  • This study is aim to analyze out Living Guide Book for residents in Housing and to have application to Long Life Housing as a precedent study based on Maintenance Guideline to make residents inhabitate, in case of suppling Wet type Short Life Housing with S(Support) and I(Infill), and Long Life Housing with devised SI, durability, alterability, available Remodeling and maintenance effect. Housing with large scale complex and brand-name offers Living Guide Book for residents that contains maintenance contents. Maintenance contents for residents in Housing are complex guide, use method of the each part, guide for repair of defect, repair and change of built -in items ended up life or damaged items. Maintenance contents for residents in Long Life Housing are important because the Manager takes charge of public area and public equipment in S, but the user takes charge of private area and private equipment. Therefore this study analyzes out Living Guide Book for residents in Housing as a precedent study based on Maintenance Guideline of Long Life Housing users.

관개용수로의 비용분석에 관한 연구 (Cost Comparisou of Conveyance Systems for Irrigation Districts)

  • This paper compares the estimated total construction and maintenance costs for irrigation canals in six irrigation districts near Pyongtaek. Three conventional canal types were considered: concrete bench flumes, concrete-lined canals, and earth canals. The total expenses for each type were grouped to four catagories: the net construction, land acquisition, maintenance, and other expenses. The construction costs included the assumed costs for conveyance losses from each type of canals. The results from this study support earlier studies that the bench flumes are economically feasible. Initially cheaper conveyance systems like concrete-lined and earth canals demand 'higher maintenance costs and thus, their total expenses are summed to exceed those for the bench flumes within a few years following the construction. Banch flumes are economically justifiable for the main canals of the studying districts. Sensitivity analyses were executed to evaluate the relative importance of each expense to the total cost. The analyses show that total expenses very significantly with the change of the following costs: cost for conveyance losses, net construction, maintenance, and land acquisition, in that order However, other expenses contribute little if not at all to the total. The results indicate that bench flumes should be adopted as main canal structures for most irrigation districts in the Republic.

  • With the increasing number of high-rise and large-scale buildings, modern buildings are becoming intelligent, and are incurring high construction costs and requiring careful maintenance. Maintenance works for high-rise buildings significantly depend on human labor, unlike other construction processes that are gradually being automated. The resulting accidents may produce very high social and economic losses. To address this problem, herein, this paper proposes robotic building maintenance system using multi-robot concept, in specific, cleaning a building facade which is directly subjected to minimize human labor; that improves the process efficiency and economic feasibility. The sensor for detecting contamination of building's outer-wall glass is proposed; Kalman filter was used for estimating robots' status with the contamination of the window glass. Task allocation of the sensor based multi-robots for an effective way of task execution is introduced and the feasibility was verified through the simulations.

Impact of ABCB1 C3435T Polymorphism on Treatment Response of Vitamin K Antagonists: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis

  • Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the impact of ATP-binding cassette subfamily B member 1 (ABCB1) C3435T polymorphism on the treatment response of patients to vitamin K antagonists (VKAs). Methods: In this systematic review and meta-analysis, the PubMed/Medline, Embase, and Cochrane Library databases were searched for eligible articles for the period up to November 2020. Articles that reported treatment response to VKAs according to the ABCB1 C3435T polymorphism were included in this study. Results: A total of 13 and 9 articles were included in the systematic review and meta-analysis, respectively. The weekly maintenance dose of warfarin was significantly lower in patients with the ABCB1 3435CT or TT polymorphism type than in those with the ABCB1 3435CC type (weighted mean difference [WMD], -2.53 mg/week; 95% confidence interval [CI], -3.64 to -1.43, p<0.001). However, the weekly maintenance dose of acenocoumarol was not significantly associated with the ABCB1 C3435T polymorphism (WMD, 1.02; 95% CI, -0.61 to 2.65, p=0.22). Conclusion: The ABCB1 C3435T polymorphism was significantly associated with the weekly maintenance dose of warfarin. Further research is needed to confirm the association between the ABCB1 C3435T polymorphism and the incidence rate of bleeding events.

보도용 블록포장 유지보수 공사 원가산정기준 개정 연구 (A Study on the Revision of the Cost accountingfor Sidewalk Block Pavement Maintenance and Repair Work)

  • The maintenance and repair work of sidewalk block pavement is a construction that requires a large amount of budget to be invested every year. It is important to establish an appropriate standards for estimating construction cost to ensure proper budgeting and quality. In this study, the standards for estimating the cost of maintenance and construction work for sidewalk blocks that can be applied to the construction volume classified according to the site conditions, construction type, and equipment use differentiated from new construction was established. As a result, the daily construction volume was presented by reflecting excavator and truck as equipment in the combination of paver and common worker. The re-installation was applied by separating the construction volume of sections with general blocks and induction/raised blocks based on the installation of sidewalk blocks after demolition. Generally if block cutting is necessary, the precision construction conditions using a cutting machine were taken into consideration to secure the construction quality. In addition, it has been revised to apply classified construction volume into A and B-Type depending on the park and site conditions.

  • This research is to analyze the characteristics of housing remodeling behaviors within detached houses that located at three small cities in the central part of Korea. The characteristics indicate similar aspects of maintenance and improvement behaviors in the occurrence time and space, while space alteration shows different aspects. In the frequency of occurrences, maintenance behaviors occurring in the point of building maintenance and preservation is performed most actively, the next is improvement behaviors, and space alteration behaviors is the lowest frequency. Type of remodeling behaviors shows the characteristics that maintenance behaviors are active in served spaces(bed room space, family living space) while alteration and improvement behaviors occur more in servant spaces.(household working space, outdoor space and sanitary space)

철도 차량 정비 작업자를 위한 일회용 부직포 작업복의 온열적 성능 평가 (Evaluation of the Thermal Properties of Disposable Coveralls for Railroad Carriage Maintenance Workers)

  • This study evaluated thermo-physiological and subjective properties of improved disposable coveralls for railroad carriage maintenance through climatic chamber trials and a filed study. Subjects wore five kinds of disposable coveralls (Type A: a disposable coverall on the market, Type B: a coverall with an improved hood and size-adjustable design, Type C: a coverall with a portable hood, Type D: a coverall with small holes for ventilation, Type E: a sleeveless coverall, Type F: a separated type of coverall with half sleeves) The air temperature in the climatic chamber was set in 9$^{\circ}C$ and 30$^{\circ}C$ For each condition, subjects simulated the railroad work for 120min. and rectal temperature, skin temperatures, clothing microclimate and subjective sensations were measured. The results of chamber trials showed rectal temperature and clothing microclimate did not display significant differences by clothing type. In 30$^{\circ}C$ air temperature, mean skin temperature was higher in Type E and Type F than in Type A(p<0.05) but between the improved coveralls(B-F), we could not find any significant difference. In the case of thermal comfort, the most preferred types were Type B and Type C in 9$^{\circ}C$ and Type F in 30$^{\circ}C$. All subjects felt more comfortable in the improved coveralls than in coveralls of the market (Type A). In field study, workers preferred Type B, Type C and Type F to Type A but the most favorite type differed by the specific type of work. Especially, workers were dissatisfied that Type D tore easily due to lots of small holes around the armpits and Type I did not protect workers' shoulder and arms from oil contamination. According to the climatic chamber trials and field study, the most effective coveralls were Type B and Type C for winter and Type F for summer.

공공임대주택 유형별 구성재 사전예방보전 수선시기 설정연구 (Analysis of a Repair Time Preparation for the Preventive Maintenance in a Public Rental Housing Types)

  • The rental housing has been a main role to supply a living space to the household who can not be available for the home-owner. Specially, the public rental housing is targeted for the low-income household and supplied with low rental fee. Therefore, the rent owner should manage and maintain the housing condition decently with a systematically maintenance plan which includes a repair time and scope, a repair cost. Among them, the repair time is important to make a repair plan. The repair time would be explained with two types, which is divided into a breakdown maintenance and a preventive maintenance. Each of them has a advantage in a repair cost, maintenance of the living condition and provision of the repair scope and method. In this paper, it aimed at providing the repair time in 12 components of the public rental housing which is reflected from a preventive maintenance. This study shows that overall, a permanent rental housing has a longer repair time than any other rental housing in 12 housing components. A public rental housing is closer to the a permanent rental housing then a redevelopment rental housing in repair time. On the other hand, the repair time of the 12 housing components is different form the rental housing. This leads to further study in difference of the repair time according to a tenant type.

원전 정비효과성감시 프로그램의 성능기준설정 방법론 개선 (Study of Performance Criteria Methodology for Maintenance Effectiveness Monitoring Program for Nuclear Power Plants)

  • The systems of the nuclear power plant are designed based on the User Requirement Document, and Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co. (KHNP) implements preventive maintenance activities to keep the specific design function of the system consistently. To monitor the preventive maintenance effectiveness, KHNP has also developed maintenance effectiveness monitoring (MR) program based on NUMARC 93-01 since 2003, and has implemented the program in all operating plants. Recently, KHNP has upgraded MR programs by reflecting implementing experiences ; reestablishing the performance monitoring level, improving analysis for standby function and performance criteria for passive components, reestablishing the availability performance criteria and the performance criteria for the same type of components. These upgraded MR programs will contribute to enhance safety and improve equipment reliability through monitoring maintenance effectiveness.

안전계통의 이용불능도 및 최적시험주기에 미치는 인간실수의 영향 (Effects of Human Error on the Optimal Test Internal and Unavailability of the Safety System)

  • 안전계통의 이용불능도 및 최적시험주기 평가에 있어서 주기적인 시험과 관련된 인간실수의 영향을 고려하였다. 시험 및 보수와 관련된 인간실수는 건전한 계통이 시험 후 잘못된 상태에 놓이게 될 가능성과(Type A인간실수)건전하지 못한 계통이 시험시 감지되지 못할 가능성(Type B인간실수)이다. 계통이용불능도 및 최적시험주기에 미치는 인간실수의 영향을 결정하기 위하여 안전계통의 이용불능도를 계산하기 위한 사상수목모델이 개발되었다. 또한 안전주입계통의 신뢰도 분석을 통하여 계통전체에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 다양한 민감도 분석 결과, (1) 계통이용불능도는 인간실수의 확률이 커질수록 증가하며 Type A인간실수의 영향이 훨씬 크다. (2) 최적시험주기 는 Type A 인간실수가 커 질수록 약간 증가하나, Type B 인간실수가 커 질수록 감소한다. (3) 안전주입펌프의 시험주기를 고정시키면 안전주입계통의 이용불능도는 Type A인간실수가 커질수록 크게 증가하나 Type B 인간실수가 커지더라도 약간 증가한다. 따라서 인간실수의 영향을 고려 할 때 계통의 이용불능도를 일정 수준으로 유지하기 위해서는 시험주기(최적시험주기가 아님 )를 줄여야 한다. 그리고 시험 및 보수시 Type A 인간실수는 계통의 이용불능도에 미치는 영향이 크므로, 특히 TyPe A 인간실수를 줄이기 위한 노력이 필요하다.
