DC Magnetron Sputtering 방법으로 증착한 Fe-N 박막의 구조와 자기적 성질 (Structure and Magnetic Properties of Fe-N Films Deposited by Dc Magnetron Sputtering)

  • 질화철(Fe-N) 박막을 DC magenetron sputtering 방법으로 증착하였다. 스퍼터링 기체중의 질소유량비와 스퍼터링 power가 박막의 구조와 조성, 자기적 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 증착 박막중의 질소원자 함유량은 박막의 구조, 생성상 및 자기적 특성을 결정짓는 지배적인 인자이다. 낮 은 질소 유량비에서 증착하였을 경우 박막은 질소 침입형 $\alpha$-Fe 결정구조를 갖으며, 질소원자 함유량에 비례하여 격자변형은 증가하고 포화자화값은 감소하였다. 격자변형이 어느 정도 심하게 일어 나면 주상정으로의 성장이 억제되어 평탄한 표면형상과 균일한 미세구조를 갖게되며, 자구벽의 이동이 용이하게 되어 보자력의 급격한 감소를 가져왔다. 질소유량비가 증가하여 박막내의 질소함유량이 15 at.%가 되면 격자정수 d(110)이 5% 증가하게 되며 이때 $Fe_{2-3}N$ 상으로의 상변화가 일어나 포화 자화값은 급격히 감소한다.

  • Nitrogen removal with the combined SHARON (Single reactor system for high ammonium removal over nitrite)ANAMMOX (Anaerobic ammonium oxidation) process using the effluent of ADEPT (Anaerobic digestion elutriated phased treatment) slurry reactor with very low C/N ratio for piggery waste treatment was investigated. For the preceding SHARON reactor, ammonium nitrogen loading and removal rate were $0.97kg\;NH_4-N/m^3_{reactor}/day$ and $0.68kg\;NH_4-N/m^3_{reactor}/day$ respectively. In steady state, bicarbonate alkalinity consumption for ammonium nitrogen converted to $NO_2-N$ or $NO_3-N$ was 8.4 gram per gram ammonium nitrogen. The successive ANAMMOX reactor was fed with the effluent from SHARON reactor. The loading and removal rate of the soluble nitrogen defined as the sum total of $NH_4-N$, $NO_2-N$ and $NO_3-N$ in ANAMMOX reactor were $1.36kg\;soluble\;N/m^3_{reactor}/day$ and $0.7kg\;soluble\;N/m^3_{reactor}/day$, respectively. The average $NO_2-N/NH_4-N$ removal ratio by ANAMMOX was 2.41. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) analysis verified that Candidatus Kuenenia stuttgartiensis were dominate, which means that they played an important role of nitrogen removal in ANAMMOX reactor.

생산 연도 및 지역별 버어리종 잎담배의 이화학성 평가 (Evaluation of Physicochemical Properties of Burley Leaf Tobacco during $2000{\sim}2004$ Crop Years at Various Growing Areas)

  • To get the informations of burley leaf, the chemical constituents, quality indices, leaf color and the effects of climatic factors on the physicochemical properties of leaf produced from 2000 to 2004 crop years at 6 growing areas were analysed. The average leaf chemical contents for 5 years were as follows ; nicotine 2.87%, total nitrogen 4.55%, and chlorine 0.57%. The nicotine content was low while total nitrogen was slightly high as compared with recommended contents(nicotine ; $3.0{\sim}3.5%$, total nitrogen; $4.0{\sim}4.5%$). The variations of physicochemical properties among crop years were high while those of growing areas were relatively low. The nicotine contents of upper leaves were positively correlated to the sunshine hours in June and negatively correlated to the rainfalls in June and July according to crop years. However the total nitrogen content of upper leaves were positively correlated to the rainfalls in July according to growing areas. The tan-tended colored leaves were produced under the high air temperature, drought and long sunshine weather condition while the buff-tended colored leaves were produced under the contra교 condition according to crop years. It is considered that the increasing of nicotine content of Lugs may be available to decrease the nitrogen number(nitrogen/nicotine ratio) of leaf tobacco.

생산 연도 및 지역별 황색종 잎담배의 이화학성 평가 (Evaluation of Physicochemical Properties of Flue-cured Leaf Tobacco during $2000{\sim}2004$ Crop Years at Various Growing Areas)

  • To get the information of flue-cured leaf, the chemical constituents, quality indices, leaf color and the effects of climatic factors on the physicochemical properties of leaf produced from 2000 to 2004 crop years at 6 growing areas were analysed. The average leaf chemical contents for 5 years were as follows ; nicotine 2.22%, total sugar 28.0%, total nitrogen 1.89%, ether extracts 6.37% and chlorine 0.38%. The nicotine and total nitrogen contents were low while the total sugar were high as compared with KT&G recommended contents(nicotine ; $2.5{\sim}3.0%$, total nitrogen; $2.0{\sim}2.5%$, total sugar ; below 25.0%). The variations of physicochemical properties among crop years were high while those of growing areas relatively low. The nicotine content of leaf was negatively correlated to the rainfalls in June and July sugar content was negatively correlated to the average air temperature in June and July according to crop years. The orange colored leaves were produced under the drought and long sunshine weather condition while the lemon colored leaves were produced under the contrary condition according to crop years. Blending the different crop year's leaves in the proper way may be beneficial to produce of uniform and consistent cigarettes. It is considered that the increasing of nitrogen fertilizer or improving of nitrogen uptake may be available to increase the nicotine and nitrogen and decrease the total sugar contents of flue-cured leaf tobacco.

세라믹 담체에 적용된 해양박테리아 4종의 저농도 질소-인 제거 (Low Concentrated Nitrogen-Phosphate Removal of 4 Strains of Marine Bacteria Applied to Ceramic Media)

  • 세라믹담체에 적용한 4종의 해양박테리아 (Aeromonas hydrophila, Chryseomonas indologenes, Pseudomonas diminuta, Vibrio parahaemolyticus)의 저농도 질소 인 제거 효율의 변화를 분석하였다. 해양박테리아는 광양만에서 분리 동정하였다. 담체에 적용한 4종의 해양박테리아 모두 대조군에 보다 약 3배 정도의 성장률이 증가하였으며, 암모니아서 질소 제거효율도 30% 이상 증가하였다. 질산성 질소의 제거 효율은 A. hydrophila 균주가 가장 높았으며, 인의 제거는 P. diminuta 균주가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 세라믹담체는 질소-인 제거 효율 증진에 좋은 재료이며, 분리된 해양박테리아는 현장의 저농도 질소-인 조절에 유용할 수 있음을 보여준다.

고밀도 축제식 양식장의 질소역학과 대하 (Fenneropenaeus chinensis) 성장 (Nitrogen Dynamics and Growing of Shrimp (Fenneropenaeus chinensis) in the High Density Aquaculture Ponds)

  • A mathematical model is used to investigate nitrogen dynamics in the intensive aquaculture ponds in the western coast of Korea. Parameters associated with water quality, sediments and growing of shrimp (Fenneropenaeus chinensis) are measured to calibrate the model for feeding ponds A and B and storage ponds. The model describes the fate of nitrogen including loadings of ammonia from feeds, phytoplankton assimilation, nitrification, sedimentation, volatilization and discharge. The model obtains good agreements with the measured values of TAN $(NH_4,\;NH_3),\;NO(NO_2,\;NO_3)$ and Chl (chlorophyll a). Impacts of water exchange on TAN and Chl are investigated, showing that the range of 0.01-0.2 (/day) cannot effectively reduce TAN but reduces Chl. Nitrogen in the ponds A is removed by sedimentation $66\%,$ volatilization $8\%,$ discharge of particulate and dissolved $8\%.$ The pond B shows $56\%\;and\;26\%$ of sedimentation and volatilization, respectively, to yield $10\%.$ decrease and 8c/o increase compared to those in the pond A. While the pond A has larger area (1.02:0.66 ha) and same stocking density (0.025 md./L) at the beginning of culture, the pond B obtains higher stocking density (0.0065:0.0091 md./L), longer feeding period (103:121 day) and resultant higher shrimp production (1.15:2.13 t/ha/cycle) at harvest. This is possibly due to the hydraulic characteristics driven by paddlewheels. At low ratio of the low speed area and the pond area, the rate of sedimentation is high, while the rate of gas exchange is low. Thus, the measurement and model analysis suggest that water quality and shrimp production are positively correlated with the hydraulic characteristics in the shrimp ponds.

수도작(水稻作)에서 시용질소효과 증대요인의 해석적(解析的) 연구 (Studies on the Factors Enhancing the Effects of Nitrogen Application of Rice Culture in Korea)

  • 수도작(水稻作)에 있어서 시용질소(施用窒素)의 효과는 토양(土壤)이나 품종(品種) 및 무기성분(無機成分)의 영향(影響)을 받는 것이 널리 알려져 있으나 효과증진 요인(要因)에 대(對)한 해석(解析)은 많지 않다. 우리나라 답토양(畓土壤)에서 현재(現在) 재배(栽培)되고 있는 품종(品種)들에 대하여 토양개량(土壤改良) 및 시용방법(施用方法)에 따른 질소효과와 질소(窒素), 규산(珪酸) 및 칼리와의 상호관계를 중심(中心)으로 검토한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 전국 413개소(個所) 답토양에서 10a당 정조수량(正租收量)의 범위(範圍)는 무질소구 200~850kg, 질소적정시용구 350~1,051kg이었으며 질소시용(窒素施用)에 의(依)한 증수는 50~650kg으로서 조사(調査)된 답토양간에 수량정도(收量程度)의 차(差)가 컸다. 2. 무질소하(無窒素下)에서 수량(收量)이 높은 토양은 유기물(有機物)과 인산(燐酸) 및 석회(石灰)의 함량(含量)이 높은 반면(反面) 시비구(施肥區)에서 증수량이 많았던 토양(土壤)은 유기물(有機物), 인산(燐酸), 칼리, 석회(石灰) 등(等)의 함량(含量)이 낮으며 유효규산함량이 많은 토양에서 증수효과가 컸다. 3. 질소증시에 따른 수량증가가 22.4kg/10a이상(以上)에서 감소(減少)되는 현상(現象)은 질소흡수량(窒素吸收量) 저하(低下)에서 오는 것이 아니라 규산흡수량(珪酸吸收量) 저하(低下)와 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 4. 토양개량(土壤改良) 방법별(方法別) 효과는 객토(客土), 심경(深耕) 및 Ca, Mg, $Sio_2$의 종합시용(綜合施用)이 효과적이었으며 특(特)히 질소(窒素) 시용효과 증대를 위해서는 $Sio_2$ 및 Ca/Mg 비율(比率)이 높아야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 5. 질소수준(窒素水準)에 따른 수량(收量)과 수량구성요소간(收量構成要素間)의 상관관계는 질소(窒素) 저수준(低水準)에서는 수수와 상관이 높고, 질소(窒素) 고수준(高水準)에서는 등숙율(登熟率)과 상관(相關)이 있었다.

  • The Ultra Violet(UV) emission characteristics of Neon + Nitrogen gas-mixture discharge was investigated in AC plasma display panel. The firing voltage of Ne+$N_2$ gas-mixture discharge increased with increasing nitrogen concentration. The UV intensity emitted from the gas discharge also increased with increasing nitrogen concentration. The UV efficiency increase with increasing $N_2$ partial pressure at low $N_2$ concentration, and then UV efficiency is saturated at high $N_2$ concentration.

  • Losses of nitrogenin the gaseous form were determined with closed systems in the filed under different vegetation types. Ammonia volatilization was greatest from the pine stand, and least from the sod stand, and was greatly reduced in all three sites in the rainy season due to the low temperature. There were only insignificant differences in the nitrogen dioxide volatilization from the soil of the three vegetation types. Losses of ammonia and nitrogen dioxide at various soil depth also showed little variation. Evidently the microbial activity responsible for the $NO_2$ loss was relatively unaffected by the changes in temperature and soil moisture content during the investigation.

Nitrogen Depth Profiles in Ultrathin Oxynitride Films

  • For quantitative N depth profiling, N profiles were measured in a~3 m Si oxynitride by low energy O$\sub$2+/sputtering and the result was calibrated with MEIS analysis of the N thickness and areal density. The quantitative depth profile of nitrogen showed the pileup of nitrogen atoms at the interface of ultrathin oxynitride films.
