Construction industry included speciality compare with others industry. Systemically approach and enterprise cultural approach is required in order to perform Knowledge Management in construction industry. But, most of construction enterprise immersed in system approach to perform Knowledge Management, in this reason caused failure of Knowledge Management. To resolve the structural contradiction, Learning organization based the Community of Practice(CoP) is studied in this paper.

Various successful TQM procedures have contributed to solve the problems in actual business, but recently it is required to more speedily perform the improvement activity and to challenge solving foreseen latent engineering problems in addition to existing ones. This paper proposes a new scientific methodology which enables us to perform the requirements and to improve the principle of TQM. The performance of the proposed method is illustrated through same practical studies.

This study aims to find out methods to more efficiently maintain and manage landscape areas within apartment complexes by analyzing various factors related to landscape management and managers' perception. The following results were obtained. First, 50.3% of the surveyed apartment complexes performed own landscaping, while 25.2% hired landscaping services partially, which indicates that apartment management offices maintained facilities by themselves or partially hired landscaping companies due to a shortage of funds. Second, among apartments that perform own landscaping, 37.5% of them were built more than 20 years ago, while 34.3% of apartment complexes that were built less than 5 years ago were found to hire professional management. Regarding the total number of households, 34.7% of those that perform own landscaping had less than 300 households, while 48.6% of those that hire full landscaping had more than 2,000 households. Third, regarding landscaping cost, 63.9% of those that perform own landscaping spent less than 20 KRW per square meter, while 28.6% of those that hire full landscaping spent less than 20 KRW per square meter and 25.7% spent less than 50 KRW per square meter, showing that the management cost was higher in the apartments hiring full landscaping. Fourth, work types also showed differences between landscape management types. Only 50.9% of self landscaping apartment complexes were found to regularly trim trees, while 91.4% of apartments that hire full landscaping services performed the same tasks, keeping trees healthy and visibly more appealing. Fifth, the apartments hiring full landscaping showed a higher level of work satisfaction (3.46) than those performing own landscaping (2.67). Sixth, on the matter of the level of satisfaction depending on the type of work, most items showed a statistically significance in apartments hiring full landscaping (3.11-3.43 on average), compared to apartments performing own landscaping (2.4-2.9 on average). Apartment managers showed a relatively higher satisfaction level in landscape management by hiring professional landscaping services.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to structurally verify how the competency of consulting company affects the business performance of consulting client firms through consulting achievement and consulting utilization. It aims to provide information for successful consulting and suggest strategic measures to improve consulting performance. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examines the structural relationship between competency of consulting company, consulting performance, and performance of consulting client firms. In this model, competency of consulting company consists of three sub-dimensions such as reputation, ability to perform business, and expertise. For these purposes, research model and hypotheses were developed. This survey was conduct ed for employees of companies that have experienced consulting in the past year. A total of 195 were used for this study. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and SEM with SPSS 18.0 and Amos 18.0 statistical program. Result - The results of this study are as follows. First, reputation, ability to perform business and expertise, which are sub-dimensions of consulting competence, was found to have positive effect on consulting achievements and also found to have a positive effect on utilization. Second, consulting performance was found to have positive effects on business performance of consulting client firms. It means that the management's willingness to utilize consulting results and the achievements of consulting performance have a positive effect on the company's management performance. Conclusions - Consulting firms need to perform customer-oriented consulting by accurately recognizing what management consulting is required by the client firms. The academic significance of this study was that the research was conducted through structural empirical analysis, not only from the relationship of competency of consulting company to consulting performance, but also to the relationship of business performance of client firms. In addition, the practical implication of this study is that clients can actively utilize the results of consulting to lead business performance.

In this study, in order to efficiently perform smart city river management, we developed an integrated platform that connects flood analysis models on the web and provides information by converting input and output data into a database. In the integrated platform, a watershed analysis model, a river flow analysis model and an urban runoff analysis model were applied to perform flood analysis in smart city. This platform is able to obtain more reliable results by step-by-step approach to urban runoff that may occur in smart city through the applied model. In addition, since all analysis processes such as data collection, input data generation and result storage are performed on the web, anyone in an environment that can access the web without special equipment or tools can perform analysis and view results. Through this, it is expected that smart city managers can efficiently manage urban runoff and nearby rivers, and can also be used as educational materials for urban outflows.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate job performance of dietitians. The survey also examined differences in job performance of dietitians by institutional classicification, types of task, levels of education and job experience. Data was collected form national samples. Results are summarized as follows. 1. By institutional classification, dietitians working in industry showed lowest score(3.0465${\pm}$.4151), which those working in hospital showed highest score(3.2883${\pm}$.4124) in job performance. 2. By types of task, the score of job performance is in order of hygience management(3.3933${\pm}$.4236), business management(3.3183${\pm}$.5435) and education management(2.3132${\pm}$.7551). 3. By educational level, dietitians who graduated universities scored higher than who graduated junior colleges in general. Specifically, the former had high scores in business management(3.4796${\pm}$.4692) and hygiene management, while the latter had high scores in hygiene management(3.3615${\pm}$.440) and business management, as in order. 4. By job experience, job performance increases after-3 year-experience and peaks in over-10 year-experience. 5. For reasons of negligence in specified taskes, 109 of respondents(22.7%) answered "don't know how to perform" and 108 of them(22.5%) answered "lack of human resources." Also, the lower in job experience the more answered "don't know how to perform" as a reason of negligence a their task(34.5% of below-2 year-experience and 24.2% of junior colleges answered to this reason).

This study was the development of job-based curriculum present the basic data for the 207 people surveyed dental hygienists in clinical analysis. The data was analysed with frequency, t-test and one-way anova using the spss 20.0 windows. Person of preventive dental treatment in main duty was significantly highest than among others. In conclusion, the dental hygienist will perform the most medical support services, However the main duties of dental hygienists to perform preventive dental treatment for major help when the highest degree. Among oral hygiene management duty-related subjects showed the most helpful. Therefore dental hygiene curriculum to train dental hygienist should be organized to help with job performance in the field of clinical activities.

In this paper, we analyze the architecture of a typical building automation systems and control points in the network architecture, interoperability, and performance aspects. We proposed a new virtualization-based point-to-point automatic control system that is connected to a high speed wired system. Cloud computing based automation system enables the user based environment control, and may perform a building energy management performance through the improvement of the building automation system efficiently In addition, the virtualization system makes it possible to perform the management of the group building load management operators efficiently.

In wireless sensor network, since each sensor is equipped with a limited power, efficient use of the energy is important. One possible network management scheme is to cluster the sensors into several sets, so that the sensors in each of the sets can completely perform the monitoring task. Then the sensors in one set become active to perform the monitoring task and the rest of the sensors switch to a sleep state to save energy. Therefore, we rotate the roles of the active set among the sensors to maximize the network lifetime. In this paper, we suggest an optimal algorithm for the maximum lifetime coverage problem which maximizes the network lifetime. For comparison, we implemented both the heuristic proposed earlier and our algorithm, and executed computational experiments. Our algorithm outperformed the heuristic concerning the obtained network lifetimes, and it found the solutions in a reasonable amount of time.

In China, Weibo is one of the social platforms with more users. It has the characteristics of fast information transmission and wide coverage. People can comment on a certain event on Weibo to express their emotions and attitudes. Judging the emotional tendency of users' comments is not only beneficial to the monitoring of the management department, but also has very high application value for rumor suppression, public opinion guidance, and marketing. This paper proposes a two-input Adaboost model based on TextCNN and BiLSTM. Use the TextCNN model that can perform local feature extraction and the BiLSTM model that can perform global feature extraction to process comment data in parallel. Finally, the classification results of the two models are fused through the improved Adaboost algorithm to improve the accuracy of text classification.
