Nam(2008a) suggested that the role of teacher for helping students to learn mathematical structures should be the manifestor of tacit knowledge. But there have been lack of researches on embodying the manifestation of tacit knowledge. This study embodies the manifestation of tacit knowledge by showing that exemplification is one way of manifestation of tacit knowledge in terms of goal, contents, and method. First, the goal of the manifestation of tacit knowledge through exemplification is helping students to learn mathematical structures. Second, the manifestation of tacit knowledge through exemplification intends to teach students mathematical structures in the tacit dimension by perceiving invariance in the midst of change. Third, the manifestation of tacit knowledge through exemplification intends to teach students mathematical structures in the tacit dimension by constructing explicit knowledge creatively, reflection on constructive activity and social interaction. In conclusion, exemplification could be seen one way of embodying the manifestation of tacit knowledge in terms of goal, contents, and method.

The visceral manifestation theory in the "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)" was constructed by the reference of the study of Confucian classics which main characteristics is the extensive application of the five phase theory. "Image" plays an important role in the thinking of the Chinese ancient people and it is the basis of the construction of the visceral manifestation theory. "Concept of holism" is the main directed thinking of the "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)" "Four seasons, five viscera, Yin yang" theory is the core contents of the visceral manifestation theory in the "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)".

The purpose of this study is developing the manifestation process model of group creativity among mathematically gifted students. Therefore, I designed the manifestation process model of group creativity by researching the existing literatures on group creativity and mathematical creativity. The manifestation process model of group creativity was applied to mathematically gifted students' class. By analyzing students' response, the manifestation process model of group creativity was improved and concretized. In conclusion, the process of a combination of contributions was concretized and the major variables on group creativity such as a diversity, conflict, emotionally supportive environment and social comparison were verified. In addition, some reflective processes was discovered from a case study.

This study was operated to establish induction using ultrasonography by estimating the relation of follicle size and estrus manifestation. Clinical estrus symptoms were observed 97.4% in cows and 87.5% in heifers when overall 55 cows were induced to estrus in a single dose of $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ after verifying CL through ultrasonography, which means estrus hours among those 52 cows showing the clinical estrus symptoms were estimated 2.39 days on cows and for 2.37 days on heifers which showed no differences (p>0.05). The estrus manifestation hours according to the follicle size in cows didn't have any significance each other (p>0.05), though estrus hours was 54 hours (the shortest) with follicle size bigger than 10 mm and were made up within 69 hours. The estrus manifestation hours according to the follicle size in heifers didn't have any significance each other (p>0.05) and took around 42 hours (the shortest) with follicle size of 5mm (the smallest) and were made up within 66 hours. Follicles after $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ injection were ovulated and assigned to many phases as follows; Group 1 (growing phase) - continuously growing into ovulation, Group 2 (growing and static phase) - delaying in growth after the growth of follicles, Group 3 (static and growing phase) - growing after growth delay, Group 4 (regressing and new growing phase) - the follicle is closed and a new follicle grows. In addition, the process of follicle development and estrus hours had no significance each other (p>0.05), though estrus manifestation hours in Group 1 and 2 was relatively short, and in Group 3 and 4 for a relatively long time. In the result of all above, the estrus manifestation hours after $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ injection has no differences accoring to the follicle size in cows and heifers. Therefore, High pregnancy rate is obtained when practicing artificial insemination within 3 days in estrus or TAI in 72 to 80 hours after adminitrating $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$.

Purpose: This report describes a case of granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) in which the gingival manifestation was crucial in both making an early diagnosis and possibly in deciding the approach to treatment. Methods: A 57-year-old sailor presented to the Department of Dentistry at Ulsan University Hospital complaining of gingival swelling since approximately 2 months. He had orofacial granulomatous lesions and the specific gingival manifestation of strawberry gingivitis. Results: The diagnosis of GPA was made on the basis of clinical symptoms and signs, and confirmed by the presence of the anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody and a positive biopsy. The patient was admitted to the hospital and subsequently placed on a disease-modifying therapy regimen that included methotrexate and prednisone. Conclusions: Identification of the gingival manifestation of the disease permitted an early diagnosis and prompt therapy in a disease in which time is a crucial factor. Because of its rapid progression and potentially fatal outcome, an early diagnosis of GPA is important. Therefore, dentists should be aware of the oral signs and symptoms of such systemic diseases.

This experiment was performed to examine the in vitro and in vivo affects of the two different haplotype strains of mice, BALB/c and C3H/HeN infected with Echinostoma hortense, and the manifestation of the profiles of cytokine in the splenocytes. In the in vitro experiment, the two mice's splenocytes were divided and stimulated with antigen of crude extracts and the antigen of excretory and secretory products of an adult warm and the manifestation of cytokine mRNA was verified with RT-PCR. As a result, the two different strains of mice both strongly manifested the Th2 cytokine rather than the Thl cytokine and in the case of the Th2 cytokine, the BALB/c mice manifested more strongly than the C3H/HeN mice. In the experiment using the ELISA method, the protem cytokine manifestation had the same result as the mRNA experiment. In the in vivo experiment, the mice was infected via oral route with the metacercaria of the Echinostoma hortense and the manifestation of cytokine was verified by RT-PCR and ELISA and the results were the same as the in vitro experiment. Therefore, in the two strains of BALB/c and C3H/HeN, the C3H/HeN showed a higher susceptivity to the Echinostoma hortense.

Visual loss is one of the ocular symptoms resulting from a carotid cavernous fistula (CCF), but has rarely been reported as the sole manifestation in CCF. Visual impairment is known to be associated with a poor outcome unless timely intervention is employed. Herein, the authors report a patient with bilateral rapid progressing visual loss as a sole manifestation in CCF. Vision was successfully restored by transarterial embolization. The authors discuss the necessity of urgent fistula obliteration in patients with visual loss.

IgA nephropathy usually presents as asymptomatic microscopic hematuria or proteinuria or episodic gross hematuria after upper respiratory infection. It is an uncommon cause of end-stage renal failure in childhood. Pulmonary hemorrhage associated with IgA nephropathy is an unusual life-threatening manifestation in pediatric patients and is usually treated with aggressive immunosuppression. Pulmonary hemorrhage and renal failure usually occur concurrently, and the pulmonary manifestation is believed to be caused by the same immune process. We present the case of a 14-year-old patient with IgA nephropathy who had already progressed to end-stage renal failure in spite of immunosuppression and presented with pulmonary hemorrhage during oral prednisone treatment. His lung disease was comparable to diffuse alveolar hemorrhage and was successfully treated with plasmapheresis followed by oral prednisone. This case suggests that pulmonary hemorrhage may develop independently of renal manifestation, and that plasmapheresis should be considered as adjunctive therapy to immunosuppressive medication for treating IgA nephropathy with pulmonary hemorrhage.

Williams syndrome is a rare congenital disorder characterized by multiple anomalies involving the cardiovascular system, connective tissue, and the central nervous system resulting in mental retardation, distinctive facial features, and cardiovascular disease. It is also known to present typical oral manifestation including dental malformations, agenesis of teeth, and malocclusion. Impaction of a permanent tooth due to its deviant eruption path was observed in this case. The aim of this article is to report oral manifestation of a girl with Williams syndrome and the following dental treatment procedure.

The systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is a systemic inflammatory disease caused by autoimmune mechanism, involving blood cells, the kidney, the central nervous system, and etc. The heart is one of the frequently involved organs but it is rare as an initial manifestation. Therefore, early suspicion and accurate diagnosis followed by aggressive immunosuppressive therapy including corticosteroid is mandatory for heart-involved patients. We experienced a case of pericardial effusion as an initial manifestation of childhood SLE, which showed immediate response to corticosteroid.
