally used for analysis, except for eight ones that were not sincere or valid. Performance-linked marketing consisted of promotional factors, support factors, production factors, and mouth-to-mouth factors, and the purchasing company's satisfaction and willingness to purchase products consisted of a single factor. A linear regression analysis was performed using SPSS version 20.0 to verify the hypothesis. The research results show that (1) marketing linked to the performance by coffee shops has a significant impact on consumers' willingness to purchase. (2) The marketing performance for coffee shops has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of the purchasing company. (3) The consumer's intention to purchase has a significant positive effect on the purchaser's satisfaction. These findings confirm the importance of concert-linked marketing in the differentiated marketing by restaurant businesses.

Recently, vegetarian diets have experienced a dramatic increase in popularity. The aim of the study is to explore and test the relationship between the factors influencing consumers' dietary decisions in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The questionnaire applied a five-point Likert scale to investigate factors that affect Ho Chi Minh City's citizens when they have a vegetarian diet. 497 respondents (68% female; 61.2% aged 18-22; 82.7% had regular vegetarian diets) living in Ho Chi Minh City took part in both online and offline surveys. The results were processed by SPSS 22.0 software. The reliability was checked by Cronbach Alpha and Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to identify the underlying relationships between measured variables. The Correlation analysis was implemented to show how strong and degree of two variables are related to each other before the multivariate regression equation was analyzed. The result showed the Five factors that were motivating people in Ho Chi Minh City to decide on plant-based diets, such as Animal Welfare, Health, Religion, Mood, and Reference groups. The mood is the most influential variable that significantly influences people's food choices. Attitudes toward vegetarian diets are changing. Therefore, recognizing the trends in food consumption might help companies take advantage of investment opportunities and build their marketing strategies.
As cable TV, which has been leading the paid broadcasting market, has given the lead to IPTV, which has huge communication capital, its competitiveness is gradually weakening. This study examines the operation status of local cable TV and seeks ways to strengthen competitiveness for survival. To this end, we conducted data analysis such as related statistics, broadcasting industry survey reports, IPTV growth reports, CMB management indicators, paid broadcasting literature data, marketing reports, industry success stories, and marketing mix and SWOT analysis. As a result, four strategies for strengthening the survival competitiveness of local cable TV, namely joint purchase apartment marketing strategy, influencer marketing strategy, relationship marketing strategy, and digital marketing strategy were derived. Therefore, the results of this study can contribute to the improvement of the competitiveness of local cable TV, which has been with local residents through close content, and can be used as basic data for establishing marketing strategies for local cable TV in the future.
The initial approach to this study is to focus on pharmaceutical companies' internal marketing activities for organizational diagnosis. By analysing the influence of internal marketing elements on the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention of pharmaceutical salespeople, this study aims at coming up with ways to strengthen the sales capacity and competitive edge of pharmaceutical companies through the salespeople's satisfaction. For 32 days between November 10th and December 12th of 2012, a total of 210 copies of questionnaires were given to the respondents and 203 of them except 7 with insufficient answers were used for the final analysis. The analysis result showed that internal communication, delegation of authority, and reward system among the elements of internal marketing activity had a positive influence on the workers' job satisfaction. The internal marketing activity elements did not influence the respondents' organizational commitment. Job satisfaction had a positive influence on their organizational commitment, while it had a negative influence of turnover intention. The conclusion section encapsulated the results of empirical analysis and proposed practical lessons regarding pharmaceutical companies' internal marketing.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of service marketing mix on customers' perceptions of values at family restaurants in Seoul. Frequency analysis, ANOVA, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multi-regression analysis were employed to analyze the data. First, perceptions for items such as food (p<.001), price (p<.001), process (p<.001), and employees were significantly different with regard to monthly spending money, and food (p<.001), physical evidence (p<.001), and employees (p<.001) were also significantly different by partner. All of the mixes (food, price, place, employees p<.001; promotion, process, physical evidence p<.05) had positive influences on the customers' monetary and overall values. And the mixes of place p<.001; price and employees p<.01; and food, process and physical evidence p<.05 negatively affected non-monetary values, whereas promotion had a positive influence. As a result, we conclude that the service marketing mix is an efficient marketing tactic to remove intangible factors from restaurant businesses. Likewise it is highly recommended that food-service companies manage the marketing mix in a customerfriendly manner to minimize the negative characteristics of services toward customers, and to promote the customer appreciation of family restaurants.
By developing attitude transfer model, this study examined the co-marketing alliance effect between fashion and other industries (i.e., service and product brands) based upon the information integration theory. In addition, it examined the product tangibility/intangibility effects of partner brands by controlling stimuli: two alliance cases of fashion and service brands and two alliance cases of fashion and product brands. A total of 1,037 Korean women aged 20 to 39 were surveyed to compare the prior- and post- attitudes toward fashion/partner brands under four fictitious co-marketing alliance cases. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), multi-group CFA, structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis, and multi-group SEM analysis were conducted to test the hypotheses. The results demonstrated that the prior-attitude toward fashion brand partially affected the alliance attitude, and the co-marketing alliance was affected by prior-attitudes partner brands. The result of multi-group SEM analysis supported the significant differences between service and product brands as alliance partners, which might refer to the effect of product tangibility, existing in brand alliance contexts. The alliance evaluation affected the subsequent evaluations on each participating brands. This study empirically provides the conceptual structure of how consumer attitudes toward the participating brands interact with the attitudes toward alliance and offer practical insights. Specifically, upon employing the manipulated co-marketing alliances cases, this study demonstrates the partnering effect according to product tangibility of partner brands.

Social media marketing has gained attention from marketers due to the growing number of social media users. Marketers around the globe have a serious concern over how to utilize social media as a successful marketing tool. Many of them show a lack of understanding of the essential feature of social media and effective social media marketing strategies, which brings about a higher chance of social media marketing failures. Analyzing the failure cases of social media marketing is vital because it provides rich insights for marketing experts who have difficulty in developing effective social media marketing strategies. Therefore, this study conducted multiple case studies by selecting five failure cases of social media marketing which we defined as paradigmatic social media marketing failures which happened in the last five years in South Korea. From the case studies, we derived five successful social media marketing strategies. This study has a theoretical implication because it is the first to suggest effective social media marketing strategies based on the analysis on social media marketing failure cases. It also has a practical implication since it proposes specific social media marketing strategies which can help facilitate successful social media marketing.
