The study examines the relationship between credit risk and operational risk (understanding of risk management, risk identification, risk assessment and control, and risk monitoring) on risk management practices followed by private and public sector commercial banks. The cross-sectional data method was used to check the impact of risk management practices. Data was collected from the bank employees and a total of 284 respondents were finally selected for further analysis. Measurement Invariance of Composite Models analysis is used to test the quality of the measurement model for sub-samples, and multi-group analysis is used for path analysis in sub-sample through PLS-SEM. The findings of the study as the total sample show that both types of banks are managing adequate and significant risk management practices. On the other hand, sub-groups' results show private sector banks are more momentous than public sector banks. Risk identification is significantly different at the sub-group level, which shows public sector banks are more concentrating on this type of risk. Understanding of risk management has no significant effect on both types of banks and risk assessment & control for public sector banks, and there is a difference in the risk management practices among private and public sector commercial banks.

Nowadays, diverse mass media discovers and introduces outstanding management cases of apartment complexes to induce vital competitions of constructors and active participation of residents to apartment management. This study statistically analyzed the management issues of outstanding apartment complexes that have been introduced by mass media with lexical criteria to examine the characteristics of their exemplary management. The key issues of outstanding apartment management are summarized as: efficient management of convenient facilities for residents, community activities based on residents' participation, and maintenance of pleasant living environments through transparent management. Also, the result of the relation arrangement of co-occurrence word from a Social Network Analysis included three key concepts of multi-family housing management - Maintenance Management, Operating Management, and Community Life Management - with emphasis on 'residents' and 'apartment complexes.' However, Operating Management was relatively deemphasized.

Organizations worldwide make efforts to develop their management systems for business functions. The representatives of management systems include quality management system (QMS), environmental management system (EMS) and occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS). Implementing EMS and/or OHSMS in addition to QMS often requires integration of separate management systems in alignment with the organization's strategies and goals. Through the questionnaire survey on Korean marine equipment enterprises, this paper deals with the operational practices of management systems and analyzes perceptions about integrated management system (IMS). We found out the degree of perception is not sufficient enough to prepare background for IMS in Korean marine equipment enterprises. The results contribute to well understanding and successfully implementing IMS.

The purpose of this study is to discuss ′records′ as core resources for knowledge management and to suggests the directions for developing integrated knowledge management systems based records management. This present paper begins with analyzing concept and structure of records in light of knowledge management, and identify the importance of records management in developing knowledge management systems by substituting evidence axis in Upward′s "Records Continuum Model" for knowledge management. And this study tries to identify critical aspects regarding transfer of records to knowledge system by analyzing the level of records. Based on these analyses, it suggests a directions for developing records based-knowledge management systems.

The spotlight is thrown on the ubiquitous technology these days, and diverse management technologies are proposed to efficiently manage the networks in the ubiquitous environment. Because each network has its unique management technology, the integrated management of complex networks is a very difficult challenge. In this paper, an integrated network management methodology is proposed to ensure the efficient management of different networks using ontology. Although the proposed integrated network management methodology is quite simple, the definition of this methodology is essential for the integrated network management. Using the $Prot\acute{e}g\acute{e}$ to Ontology development, the terms for the integrated network management were defined, along with the OWL and relevant rules, and several methods were implemented according to the proposed methodology. The process in this paper is considered essential for the network expansion and multiple network management.

The Purpose of this study is to identify relationships between knowledge management performances and such Influence factors of knowledge Management as information technology, knowledge management process, culture & people, strategy & Leadership in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. In order to test hypotheses, we collected data from 498 SME's employees, then analysed them by SPSSWIN. This results showed as follows; 1. All Influence factors of knowledge Management( information technology, knowledge management process, culture & people, strategy & Leadership) are to advance individual task effectiveness and organization effectiveness significantly. 2. Such Influence factors of knowledge Management as information technology, knowledge management process, culture & people are to improve business efficiency between the company. But strategy & leadership factor is not significant. 3. Influence factors of knowledge Management are different between knowledge performace factors such ac individual task effectiveness, organization effectiveness, and business efficiency between company.

The aim of this paper is to propose an integrative definition of key account management (KAM) at the organizational level through a content analysis of the existing definitions of KAM available in the business literatures. A representative pool of definitions of key account management was generated through literature review from twenty three journals that covers the divergence of name variety like global account management, strategic account management, national account management, international key account management, key client management, major account management, key customers management and key account management. Relating to the definition of key account management various attributes are identified through content analysis and according to the relevance, profile for each attributes are developed. On the basis of these attributes a diagrammatic and textual definition is proposed that covers the different standpoints and aspects of key account management approach and captures its essence as well. Eventually, several strategic implications are derived that create the field for further empirical investigation.

This study examines the factors configuration management quality of the construction company, and to analyze the impact of these factors on Project Performance and Company Performance. That quality construction management configuration factors, chief executives, corporate strategy, organizational management, information technology, and partners five variables, Project Performance variables, process management, quality management, cost management, safety management, environmental management five variables, and Company Performance parameters of financial competence and organizational satisfaction, quality of work three variables, the overall causal relationship between the presence of specific activities and management quality, classified according to the size of the company were verified by the difference in impact between the two groups.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in contents of home management part in the home economics textbooks fur middle school from the 1st to the 7th curriculum period. The contents in the all of home economics textbooks published in every curriculum period are analyzed. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. The part of home management is divided into seven specific areas including 'definition and process of home management', 'utilization of family resource and environment management', 'time management', 'household labor/work nanagement', 'family financial management', 'purchasing', and 'consumer protection'. 2. From the 6th curriculum period, the area of 'definition and process of home management' begun to be explained using system's approach and the area of 'household labor/work management' changed its' focus from household to self management. 3. The areas emphasized in the beginning of curriculum period were 'family financial management' and 'household labor/work management'. The 'consumer protection' ' and 'utilization of family resource and environment management' were the areas emphasized in the later curriculum period. 4. The contents of 'family financial management' area have changed very little, however, the contents of 'purchasing' area have changed a lot during the all curriculum periods. 5. The contents of illustrations, tables, pictures, and activities have changed according to changes of the contents of the textbooks.

The uncertainty of a project generates risks hindering the goal achievement of the project, and the risks affect the success or failure of the project significantly. Risk management, a part of the project management, includes various processes, and there are also various tools or techniques applicable to that. In an organization, the application of project management develops gradually from low to high maturity, and the organization should choose and implement a method of application proper for the level of its maturity. This article suggests a method to reduce inefficiency of the management and how to apply risk management by levels of maturity for easier application. For this, the stages of project management maturity levels were divided into the introduction, development, and maturity step, and methods of risk management suitable for each stage were applied. And methods of risk management that need to be applied by the levels of project maturity are divided into three factors : risk management processes, risk management tools and techniques, and risk management standards and templates. It is expected to be favorable approaches for the application of risk management in an organization to divide those factors into more concrete processes, tools, techniques, and standards and apply them by the levels of management maturity.
