대리점 이탈예측모델 개발 - 동적모델(Pattern Model)과 정적모델(Matrix Model)의 예측적중률 비교 - (Development of Prediction Model for Churn Agents -Comparing Prediction Accuracy Between Pattern Model and Matrix Model-)

  • Purpose: The Purpose of this study is to develop a model for predicting agent churn group in the cosmetics industry. We develope two models, pattern model and matrix model, which are compared regarding the prediction accuracy of churn agents. Finally, we try to conclude if there is statistically significant difference between two models by empirical study. Methods: We develop two models using the part of RFM(Recency, Frequency, Monetary) method which is one of customer segmentation method in traditional CRM study. In order to ensure which model can predict churn agents more precisely between two models, we used CRM data of cosmetics company A in China. Results: Pattern model and matrix model have been developed. we find out that there is statistically significant differences between two models regarding the prediction accuracy. Conclusion: Pattern model and matrix model predict churn agents. Although pattern model employed the trend of monetary mount for six months, matrix model that used the amount of sales per month and the duration of the employment is better than pattern model in prediction accuracy.

  • Recent research on mobile Internet protocol television and digital right management (DRM) interconnections has focused on multimedia technologies designed to enhance content scalability and adaptive content distribution. However, due to the architectural and scalable limitations, recent systems are not flexible and securable with respect to their adaptive content distribution and protective policy management. Therefore, we propose a content protective multi-agent platform that provides secure multimedia services, correlation management, pattern-based management, and multi-source multi-use (MsMu)-based services. Our architecture, supported by DRM, lets us create a rich set of MsMu-based content protection and seamless multimedia services through the extension of one source multi-use (OsMu)-based content services. We have verified our platform, which provides scalable and securable services with a 17% lower service response time by using a testbed.

다중에이전트 경로탐색(MAPF) 기반의 실내배송로봇 군집제어 구현 (Implementation of MAPF-based Fleet Management System)

  • Multiple AMRs have been proved to be effective in improving warehouse productivity by eliminating workers' wasteful walking time. Although Multi-agent Path Finding (MAPF)-based solution is an optimal approach for this task, its deployment in practice is challenging mainly due to its imperfect plan-execution capabilities and insufficient computing resources for high-density environments. In this paper, we present a MAPF-based fleet management system architecture that robustly manages multiple robots by re-computing their paths whenever it is necessary. To achieve this, we defined four events that trigger our MAPF solver framework to generate new paths. These paths are then delivered to each AMR through ROS2 message topic. We also optimized a graph structure that effectively captures spatial information of the warehouse. By using this graph structure we can reduce computational burden while keeping its rescheduling functionality. With proposed MAPF-based fleet management system, we can control AMRs without collision or deadlock. We applied our fleet management system to the real logistics warehouse with 10 AMRs and observed that it works without a problem. We also present the usage statistic of adopting AMRs with proposed fleet management system to the warehouse. We show that it is useful over 25% of daily working time.

  • 본 논문에서는 RFID tag의 충돌문제를 해결하여 고혈압 환자에게 정확한 의료서비스를 제공할 수 있는 hypertension management system을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 OR 로직을 사용하여 환자 주변의 RFID tag를 모바일 RFID 리더가 정확하게 인식할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 모바일 환경에서 환자의 상태 및 의료서비스를 자동으로 제공하고, 관리하기 위해 멀티에이전트를 적용하였다.

  • This paper describes the design and implementation of a SNMP Agent for NG-SDH transmission system. One of the most important items in SDH network management is the information model that implements every function of SDH equipment at network level. Although the TMN framework of SDH information model has been defined quite well, CMIP constraints of a real implementation urge vendors to implement proprietary features, and make it more difficult to maintain an integrated view of multivendor SDH networks management. To solve these aspects, this work proposes SNMP information model that allows a simple view of NG-SDH network management.

  • We develop an intelligent information system in a multilayer electronic supply chain network. Using the internet for supply chain management (SCM) is a key interest for contemporary managers and researchers. It has been realized that the internet can facilitate SCM by making real time information available and enabling collaboration between trading partners. Here, we propose a multi-agent system to analyze the performance of the elements of a supply network based on the attributes of the information flow. Each layer consists of elements which are differentiated by their performance throughout the supply network. The proposed agents measure and record the performance flow of elements considering their web interactions for a dynamic route selection. A dynamic programming approach is applied to determine the optimal route for a customer in the end-user layer.

Re-examining Network Market Strategies from the Perspective of the Local Network: Market Competition between Incompatible Technologies

  • Much of work on network externality assumed network effects are dependent on the network size. Therefore, very little consideration is given to the view that marginal benefits from joining the network may not increase with the network size if consumer benefits come from the direct interaction with neighbors, namely local network. In this study, we used the agent-based simulation method to reexamine the effectiveness of the traditional network market strategy under the presence of the local network where two incompatible technologies compete. We found that the strategy of growing an initial customer base is not effective under the presence of the local network. Our study also showed that targeting customers based on their technology Preference is not as effective as targeting customers within the same local network. As a result, the focus of a network market strategy should be directed to taking advantage of the customer network.

  • 기업간에 교환되는 문서를 EDI의 자료 구조를 이용하여 효율적으로 전송하고 저장할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이를 위한 변환 처리 스프트웨어인 KU-EDI를 이용하여 작성되는 메시지들에 대한 통신처리를 위한 통신 프로토콜에 관한 연구이다. EDI시스템을 지원하는 프로토콜들인 X.400MHS(Message Handling System), X.435 PEDI, FTAM(File Transfer Access Management), X.25, Odette FTP(File Transfer Protocol)들에 관해 조사 연구 및 비교분석을 하였다. KU-EDI를 위한 통신 프로토타입 모델로서 현재 EDI를 가장 잘 지원해 주는 OSI의 MHS에 기초하여 UA(User Agent), MS(Message Store), 그리고 MTA(Message Transfer Agent)로 구분을 해서 시스템을 설계하고 구현했다. 이 EDI/MHS모델에서 UA, MS, MTA는 한 시스템내에서 상호작용 한다.

  • 본 논문은 규칙-기반 DEVS 모델링과 시뮬레이션 기법을 사용하면서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 공동 환경의 네스티드 세션 관리에서의 오류 감지 시스템의 성능 분석을 설명한다. 본 논문은 FDA(Fault Detection Agent)의 설계와 구축을 설명한다. FDA는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 공동 환경의 네스티드 세션 관리에서 멀티미디어 원격 제어를 위한 소프트웨어 오류를 감지하기에 적합한 에이전트이다.

  • This paper propose an interested digital rights protection scheme using license agent to address problems facing contemporary DRM approached : static digital rights management, and limited application to on-line environment. We introduce a dynamic mission control technology to realize dynamic digital rights management. And we incorporate license agent to on- and off-line monitoring and tracking. The proposed system prevent illegal access and use by using PKI security method, real time action monitoring for user, data security for itself.
