동상모형실험을 통한 아스팔트 포장체의 동결 및 처짐 특성 (Freezing and Deflection Characteristics of Flexible Pavement Structure Using Frost Model Test)

  • 본 논문에서는 $-20^{\circ}C{\sim}10^{\circ}C$의 온도 유지가 가능한 길이 3.2m, 폭 3.2m, 높이 2.4m의 대형 냉동고 내부에 길이 0.9m, 폭 0.9m, 높이 0.9m의 실험용 토조를 실제 도로 아스팔트 포장체의 형상과 유사하게 구성하여 실험 조건에 따른 시료 깊이별 온도변화, 동상 팽창압, 팽창량 등 도로의 동결 특성을 분석하였다. 또한, 소형충격재하 장치(LFWD)를 활용하여 동결 전과 융해 후 도로포장구조체의 동상방지층 유무에 따른 실험을 실시하여 아스팔트 포장체 표면의 처짐을 측정하였다. 즉, 도로포장 중앙부의 처짐비와 표층곡률지수비를 분석, 평가함으로써 도로동상방지층의 효용성 및 공용성을 규명하였다.

  • The gravity measurement has been conducted at 327 station with an interval of 25 m along the survey lines of 1.6 km and 1.7 km traversing Hyungsan river and of 2.35 km and 2.42 km running N-S direction near Heunghae-eup in Pohang basin. Bouguer gravity anomalies were obtained, and geologic structure along four survey lines were interpreted by applying Fourier series and Talwani methods for two demensional body. A fault is in existence along the Hyungsan river, and northern block of it is displaced down by 150 m to 200 m relative to southern one. The thicknesses of Yeonil Group vary from 250 m to 550 m and from 150 m to 300 m in the northern and southern blocks of the fault, respectively. Another fault is in existence running E-W direction near Heunghae-eup, and its southern block is displaced down by about 250 m relative to its northern block. The thicknesses of Yeonil Group vary from 200 m to 400 m and from 500 m to 700 m in the southern and northern blocks of the fault, respectively. Above two faults are normal faults and make a graben structure, which results the age of rocks in the central region between the faults is younger than those of outside regions. This result coincides with that of paleontological study.

RIE 공정 조건에 의한 피라미드 구조의 블랙 실리콘 형성 (Black Silicon of Pyramid Structure Formation According to the RIE Process Condition)

  • In this study, pyramid structured black silicon process was developed in order to overcome disadvantages of using wet etching to texture the surface of single crystalline silicon and using grass/needle-like black silicon structure. In order to form the pyramidal black silicon structure on the silicon surface, the RIE system was modified to equip with metal-mesh on the top of head shower. The process conditions were : $SF_6/O_2$ gas flow 15/15 sccm, RF power of 200 W, pressure at 50 mTorr ~ 200 mTorr, and temperature at $5^{\circ}C$. The pressure did not affect the pyramid structure significantly. Increasing processing time increased the size of the pyramid, however, the size remained constant at 1 ${\mu}M$ ~ 2 ${\mu}M$ between 15 minutes ~ 20 minutes of processing. Pyramid structure of 1 ${\mu}M$ in size showed to have the lowest reflectivity of 7 % ~ 10 %. Also, the pyramid structure black silicon is more appropriate than the grass/needle-like black silicon when creating solar cells.

  • An analysis of the bonding situation in CaM₂P₂ (M=Fe, Ni) with ThCr₂Si₂ structure is made in terms of DOS and COOP plots. The main contributions to covalent bonding are due to M-P and P-P interactions in both compounds. Particularly, the interlayer P-P bonding by variation in the transition metal is examined in more detail. It turns out that the shorter P-P bonds in CaNi₂P₂ form as a result of the decreasing electron delocalization into ${{\sigma}_p}^*$ of P₂ due to the weaker bonding interaction between the metal d and ${{\sigma}_p}^*$ as the metal d band is falling from Fe to Ni.

  • We are devoted to dealing with the conformal theory of a Rizza manifold with a generalized Finsler metric $G_{ij}$ (x,y) and a new conformal invariant non-linear connection $M^{i}$ $_{j}$ (x,y) constructed from the generalized Cern's non-linear connection $N^{i}$ $_{j}$ (x,y) and almost complex structure $f^{i}$ $_{j}$ (x). First, we find a conformal invariant connection ( $M_{j}$ $^{i}$ $_{k}$ , $M^{i}$ $_{j}$ , $C_{j}$ $^{i}$ $_{k}$ ) and conformal invariant tensors. Next, the nearly Kaehlerian (G, M)-structures under conformal change in a Rizza manifold are investigate.

Design of M-Channel IIR Uniform DFT Filter Banks Using Recursive Digital Filters

  • In this paper, we propose a method for designing a class of M-channel, causal, stable, perfect reconstruction, infinite impulse response (IIR), and parallel uniform discrete Fourier transform (DFT) filter banks. It is based on a previously proposed structure by Martinez et al. [1] for IIR digital filter design for sampling rate reduction. The proposed filter bank has a modular structure and is therefore very well suited for VLSI implementation. Moreover, the current structure is more efficient in terms of computational complexity than the most general IIR DFT filter bank, and this results in a reduced computational complexity by more than 50% in both the critically sampled and oversampled cases. In the polyphase oversampled DFT filter bank case, we get flexible stop-band attenuation, which is also taken care of in the proposed algorithm.

방파제를 고려한 초대형 부유식 해양구조물의 응답 (Hydroelastic Responses for a Very Large Floating Structure with a Breakwater)

  • 본 논문은 고정식 방파제를 포함한 초대형 부유식 해상공항의 파도 중에서 유탄성 응답을 계산하는 방법을 제시하였다. 방파제 효과를 고려한 방사문제와 산란문제를 해석하기 위하여 소오스-다이폴 분포법을 사용하였고, 구조물의 응답은 자유-자유 보의 고유 모드함수에 의한 모드 해석법을 사용하여 계산하였다. 계산 모델로 길이가 1000m의 해상공항 구조물을 도입하였고, 방파제의 효과를 살펴보기 위해 입사파의 주기, 강성, 방파제와 해상공항 사이의 간격을 변화시키면서 수직 응답 및 모우멘트 등을 계산하였다.

유한 필드 GF($2^m$)상의 모듈러 곱셈기 및 제곱기 특성 분석 (Characteristic analysis of Modular Multipliers and Squarers for GF($2^m$))

  • 본 논문에서는 타원 곡선 암호화 시스템 등에 응용되는 유한 필드 GF(2$^{m}$ )상의 모듈러 곱셈기 및 제곱기에 대한 처리 시간과 공간 복잡도를 비교 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 기존에 제시된 모듈러 곱셈기 및 제곱기를 설계하였으며, 이들을 VHDL로 기술한 후 회로를 합성하였다. 합성된 회로에 대한 기능 및 timing 시뮬레이션 결과 모두 정확한 결과 값을 얻었다. 합성된 모듈러 곱셈기 및 제곱기를 FPGA로 구현한 결과 한 클럭당 처리 시간은 시스톨릭 구조가 가장 빠르지만 지연 시간을 고려한 전체 처리 시간은 CA 구조가 가장 빠르다는 결과를 얻었다. 또한 공간 복잡도를 특성에 있어서는 LFSR 구조가 가장 우수하다는 결과를 얻었다.

초대형 부유식 구조물의 돌핀-펜더계류시스템에 관한 실험연구 (Experimental Study on a Dolphin-Fender Mooring System for Pontoon-Type Structure)

  • in this paper a dolphin-fender moored pontoon-type floating structure in shallow water depth is studied focusing on mooring force. The pontoon-type floating structure is 500m long, 300m wide. The structure has partially non-uniform drafts of 2.0m and 3.0m. The employed mooring system is a guyed frame type dolphin-fender system. The 1/125 scale model fender system is made of rubber tube to have hi-linear load deflection characteristics. A series of model tests has been conducted focusing on motion and fender force responses in regular and irregular waves at KRISO's ocean engineering basin Non-linear numerical simulation of fender reaction force has been carried out and the results are compared with those of model tests. The simulated rigid body motion and mooring forces also have been compared with the test results.

  • The surroundings around subway are becoming more lively for project of CBD (an redevelopment project), however vibrations which are made through passing train cold spread buildings around. The structure-borne noise could be generated at the same time that makes people including developers and th citizens have negative viewpoint on railway. Especially, Seoul Metro 1-4 lines ar built alongside the road nearby houses and business district. That could make plenty of public resentments because of the structure-borne noise. Seoul Metro should make active alternative plans for their future urban environment projects which will be conducted. The case was Railway Facility which were conducted to minimize structure-borne noise from sharp curved track section (4 line, Sinyongsan~Ichon, R 250m). The section is adjacent to house district as near as 6.6m related with pusing international city project, the 4th urban environment project around international building, near Yongsan station. The interval of sleepers would be downsized in half with breaking existing case, and pad stiffness is reduced 4 ton from 10 ton. That makes structure-borne noise minimized because of vibrations are lowered about 19.1-23.0db. The structure above has remained for a year and a half from October, 2008, and had not any trouble to perform excellence with 80million ton rail accumulated tonnage.
