일 대학병원 근로자의 지식공유 의도에 미친 영향분석 (The Analysis of Factors affecting Workers' Knowledge Sharing Intention in a University Hospital)

  • The purpose of this study is to analysis factors affecting workers' knowledge sharing intention in a hospital. This study is based on personal factors such as perceived incentives, perceived reciprocal benefits, perceived behavioral control, and subjective norm. Also, there are organizational factors such as organizational climate, CEO's support, rewards system, trust, and IT system. Data were assessed using 107 employees who work at C university hospital in Chunkcheong-do and collected with self-administered questionnaires from April 1 to 13 in 2013. This study was analyzed SPSS 18 by using frequency and multi regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, knowledge sharing intention among personal factors was statistically significant in perceived behavioral control. Second, the awareness of knowledge sharing intention among organizational factors was turned out to be positive effect for CEO's support and trust. This study was identified a couple of factors affecting knowledge sharing intention between personal and organizational factors. The the implications of these factors are discussed and areas for developing hospital management strategies are fostered knowledge sharing.

PMO의 관여도가 프로젝트성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of PMO Involvement on Project Performance)

  • Purpose This study is based on previous studies related to the function and operating system of the project management system for efficient project management. The purpose of the study is, first, to find out how the project performance is affected by the utilization of the project management system and the involvement of the PMO. Second, the mediating effect of implementing integrated management between the project management system and project performance is to be demonstrated. Design/methodology/approach Based on previous studies related to project management, this study designed a research model by integrating functional factors derived from project management system design studies, integrated management factors, and factors derived from PMO function studies. Findings As a result of the empirical analysis, this study first confirmed that high utilization of the project management system and high involvement of the PMO are factors that affect project performance. In addition, it was confirmed that the establishment of the system and the introduction of PMO do not guarantee project performance. Second, it was confirmed that the execution of integrated management has a mediating effect between the system and the project performance, and that the high utilization of the system has a positive effect on the mediating effect.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 외식창업 성공요인이 경영성과와 창업만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고, 추가적으로 경영성과는 외식창업 성공요인과 창업만족도 사이에서 매개역할을 하는지를 파악하는 것이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석에 따른 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외식창업 성공요인은 입지, 서비스, 시설, 상품 요인으로 분류되었다. 외식창업 성공요인의 입지, 서비스, 시설, 상품 요인은 모두 경영성과와 창업만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경영성과는 창업만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경영성과는 외식창업 성공요인과 창업만족도 사이에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 외식창업 성공요인, 경영성과 및 창업만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다.

  • The demands for knowledge in the rapid social change and the competitive environment are being increased day by day. As to reflect the demands, much scholarly and practical work has been done on the topics of Knowledge Management (KM). However, the study of KM in nonprofit organizations (NPOs) is insufficient. This study, while discussing the nature of NPOs, which have the different purposes of existence and characteristics from for-profit organizations, has the purpose of finding out the special strategy for KM in NPOs. Through understanding the characteristics and the status of NPOs, this study suggests that that the interorganizational KM is the method to lead successful KM in NPOs. And the critical success factors (CSFs) are presented in the three major factors, such as the systematical, the interorganizational and internal consideration factor for organization. This not only provides the successful KM strategy of NPOs but also enlarges the understandings about interorganizational KM.

  • As society proceeds rapidly toward a knowledge-oriented stage, knowledge as an intangible asset has gained increasing importance. Companies increase their competitiveness and generate extra value through continuous investments in the management of intellectual property (IP). Thus, the prime concerns of companies have been protection of their technological innovation output through filing for IP rights, and maximization of their interests through utilization of intangible assets. Despite the importance of technological innovation in the management of a company, few studies have analyzed the key factors in the management of IP and activities for technological innovation. This study aims to derive policy implications for managing IP and effective capacity building for technological innovation. For this purpose, the author has employed empirical tests to identify the major factors influencing the direction of technological innovations in a company.

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate success factors of knowledge management in Korea companies. The research scheme was experimented through a questionnaire survey answered by 87 companies. The research model was composed of five groups : 1) CEO support and business strategics, 2) organization culture 3) information technology characteristic of knowledge workers 4) a reward and performance measurement 5) knowledge management system. The results of this research indicated that the CEO support and organization culture are important factors for knowledge activities. The information technology characteristic of knowledge workers and a reward have small effects for knowledge activities. Manufacturing companies and non-manufacturing companies need different knowledge management strategies. The results of this study will be helpful for the success implementation of knowledge management in Korean companies.

  • This study attempted to examine what effect knowledge management factors have on cooperative organizational culture regarding knowledge sharing depending on workplace types and occupations in order to seek for solution to increase efficiency and effects of knowledge management in the hospital organization. Key findings are as follows: For members of the hospital organization, the higher their recognition was in relation to 'concern and support of chief executive officer for knowledge management', and 'problem solution by specialists or superior in the organization and acquisition on the task knowledge', the more they worked as factors exerting positive effects on 'cooperative organizational culture regarding knowledge sharing'. And influence factors were different depending on workplace types and occupation.

  • The objective of this research is to survey of knowledge management in hospitals and to search the factors to impact the knowledge sharing and innovation behavior among employees. The data is collected with hospital employees by questionnaire method. Total number of analysis is 779 cases, and the collected data is analyzed by SEM(structural equation model). The work performance(WP) make influence the innovation behavior(IB) through knowledge sharing(KS) intention. The KS intention and IB are different in sex, age, education, work duration and work level. But, WP is different only in sex. The only personnel and organizational factors to affect KS intention, WP and IB are reciprocity(in personnel factor) and trust(in organization factor). Those factors mean the mental or psychological relationship among employees. So, to make more developed knowledge management in hospitals is to need more personal relationship than any other system management or incentives.

  • The conventional management which had economic requirement such as productivity, competition, customer satisfaction, and return needs the environmental management in order to meet a change of the external situation such as the environmental requirement (such as resources reduction, pollution prevention, and waste reduction). However, there have been a few studies which try to investigate internal factor and to regard external factors as negative ones. This paper proposes the external factors are significant to the performance. Several hypotheses were developed regarding the relationships. Based on the collected data from 126 firms, the hypotheses were analyed with SPSS.

  • Theoretical foundations of the knowledge management(KM) have been perceived still developing in the field. And, the literature shows many key success factors for KM, but, in more conceptual and abstract term. Companies interested in knowlege management demand for practical guidelines. Based on the constituent elements of KM, this study classifies key success factors identified from thirty three success cases, domestic and in other countries. Further, fifteen propositions are suggested and discussed for future research and project management in KM.
