본 연구에서 우리나라 물류기업들은 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous)환경을 고려한 물류정보시스템 활용의 각 주요변수들(기업환경, 기업전략, 기업정책, 물류정보시스템)이 기업성과에 기여할 것으로 가설을 설정하고 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 각 변수간의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다 각 주요변수간의 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 유비쿼터스 환경을 고려한 각 주요 변수 중 기업환경은 기업성과에 밀접한 영향을 미치며, 둘째 주요 각 변수인 기업환경, 기업전략, 기업정책들은 각 변수 서로 간에 유의한 반면 물류정보시스템은 유의하지 않았다. 그러나 기업성과는 기업환경과 기업정책만이 유의함을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 기업성과는 기업전략, 기업정책, 물류시스템의 주요변수들 각각에 의해서 얻어지는 결과가 아니라 기업전략, 기업정책, 물류정보시스템의 여건을 아우르는 기업환경에 의해서만이 기업성과에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다.

우리 군은 21세기 군수환경에 적합한 물류 운용체계 발전을 위해 아직 대다수를 차지하는 기존 재래식 물류 설비를 교체하는 현대화 사업을 활발하게 진행 중이며 향후 각급제대로까지 더욱 확대시켜나갈 계획이다. 본 연구에서는 군 물류 프로세스의 중심이 되는 자동화 물류센터를 시뮬레이션하여 현재의 시스템을 분석하고 나아가 최적대안을 설계하는데 효과적인 의사결정 과정을 제시할 목적으로 수행되었다. 특히 물류센터의 자동화 사업이 활발히 추진되는 것과 이러한 물류센터의 특성상 다양한 설계안과 평가기준이 필요하다는 것에 착안하여 동일규모의 대안을 추가 구성하였다. 총 48개의 대안 중에서, 기존 연구를 바탕으로 몇 가지 고려할만한 대안들을 정의하고 시뮬레이션과 AHP를 활용하여 최적의 설계안을 도출하였다. 의사결정권자의 경험과 능력이 어느 조직보다 가장 큰 비중을 차지하는 현행 군 물류체계에서 합리적인 최적대안을 선정하는데 큰 도움이 되도록 하였다. 본 연구에 제시된 이러한 방법은 방대한 국방예산이 투입되는 군 물류센터 현대화 사업에 있어 경제적인 비용의 절감과, 현재와 미래의 물류센터에 대한 진단과 평가가 가능하게 하여 향후 국방 군수 현대화 사업추진에 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대한다.

한반도의 정세는 MB정부 등장으로 남북경색 국면이 심화되면서 대화가 어렵게 되었다. 금강산 관광의 단절과 이어서 천안함 사건과 연평도 포격 등으로 남북은 대결국면이 강화되었다. 2011년 12얼 17일 김정일 사망으로 전혀 다른 상황이 전개되고 있으며, 북한은 김정은을 빠르게 새로운 지도자로 부각시키면서 후계정권의 출범을 알리고 있다. 남북경제협력을 기본으로 남북간의 다양한 물류분야에서의 협력도 진행되었다. 남과 북은 2002년 11월 '제1차 해운협력 실무접촉'으로 남북해운 관련 기본 협의를 진행하였다. 남북철도와 도로가 연결되었다. 이런 남북물류는 MB정부 등장으로 침체되다가 김정일 위원장의 사망으로 새로운 상황에 처하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 남북여건변화를 살펴보고 남북경제협력과 이를 기초한 남북물류의 실태와 과제를 문헌연구와 기존 남북자료를 토대로 분석하고, 최근의 여건 변화를 고려한 향후 남북물류의 발전방향과 실천과제를 모색, 제시하고자 한다. 아울러 중장기적인 한반도의 물류체계와 향후 전략과 비전에 대하여 제안하였다. 현재의 남북 대결국면의 타개는 우리 정부의 몫이 크다. 한반도가 위대한 통일국가(The Great Unified Korea)가 되고 남북경협과 남북물류가 원활히 교류되기 위해서는 남북한이 통일에 대한 신념이 있어야하고, 정치, 외교적 능력, 경제력 향상, 튼튼한 안보 유지, 국민들의 참여와 공감 등이 전제되어야 할 것이다.

In the light of necessary analysis on the cooperation and development between ports and shipping line, and the characteristic of cooperation between international ports and shipping lines, the article analyses the operating strategies in actual shipping lines benefits to the cooperation between ports and shipping lines. After all-round analysis on the cooperation and development between ports and shipping lines, the author presents the running model of ports and shipping lines in Far East, which is the integration of operation between ports and shipping lines (namely integration of logistics service network). 본 논문에서는 9세기 신라 청해진에 본거지를 두고 일본, 중국, 신라 등 동양 삼국 해양을 경영하며 통합물류체제를 구축했던 장보고시대를 고찰하여 시사점을 도출하고 현재 동북아 물류체계의 구축 필요성을 알아보며 장보고시대의 물류체계를 오늘날 근대적 물류개념에 입각하여 현대적 응용 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 동북아 3국의 물류협력의 필요성이 증가함에 따라 새로운 물류협력의 패러다임 장보고시대의 교훈을 중심으로 살펴본 결과 장보고의 장기적 비전을 갖춘 CEO의 지도력, 물류활동의 통합체제 구축, 민간기업을 지원해 주는 정부의 정책 지원이 있어야 동북아물류체계구축의 전망이 밝은 것으로 연구되었다. 동북아시아가 세계경제의 중심으로 부상하고 있는 시점에서 9세기 해상물류네트워크를 구축한 장보고의 국경을 초월한 물류분야의 협력 모델이 동북아지역의 물류협력체계 구축에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose - Along with the rapid growth of the economics and IT industry, E-commerce appears as the next potential area of world economics. For this no-entity shops commerce style, logistics is crucial for the success of E-commerce. Research design, data and methodology - In this paper, Dangdang.com, the largest online marketplace in China, is studied and a conceptual model is present, to develop a practical way to develop the logistics system in E-commerce situation. Results - This research finds that following 4 factors are critical success factors for E-commerce logistics: 1) logistics centres are very important to control the inventory management; 2) keep good cooperation with third-party logistics (3PL) can guarantee good quality shipping service and also can reduce delivery costs; 3) build strong information system; 4) quick response system also needed for an efficient logistics system. When E-commerce firms are developing their logistics systems, they should pay more attention to these 4 critical success factors. Conclusions - In summary, successful 3PL management is vital for competing regionally and globally throughout the logistics value chain. We see information system as an enabler in logistics management to get the right products to the right place in the right quantity at the right time and to provide quality services to satisfy the customer's needs.

The technological development in the era of the 4th industrial revolution is changing the paradigm of various industries. Various technologies such as big data, cloud, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and the Internet of Things are used, creating synergy effects with existing industries, creating radical development and value creation. Among them, the logistics sector has been greatly influenced by quantitative data from the past and has been continuously accumulating and managing data, so it is highly likely to be linked with big data analysis and has a high utilization effect. The modern advanced technology has developed together with the data mining technology to discover hidden patterns and new correlations in such big data, and through this, meaningful results are being derived. Therefore, data mining occupies an important part in big data analysis, and this study tried to analyze data mining techniques that can contribute to the logistics field and common logistics using these data mining technologies. Therefore, by using the AHP technique, it was attempted to derive priorities for each type of efficient data mining for logisticalization, and R program and R Studio were used as tools to analyze this. Criteria of AHP method set association analysis, cluster analysis, decision tree method, artificial neural network method, web mining, and opinion mining. For the alternatives, common transport and delivery, common logistics center, common logistics information system, and common logistics partnership were set as factors.

When the Trans-Korea Railway (Gyeong-eui Line and Dong-hae Line) initiative is completed, Korea will become one of the major trading partners of Russia through the Trans-Siberian Railway (TSR). This will be an opportunity for Korea to take-off to a 'Traffic and Logistics Center in 21st Century. The opening of the Eurasia Continental Railway will provideKorea with the opportunity to develop into the logistics center of Asia-Pacific area and the benefit of reduced cost of unification by improving the correlation between South and North Korea through the cooperation in railway business. However, there exist the uncertainties for its demand and innovative reduction in transportation time and cost, due to the practical problems including economic efficiency and transportation technology. In this paper, the practical problems of TSR are discussed in the economic and social perspectives to develop the methodology for the Korea-Russia railway cooperation and for the improvement of the competitive power of TSR.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to find that Factors in the practical application of LISMB(Logistics Information System Practice Based) on S.P(Smartphone)' Characters. and take in the whole situation of LISMB on S.P' Characters by this research and it is clear from the findings that LISMB on S.P' Characters situations and distinctiveness. Research design, data, methodology : Research model and hypotheses have been developed based on literature review and working-level interview The collected data were analysed with structural equation modeling, examining the hypothesized relationships and mediating effect. Result : The results of research are as follows, First, LISMB on S.P' Characters has a positive effect on a precariousness of operation management. but That has no effect on a precariousness of general management. Second, Consign management and User non-cooperation has a mediating effect on relationships between LISMB on S.P' Characters and general management. Third, Old version system, User non-cooperation and Unskilled in equipment new system has a partly mediating effect on relationships between LISMB on S.P' Characters and operation management. Conclusion : Smart-phon Prevalence rates keeps increasing. Nevertheless, LISMB on S.P' Characters may no be used in Container transportation market. This problem are being blamed for hampering corporate activities and harbor logistics industry development. so we need new way to solve that problem.

본 연구는 날로 교역규모가 증가하고 있는 한국과 중국 간의 물류산업 협력 증대 방안을 모색하기 위해 수행하였다. 특히 양국 교역량의 대부분을 처리하는 항만의 중요성에 따라 항만지역을 중심으로 하는 물류산업 협력 강화 방안을 강구하였다. 연구의 진행은 우리나라의 수도권 항만지역과 중국 환보하이경제권의 산둥성 항만지역을 사례로 연구하여 문제점을 도출하고, 이를 토대로 항만지역을 중심으로 하는 한 중 간 물류산업 협력 증대방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 한 중 항만지역 간의 물류산업 협력을 증대시키기 위해서는 양국 정부가 항만지역에서 발생하는 문제점들을 개선하려는 노력이 가장 중요하게 제기되었다. 더불어 한국정부는 중국 내 항만지역에 입주하는 한국기업에 대한 지원을 더욱 강화하고, 수도권 항만지역이 고른 대중국 항만 경쟁력을 갖추도록 제도개선, 시설투자 등 다각적 노력을 경주해야 함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 그동안 관련 연구에서 제시한 한 중 물류산업 협력에 대한 개선 방안을 항만지역이라는 공간적 범위로 압축하고 항만지역에 입주한 기관에 대한 심층면접조사를 토대로 재조명한 것에 의의를 지닌다.
