Due to the development of information technology, the operating power systems under the deregulated environment has the advantages of a introduction of the market function, a competition in sales and purchases of Power, as well as the difficulty of maintaining reliability on the same or high level with it in a monopolistic market. This paper presents a basic scheme of the congestion management in the Korea electricity market under the deregulated environment. We investigated some cases of the congestion management in the world and the effects of the congestion management in the power systems. A basic idea of the congestion management in the Korea is presented based on the analysis of transmission congestion management in the competitive electricity market.

This paper resents an application of an Artificial Neural Network(ANN) technique to forecast the short-term system marginal price(SMP). The forecasting of SMP is a very important factor in an electricity market for the optimal biddings of market participants as well as for the market stabilization of regulatory bodies. The proposed neural network scheme is composed of three layers. In this process, input data are set up to reflect market conditions. And the $\lambda$ that is the coefficient of activation function is modified in order to give a proper signal to each neuron and improve the adaptability for a neural network. The reposed techniques are trained validated and tested with the historical real-world data from korea Power Exchange(KPX).

The objective of this study is to suggest development methods of marine tour complexes by specializing and modernizing the renowned Jagalchi Fish Market. This study tries to suggest the ways of overcoming limitations of the traditional market place and making a unique tourism destination with affluent attractive culture elements. To preserve its position as the most famous fish market in Korea, Jagalchi market needs to more differentiate its position over competitors. To do that, it needs to avoid over-lapping of product categories among different sectors and specializing each zone according to the assigned theme. Improving tourism environments by expanding entertaining aspects, building landmark facilities and a seaside park, and tourism infrastructures. In addition, the development scheme needs to be planned unified with other city development plans to create a unified image, and a connection program with other tourism resources surrounding the target area needs to be created in order to pursue synergy effects. In the aspect of food, a large seafood center which offers various seafood from all around the world, a traditional night market street, various theme restaurants can be suggested. Successful development of the Jagalchi marine tour complexes not only has ripple effects on the region's culture, society, and other related industries but directly influences related regional tourism and commercial industry.

This paper analyze the fee structures of digital music contents and the revenue sharing ratios that are now on-going debates in Korean digital contents industry. Especially we consider Korean situation where copyrighters and telecom companies have conflict of interest. We found two major results. First, the choice between the flat rate scheme and the usage-based rate scheme is not important to telecom companies and copyrighters. The important thing is that copyrighters should decide the revenue sharing ratio and given that telecom companies should decide the retail price. Consequently, this way can lead to win-win solutions between them. Second, the flat rate scheme affects the relationship between consumers and telecom companies. Under the flat rate scheme, telecom companies have more benefits than consumers. In the vertical integrated structure, particularly, this tendency is more severe.

Systematic classification system for standardization in telecommunication is essential to the standardization R&D strategy. This paper suggests a new reference model for development of work area and classification scheme related to the telecommunications standardization : Cubic and matrix approach. Standardization Work Areas(SWAs) that are upper level of the reference model are classified by its main role and function reflecting the market trends and user needs. Standardization expertise is lower level scheme, which can be regarded as the different possible layers of standardization to be applied to each one of the SWAs grouped under upper level scheme. A new reference model consists of two planes that are SWAs plane and Standardization layer plane. Finally the reference model for classification of SWAs in telecommunication mapping onto matrix table that row and column are defined by SWAs and standardization layer respectively.

Ubiquitous information technology creates new space connected to electronic and physical space and makes new life pattern come true. Although it is expected that ubiquitous technology will lead significant changes on various life fields, relevant studies on its market needs, customer needs in social and cultural context and its necessity at organizational level have been passively carried out. What is worse, IT technology application scheme in railway field has not fully established since railway field's technology development is mainly focused on hardware compared with road and air traffic. In order to apply ubiquitous technology to railway field, therefore, it is required to identify ubiquitous technology functions which applicable to railway field and to establish ubiquitous rail system implementation scheme for end users. In this paper, we suggested implementation scheme for u-Rail which sorts railway industry by its components in order to implement service centered ubiquitous technology to each railway industry field.

We analyze the learning-by-doing effects of the allowance pricing system on the Korea's emission trading scheme. The price of allowance (Korean Allowance Unit) is influenced differently by internal market factors and economic conditions variables in the first (January 2015 to June 2016 ) and the second commitment year(January 2016 to June 2017). The prices and transaction volumes of complementary credits (KCU and KOC) as well as economic conditions variables (such as call rate, exchange rate, stock price) are statistically significant only for the second commitment year. Thus, the learning-by-doing effect makes the market participation decision on K-ETS market more efficient in the second commitment year, adopting the previous experience and knowledge in the K-ETS market. The factors estimated significantly in both commitment periods include the institutional binary variable for requiring the submission of the emissions verification reports issued both on February and March.

Overseas marketing before the conclusion of a contract is a huge obstacle to enter the global market because it has needed the company's maximum capacities which are some cost, time and human resources. Thus it required a reestablishment about the education fields and research schemes. Due to the advancements in ICT and internet, a subject of e-trade is becoming a critical issue with a subject of a practice of international trade. However, since the mid-2000s, e-trade research articles and educational materials such as textbooks, research papers are being gradually reduced. Therefore the purpose of this study, from an oversea marketing point of view among the various e-trade fields, is to measure an education performance and an academic research scheme. And this study will suggest direction of improvement about research scheme and educational performance in the overseas marketing. According to the result, to establish the education and research scheme about SEM(Search Engine Marketing), SEO(Search Engine Optimization) and SNA(Social Network Analysis) which are introduced in the industry among the education and research field related the e-trade is urgent. And some subjects need a capstone-design reconcile theory and practice.

The Common Criteria can be used as a guideline for one CCRA member to avoid re-evaluating IT security products which were already evaluated by other CCRA members. In this paper, we have analyzed the evaluated IT security products under CC scheme in several nations, such as Unite States, Great Britain and Australia. and defined new category of the IT security products for the domestic CC evaluation. And we have analyzed the domestic and international market on the information security products, have conducted a poll to receive opinions and demands of the Korean industries for Korea policy decision maker to select the possible IT security products which will be evaluated in Korea under CC scheme. As a conclusion, we have selected 15 IT products based on the response to a poll by the industries, the market size, the evaluation amount demanded by the user, manufacturer, and evaluator, to select the possible IT security product under CC schemes in Korea during next 5 years. Moreover, the characteristics, the benefit, and the demerit of the selected IT products were analyzed. This paper can be used as a guideline document for Korea policy decision maker to select the IT products to be evaluated under CC scheme in Korea for next 5 years.
