The purpose of this thesis was to design and develop restaurant uniforms for Yeosu and Suncheon-City using local cultural resources by investigating the present situation of restaurant uniforms. The study was conducted through literature review and practical research on uniform designs. The practical research included investigating and analyzing the recent uniform designs of 60 spots in both cities and the preference of local cultural resources, finally suggesting eight restaurant uniform designs and four original samples. It was found that most workers in both cities wore shirts and pants or aprons as uniforms and also that the restaurant uniforms had many problems, such as poor designs, functionality, and the lack of local characteristics. According to these results, a design concept called 'Colorful Night Sea' was built for Yeosu using a design motive of a Yeosu Expo symbol, a Big-O Show shape, and Dolsan Gat flowers. For Suncheon-city, a design concept called 'A Rural Landscape' was built using a design motive of Nagan Eupseong and a field of reeds in Suncheon Bay. The restaurant uniform items included a top (shirt or blouse), pants, apron, and headdress in both cities. This study is meaningful as it helped improve the local image and economic situation, by proposing distinct uniforms designed by using local cultural resources.

지식기반사회에서 여성인력의 활용은 국가경쟁력 성패의 관건이라는 점에서 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 여성들이 모든 분야에서 자신의 능력을 발휘할 수 있는 공간과 여건이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 남녀평등 실현을 목표로 하는 여성인력의 정책적 과제는 종전과 같이 사회복지정책의 과제로만 한정되어서는 안 되며, 정치 경제 사회 문화와의 관련 속에서 심도 있게 다루어져야 한다. 지방에서의 여성정책은 그 지방의 특수성과 여성의 현실을 반영하지 못하고 있으며 여성정책에 대한 개념 자체도 지역여성에게 전달되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지방여성정책이 주변화를 벗어나 정책의 주류가 되기 위한 측면에서 여성인력활용을 중심으로 방향성에 대해 개진하고 있다.

Water loss is one of the typical but challenging problems in water management. To reduced water loss or increase water efficiency, the pilot projects were implemented in the TTD's irrigation area. Modern soil moisture technology and local level water user training were conducted together as a mean to achieve improved water efficiency. In terms of technology, soil moisture sensors and monitoring system were used to estimate crop water requirement to reduce unnecessary irrigation. This was found to save 16.47% of irrigated water and 25.20% of irrigation supply. Further improvement of water efficiency was gained by means of local level water user training in which stakeholders were engaged in the network of communications and co-planning. The lessons learnt from the TTD pilot project was translated into good water management practices at local level.

Plans to utilize the resources of the coast guard are underway for the revitalization of the area and the development of tourism resources in recent years. As most of the plans have been focused on some specific factors such as geographical or regional conditions, and therefore systematic approaches are needed in corporation with other related projects. This study suggested the measures on activating the coastal tourism resources for Woodoo~Woocheon village in Goheung-gun by using the coastal landscape elements. The current status of natural environment and tourism resources for coastal regions were investigated in Woodoo~Woocheon village and plans for enhancing connectivity with local residents were suggested. Based on the scenic values of coastal region, landscape were assessed from the perspective of the sustainable coastal tourism resources in the future. Several solutions were suggested to enhance tour values; coastal deck road to enhance connectivity between resources and accessibility of foreign tourists, social communication among local residents and authorities, continuous development of cultural and historic resources in local area. In addition, information signs and new stair ways would be needed to improve the accessibility of tourists. In the future, if the plan for this study was to generate profitability with persistence, it suggested that there was a way to move forward in conjunction with the profit rate local projects distributed around it.

This study was initiated by the fact that Kangwon Land and large sized resorts was failed the financial benefit to the local residents. This research analyzed the best important tourist resource among the main tourist resource by perception interviewing local residents and related professionals. This study shows that the leisure resource was most important resource field in Jeong-Seon. So more attention to the leisure resources and investment them. Among natural attraction resources 'Hwa-Ahm cave and Hwa-Ahm mineral water' is estimated to have most potential for the strategic financial support. In leisure sector 'High One resort' is judged to be more important attraction resource by professionals but a case of local residents 'Dong-gang Rafting' and 'Rail Bike' were estimated more important resources rather than 'High One resort;. Lastly, in cultural resources, although the importance is a bit behind natural attraction and leisure resources, 'Jeong-Seon 5th day market' and 'Araree village' should be the core linking other related cultural resources. In order to activate tour industry and development of Jeong-Seon area, it is necessary to find identify of regional owned attraction resources and to build tourist attraction infra structure by selecting core bases of existing major attraction points and linking other various resources to those core bases.

본 연구는 지역 문화 생태계의 전제가 되는 지역문화자원에 대한 지방자치단체의 활용 효율성을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 자료포락분석(DEA)을 통해 전국 17개 광역시·도의 상대적인 효율성을 측정하였다. 이와 더불어 지역문화자원 환경 관련 산출 변수를 포함하여 '전체 효율성'을 도출하고, 앞서 도출한 '활용 효율성'과 비교하여 지역문화자원 '환경 효율성'이 지자체의 효율성 순위 변동에 미치는 영향을 추정하였다. 분석 결과, 17개 광역시·도 중 5곳의 기초자치단체들이 효율적으로 지역문화자원을 활용한 것으로 평가되었으며, 비효율적인 광역시·도의 기초자치단체들은 순기술효율성 보다 규모의 비효율이 상대적으로 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. '환경 효율성' 추정 결과, 17개 광역시·도의 '활용 효율성'과 '전체 효율성' 순위가 동일한 곳은 없었으며, '전체 효율성'의 순위 증감을 통해 '환경 효율성'의 영향을 확인하였다. 지방자치단체의 효율성 차이는 투입 변수에 전제된 인구밀도가 큰 영향을 미치기 때문에, 향후 효율성을 개선하기 위해서는 지역문화자원 활용의 주요 수요자인 지역주민 인구 추계에 따라 투입의 적정 수준을 조절해야 할 필요가 있다. 더불어 현재 지방자치단체에서 개최하고 있는 지역축제, 마을축제의 점검을 통해 비효율적인 부분을 제거하여 산출량을 질적으로 개선해야 한다. 또한 지방자치단체의 지역문화자원 효율성을 분석하고자 할 때, 환경적 산출 요인의 고려가 함께 충분히 이루어져야 한다.

Since 1795, 106 districts in Japan have been selected as Important Historic Preservation Districts (Juuyo dentouteki kenzoubutsugun hozon chiku [Juudenken]). The system for protection of cultural properties enables the local government to name a "Preservation District" and allows for the development of a preservation plan based on local ordinances. Moreover, the well-organized, bottom-up networks, which are groups for community development activities on the basis of local participation, play an important role in raising awareness and conducting several preservation projects in their own towns. This study mainly focused on cultural resources management in the local community. The system, which possibly bridged the gap between the local authorities and the community, was revealed. Fifty non-profit groups and active citizens, who were engaged in an advanced stage of community participation in Juudenken, were selected to be interviewed. The results then were analyzed using STAT program. The significant associations were shown by mapping the associations related to the public process of community involvement. Each variable had its own significant meaning and contributed credible indirect association to community involvement. The network mapping indicated that balancing the local economy and technical conservation was important in generating community involvement, which provided a model on how local authorities and communities could articulate and maintain their own cultural resources.

This study was conducted to explore ways to create a cultural city using local cultural resources. To that end, the qualitative case study was applied. As the original city center had been declining due to the expansion and changes of city space caused by the changes of city function and social change, the old downtown of Andong city was selected as an example. For the result, research shows that the region's historical resources and culture have to blend and develop together with abundant cultural resources, such as contents development, city's symbolic space settings, differentiated cultural and artistic establishment, comfort in living, utilization of cultural infrastructure, and supporting facilities which are suitable for cultural diversity. In particular, we found that the importance of establishing a new city image that leads local residents willing to participate and of forming a consensus among tourists. Therefore, for the implementation of a cultural city, policies, undertaking, and administrative support that meet to the city's conditions and environment are required, and a further study on that issue is needed.

This paper designs Accounting structure for local users to policy base in Grid environment that integrate distributed Supercomputing resources geographically. Policy base virtual user Accounting system controls unnecessary increase of discrete Computing each local Accounting information. Also, This paper described method to manage do resources of each local system to policy base and presented way to process expense cost when used resources.
