기업협력과 정부지원에 따른 IT제조기업 기술혁신 영향 분석 (Effect of IT Manufacturing Firms' Technological Innovation Factors -Focused on Cooperative relation and Governmental support-)

  • 지식기반 시대에서 IT제조기업 생존을 위한 기술혁신은 경쟁력 확보를 위한 필수요소가 되고 있다. 이러한 기술혁신은 다른 산업 영역보다 빠르게 변화하는 IT제조기업의 생존을 위해서는 더욱 필요하며 다양한 요인들이 기술혁신의 성공을 거두기 위해 필수적으로 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 IT제조기업의 기업 협력과 정부 지원이 기술혁신에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 구조방정식(Structural Equation Model : SEM)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, IT제조기업 협력과 정부의 지원은 기술혁신에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정부의 IT제조기업에 대한 지원이 기업의 협력을 유도하고 보다 지속적인 관심과 육성이 필요함을 시사한다.

  • 우리나라 중소기업은 현재 국내 외 다양한 환경 요인(경쟁력 확보 및 우수 제품 개발 등)으로 인하여 산업 구조가 과거에 비해 빠르게 변화하고 있는 상황이다. 특히, 인공지능과 관련된 다양한 장비가 제조현장에 투입되면서 스마트팩토리 환경에서 생산되는 데이터 수집 및 활용의 중요성이 점점 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 중소기업 제조 현장이 스마트팩토리화 되면서 제조 현장에서 생산되는 제품의 프로세스를 향상시키기 위한 인공지능 기반 스마트팩토리 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 갈수록 치열해지는 제조 환경의 경쟁력 확보 및 생산 비용 절감을 최소화시키는 것이 목적이다. 제안 모델은 인공지능 기반의 스마트팩토리 현장에서 생산되는 제품의 정보뿐만 아니라 제품 생산에 소비되는 노동력, 노동 근무 시간 및 가동 공장기계 상태 등을 모두 고려하여 관리한다. 또한, 제안 모델에서 생산되는 데이터는 유사 기업과 시스템 연계 및 정보 공유가 가능하기 때문에 제조 현장 운영의 기업간 전략적 협력이 가능하다.

시판 조제 분유의 Allergenicity에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Allergenicity of the Commercial Infant Formula)

  • I experimented on commercial infant formula in passive cutaneous anaphylaxis inhibition methods. I used several guinea pigs for this experiment. The results obtained from this study were as follows : 1) Commercial infant formula showed positive reactions, while soy-based formula showed negative reactions. 2) The products from different companies showed different reactions respectively The products of "A" company showed low allergenicity compared to the products of "B" company. The Products of "C" company showed the lowest allergenicity. 3) It seemed to be that the differences of allergenicity among the products by various companies were caused by the differences of the materials used, the combination ratio of materials, the heat treatment level, and manufacturing processes., and manufacturing processes.

  • 독일의 Industry4.0에서 출발한 ICT 융합 스마트공장은 4차 산업혁명의 견인차가 되어왔고 주요 국가의 제조업 혁신의 중심에 서 있다. 또한 국가 별 산업 특성에 맞는 방식으로 발전해 나가고 있다. 한국의 경우 경쟁국 대비 뒤늦은 출발로 인해 정부는 빠른 시간 내에 중소 중견업체 중심으로 스마트공장 확산을 위해 정책 수립 및 각종 지원을 하고 있다. 스마트공장의 국제 경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 중소 중견업체에 대한 획일적인 지원보다는 유사 제조업종별 카테고리화 및 디지털 기반의 생산정보 공유가 필요하다. 또한 대기업도 개별적인 스마트공장 확충보다는 중소 중견기업과 함께 동종 산업 간 클라우드 기반의 생산 예측 시스템 구축 및 공유를 통한 스마트공장 협력기반 마련에 동참하여야 제조 산업의 동반 발전을 이룰 수 있다.

  • Robot Process Automation (RPA) is a computer technology called Robotic Process Automation, a form of business process automation based on the concept of software robots or artificial intelligence (AI) walkers. In general, in traditional workflow automation tools, software developers design software that creates a set of actions to automate tasks and interfaces for the back-end systems using internal APIs or dedicated script languages. However, in RPA software, automation can be implemented by configuring an operating processor as if the general user is directly performing the task of the application. In other words, it can be said that it is a suitable development method for automating simply repetitive tasks rather than developing specific programs in which all necessary functions are implemented, as in general software development. Thus, this is more appropriate for configuring and automating RPA software in traditional manufacturing companies that are not easy to develop and apply smart factories or high-end AI software. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the requirements required at the actual manufacturing companies, focusing on the manufacturer's case in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, called SinceWin Co., Ltd., and to examine the possibility of RPA software in the manufacturing companies by implementing actual RPA software that supports office automation. Through the research, it was confirmed that the actually implemented RPA software met the requirements of the company and helped manufacturer practice significantly by automating the parts that were worked error-prone and manually periodically.

  • There are big differences in six sigma applications between manufacturing processes and transactional processes. This paper analyzes the differences between two areas by examining 18 six sigma case studies in Korean companies. To characterize six sigma cases, a step-by-step checklist is developed based on 12-step DMAIC methodology proposed by US six sigma academy. On the basis of those characterized data, the differences between two areas are analyzed. The most significant differences is that statistical tools are widely used in manufacturing processes, but qualitative tools are used in transactional processes during improvement phase.

A Survey Study of Quality Management Practices in Manufacturing and Service Sectors

  • A questionaire survey has been conducted to find out the total quality management practices in Korea. Its initial purpose is to search for some general measure of depth and width of spread of quality management throughout Korean industries, specifically in manufacturing and service sectors. This can be used as a guideline for supporting any activities endeavoring to find appropriate methods to boost quality management in Korea. Also, through comparisional analysis at the macro-level, some characteristics in quality management practices are shown to exist in Korean industries. The analysis is based on perceptions of surveyed people about quality management practices in their companies.

  • Remanufacturing is an industrial manufacturing process. The merits of manufacturing are to reuse old products to perform like a new product and to save energy, natural resources, landfill space and to reduce air pollution by less re-smelting. This paper proposes a systemic approach for activating the domestic remanufacturing industry. The approach is based on inside and outside regulations to apply remanufacturing companies. And, we analyzed the state and problems of remanufacturing industry for automobile parts.

  • Nowadays, the global market requires a variety of products and shorter life cycle to fulfill the diverse demands of customers. To survive in the turbulent and competitive markets, automobile assembly companies must design and implement manufacturing systems that respond rapidly to market demands. In this paper, methods for reconfiguring system based on modular concept is proposed using AR(Augmented reality) technologies. First, the relationship matrixes between change drivers and system components are generated to divide existing manufacturing system to each module. And, new change drivers are selected based on required function in new system. Through the modification of relationship matrix, the concept design of new system is proposed and implemented in AR environment. Finally, according to proposed methods and procedure in this paper, the existing cockpit assembly system is reconfigured to spare tire assembly system as a case study. As the use of the modular-based reconfiguration method in AR environment, the time and cost for reconfiguring manufacturing system will be reduced dramatically.

A Research on the Relationship between Accrual-based Earnings Management and Real Earnings Management in the Retail Industry

  • Purpose - In this paper, we examine the effect of accrual earnings management and real earnings management on the corporate value of retail corporations. Research design, data, and Methodology - The sample cover firms whose settlement is December among retail companies listed on the Korea Stock Exchange's securities market and KOSDAQ market from 2001 to 2016. Of these, the targets were companies with operating profit and equity capital of zero or higher and with sales data. The secondary data was collected through KIS-VALUE data base. The Jones model and the modified Jones model were used for the calculating the accrual-based earnings management and the real earnings management. Result - According to the empirical results, the relationship between accrual earnings management, real earnings management and firm value is positively significant in the retail industry as in manufacturing industry. These results are also significant when controlling the size, profitability, investment, debt ratio, dividend, and growth potential of a company. Conclusions - The characteristics of the distribution business can be identified and the influence of the various kinds of earnings management, which is being researched around the manufacturing industry, can be studied in the distribution industry to give practical implications to investors.
