The value of Korean ginseng has been known in the world since the 4th century B. C. Red ginseng is hot-steamed, and then dried for the purpose of long-term storing. Through the steaming and drying process, its moisture rate is reduced to 14% and its color becomes citrine or light yellowish brown. Its hardened structure enables long-term storage without any deformation. Especially, Korean red ginseng contains substances that promote micro-physiological activities which are not found in American or Sanchi ginseng. Ginseng is produced in diverse forms for the customer's convenience. In this study, these are classified as sliced, dried, and honeyed ginseng, granulated tea, extract, powder, capsules, tablets, drinks and candy. Package design is one of the most effective method in the marketing fields. However, in this research, we found that red ginseng packages are not variously and properly developed in materials and designs. The research pointed out the problems and discuss ways and means of the package design.

This study was performed to investigate the characteristics of distribution for airborne bio aerosol in 11 public facilities in Seoul from June to July. The collected samples are total suspended bacteria in indoor and outdoor Anderson six stage air sampler by the IAQ standard method of Ministry of Environment in Korea. The concentration of total suspended bacteria in the theater higher than IAQ standards. As the results of the survey, the most high indoor air mean concentration of bacteria $1273CFU/m^3$ was theater and the most high outdoor air mean concentration of bacteria $^229 CFU/m3$was Kindergarten. The mean concentration of bacteria in the theater was higher than the IAQ standards established by the Ministry of Environment, Republic of Korea. Moreover, this study was for investigation a part of indoor air pollution condition in public facilities. It means that this study can't represent fDr all of public facilities. Therefore, we suggest that long and middle term country plan for management of IAQ should be established through long-term and continuous investigation of IAQ condition. Also above consideration in mind, it is suggest that the research for source contribution of the results on these need further study.

The propensity analysis for oral exam candidates of sixth class deck officer's license was conducted to serve as a basic data for improving the ability of seamanship and a stable workforce supply using a questionnaire. A general information of them was identified as 64.4% of offshore fishing, 56.8% of over 50, 56.6% of less middle school education, 55.6% of under 100 gross tonnage, 81.2% of over 10 years experience, 85.6% of deck department, which means they are from mainly less than 100 gross tonnage of offshore fishing vessel, less educated, and long term experienced in the deck job. The reason why they took the test was mainly due to their will (71.1%). And 52.7% of them took the test for the first time, 52.7% of answers responded they are lack of knowledge about a written exam and text of KIMFT in preparation data for an oral exam 23.3%. Given the fact that 83.3% of respondents experienced marine accidents on board, the need for marine casualty reduction education was verified. Even after obtaining a license, they showed a higher preference of boarding that they embarked before the examination. Also, 61.7% of them have a plan for long-term boarding at least three years, thus leading to supply of workforce in coastal and offshore areas.

The propensity analysis for oral exam candidates of sixth class engineer officer's license was conducted to serve as a basic data for improving the ability of seamanship and a stable workforce supply using a questionnaire. A general information of them was identified as 62.1% of offshore fishing, 59.3% of over 50, 59.4% of less middle school education, 52.4% of under 100 gross tonnage, 75.2% of under 1,500kW engine output, 72.5% of over 10 years experience, 72.4% of engine department, which means they are from mainly less than 100 gross tonnage of offshore fishing vessel, less educated, and long term experienced in the engine job. The reason why they took the test was mainly due to their will (51.7%). And 45.5% of them took the test for the first time, 45.5% of answers responded they are lack of knowledge about a written exam and text of KIMFT in preparation data for an oral exam 35.9%. Given the fact that 74.5% of respondents experienced marine accidents with engine damage on board, the need for marine casualty reduction education was verified. Even after obtaining a license, they showed a higher preference of boarding that they embarked before the examination. Also, 61.4% of them have a plan for long-term boarding at least three years, thus leading to supply of workforce in coastal and offshore areas.

Current mobile communication systems utilize the multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) transmission technique as an important means to enhance the bandwidth efficiency. Accurate beamforming via channel estimation contributes to the signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) increase and the system performance improvement when MIMO transmission techniques are employed. Therefore, determination of beamforming vectors as well as the design of appropriate codebooks defining these codevectors play an important role in system operation. In this paper, we statistically analyze the phase difference between the channels corresponding to adjacent antenna elements in order to design an efficient codebook for uniform circular arrays (UCAs). We introduce new parameters which compensate for the additional phase difference observed in its probability density functions (PDFs). The performance of the proposed codebook is tested using the spatial channel model (SCM) to demonstrate its gain over the standard codebooks adopted in the long term evolution (LTE) Releases 8 and 10.

PURPOSE. This in-vitro study was designed to evaluate retention forces, microleakage and plastic deformation of a prefabricated 2-implant bar attachment system (SFI-Bar, Cendres+$M{\acute{e}}taux$, Switzerland). MATERIALS AND METHODS. Two SFI implant-adapters were torqued with 35 Ncm into two implant analogues. Before the tube bars were finally sealed, the inner cavity of the tube bar was filled with liquid red dye to evaluate microleakage. As tube bar sealing agents three different materials were used (AGC Cem (AGC, resin based), Cervitec Plus (CP; varnish) and Gapseal (GS; silicone based). Four groups with eight specimens each were tested (GS, GS+AGC, AGC, CP). For cyclic loading, the attachment system was assembled parallel to the female counterparts in a chewing simulator. The mean retention forces of the initial and final ten cycles were statistically evaluated (ANOVA, ${\alpha}{\leq}.05$). RESULTS. All groups showed a significant loss of retention forces. Their means differed between 30-39 N initially and 22-28 N after 50,000 loading cycles. No significant statistical differences could be found between the groups at the beginning (P=.224), at the end (P=.257) or between the loss of retention forces (P=.288). Microleakage occurred initially only in some groups but after 10,000 loading cycles all groups exhibited microleakage. CONCLUSION. Long-term retention forces of the SFI-Bar remained above 20 N which can be considered clinically sufficient. The sealing agents in this study are not suitable to prevent microleakage.
Objective : We retrospectively investigated the long-term results of percutaneous radiofrequency thermocoagulation (RFT) using fluoroscopic image-guidance for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods : A total of 38 patients diagnosed and treated with RFT as an idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia were investigated. To minimize the risks related to conventional technique based on cutaneous landmarks, and to eliminate the need to frequent reposition of cannula, we adopted a technique of image-guided fluoroscopic cannulation of the foramen ovale. To minimize sensory complication following thermal lesion, our target response was a generation of a lesion with mild to moderate hypalgesia rather than dense hypalgesia. Results : The immediate pain-relief was achieved in all patients underwent RFT. With mean duration of follow-up of 38.2 months (range,12-72), 11 (28.9%) experienced recurrence of pain. The mean timing of recurrence was 26.1 months (range,12-46). A 42.7% recurrence rate was estimated by Kaplan-Meier analysis for the 38 patients at 46 months; 20.2% within 2 years, 29.1% within 3 years. In the long-term, 27 patients (71%) and 6 patients (15.8%) showed Barrow Neurological Institute (BNI) score I and BNI score II responses. Three (7.9%) patients was assessed as BNI score III, 2 patients (5.3%) showed BNI score IV response. As a complication, troublesome dysesthesia occurred in 3 of 38 patients (7.9%), however, there was no permanent cranial nerve palsy or morbidity. Conclusion : These results indicates that RFT under fluoroscopic image-guided cannulation of foramen ovale is a safe, effective, and reliable means of treating trigeminal neuralgia.
Recent climate change, which is mostly ascribed to anthropogenic activities, is believed to be a major factor leading to biodiversity decreases and ecosystem service deteriorations. I have reviewed recent studies on climate change effects for many ecological processes involved with plants, in order to improve our understanding of the nature of ecological complexity. Plants in general have better growth and productivity under high levels of $CO_2$, although the long term effects of such $CO_2$ fertilizers are still controversial. Over the last 30 years, the Earth has been greening, particularly at higher latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere, perhaps due to a relaxation of climatic constraints. Human appropriation of net primary productivity (NPP), which corresponds up to 1/3 of global NPP, is ultimately responsible for climate change and biodiversity decreases. Climate change causes phenological variations in plants, especially in regards to spring flowering and fall leaf coloring. Many plants migrate polewards and towards higher altitudes to seek more appropriate climates. On the other hand, tree mortality and population declines have recently been reported in many continents. Landscape disturbance not only hinders the plant migration, but also makes it difficult to predict the plants' potential habitats. Plant and animal population declines, as well as local extinctions, are largely due to the disruption of species interactions through temporal mismatching. Temperature and $CO_2$ increase rates in Korea are higher than global means. The degree of landscape disturbances is also relatively high. Furthermore, long-term data on individual species responses and species interactions are lacking or quite limited in Korea. This review emphasizes the complex nature of species responses to climate change at both global and local scales. In order to keep pace with the direction and speed of climate change, it is urgently necessary to observe and analyze the patterns of phenology, migration, and trophic interactions of plants and animals in Korea's landscape.
Long-term national railway building comprehensive review of the proposal had 100 in railway history, railway rail network plan. Planning routes for establishing a plan, but, considering the rail network, the plan was that could with the very important meaning in the What more economical route considering the costs and benefits of building a rail network under budget constraints, went through the process of background lines of business unit interval expenses to adopt a business unit interval. Especially in building the railway network, as well as the road plan was to reflect in order to build for the future railway facilities was secured examine the possibility of possible budget commitment. Budget of securing the transportation tax, gasoline tax, and other transportation facilities in order to secure and commit the current funding approach and Review Bodu possible budget scenarios based on it written. Was also enforce rail system built in reviewing the demand more than anything that can take advantage of the railway distance by railway and the merits of the competition means to compete in the form of the assumed situation. The rail network deployment plan, considering this was discussed, based on the results of the plan to establish the first annual or period of the plan change was based on the budget that was unknown.
Building deterioration would be proceeded by various causes such as physical, social, economic degradation. The deterioration would be inevitably prevented or delayed to get the decent function and performance in various building part and components. The maintenance and management are continued to provide the decent living condition for the household. The maintenance means mainly a repair, including the on-time and longterm plan. The longterm repair would be conducted by the systemic preparation in management activity and a required cost. Therefore, the annual due for the longterm repair plan is important to prepare the repair cost in a required time. In this paper, it aimed at analyzing the longterm repair cost and modelling to forecast the required cost in total area, number of household and time elapse in apartment housing. The estimation model of a repair cost is used with a power function which has a good statistics. Results of this study are shown that the sample has a longterm repair due in a $2,032won/m^2{\cdot}yr$ averagely which is higher than $912won/m^2{\cdot}yr$ in domestic. Second, the longterm repair due is proportionally correlated with the time elapse in both a total area and the number of household. Third, the estimation model for the longterm repair amount is suitable for the power function which is most in any other estimation models. Fourth, the ration of the longterm plan repair due a year to the cumulated longterm amount is about 26%.
