수도사업자의 경영환경을 고려한 상수도관망 적정 유지관리비 산정 모델 개발 연구 (The developing optimum maintenance cost model for water pipe network by waterworks business characteristics)

  • For the asset management of a water pipe network, it would be necessary to understand the extent of the maintenance cost required for the water pipe network for the future. This study would develop a method to draw the optimum cost required for the maintenance of the water pipe network in waterworks facilities to maintain the aim revenue water ratio and to achieve the target revenue water ratio, considering the water service providers' waterworks condition and revenue water ratio comprehensively. This study conducted a survey with 96 water service providers as of the early 2015 and developed models to estimate the optimum maintenance cost of the water pipe network, considering the characteristics of the water service providers. Since the correlation coefficient of all the developed models was higher than 0.95, it turned out that it had significant reliability, which was statistically significant. As a result of applying the developed models to the actual water service providers, it was drawn that increasing revenue water ratio to more than a certain level can reduce the maintenance cost of the water pipe network by a great deal. In other words, it is judged that it would be the most efficient to secure the reliability of waterworks management by increasing the short-term revenue water ratio to more than a certain level and gradually increase the revenue water ratio from the long-term perspective. It is expected that the proposed methodology proposed in this study and the results of the study will be used as a basic research for planning the maintenance of water pipe network or establishing a plan for waterworks facilities asset management.

사고 원인조사를 통한 농작업 안전사고 특성 연구 - 유지, 보수 작업을 중심으로 - (Root Causes and Characteristics of Occupational Incidents by Cause Investigation - Focusing on Maintenance and Repair Work -)

  • This study aims to identify the types of safety accidents that occur during maintenance and repair operations and analyze the root causes. We used the logic tree diagramming to extract the root causes of 65 safety incidents specifically related to maintenance and repair work out of a total of 1,024 agricultural safety incidents that occurred between 2007 and 2020 collected by investigation with interviews. The extracted root causes were analyzed by categorizing them into six different safety system classifications. The results of the analysis and suggestions are as follows. Incidents related to maintenance and repair work, which can lead to irreversible safety hazards, have occurred frequently. These incidents were found to be occurring due to the overlapping of various safety system errors such as personal protective system and safety operation procedure. In the short term, it is necessary to emphasize compliance with the use of personal protective equipment, and enhancement of maintenance training. In the long term, it is necessary to establish a legal distinction for maintenance and repair work and clarify the responsible parties. Introducing a maintenance system is also crucial to prevent occupational injuries during maintenance and repair in agriculture.

  • 인간이 절대적으로 필요한 사회기반시설은 설치 및 유지관리 시 큰 환경부하를 발생한다. 특히, 유지관리는 장기간에 걸쳐 수행되며 보수방법 및 주기에 따라 환경부하가 달라지기 때문에 신뢰할 수 있는 추정 값을 제시하는데 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 터널을 유지관리 할 때 발생하는 환경부하를 기획 또는 설계초기단계에서 신속하게 평가할 수 있도록 환경부하 추정모델을 개발하였다. 간략한 설계 자료만으로도 환경부하를 추정할 수 있는 모델개발을 위하여, 유지관리 단계에서의 환경부하 산정 방법론을 분석하고, 장기적인 유지관리의 특성을 고려한 보수주기와 보수율을 적용하였다. 최종적으로 모든 사용자들이 유지관리단계의 환경부하량을 편리하고 신속하게 추정할 수 있는 평가모델을 개발하는 것이 본 연구의 목표이며, 이를 통해서 도로 및 터널사업의 친환경적인 유지관리에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

수명진단이 가능한 전기철도차량 추진제어장치의 커패시터 교환 형 GDU 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Capacitor Exchange Type GDU of Propulsion Control Device of Electric Railway Vehicle Capable of Life Diagnosis)

  • 전기철도차량의 추진제어장치는 자동차의 엔진에 해당되는 핵심 주요부품이며 이를 제어하는 장치는 GDU(Gate Drive Unit)라는 장치를 이용한다. 또한, 추진제어장치의 고장 빈도를 파악해보면 GDU에 대한 부적합 비율이 가장 높았다. GDU는 외국산 도입으로 인하여 핵심기술의 접근이 불가하였고, 제작사의 GDU 단종으로 전반적인 유지보수 활동에 전반적인 문제점이 있었다. GDU는 최장 23년부터 최근 14년의 장기간 사용으로 수명이 도래하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 호환이 가능한 GDU의 확보와 고장을 분석하여 적정수명을 파악하기 위한 것으로, 기존의 상태검사 위주의 유지보수 방법 개선을 위해 설계를 변경하여 추진제어장치의 GDU를 커패시터 교환 형으로 개발하였다. 전체수명에 비해 비교적 수명이 짧은 구성부품의 유지보수는 필수이며, 대부분의 건설초기의 최초 외산도입 부품은 기술종속 및 장기운영의 결과로 관련 부품의 단종이 발생하면 고장발생 시 수급불가 등으로 기본적인 교환에 대한 유지보수에 문제점이 발생되고 있으나, 25년 이상으로 전체수명이 긴 철도차량의 특성상 앞으로도 상당기간 운영이 필요하여 개조 혹은 대체품 개발로 부품확보 및 일정수준의 품질을 유지할 필요가 강조되며, 이에 대한 연구는 보다 구체적이고 실증적으로 이루어져야 한다. 커패시터 교환 형 GDU는 커패시터 모듈의 분리를 통해 정전용량을 쉽게 측정하여 수명을 판단하고, 단품 시험과 커패시터의 수명을 측정하여 정확한 예방유지보수를 할 수 있어서 운행 중 열차의 부적합을 미리 예방할 수 있으며, 24개월 이상의 영업 운전을 통하여 한건의 부적합 없이 영업운행에 성공하여 기존품의 대체 가능여부를 검증하였다.

공동주택 구성재의 예상수선시기 범위 설정 연구 (A Study on Forecasting the Repair Time Range of the Building Components in the Apartment Housing)

  • Building would be deteriorated with time elapse, influenced by its geographic situation, climate and other environmental conditions. In addition, the systematic maintenance could be provided to keep the resident a recent living condition. The existing breakdown maintenance will be changed into the preventive maintenance. The preventive maintenance is required to get the repair time, the repair scope and frequency. In this paper, it aimed at providing the repair time range over the building components, utilizing the relation between the determination curve and the performance recovery through repair. Results of this study are as follows : First, the forecast of the repair time over the building components could be calculated and equalized with the deterioration and performance degree. Second, the repair time range of building components would be provided into five categories and 3rd repair time. Results of this study will set up the long-term repair plan of building, and finally keep an housing condition comfortable.

실적자료에 의한 공동주택 하자보수비용의 시계열적 분석 (A Study on the Time Series Analysis of Defect Maintenance Cost in Apartment House according to the Actual Use Data)

  • Recently a great deal of people are taking legal action against the housing provider due to the defects of their Apartment house. And most of the housing companies are spending a huge amount of expenses and efforts to keep their brand value. This essay will carry out time series analysis the 20 housing district which are constructed by huge construction companies. This analysis itemised by metropolitan area(Seoul) and others to keep the degree of reliability, and converted future defect maintenance cost into current cost applied by discount rate to figure out suitability of defect maintenance cost. Even though, this essay is not able to represent standard of defect maintenance cost due to the insufficiency of record, while it will be assisted as a referance when long-term record of time series is estabilished.

  • The purpose of the study is to derive maintenance items in dwelling unit of apartment after the liability period for defect security. In according with the Apartment Housing Management, the managers of apartment maintain facilities in public and develop a long-term repair plan. However, Apartment unit housing is a private area and is managed facilities individually by residents or owners. As the facility ages, it is necessary to derive items in dwelling unit of apartment that need to maintain performance. Therefore, this paper analyzed the history of repairing facilities through complaints about rental housing units.

거푸집 패널이 부착된 중공슬래브의 안전성 평가 (Safety Evaluation of Void Plywood Slab System with form Work Panel)

  • 본 연구에서는 거푸집 패널이 부착된 실물 스케일의 중공슬래브 Mock-up을 제작하여 즉시 처짐 및 장기 처짐에 대한 플랫 플레이트 중공 슬래브의 안전성을 평가하고자 한다. 중공재가 적용된 Mock-up 실험체의 중공률은 24%로 설계하였다. 콘크리트 블록 하중 재하 시 슬래브의 가장 중앙부의 처짐인 No2의 경우 재하 시 처짐이 8.88mm 발생하였으며 이는 즉시 처짐에 대한 기준 값(ln/240=17.93mm)에 비하여 안전한 값을 나타내고 있다. 3개월간 처짐 량 계측 결과, 중앙부 처짐 량은 초기 처짐에서 6.792mm 더 추가되어 처짐이 발생하였지만, 이는 국내 구조 기준에서 제시하고 있는 사용하중에 의한 기준 값을 만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Deep learning-based sensor fault detection using S-Long Short Term Memory Networks

  • A number of sensing techniques have been implemented for detecting defects in civil infrastructures instead of onsite human inspections in structural health monitoring. However, the issue of faults in sensors has not received much attention. This issue may lead to incorrect interpretation of data and false alarms. To overcome these challenges, this article presents a deep learning-based method with a new architecture of Stateful Long Short Term Memory Neural Networks (S-LSTM NN) for detecting sensor fault without going into details of the fault features. As LSTMs are capable of learning data features automatically, and the proposed method works without an accurate mathematical model. The detection of four types of sensor faults are studied in this paper. Non-stationary acceleration responses of a three-span continuous bridge when under operational conditions are studied. A deep network model is applied to the measured bridge data with estimation to detect the sensor fault. Another set of sensor output data is used to supervise the network parameters and backpropagation algorithm to fine tune the parameters to establish a deep self-coding network model. The response residuals between the true value and the predicted value of the deep S-LSTM network was statistically analyzed to determine the fault threshold of sensor. Experimental study with a cable-stayed bridge further indicated that the proposed method is robust in the detection of the sensor fault.

장기 동작 신뢰성을 고려한 수중 복합 탐지 시스템 설계 (A design of hybrid detection system with long term operating reliability in underwater)

  • Recently, the systems using multiple sensors such as magnetic, acoustic and pressure sensor are used for detection of underwater objects or vehicles. Those systems have difficulty of maintenance and repair because they operate underwater. Thus, this paper describes a hybrid detection system with long term operating reliability. This has a multi-signal transmission structure to have a high reliability. First, a signal transmission & receiving part, which transfers data from underwater sensors to land and receive control message from land through optical cable, has 4 multi-path. Second, the nodes for signal transmission are connected dually each other with single-hop construction and sensors are connected to a couple of neighboring nodes. This enables the output signal to transmit from a node to the next node and the next but one node together. Also, the signal from a sensor can be transmitted to two nodes at the same time. Therefore, the system with this construction has high reliability in long term operation because it makes possible to transmit sensor data to another node which works normally although a transmission node or cable in system have some faults.
