Effects of Roots Powder of Balloonflowers on General Composition and Quality Characteristics of Sulgidduk (도라지 분말이 설기떡의 일반성분 및 품질특성에 미치는 영향)

  • The general composition like moisture content, and the physical and sensory characteristics of the steamed rice cake added with powder of roots of balloonflowers were as follows. The moisture content in the roots was 4.13${\pm}$0.01%, crude protein 9.24${\pm}$0.11%, crude fat 3.07${\pm}$0.04%, crude fiber 33.82${\pm}$0.01%, and crude ash 8.16${\pm}$0.02%. The moisture content of the cake was decreased with increase of the root’s powder added. In physical characteristic, the hardness of the cake was increased with increase of the powder. The control cake was the highest in the cohesiveness. The springiness tended to be increased with increase of the powder. The gumminess was higher with increase of the powder, being 530.33% in the control and 284.44% in the sample with 12.0% powder added. The adhesiveness was decreased with increase of the powder. The color change was significantly decreased with increase of the powder. With increase of the powder, the value a was decreased, while the value b showed to be increased. In a sensory test, the favorite degree to color, flavor, bitter taste, moistness, soft-ness and overall acceptability was measured to get the follow result. To color, the lot with 6% of the balloonflower powder added showed the highest accept-ability with the same highest result also to flavor and bitter taste. The moistness and the softness were revealed as the highest at the control, and the chewiness was also highest at the lot with 3% of the powder added. The overall acceptability was highest as 5.75 at the lot with 6% of the powder added, coming out to be higher in order of the 3% added-lot, the control, the 9%-lot and the 12%-lot.

Security Problem of National Major Facility's Parking Lot and its Improvement Method -Focused on Doonchi(Waterside) Parking Lot of National (국가중요시설의 주차장 보안의 문제점과 개선방안: 국회둔치주차장을 중심으로)

  • National Assembly is a constitutional institution that is required to first consult the will of the people and it should do its effort continuously so that security of citizens using parking lot would be enhanced at the same time while improving parking service in order to increase customer satisfaction of the people. Under this recognition, in this study, Doonchi parking lot of National Assembly under consigned management was first reviewed in a perspective of criminal prevention through environmental design(CPTED) and particularly, fence installation and reinforcement work for securing 'territoriality' and operation of all round shooting camera and installation of No-trespassing warning board at entrance were suggested. Second, it was recommended to change independent control system in which CCTV security system of National Assembly Doonchi parking lot is operated separately from National Assembly safety situation room and integrate it with National Assembly safety situation room(revised to double safety system) and performance of CCTV camera was made to be increased to over 2m. In addition, video recording mode was converted to NVR mode for application to IP camera in the future and in order to avoid dead zone of security monitoring area and based on site inspection result, addition 3 places of newly installing CCTV were indicated. Third, it was recommended to introduce parking fare billing and management system through unmanned equipment in parking lot management and operation.(specialized management of professional parking service provider was reviewed). By doing so, risk of cash handling by charging personnel was removed by reducing current 7 working personnel to 3 and particularly, by converting parking lot management mode being operated temporarily from 9 A.M. to 9 P.M. at present to 24 hours operation mode and providing more specialized parking service, citizens visiting National Assembly were provided with convenience and image of National Assembly was also enhanced. This study was carried out in parallel with various literature and case studies, including data from the Office of the Defense Protection in the National Assembly.

  • A system of conditional sampling plans composed of three stages is developed. In the first stage, the decision to accept or reject the lot is based on the information obtained from the current lot. When a decision is not made in the first stage, a second stage is introduced and the information from the immediately preceding lot as well as the information from the current lot is used for the decision. When a decision is not made in the second stage either, the decision is deferred until the information from the immediately following lot is obtained. Existing tables for constructing double sampling plans with $_2$=$2n_1$ can be used to find the parameters of these plans. These sampling plans can bring sizable savings in the amount of inspection when the process is relatively stable. The response delay to the change in process quality and the deferred events may be considered as shortcomings of these plans. However, these are not serious in practical applications, and the reduction in sample size may more than offset these shortcomings.

Economic Evaluation of Underground Parking Lot PC Structural System that is Suitable for Long-Life Housing (장수명주택에 적합한 지하주차장 PC구조시스템의 경제성분석에 관한 연구)

  • Precast Concrete (PC) construction method can be the one that is suitable for long-life housing due to its merit in respect of maintenance and durability based on crack-free from mass production with indirect construction cost-saving-effect due to shortening construction period comparing to the conventional construction method, but it has the problem that causes the raise of direction construction costs. So, this study analyzed its economic feasibility of PC method whose maintenance and durability are excellent for underground parking lot of apartment house for accomplishing cost-saving long-life housing by applying the various structural system. In evaluation of unit module structural system, two-way PC system requires 10 to 28% more costs for frame work than RC rigid frames, and, one-way PC system 98~112%. Although it varies depending on the method, the costs are similar to RC rigid frame structure, provided a proper method is adopted. Also, Model 11, which was most economical in the evaluation, was applied to an real parking lot and about 2 to 6% of construction costs was reduced than RC rigid frames. This seems to be because, although PC system has a higher production cost, introduction of P.S (prestress) reduces member depth and, therefore, height, as well as the number of members per unit module.

  • A smart parking management requires to track a vehicle in a indoor parking lot and to detect the place where the vehicle is parked. An advanced parking system watches all space of the parking lot with CCTV cameras. We can use these cameras for vehicles tracking and detection. In order to cover a wide area with a camera, a fisheye lens is used. In this case the shape and size of an moving vehicle vary much with distance and angle to the camera. This makes vehicle detection and tracking difficult. In addition to the fisheye lens, the vehicle headlights also makes vehicle detection and tracking difficult. This paper describes a method of realtime vehicle detection and tracking robust to the harsh situation described above. In each image frame, we update the region of a vehicle and estimate the vehicle movement. First we approximate the shape of a car with a quadrangle and estimate the four sides of the car using multiple histograms of oriented gradient. Second we create a template by applying a distance transform to the car region and estimate the motion of the car with a template matching method.

The Effect of Impermeable Surface and Rainwater Infiltration Facilities on the Runoff pH of Housing Complexes (빗물 유출면 및 빗물 침투시설이 주거단지 유출빗물의 pH에 미치는 영향)

  • In order to examine the effect of impermeable surface (rooftop, outdoor parking lot) and rainwater infiltration facilities on runoff pH, pH was measured. pH measurement spots were splash blocks accepted roof runoff of 3 sites, infiltration boxes and trenches accepted parking lot runoff and plastic rainwater harvesting facility accepted roof runoff. These measurements were operated at 3 housing complexes from 2006 to 2009. The rainwater runoff pH was influenced by the quality of the runoff surface material (concrete), the age of the building, waterproofing methods according to each housing site, antecedent rainfall conditions and others. Rain garden, infiltration boxes and trenches decreased the alkalinity of runoff by detention and infiltrating the roof and outdoor parking lot runoff. These results mean that decentralized rainwater management facilities of housing complexes can reduce effect on the outskirt aquatic ecosystem by the accumulation of substances causing pH rising in the infiltration facilities and rain garden.

  • Innovations in the procurement logistics now is very popular in Kazakhstan. Nowadays there are a lot of documents of transport infrastructure and Kazakhstan logistic system is developing more and more. Procurement logistic is the direction where you can count, sometimes you can buy some products or transport equipments. Logistic in Kazakhstan is new direction, there are a lot of young people who choose this specialty and will stay demanded. Our president said a lot of words in strategies about development in logistics and so there will be new methods that will be used here. Innovations are new technologies that are used in different spheres so this structure as procurement logistic will develop in Kazakhstan and every citizen of our republic will support it. Transport systems are used for transitions different products so there are a lot new transition roads for example Western China - Western Europe; Astana-Almaty; Astana-Ust-Kamenogorsk; Astana-Aktobe, Atyrau; Almaty - Ust-Kamenogorsk; Karaganda - Zhezkazgan - Kyzylorda; Atyrau-Astrakhan, it helps Kazakhstan to support international links between other countries.

  • In the situation where the number of anguished people are increasing recently related to the remained lot purchase, there occurs the need for the specification of the 'regulation on the remained lot's purchase'. The remained lot is the remained land that is left after the allocation to the public business, and is compensated for its loss by the business implementor through the 'remained lot purchase request' by the people accommodated. This thesis presents issues based on the case studies on the remained lots that was accommodated and adjudicated in the local autonomous entity, and has the objective of implementing the protection of rights and effective compensation administration through the just compensation of the loss to the people who are accommodated.
