화염방지장치용 프레임 엘리멘트의 자동제작장치의 개발 (Development of Automatic Making System of a Frame Element for Flame Prevention)

  • This paper describes the development of automatic making system of a frame element for flame prevention. The frame element is made by turning a thin plate and a formed plate on the small pipe. The couple plate(two plates) should be pulled with constant farce to manufacture a good frame element. This is because if the gap between one couple plate and other couple plate is different, it will not prevent flame. In this paper, the automatic making system of a frame element for flame prevention was made, and which could automatically manufacture a frame element. The characteristic test of the made frame element by that system was performed, and its result was very good.

  • Purposes of this research are convenience of manufacture, quality sophistication and reduction of a/s' ratio by that improve several shortcomings of existing steel housing The Housing of head is changed existent steel housing to ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) copolymer housing and its shape is changed. It does not need that paint housing by paint. so We may not care scar at storage or manufacture. The fast work speed and A/S is possible by combining a safety plate and a housing by volt and spring washer. When disjoint head part, there is no damage of safety plate and housing. Noise is disappeared by resonance phenomenon in early rpm at motor moving. When neck part of housing and a middle pipe are connected by drill nasa, the work is easier Also, there is sense of security little more catching motor in housing The improvement accomplished much improvements including light weight of head part.

  • Orchard sprayers, wide area dusters and multipurpose control cars are flagship products of Hansung T&I Ltd. Spray pumps are one of the essential parts for these products. But conventional belt pulleys for spray pumps are heavy and expensive, and they bring down the quality as well as productivity of the end-products. Therefore, this study focuses on mold design for aluminum die casting belt pulley and mold manufacture.

  • Sewage treatment plants are energy hogs. Among many, aeration systems account for 40-50 percent of the total energy use. To save energy, strengthening oxygen transfer characteristics is necessary. In order to do so, microscopic bubble-creating equipment is a prerequisite. This study focuses on microscopic bubble-producing air diffuser manufacture to save energy and enhance oxygen transfer.

  • This study was carried out to manufacture wooden vessels by small diameter wood and wasted wood of Castanea crenata Sieb. et Zucc, which has been largely planted in southern area. We made spice set, tea box set, cookie vessel set, bowl set and accessory set. With the development of edged tools, the human species has been able to fashion wood to change and enhance its environment - one only has to look at the history of all cultures to see examples of wooden artifacts and structures. Even with the development of synthetic materials and the progress of automated, mechanized production of wood and wood products, the raw material is still processed by traditional methods to meet a never-ending demand for products made from this most desirable natural material. Chestnut wood has high added value and natural color grain and is very useful for wooden vessel. Thinned low grade trees can be used to produce wooden vessel. Therefore this result can promote thinning and produce good forestation.

  • This paper deals with the development of an expert process design system interfaced with CAD for porismatic parts in injection mold manufacture. The developed CAD/CAPP system consists of two modules such as CAD interface module and process design module. Parts are represented using AutoCAD system on the IBM PC/AT. CAD interface module recognizes form features and manufacturing features of the part using form feature recognition algorithm and manufacturing feature recognition rule base. Process design module selects operations and determines machine tools, cutting tools and operation sequencing by using knowledge base which is acquired from expert process planners. A case study is implemented to evaluate feasibilities of the function of the proposed system. The CAD/CAPP system can improve the efficiency of process design activities and reduce the time required for process design.

  • In recent years, a number of metal machine parts, in the field of the car manufactures and electronic goods for home, have been replaced by nylon-6 in order to weight, cost, and a period of process of manufacture. It's because nylon-6 materials as an industrial material have higher economical and productive advantage than the metalic ones. However, in domestic injection manufactures, there are few data on fiber glass synthetic on nylon-6. It is said that plastic in process of manufacture using the same injection materials make their results different in large scale according to fiber glass synthetic rate conditions. In this study, we have studied effects of the glass fiber synthetic rate on the characteristics of fatigue failure for nylon-6.

  • This paper addresses an analytical approach to the mechanical error analysis of gear train and tolerance design and manufacture of gear train in restricted space considering motor driving torque, driving system inertia, motor acceleration, motor rotor inertia and friction torque. The gear train is designed to have optimum gear ratio in restricted space and each gear is manufactured to have the lowest weight and each gear tooth is heat-treated to have robustness. Based on the small difference between the mechanical error analysis and measurement, gear train design with optimum gear ratio and restricted space and robustness is proposed

  • Bean sprouts is one of the popular traditional foodstuffs as a subsidiary articles of diet in Korea. As the need arise from restaurents, bean sprouts were produced by forcing culture in manufacture. In oder to prevent of the hazard' by trace metals such as Hg, Cd, Pb, Cu and Zn, the contents of these metals were analyzed. Hg, Cd, and Pb were not . detected , but the mean contents of Cu and Zn were O.33ppm and 0.356 ppm, respectively. It seems that the higher oontents of Cu and Zn in beas sprouts was the results of relative high concentration of itself. These contents has no problean in now, but the more sanitary management in manufacture and in bean producing region will be needed.

  • The environment of automobile industry in the world is rapidly changing. It is changing of high oil price, technology, environment and construction of competition by newly rising an economic district. Automobile company is focusing on three issue because they want to reinforce competition of automobile industry in the world. That is innovation of production profit management through quality management and Lean. Chance of success is separated in R&D, providing distribution, manufacture, distribution, selling in automobile industry. Emphasis on development process, distribution process, manufacture process, circulation and selling process for strengthening the competitiveness and guarantee. In this thesis, we try to analysis the data set period of automobile production by using survival analysis. While using mean comparison of general statistics commit mistakes, survival analysis can used for including censored data in order to heighten analysis efficiency.
