인터넷에서 행동 수정 이론을 적용한 체중 감량 상담 방법 개발 (Development of Nutritional Counseling for Weight Reduction based on behavior modification through Internet)

  • The purpose of the study was to develop an internet nutritional counseling program using an expert system to assist obese people to lose weight through behavior modification. The internet counseling program for weight loss was developed by the accumulation of knowledge dealing with eating habits and exercising behaviors in expert system tool, Knowledge Engineering Agent (KEA) by a dietitian without any help of computer expert. To accumulate knowledge into KEA, survey was performed in 150 obese people, dietitians reviewed and consulted each survey case, and the consulted contents were learned and accumulated into KEA. Survey questionnaire was the same as that of the internet consulting program, and it included general characteristics, dietary habits, lifestyle, and exercise patterns related to obesity. Also, the dietitian selected proper factors inferred from the survey questionnaire of each case, and added the conclusions for them. Conclusions were made for helping clients to correct bad eating behaviors and accumulate good behaviors to lose weight. Counseling was divided into two parts; a two-week part and a daily part. Two-week counseling was performed based on 4 step questionnaires, and daily counseling was done for daily food consumption and physical activity. When clients answered survey questionnaires in a counseling internet program, the recommendations on how to eat, to exercise and to deal with stress in a real time for each case, was given. In conclusion, a counseling internet program for weight reduction can be used to give advices how to deal with obesity in a man-to-man way in a real time using KEA where nutritional knowledge based on behavior modification for weight loss was accumulated.

도플러 효과에 의한 지연 동기 루프의 추적 성능분석 (Infulence of doppler effects on the tracking performance of a dely locked loop)

  • 본 논문은 도플러 효과가 GPS 수신기용 비동기 2차 DLL(noncoherent second-order delay locked loop)의 추적 성능에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 성능 분석을 위하여 선형 DLL의 추적 정확도(steady state error and jitter)와 비선형 루프의 신뢰도를 고려하였다. 루프의 신뢰도에 관한 비선형 분석은 MTLL(mean time to lose lock)에서 근사 확장법을 사용하였다. 특히, 최대 MTLL을 얻기 위하여 loop에서 대역 여파기의 최적 대역폭과 최적 루프 파라미터를 제안하였다. 저궤도 위성의 경우는 도플러 영향이 크게 나타나므로 MTLL을 최대로 추적 오차를 최소 하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션 결과로부터 설계된 디지탈 지연동기 루프 시스템이 정확히 동작함을 확인하기 위해 GPS 신호를 발생시키는 시뮬레이터인 STR-2770을 사용, 도플러 주파수를 첨가하여 실제 상황과 같은 환경에서 FPGA로 구현된 DLL회로의 성능을 검증하였다.

  • Qualification includes all activities to demonstrate that a product meets and exceeds the reliability goals. Manufacturers need to spend time and resources for the qualification processes under the pressure of reducing time to market, as well as offering a competitive price. Failure to qualify a product could result in economic loss such as warranty and recall claims and the manufacturer could lose the reputation in the market. In order to provide valid and reliable qualification results, manufacturers are required to make extra effort based on the operational and environmental characteristics of the product. This paper discusses optimal interval censoring design for reliability prediction of electronic packages under limited time and resources. This design should provide more accurate assessment of package capability and thus deliver better reliability prediction.

It is not only lack career development to cook, probably face up to retirement at one time and foment social order but also cook lose their a right to labor. Cook supports their family and grow, economic base for ethical by labor, so have to carry their point. In addition the domestic five stars hotel's career development structure are very simple and infirm, so it cause stagnation to position, lead to negative vision and show a drop in efficiency. Therefore the hotel must investment about Career Development.

  • It is known that the LDC(Line-Drop Compensator) becomes to lose the function of proper voltage regulation for its load currents due to the real and reactive power generated by DGS(Dispersed Generation System), when DGS is introduced into the power distribution system of which the voltage is controlled by LDC. Therefore, in that case, it is very difficult to regulate the distribution line voltage properly by using LDC. One possible solution for this problem is the real-time voltage regulation method which is to optimally regulate the sending-end voltage in real-time by collecting the real-time load data of each load data of each load section between measuring points and by calculating the optimal seding-end voltage value from them. For this, we must know the real-time load data of each load section. In this paper, a modeling method of representing a load section on high voltage line with DGSs as an equivalent lumped load is proposed for gaining the real-time load data. In addition a method of locating the measuring points is proposed. Then, these proposed methods are evaluated through computer simulations.

실업자의 재취업형태에 관한 연구: 생존표분석과 이산시간분석 (Discrete Data Analysis of the Re-employment Pattern)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 실업자의 재취업여부와 재취업형태에 영향을 미치는 주된 요인이 무엇인지를 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 한국노동패널의 6개년(1998-2003) 결합자료를 이용하여 사건사분석의 생존표분석과 이산시간분석을 실시하였다. 분석의 결과, 성, 연령, 교육수준이 실업자의 재취업과 재취업형태에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 파악되었다. 또한 정규직과 비정규직으로의 재취업형태는 실업자의 이전 직장 업종과 직종에 따라 상이한 결과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 비추어 볼 때, 우리나라 실업자의 재취업과 재취업형태는 실업자의 인적자본 수준보다는 분절된 노동시장의 구조에서 기본적인 원인을 찾을 수 있을 것이다. 결국, 실업자의 재취업과 보다 안정적인 고용형태로의 재취업을 도모하기 위해서는 성과 연령에 의한 차별의 폐지, 직업능력개발훈련의 강화, 그리고 효율적인 노동시장 정보체계의 구축 등의 정책적 접근이 필요하다.

  • In may automated systems such as manufacturing systems and process plants, an industrial network or fieldbus is a very important component for the exchange of various and sometimes crucial information. Some of the information has a tendency to rapidly lose its value as time elapses after its creation. Such information or data is called real-time data that includes sensor values and control commands. In order to deliver these data in time, the fieldbus network should be tailored to have short delay with respect to the individual time limit of various data. Fine-tuning the network for a given traffic requires the knowledge on the relationship between the protocol parameters such as timer values and the performance measure such as network delay. This paper presents a mathematical performance model to calculate communication delays of the Profibus FMS network when the timer value TTR and the traffic characteristics are given. The results of this model is compared to those from experiments to assess the model's validity.

Tolerance of Anaerobic Granular Sludge to Oxygen

  • To study the tolerant capacity of anaerobic granular sludge (AGS) to oxygen using semi -dynamic batch experiment, the aerating time, pH of the basal media, reductive inorganic materials, microorganism, and microorganism metabolite were investigated. When the aerating time was higher or lower than 0.5 h, the producing gas activity of sludge was lower than that of the control. The oxygen tolerance of the experimental sludge was the highest at the initial pH 7.2. The producing gas activity of sludge I was higher than that of sludge II. And storage at $4^{\circ}C$ can low the lose of the oxygen tolerance capacity of granular sludge. The producing gas activity of sludge was the highest when KI was added. The growth of aerobic microorganisms and some metabolite could increase the producing gas activity of granular sludge.

Intersymbol interference due to sampling-time jitter and its approximations in a raised cosing filtered system

  • This paper studies the effect of intersymbol interference due to sampling-time jitter on the worst-case bit error probability in a digital modultation over an additive white Gaussian noise channel, with the squared-root raised-cosine filters in the transmitter and the receiver. It derives approximation formulas using the Taylor series approximations. the principal results of this paper is the relationship between the worst-casse bit error probability, the degree of jitter, the roll factor of the raised cosine filter, and other quantities. Numerical results show, as expected, that the intersymbol interference decreases as the roll-off factor increases and the jitter decreases. They also show that the approximation formulas are accurate for smally intersymbol interference, i.e., for large roll-noise ratio $E_{b/}$ $N_{0}$.leq.7 dB and begin to lose accuracy for larger signal-to-noise ratio.o.o.

  • The motion of small heavy particles in homogeneous isotropic turbulence in the present of gravity is investigated using Direct Numerical Simulations (DNS) at moderate Reynolds number. The Lagrangian velocity and acceleration statistics of particles and of flow for a wide range of Stokes number, defined as the ratio of the particle response time to Kolmogorov time scale of turbulence, were obtained for the direction of the gravity and normal direction, respectively. It is found that particles lose their correction faster than the case without gravity. Then, a significant increase in the average settling velocity was observed for a certain range of Stokes number. Our focus is placed on gravitational effect on very small particles. Our simulations show that as the Stokes number reduces to zero, their mean settling velocity approaches the terminal velocity in still fluid.
