This study explores one of charity drive contents on YouTube channel. Due to the advance of science and technology, ordinary people come to make their own video content online, usually via YouTube. YouTube becomes number one online video storage/streaming platform, and many people upload their own video and they get attention and fame. This study analyzes various aspects of Shoot for Love, soccer-based charity drive videos shown on YouTube channel created in South Korea. Unlike popular videos in YouTube, Shoot for Love centers on charity by casting popular soccer players and celebrities. Especially, this study researches 1) Components 2) Traits of Components 3) Contents of Components in Shoot for Love. Throughout this, it not only analyzes unique aspects of Shoot for Love that show how and why YouTube content matters, but also suggest plausible methods to drive charity and institution are suggested that appeal to the public.

This study aims to analyze what Saul Bellow wants to define "Love" in his recent work, More Die of Heartbreak. As a humanist, Saul Bellow is concerned about materialism in Post-modern age through his works. Today there are so many people that are hurt by the failure of love or experience heartbreak. We need to sense invisible danger all around us. We can find Bellovian love in More Die of Heartbreak. Bellow suggests that there should be "true love" between people, especially between men and women. But Kenneth Trachtenberg and Benn Crader have selfish and materialistic love. Kenneth had only a sensual desire for Treckie who is his daughter's mother. He cannot persuade Treckie to marry him. Benn, a middle-aged widower, peremptorily marries Matilda Layamon who is much younger than he. Unfortunately, the marriage brings him neither peace nor love. Benn recognizes his wrong conception of love through the death of Mrs. Bedell and Villitzer, and breaking off a marriage with Matilda. He decides to go to Antarctica. This is not an escape. This is his determination to save himself. At the North Pole he sets out to recover his gift of vision and redeem his fall from grace. He will desert his materialistic and absurd self. After the expedition, he will experience rebirth as an authentic human being who has acceptable eyes. Kenneth and Benn learn to conceive of love as one of man's strongest inner energies, for it is through love that you can penetrate to the essence of human being. In this study I try to define Bellovian love. In More Die of Heartbreak, love is a spiritual power that may even transfigure man.

Which will have a greater impact on life, love or art? We will focus on Hyang-ryun An, a genius singer. There was a genius singer who was recognized by many people in the world of Korean music. It is said that genius is short-lived, and so is the case of Hyang-ryun An. However, it is a pity that her short life was not caused by artistic anguish and conflict, but by her miserable love. For the poor artist, the patron was a force to sustain her artistic career, but for her, love with the person who fit her will was more important. Although poor and troubled, she wanted a fiery love that shared her temperament. Therefore, in the case of Hyang-ryun An, art was long, but love had a terribly short and deadly power. In the end, a love that goes astray drops a genius artist, dangerous love became the triumph of permanent immutable art.

Job love is an emerging phenomenon, which is the utmost approach to fulfilling employees' and organizations' mutual interests, especially performance. The current study aims to define and extend the existing proposed construct of "loving one's job" as job love. It provides a novel theoretical multi-level framework of job love, contextual factors, and performance principled on the attraction-selection-attrition framework and social exchange theory through an integrated approach. This study collected cross-sectional data through a questionnaire from 332 nurses across eight tertiary hospitals in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The findings are based on the structural equation modeling technique (SEM) at multi-levels. The results show significant relationships between job love, contextual factors, and performance at the individual and organization levels. There are some insignificant relationships between the variables at the cross-level. Job love plays a key role for both employees and organizations. It facilitates the individuals in the recruitment process to select the job they love, be a good fit, and stay committed to that particular job and organization. This phenomenon allows people to pursue their common interests. Job love assists firms in developing human resource capacity utilization plans that satisfy the needed requirements.

This essay explores Louise Erdrich's politically resistant voice which interrogates and disrupts the long-lasting, pernicious misbelief about Native Americans as 'vanishing people'. This essay chiefly focuses on the two female characters-Lulu Nanapush and Marie Lazarre Kashpaw-in the author's widely acclaimed novel Love Medicine (1993). First, illustrating the Chippewas' multifaceted resistances against white Americans' colonialist dominance disclosed in their enforcement of governmental policy, law, religion, and culture, this essay investigates how Erdrich does not stop telling her story that the idea of 'vanishing people'-another version of 'Manifest Destiny'-is unfounded. Second, by referring to Freud's and Marcuse's speculation on 'Eros'-the great unifying energy that preserves all life-as an alternative to the predicament caused by an oppressive civilization, this essay illuminates Erdrich's vision of sustaining and regenerating the Chippewas' tribal life and heritage that center on the embracing power of love reified in Lulu and Marie. Their undying energy consolidating their communal love and ties, despite the destructive, oppressive colonialist milieu inflicted on the Chippewa Indian reservation, sheds light on the author's politics of 'Eros' predicated tightly upon her historical consciousness.

This article aims at rethinking on people of Modern styles in early modern period with reference to A Large River[Dae-Ha] written by Kim Nam-cheon at 1939. Park Sung-guoen could be called to Homo Economicus, first, have maximized of self-interest in rapid changes of Korea society with loan sharking, rising to upper class in new early modern era instead of traditional nobleman. Park Hyung-geol could be said romantic guy, second, have chased romatic love consist of three elements(love-sex-marriage). But he troubled his love affairs to his family members frustrated his will because of a bastard son. It is the model of situations, Kim Nan-cheon intended to describe, that Homo Economicus became an object of envy among people in early modern society as well as the choice has been hard in conflicting between family and lover, concretizing anachronism through history of family.

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the effects of Brand Coolness, Brand Love, and Self-brand Connections on Word-of-mouth positively. The retail format of Starbuck in Vietnam is successful in distribution applied when it becomes the place for customers to express themselves. Consumers are now aware about Brand Coolness of the Starbucks developed in Vietnam then turn to love the brand of store and connect themselves to the brand. In this study, the closest relationship to form the basis for consumer Word-of-mouth about a brand is the relationship between Brand Coolness and Brand Love. Results: The findings show that Brand Coolness and Brand Love are important value factors in customers' minds toward their behavior, form there, it will contribute to the brand store in distribution. Research design, data and methodology: This article used the quantitative technique utilizing PLS-SEM software to test the hypothesis with 600 samples. The data obtained shows that people have Word-of-mouth about the retail format of Starbucks in Ho Chi Minh City. Conclusion: The study has demonstrated the conclusions and proposed solutions to help beverage brands build Brand Love, thereby achieving coolness, connecting brands with themselves, leading to customer Word-of-mouth in a positive way towards retail format.

Purpose: This study explored the adjustment experiences of spouses of elderly people with dementia in Korea. Methods: A grounded theory method was used. The data were collected by individual in-depth interviews with 11 spouses of elderly people with dementia. Results: In the analysis, 17 categories were derived. A core category emerged: Adjusting to daily life of providing love-based care. Eight major strategies for dealing with the psychosocial problems faced by spouses of elderly people with dementia: Feeling one's own responsibility in caring; halting personal activities; adopting a spouse-oriented daily lifestyle; caring with love; efforts for maintaining one's own health; efforts for maintaining spouse's health; depending on religious belief; and trying to have time for oneself. The consequences that resulted from applying these strategies were identified as "feeling worthwhile for caring," "maintaining a peaceful life," and "being grateful of the present." Conclusions: This study presents a holistic view of the adjustment experiences of spouses of elderly people with dementia. This study can also provide directions for developing interventions for enhancing the quality of life of spouses of elderly people with dementia.

Objectives : This study aimed for attain to ideal aspects in medical ethics-clinical medicine, through researching doctor's ethics based on Confucian ideas, Methods : Research materials are datum of Confucian ideas included eastern medical books and the Confucian old books, Stand on above-mentioned, I investigate indispensable ethical condition clinical doctor must have in diagnose and treat. Results and Conclusions : 1. Combination of people-oriented ideas-Confucian and applicative learning-Eastern Medicine, doctor's principle mind is initiated and Confucian physician is the center of that. 2. For practice morality and ethics using the Confucianist's good character, Eastern medical doctor read and acquire the Confucian books. 3. Eastern medical doctor make an effort for application a kind love ideas(perfect religious scholarship ideas of Confucian), serve parents and country as for practice and sublimate into a kind love ideas through practice of integrity and the self-sacrifice. 4. Occasion to examine the female patient, emphasize good manners by Confucian ideas's sexual distinction 5. According to the doctor-doctor ethics, partnership is important due to Confucian faith and good manners 6. Confucian physician often effected by the people around patient and the protector of patient and criticize positive influence by these kind of peoples(傍人) when diagnose and treat. 7. Owing to Confucian's a notion of preferring a son to a daughter(男兒選好思想), come out the methods of convert a son into a daughter(轉女爲男法)-manipulation of sex distinction. this method is criticized aspect of medical ethics.

This study is a theoretical study on philosophical thinking for examining the idea of the corporate social responsibility(CSR) of a company. The oriental philosophical thought is to understand the contents of social responsibility of the corporation centering on Mozi's philosophy, which stresses that people should care for everyone equally. In the Western philosophical thought, we tried to understand the contents of corporate social responsibility by focusing on utilitarian thought. It is not merely an actual principle or a moral principle, but a comprehension for mutual benefit. In conclusion, it can be concluded that universal love's approach through the gangbang has many similarities with the realization of the greatest happiness of the number that is uttered in utilitarian thinking. In this way, a sustainable competitiveness of corporations can be achieved through universal love and utilitarian philosophical understanding and practice for the cognition of social responsibility.
