This study analyzes a language network of Science and Technology Basic Plan, which is the basis for science and technology policy in Korea, for the next Science and Technology Basic Plan. Language network analysis was adopted for a quantitative approach measuring the trend of policies. Several techniques such as keyword analysis, language network map analysis, quantitative characteristics analysis and keyword-related major-word analysis have been performed. Results show that there are common policies emphasized by all Science and Technology Basic Plans in the past, and there are also specific policies emphasized in each period of the Science and Technology Basic Plan. These specific policies come from a 'change of times' when the Science and Technology Basic Plans were established, as well as the philosophy of the national government.

The COVID-19 is a pandemic that affects all facets of our life and will change many patterns in science technology and innovation. A qualitative study was conducted using Focus Group Interview involving ten industry-academia-research experts with the objective of identifying changes in Korea's national innovation system and science & technology policy after the COVID-19. Eight questions were designed, based on the major components of the national innovation system, such as companies, universities, and research institutes, to discuss the changes in the national innovation system and science & technology policy. Also, keyword analysis and cluster analysis were performed using the network analysis program VOSviewer. It is predicted that, in the wake of the COVID-19, Korea's national innovation system will shift to a new paradigm that is more decentralized, responsive, and autonomous. Furthermore, several policy agendas that can turn these changes into positive momentum of change in science & technology policy are presented.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze each government's ICT SME support policies to cope with changes in the ICT ecosystem paradigm. In particular, the core policies and policy trends of the Moon's government are presented through keyword network analysis and cognitive map analysis. As a result, core technologies such as ICT(Information Communication Technology), AI(Artificial Intelligence), Big Data, and 5G, which have high values of betweenness centrality and closeness centrality, are major keywords with high propagation power. The cognitive map analysis shows that the opportunity factors for the 4th industrial revolution are being activated through the ICT infrastructure circulation process, the domestic market circulation process, and the global market circulation process. This study is meaningful in terms of cognitive map analysis and utilization based on scientific analysis.

본 연구는 최근 고등학교기관(대학)의 평가에서 가장 중심 단어가 되고 있는 있는 '핵심역량' 관련 최근 연구들의 주요 키워드들과 그들간의 네트워크를 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 2011년부터 2020년까지(최근 10년간)의 '대학 핵심역량' 관련 등재지(등재 후보지 포함)에 발표된 총 176건의 관련 연구물들을 언어 네트워크 분석 방법론을 활용하여, 주요 키워드 추출 및 워드클라우드 제시, 주요 핵심어들 간의 관계성(의미망 네트워크) 분석 등을 진행하고자 한다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 관련 학자들이 연구를 진행할 때, 대학 관계자가 학교단위 교육활동 계획 기획 및 평가활동을 할 때 매우 중요한 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구의 목적은 도서관마케팅 관련 국내외 연구의 저자 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 도서관마케팅연구의 경향성을 살펴보고 국외 연구와의 비교를 통해 국내 연구가 지니는 특성을 살펴보는데 있다. 분석 대상은 국내의 경우 문헌정보학분야 4대 학회지의 도서관마케팅 관련 연구의 저자 키워드이며 국외의 경우 Scopus데이터베이스에 수록되어 있는 문헌정보학분야의 도서관마케팅 관련 연구의 저자 키워드이다. 수집된 저자 키워드는 NetMiner4 소프트웨어를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 1) 국내의 도서관마케팅연구는 주로 공공도서관을 대상으로 한 반면 국외의 경우 대학도서관을 대상으로 한 연구가 상대적으로 많았다, 2) 국내의 경우, 도서관마케팅연구의 주제가 다양화되지 못한 경향이 있으며 일부 소수 학자들의 학문적 관심에 의해 주도되는 경향성이 강하였다, 3) 국외의 경우, 디지털시대에 걸맞은 소셜미디어와 온라인 등을 통한 마케팅적 접근이 활발한 반면 국내의 경우는 이에 대한 관심이 미미하였다, 4) 국내외의 경우 모두 학교도서관에 대한 도서관마케팅연구자들의 관심은 많지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문은 지난 10년간(2011~2021) 발간된 산학협력에 대한 국내 논문과 국외 논문의 비교 분석을 통해 국내 산학협력의 동향을 파악하고 국외 산학협력 연구 주제와 비교하고자 한다. 수집된 전체 기사의 특색을 파악하기 위해 키워드 네트워크 분석과 토픽 모델링 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 국내 논문은 학교, 고용, 교육, 특허, 교수 등이 주요 토픽이며 관련 키워드가 영향력 있는 키워드로 나타났다. 국외 논문의 경우, 프로젝트, 정책, 혁신, 회사 등이 주요 토픽이며 관련 키워드가 영향력 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 국내 산학협력은 대학, 교수가 고용을 위한 교육을 설계하고 주도해 왔다고 해석될 수 있으며, 향후 국내 산학협력 활동이 '연구'와 '기술이전' 영역에서 보다 활발히 이루어질 필요가 있으며, 이를 위해서 정부의 관련 정책과 지원이 학교와 기업 모두 이익을 얻을 수 있는 양방향 관계 수립에 중점을 두어야 함을 시사한다.

Background: The purpose of this study was to extract the major areas of interest in health insurance research in Korea, and infer policy agendas related to health insurance by analyzing research keywords. Methods: For this study, 2,590 articles were selected from among 7,459 academic papers related to health insurance published between January 1987 and December 2018, which were looked up using the Research Information Sharing Service (RISS). Keyword extraction and keyword network analysis were performed using the KrKwic, KrTitle, and UCINET software. Results: First, the number of studies in the area of health insurance continued to increase in all government terms, and it was not until after the 2000s that the subjects of health insurance researches were diversified. Second, degree centrality showed that 'medical expenditure' and 'medical utilization' were consistently high-ranking keywords regardless of the government in power. Aging and long-term care insurance-related keywords were ranked higher in the Lee Myung-bak government, Park Geun-hye government, and Moon Jae-in government. Third, betweenness centrality showed the same high ranking in key topics such as medical expenditure and medical utilization, while the ranking of key keywords differed depending on the interests and characteristics of each government policy. Conclusion: We confirm that health insurance as a research topic has been the main theme in Korean health care research fields. Research keywords extracted from articles also corresponded to the main health policies promoted during each government period. Efforts to systematically investigate policy megatrends are needed to plan adaptive future policies.

Purpose: This study was conducted to assess public awareness and policy challenges faced by practicing nurses. Methods: After collecting nurse-related news articles published before and after 'the Thanks to You Challenge' campaign (between December 31, 2019, and July 15, 2020), keywords were extracted via preprocessing. A three-step method keyword analysis, latent Dirichlet allocation topic modeling, and keyword network analysis was used to examine the text and the structure of the selected news articles. Results: Top 30 keywords with similar occurrences were collected before and after the campaign. The five dominant topics before the campaign were: pandemic, infection of medical staff, local transmission, medical resources, and return of overseas Koreans. After the campaign, the topics 'infection of medical staff' and 'return of overseas Koreans' disappeared, but 'the Thanks to You Challenge' emerged as a dominant topic. A keyword network analysis revealed that the word of nurse was linked with keywords like thanks and campaign, through the word of sacrifice. These words formed interrelated domains of 'the Thanks to You Challenge' topic. Conclusion: The findings of this study can provide useful information for understanding various issues and social perspectives on COVID-19 nursing. The major themes of news reports lagged behind the real problems faced by nurses in COVID-19 crisis. While the press tends to focus on heroism and whole society, issues and policies mutually beneficial to public and nursing need to be further explored and enhanced by nurses.

지식의 저장, 창조, 공유, 그리고 조직 경영활동으로의 적용으로 정의(Turban et al., 2003)할 수 있는 지식경영(knowledge management)은 무형의 지적자산이 경쟁우위의 근원이 되는 현 지식기반사회에서 학계와 실무 모두의 관심을 오랜 기간 받고 있다. 본 연구는 한국연구재단에서 운용하는 한국학술지인용색인(Korea Citation Index, KCI)을 활용하여 '지식경영' 키워드가 포함된 국내 논문에 대한 키워드분석을 수행하여 지식경영관련 국내연구 동향을 파악한다. 분석 결과 지식경영은 다양한 분야, 다양한 이론들과 접목하여 연구가 진행되고 있어 향후 연구주제의 확장가능성과 학문간 융합을 촉진하는 역할을 할 수 있음을 시사하였다. 또 지식경영 관련 연구는 높은 빈도로 '혁신' 키워드를 함께 포함하고 있어 조직 및 기술 혁신에 있어 주요한 역할을 하고 있음을 확인하였고, 연도별 분석 결과 해당 시기의 주요 환경변화를 반영하는 키워드들이 함께 제시되고 있어 4차 산업혁명 시대에서 지식경영의 역할은 더욱 중요해지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 연구데이터 관련 국내 연구의 동향을 파악하기 위하여 RISS에서 연구데이터 관련 논문을 수집하였으며, 데이터 정제 후 총 58건의 연구논문을 대상으로 134개의 저자 키워드를 추출하여 키워드 네트워크 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 아직까지 국내에서 연구데이터 관련 연구의 수가 58건에 지나지 않아 추후 많은 관련 연구가 진행될 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 연구데이터 관련 연구 분야는 대부분 복합학 중 문헌정보학에 집중되어 있었다. 셋째, 연구데이터 관련 저자 키워드의 빈도분석 결과 '연구데이터관리', '연구데이터공유', '데이터리포지터리', '오픈사이언스' 등이 다빈도 주요 키워드로 분석되어 연구데이터 관련 연구는 위의 키워드를 중심으로 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 키워드 네트워크 분석 결과에서도 다빈도 키워드는 연결 중심성 및 매개 중심성에서 중심적인 위치를 차지하며 관련 연구에서 핵심 키워드에 위치하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 최근의 연구데이터 관련 동향을 파악할 수 있었고, 향후 집중적으로 연구해야 하는 분야를 확인할 수 있었다.
