Resent East Asian economic growth has lead the increase of global trade volume and global logistics to the level of full-scale development as aiming to have quantitative growth in world trades in one hand and increasing mutual dependence among the East Asian Economic Bloc on the other. In other words, East Asian economic current growth is going along as connecting with 2 different process that are the increase of global trade volume and the technical development of global logistics system. And mutual dependence among the East Asian Economic Bloc shows the deepening trend in production and consumption. While having the flow of expansion in East Asian trade volume and logistics network in mind, this paper will study on trend in East Asian intra-trade and then study on change & tasks in the East Asian Logistics system.

The purpose of this research is to suggest a desirable framework to promote EDI system in the Korean trade and transportation industries. First, this thesis reviews the trend of introduction of EDI systems in foreign countries and investigates their characteristics by examining some cases. Then the problems, which the Korean industries would be confronted with during the course of introduction of EDI system, are identified and discussed. Finally, this thesis suggests that the logistics network should be developed as a main system of EDI to which sub-networks of trade and custom service are linked. This leading role of logistics metwork is necessary to the EDI system because logistics tasks for international movement of goods are expected to increase while tasks related to trade and custom services will decrease in view of recent changes in the world trade environments warning the unbounded competition in the global marketplace without border.

본 연구는 R을 활용한 사회네트워크 분석(SNA)을 실시하여 국내 스마트물류에 관한 연구 동향을 분석하고 스마트물류 현황 및 정책 검토 등과 함께 스마트물류 분야에 대한 이해를 높이고 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 분석 기간과 대상은 지난 10년간(2011~2020년) 스마트물류 주제의 학술지 논문 128편이며, 결과는 4차 산업혁명이 공식 언급된 2016년 1월 세계경제포럼(WEF)을 기준으로 전기(2011~2015년)와 후기(2016~2020년)로 구분하고 빈도분석, 네트워크 중심성 분석, 시각화 등을 진행했다. 주요 연구결과는 연구의 양적 증가와 분야의 다양화 그리고 중복 키워드 비중의 확대로 핵심 분야에서 연구 집중도가 높아지는 것을 확인했으며, Logistics, Authentication, Smart, Service, RFID, Technology, Revolution 등 매개중심성과 연결중심성이 높은 키워드를 제시했다. 또한, 연구대상 논문의 핵심 키워드로 네트워크를 시각화한 이후 매개중심성을 중심으로 구조를 검토했으며 분석의 대상이 된 초기 연구가 물류 분야에 집중되었다면, 2016년 이후 4차 산업혁명 및 주요 기술 등으로 연구의 중심이 다양화 및 확대되고 있음을 확인했다. 분석결과와 함께 스마트 물류 동향과 국내 정책 등을 검토했으며 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구과제를 제시했다.

자율운항선박(MASS, Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship) 도입을 위한 국제해사기구의 논의가 본격화됨에 따라 국제항로표지협회 제27차 이네비게이션(ENAV) 위원회 워킹그룹(WG2)에서 MASS 운영지원을 위한 시스템 개발시 사이버보안(사이버 위험관리) 측면을 우선적으로 고려하도록 하는 논의가 진행되었다. 우리나라는 2020년 자율운항선박 기술개발사업을 착수하였으며, 2021년부터 사이버보안 기술개발을 위한 세부과제를 추진 중에 있다. 디지털 해상통신시스템 환경에서의 MASS 운용은 기존 해상통신환경에서는 고려되지 않았던 다양한 디지털 장비들의 네트워크 보안이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 사이버보안 기술개발 세부과제에서 수행중인 MASS 운용 지원을 위한 네트워크 보안장비 기본 개념을 소개하고, 기초단계에서의 MASS 선박 적용을 위한 네트워크 보안장비 인터페이스를 정의한다.

Vender prioritization process is one of the most critical tasks of production and logistics management for many companies. Determining the most critical criteria for vender prioritization process is a vital means for a purchasing company to improve its supply chain productivity. This study discuss the use of a Fuzzy analytic network process (Fuzzy ANP) model which is an efficient tool to handle the fuzziness of the data involved in deciding the preferences of different criteria which are not independent. Also, the comparison of classical ANP and Fuzzy ANP is described using simulation with triangular distribution random number generation. It is shown that Fuzzy ANP model possesses some attractive properties and could be used as an alternative to the known vender prioritization methods.

Unmanned autonomous forklifts have a great potential to enhance the productivity of material handling in various applications because these forklifts can pick up and deliver loads without an operator and any fixed guide. Especially, automation of pallet loading and unloading technique is useful for enhancing performance of logistics and reducing cost for automation system. There are, however, many technical difficulties in developing such forklifts including localization, map building, sensor fusion, control, and so on. This is because the system requires numerous sensors, actuators, and controllers that need to be connected with each other, and the number of connections grows very rapidly as the number of devices grows. This paper presents a vision sensorbased autonomous loading and unloading for network-based unmanned forklift where system components are connected to a shared CAN network. Functions such as image processing and control algorithm are divided into small tasks that are distributed over a number of microcontrollers with a limited computing capacity. And the experimental results show that proposed architecture can be an appropriate choice for autonomous loading in the unmanned forklift.

In 2017, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) adopted MSC.428 (98), which recommends establishing a cyber-risk management system in Ship Safety Management Systems (SMSs) from January 2021. The 27th International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA) also discussed prioritizing cyber-security (cyber-risk management) in developing systems to support Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship (MASS) operations (IALA guideline on developments in maritime autonomous surface ships). In response to these international discussions, Korea initiated the Korea Autonomous Surface Ship technology development project (KASS project) in 2020. Korea has been carrying out detailed tasks for cybersecurity technology development since 2021. This paper outlines the basic concept of ship network security equipment for supporting MASS ship operation in detailed task of cybersecurity technology development and defines ship network security equipment interface for MASS ship applications.

동북아 지역은 세계에서 가장 빠르게 발전하고 변화하는 지역중의 하나다. 세계경제에서의 위상이 점증되고 있으며 다양한 물류체계와 Network이 구축되고 있다. 한국,북한,중국,일본과 러시아, 몽골 등의 국가가 연해있는 동북아지역은 원활한 경제발전과 국제적 교역의 효율을 높이기 위해 체계적인 물류 체계의 구축과 발전전략이 요구되고 있다. 한반도는 분단으로 육상물류측면에서 매우 비효율적인 상태에서 오래 그 체제가 유지되어 왔고, 새로운 변화의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 동북아 육상물류체계에서 남한은 하나의 섬으로서 인식되었고, 한반도도 대륙과 원활하게 연계되지 못하여 효율적인 물류체계의 구축과 발전전략에 대한 연구와 비전제시가 부족하였다. 동북아경제권(통일한국, 일본, 중국 동북3성, 극동러시아, 몽골)은 2050년 북미경제권, 유럽경제권에 버금가는 세계 최대 경제공동체를 형성할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 통일 한반도는 동북아경제권의 Land Bridge로서 그리고 동북아 물류 허브로서 중요한 역할이 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 동북아에서 한반도의 물류위상과 과제 및 문제점을 살펴보고 바람직한 발전전략과 비전을 모색해 보았다. 이를 위해 철도로 대표되는 육상물류체계 상의 문제를 파악하고 미래지향적인 발전 전략을 제시하였다. 궁극적으로 한반도가 동북아 물류중심 국가로 발전하고 육상 물류영역에서 주도적 역할을 담당하는 비전을 실현하기 위한 전략을 모색, 제시하고자 한다. 선행연구와 현장의 자료들을 통한 문헌적 연구로서 이론적 틀과 비전 및 전략의 제안에 의미를 찾을 수 있다. 넓은 연구범위로 세부적인 대안제시에 미흡한 부분들은 향후연구에 더 보완될 필요가 있다고 본다.

In March 2020, the National Assembly revised the Framework Act on Cooperatives, allowing a federation of heterogeneous cooperatives, and in October 2020, the Daegu Gyeongbuk Federation of Local Food Cooperatives was launched as the first federation of heterogeneous cooperatives in the country. The local food movement, which has been promoted upward in the local community as an alternative to the existing global food system, seems to be being activated by the government's food plan policy, but critics say that the government's policy goals are not fully achieved due to the top-down policy promotion and lack of communication. In response, this study first examines the role and significance of the local food federation of heterogeneous cooperatives in solving the problems raised in the process of establishing a food plan. In addition, the current status of the federation was investigated for the successful settlement and development of the Daegu Gyeongbuk Federation of Local Food Cooperatives. A survey of affiliated cooperatives, focus group interviews with managers and experts and related literature surveys were conducted. Based on this, the direction of activities was presented, such as the role of an intermediary in Daegu and Gyeongbuk and the role of an intermediary in the public and private sectors etc. In addition, six joint project tasks were specifically presented, including an integrated information sharing system & a logistics network, a planned production system & a joint processing center, an online sales system & a co-marketing promotion, a joint education system, a management of direct stores & restaurants, a sustainable public-private cooperation system etc.
