본 연구는 농촌을 배경으로 한 영화 <빈관>에 묘사된 마을 공동체의 질서와 개개인의 욕망의 발현의 문제에 주목하여 경제개혁 이후 급격히 도시화되고 있는 중국의 농촌 사회가 겪고 있는 딜레마를 고찰해보고자 했다. 이를 위해 텍스트의 이야기 구조와 표현방법을 탐구하는 서사분석을 진행하여 공동체적 질서와 윤리, 가부장제와 부권, 개인주체들의 욕망의 발현에 대해 살펴봤다. 영화 <빈관>에는 공동체적 관습, 향토적 문화, 예치주의에 훈육된 마을 사람들과 폐쇄적 공간이 묘사된다. 영화는 마을 공동체 일원의 죽음을 다루는 범죄 미스터리물이라는 외피를 두르고 있지만, 인물들의 시점들에 따른 퍼즐식 서사방식을 통해 공동체적 질서와 윤리라는 상징계적 규율에 대항하는 개인 주체들의 상상계적 욕망의 발현을 이야기하고 있다. 결론적으로 영화에 대한 서사분석을 통해 중국의 급격한 도시화 과정에 따라 약화된 시골의 공동체적 규율과 부권, 주체들의 정신적 무기력증과 신경증이 서사에 함의되어 있음을 고찰할 수 있었다.

이 논문은 현대소설사 연구에서 잊힌 작가 곽하신의 소설세계의 전체 면모를 복원, 분석함으로써 문학사의 외연을 확장하고자 한다. 이를 위해 곽하신 작품세계의 단절 내지 비연속성에 주목하여 식민지기와 전후로 시기를 크게 분절하고, 각 시기 작품세계의 특징을 로컬(식민 시기), 룸펜(전후), 경제적 인간(전후 일부 단편, 장편대중소설)이라는 세 좌표를 중심으로 분석하고자 한다. 2장 '로컬-『문장』지의 세계관'에서는 30년대 후반 『문장』지에 집중 발표된 곽하신의 소설이 사라져가는 것들에 대한 비애, 전근대적인 시간의식, 로컬-향토에 대한 지향성을 뚜렷하게 드러냈다는 점에서 일제 말기 문학의 한 흐름인 반(反)근대의 미의식을 구현하였다고 평가하였다. 3장 '룸펜-전후 남성(성)의 형성(1)'과 4장 '만인에 대한 만인의 투쟁 상태, 경제적 인물의 등장-전후 남성(성)의 형성(2)'에서는 50년대 말 전쟁이라는 비상시국을 경유해 전후 저개발 자본주의 국가에 진입한 한국사회의 현실이 한편으로는 룸펜, 루저 남성으로, 다른 한편으로는 공리주의나 승자독식의 세계관을 체현한 남성이라는 대조적인 남성-젠더의 출현으로 형상화 된다고 파악했다. 50년대 말 '룸펜' 소설들은 한국 경제의 문제점을 허약한 남성(성)을 통해 보여주었다. 남성-젠더/지식인은 삶의 토대가 마련되지 못 한 전후 현실에서 자신의 무능력과 불안을 여성/아내에게 투사하거나 도덕이나 친밀성보다 생존을 도모하는 길을 취한다. 특히 4장에서 분석한 대중소설 <여인의 노래>, <무화과(無花果) 그늘>에는 입신출세를 위해 동료를 배신하거나, 음모를 꾸미거나, 연애관계를 이용하여 여성의 성을 착취하는 성취지향적인 남성인물, 만인에 대한 만인의 투쟁 상태를 체현한 경제적 인간들이 등장한다. 자신이 살아남기 위해서 남을 밟고 일어서야 하는 약육강식의 경제적 인간이 전후 남성 젠더로 구축되는 과정을 선악의 대립이라는 대중소설의 형식을 빌려 보여주는 것이다. 지금까지 살펴본 바와 같이 곽하신은 식민 시기 한국어로 글쓰기, 문학 하기의 마지막 세대에 해당한다는 점, 저널리즘적 세태묘사, 대중소설의 양식을 빌려 전후문학의 범례를 제공했다는 점에서 문학사의 주변에서 외연을 확장한 작가로 재평가될 필요가 있다.

"삼국유사" '수로부인'에 나오는 '헌화가'의 배경 설화를 토대로 헌화가와 해가의 배경지를 다양한 관점에서 추정해보고 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 헌화가 배경지는 경북 영덕군 남정면 부경리 지경천 골곡포(骨谷浦) 부근 암석단애지 일대로 판단된다. 2) 해가 배경지(임해정 옛터)는 헌화가 배경지인 골곡포에서 이틀거리(약 60km)에 위치하는 울진의 월송정 일대로 판 단된다. 3) 일부 지자체에서 주장하는 헌화가 배경지와 해가 배경지는 지자체들의 장소 마케팅(place marketing) 차원에서 설정된 경향이 강해 설득력이 없다.

Purpose : This narrative research study aimed to identify the degree of correlation between hospice awareness and knowledge of and attitude toward advance directives. Methods : A survey was conducted from July 5 to July 15, 2018 with 210 adults in C city, Gyeongsangnam-do. Using the SPSS 21.0 program, the data analysis methods utilized were the independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe, and Pearson's correlation coefficients. Results : The degree of hospice awareness was measured according to the general characteristics of the subjects, which were as follows: heard about economic level, importance of religion, heard of hospice, heard about advance directives, and intention to execute advance directives. The knowledge of advance directives had significant differences by age, hospitalization experience, religion, and being the final decision maker for a family problem. The attitude toward advance directives differed significantly by marriage status and the intention to write an advance directives. The relationship between hospice awareness and knowledge and attitude toward advance directives showed a positive significant correlation (r=.47, p<001). The relationship between knowledge of and attitude toward advance directives also indicated a positive significant correlation (r=.20, p=.005). Conclusion : This study provided basic data to inform promotion of hospice awareness and an educational intervention about advance directives.

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to analyse the current situation of oriental nursing intervention in local university oriental medicine hospital to provide qualified oriental nursing. Its specific purposes are as follows. 1) To analyse the objective's necessity to the oriental nursing intervention, knowledge and practice. 2) To analyse the correlation between the oriental nursing intervention, knowledge and practice. Method: The design of the study is a narrative investigation-research. The objectives of the study composed of 288 RNs having more than a three-year-experience, working for the university oriental medicine hospital. The tool of the study comprised of 194 questionnaires with the reliability of Cronbach's ${\alpha}=.95$. The data were collected from Dec. 11. 2002 to Feb. 20, 2003 and computerized by SPSS program. Result: The necessity of oriental nursing intervention of nurses working in the oriental hospital showed 3.60 measured by 5-scale-measurement, 2.69 in knowledge and .24 in practice measured by 1-scale-measurement. Conclusion: The oriental nursing intervention on site showed high necessity, moderate knowledge and low practice recommending a continuous education comprised of regular nursing education and in-service program.

As the first of Philip Roth's recent series of novels that delve into American Cold War history deeply entwined with the post-war Jewish American experience, American Pastoral traces the tragic fall of a third-generation Jewish American named Seymour "Swede" Levov, whose dream of complete assimilation to the post-ethnic American paradise is irrecoverably disrupted when his young daughter blows up the local post office to protest against the Vietnam War. This essay proposes to examine Swede Levov's interrupted pursuit of the American dream by locating it within specific Cold War contexts and national imaginaries propagated particularly during the years from John F. Kennedy to Lyndon B. Johnson. In so doing, I will argue that Roth presents a paradoxical vision of Jewish American identity that could be acquired by performing perpetual self-effacement and submergence into the non-place of anonymity and doubleness, a mythic location of the post-ethnic Cold War American family. Levov's life becomes true part of the mythic narrative of American history when he realizes that his life, just like the nation's history, is a series of temporalities radically discontinued without any manageable detour ot divine bypass to cross over. Rather than indicating Roth's retraction from the postmodern understanding of subjectivity, the novel's historical realism, I will argue, serves to illuminate the postmodern conditions of American Cold War history and ethnic identity.

Traditional culture contributes to the diversification of modern fashion design and the inheritance of local cultural identity. This study aims to identify the characteristics of traditional handicrafts reflected in modern fashion design in India. For this purpose, it focused on Sabyasachi Mukherjee, Manish Malhotra, and Ritu Kumar, who are currently leading the Indian fashion design field. The methodology involved conducting literature research and analyzing case studies. In the literature, the techniques of Indian traditional crafts such as embroidery, dyeing, and weaving were examined and five design elements of traditional crafts were defined. Through content analysis of 30 images from the three designers' Instagram accounts, the design characteristics of traditional handicrafts expressed in contemporary Indian fashion design were derived: cultural inheritance using traditional Indian clothing items, traditional materials and practices applied to contemporary clothing, craftsmanship that artistically improves complex details using embroidery techniques, various combinations based on the traditional meaning of colors, and narrative expression using patterns containing India's cultural identity. Incorporating these traditional handicrafts into fashion design, closely linked to everyday life, aids in conveying and enhancing their significance. The cases demonstrate the successful integration of conservation into contemporary fashion design. This study sheds light on the application of traditional culture in modern fashion design.

Myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) is a common musculoskeletal disorder characterized by muscle pain, tenderness, and trigger points. Ultrasonography has emerged as a key tool for diagnosing and treating MPS owing to its ability to provide precise, minimally invasive guidance. This review discusses the use of ultrasonography in various approaches to evaluate and manage MPS. Studies have shown that shear-wave sonoelastography can effectively assess muscle elasticity and offer insights into trapezius stiffness in patients with MPS. Ultrasound-guided interfascial hydrodissection, especially with visual feedback, has demonstrated effectiveness in treating trapezius MPS. Similarly, ultrasound-guided rhomboid interfascial plane blocks and perimysium dissection for posterior shoulder MPS have significantly reduced pain and improved quality of life. The combination of extracorporeal shockwave therapy with ultrasound-guided lidocaine injections has been particularly successful in reducing pain and stiffness in trapezius MPS. Research regarding various guided injections, including dry needling, interfascial plane blocks, and fascial hydrodissection, emphasizes the importance of ultrasonography for accuracy and safety. Additionally, ultrasound-guided delivery of local anesthetics and steroids to the quadratus lumborum muscle has shown lasting pain relief over a 6-month period. Overall, these findings highlight the pivotal role of ultrasonography in the assessment and treatment of MPS.

VR 콘텐츠는 정보의 밀도가 매우 높은 동적 이미지 시뮬레이션 기술을 기반으로 공간감과 현실감 확보를 통해 체험자에게 깊은 몰입감을 가져다준다. 하지만 높은 정보 밀도의 내부 정보들은 한편 객관적이지 않은 착각을 형성하기도 한다. 때문에 사용자에게 높은 밀도의 동적 이미지 정보를 해석할 수 있는 적절한 안내가 필요하다. 게임에서 네비게이션 인터페이스와 상호작용 기능을 설정하는 것처럼, 가상현실에서의 상호작용은 가상 콘텐츠를 해석, 향유하는 기본적 토대이다. 본 연구는 VR 콘텐츠 제작의 중요한 부분인 상호작용적인 스토리텔링 설계에 대한 사례 분석을 기반으로 한다. 가상현실 콘텐츠에서 더 우수한 상호작용적인 스토리텔링 모델을 탐색하기 위해 기본적인 주요개념들을 고찰하고 VR 애니메이션 <Wolves in the Walls>의 상호작용적인 스토리텔링 특징을 분석한다. 분석의 결과로 정리된 결론은 첫째, VR 환경이 사용자에게 자유롭게 이동할 수 있는 장점을 충분히 활용해야 하며, 상호작용 모듈 설계시 사용자의 현장감을 충분히 고려해야 한다는 점이다. 이를 통해 관객의 상호작용을 유도하여 참여도를 높힘으로서 VR이라는 핫미디어를 쿨미디어적 참여를 유도할 수 있다. 둘째, 사용자가 자유도가 매우 높은 가상 환경에 처음 들어갔을 때 모호한 세계 상황에 대해 당황하지 않도록, 작품의 초기 단계에서는 개발자 주도의 서술을 제공해야 한다. 셋째, 일부 게임에서 텍스트를 통해 사용자에게 안내하는 것과 달리, 사용자와 스토리 캐릭터(NPC)와의 자연스러운 대화를 추가하는 더 자연스러운 상호작용 방식을 통해 안내할 수 있다. 본 연구는 VR 애니메이션 <Wolves in the Walls>의 상호작용적인 스토리텔링 특징을 분석하고 정리함으로써 다양한 형태로 진화되고 있는 VR 콘텐츠의 설계의 한 가이드라인을 제공한다.

The purpose of this study is to interpret the visual and auditory images and cognitive characteristics about townscapes in Namwon city. It was acquired the survey results about 8 types of verbal interviews and 2 kinds of sketch maps which are based on urban images from 102 Namwon residents. They held in a variety of images of Namwon in their minds such as Jiri mountain, clean environment, sightseeing, special products, urban/building structures, Korean classical music, historical novel, local sports, and emotional images. The nice streets or places which the residents recommended are the places which have abundant natural areas, psychological peace and rest, available space for physical activity, places for performances and events, and regional attractions. The streets or places which they didn't like are decadent places, and areas of crowded traffic. The transition times of visual and auditory scene can be classified with the Saemaul movement in the 1970's(the rural new community movement) and the improvement of the city in the 1990's. The elements of visual images in Namwon city on the basis of the cognitive maps were expressed such elements as paths, districts, nodes, edges, and landmarks. The elements of auditory images, which are on the basis of the concept of the soundscape, included sounds of narrative musical form unique to Korea; p'ansori, sounds of traditional markets, and sounds of nature. It was found that the imageability of visual and auditory images is relatively clear in specific areas in Namwon city.
