The analysis targeted 25 local food outlets in Jeonbuk area, and the analysis method analyzed the efficiency by CCR model. The input variables used to analyze the input-oriented efficiency of local food stores are business expenses, employees, organizational number of participating farms, and number of items, and sales are used as output variables. The main contents of the analysis are as follows. First, local food outlets increased due to support projects such as the government, local governments, and agricultural cooperatives, but their dependence was high. Second, the management efficiency of 25 local food stores in Jeonbuk is 28.0% when the efficiency is 1.000, and 72.0% of inefficient local food stores. Third, considering the projection point and the reference group, there was room for improvement in input variables. Therefore, it was determined that improvement efforts are needed to secure the continuity of local food outlets in the future. However, this study will require review of variable selection and analysis methods for further analysis.
This study was conducted to explore the change in the market issues on HMR (Home Meal Replacements) using local foods after the COVID-19 outbreak. Online text data were collected from internet news, social media posts, and web documents before (from January 2016 to December 2019) and after (from January 2020 to November 2022) the COVID-19 outbreak. TF-IDF analysis showed that 'Trend', 'Market', 'Consumption', and 'Food service industry' were the major keywords before the COVID-19 outbreak, whereas 'Wanju-gun', 'Distribution', 'Development', and 'Meal-kit' were main keywords after the COVID-19 outbreak. The results of topic modeling analysis and categorization showed that after the COVID-19 outbreak, the 'Market' category included 'Non-face-to-face market' instead of 'Event,' and 'Delivery' instead of 'Distribution'. In the 'Product' category, 'Marketing' was included instead of 'Trend'. Additionally, in the 'Support' category, 'Start-up' and 'School food service' appeared as new topics after the COVID-19 outbreak. In conclusion, this study showed that meaningful change had occurred in market issues on HMR using local foods after the COVID-19 outbreak. Therefore, governments should take advantage of such market opportunity by implementing policy and programs to promote the development and marketing of HMR using local foods.

During the previous few years, local universities have experienced a rapid decrease in registration of new student for admission because of the problem of excessive concentration to Seoul metropolitan area and decrease in the number of population under school ages. Even though they are tring to survive from the difficulties by developing new strategies to increase the number of new students, it has no meaning if there is no standpoint of marketing. So, this study suggests that introduction of demander focused marketing concept actively is needed breaking the general and conservative method when the university devise entrance examination strategy. Primary sources for data collection include the chosen eleven cities' eight-scenery webpages, the National Cultural Heritage Portal, and articles about the built heritage resources included in the eight scenery. The results of this study show the public's acknowledgment of diverse built heritage, from prestigious monuments to local heritage interpretations, and various preservation and public program development approaches. The conclusion discusses the research findings regarding historic preservation, sustainable development, and place marketing.
