Objectives: The aim of this study was to identify factors influencing communication satisfaction between geriatric caregivers and older adults in urban-rural complex communities. The ultimate goal was to design local community educational programs and policies to enhance communication satisfaction among geriatric caregivers and improve the quality of care services for older adults. Methods: To identify factors influencing communication satisfaction between elderly caregivers and older adults, a survey titled "CCEP: Assessment of Communication Status between Elderly Care Service Providers and Recipients" was conducted from February to July 2020, focusing on rural-urban complex areas. The survey was administered based on providers of elderly healthcare services. The survey targeted 131 respondents involved in providing care services for older adults. The dependent variable of this study was the communication satisfaction reported by elderly caregivers in their interactions with the elderly. The independent variables included perceptions of older adults, factors associated with communication difficulties, and communication efforts. Additionally, gender, working environment, working experience, and the proportion of face-to-face interactions with older adults during caregiving were controlled for the hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Results: The analysis revealed that communication efforts with older adults significantly influenced communication satisfaction (β=.09, p<0.01). However, perceptions of the elderly and communication hindrance factors did not have a significant impact on communication satisfaction among geriatric caregivers. Conclusion: Effective communication between geriatric caregivers and older adults is crucial for identifying and meeting the needs and demands of caregiving services, and it plays a vital role in overall caregiving service satisfaction. To enhance communication skills and satisfaction among geriatric caregivers and ensure the appropriate fulfillment of elderly care needs in the local community, the development of community-centered, specialized health communication programs and other initiatives will be necessary in the future.

Nowadays more and more attention is paid to digital technologies, digitization, and the digitization of public services in particular. Progressive countries aim to build "digital" governance and a digital economy. In this aspect, the international experience of using digitization in the field of public administration, including in local self-government bodies, plays an important role. Therefore, it is important to analyze the international legal experience of the functioning of local self-government in the conditions of digitization. The purpose of the work is to study the international legal experience of the functioning of local self-government in the conditions of digitization. The object of the study is local self-government in the conditions of digitization through the prism of international legal experience. The subject of the study is social relations that arise, change, and cease during the implementation of digitization in local self-government in Ukraine and foreign countries. The research methodology consists of such methods as the method of philosophical hermeneutics; dialectical method; classification method; comparative method; target method; method of documentary analysis; generalization method. Research results. As a result of the conducted research, the international experience of the functioning of local self-government in conditions of digitization was analyzed. In particular, the impact of digitization processes on the course of the decentralization reform in Ukraine is summarized. Also, from the analysis of international experience, a conclusion was made about the potential possibility of reducing the existing gap in the process of communication between the central government and united territorial communities thanks to the introduction of the latest technologies in the field of administrative services, to stimulate innovative and economic development of regions, attracting the attention of businesses and potential investors, as well as the functioning of more open local authorities with electronic communication tools.

Recently, multiple metropolitan counties and local authorities have been actively working on improving their local existence with various methods and strategies. Such change cannot be observed when local authorities were chosen by the government. Also, the public administration has recently emphasized important factors of public design which seeks better lifestyle and outward beauty from quantitative growth and policy of strongly considering outward form due to the compressive modernization. Public design intends to complete aesthetic factor and improve the quality of life as the efficiency as the value of public administration. The purpose of this study is to discuss how public school has been evolved as public space and how to create local user-centered interaction. The study retrieve the communication which the essential publicness in the school public design and the self-management which is the original value in terms of sociology. The method in which the characters of the public design of the publicness have been changed will be concentrated on in public area. In addition, the study has been focused on the efforts of the reflection of the development in public design are the challenges for the aim of the design of the publicness.

Instead of point-to-point hard wiring between substation yard equipments and SCADA RTU(Remote Terminal Unit), fibre optic cable will be used in the portion between Local Units and Central Unit in the future KEPCO 765kV substation. The connections between substation yard equipments and nearby Local Unit remain the same hard wiring. The new fibre optic system will provide security especially during ground faults and is immune to electrical noise. A prototype system will be manufactured and installed in the existing 154kV Yeosan Substation by the end of July this year and operated for one year. By incorporating the operation experiences acquired in the system, an improved system will be commercially applied to 765kV Shin-An-Seong Substation where 345kV GIS will be installed initially and act as the switching station in the year 1998. The system is composed of one Central Unit and several Local Units. The Central Unit is composed of two workstation level computers, one is in operation and the other backup, and a Communication Control Unit. The Local Unit uses the existing SCADA RTU technology and takes the form of a distributed one. Between the Communication Control Unit and Local Units, the fibre optic system with star-coupler is used.

국제 표준으로 사용되고 있는 지구-우주 통신 링크의 전파 예측 모델을 사용하여 통신 경로의 총 손실을 계산하고 분석하였다. 총 손실의 계산에 사용되는 각 파라미터(강우, 신틸레이션, 대기 가스, 구름에 의한 감쇠)에 대한 ITU-R의 표준 정의 및 적용 범위를 분석하였다. 각 파라미터별 표준 모델과 ITU-R에서 제공하는 통계 데이터를 사용하여 총 손실을 계산하였고, 그 결과를 검증 사례 데이터를 사용하여 분석하였다. 국내에서 측정된 장기간의 지역 강우 감쇠 통계 데이터를 사용하여 강우 손실을 계산하고, ITU-R 권고서의 강우율 지도를 사용한 계산 결과와 비교하였다. 강우 손실 계산에서는 천리안 위성의 L-대역과 Ka-대역에 대한 신호 측정 데이터를 사용하였다. 0.01%-0.1%의 범위에서 ITU-R의 모델에 의한 감쇠보다 지역 측정 데이터를 사용 했을 때 더 큰 감쇠 기울기를 갖는 것을 확인하였다.

LNG 저장 작업 중 기계결함, 부주의 등으로 인해 사고가 꾸준히 발생하고 있다. 이전 연구에서는 위험을 미리 감지하는 압력, 온도, 가스 농도, 플로우 측정이 가능한 환경 센서 모듈을 개발하고 누출된 가스량에 따른 응답속도를 측정하였었다. 본 논문에서는 환경 센서 모듈이 측정한 데이터를 SPI, UART, LTE의 유무선 네트워크와 연결된 임베디드 기기들에 안전하게 전송해주는 유무선 통신 모듈의 개발을 제안한다. 먼저 환경 센서와 연동 가능한 데이터 통신 모듈을 설계한다. Local Control Part의 각 장치간 프로토콜과 Local Control Part와 Remote Control Part의 유무선 프로토콜을 설계한다. 이더넷, WiFi, LTE 통신 모듈을 설계하고 임베디드 제어기와 연동 가능한 UART, SPI 채널을 설계하였다. 그 결과, 각 임베디드 기기가 유선, 무선 동시 통신하면서 환경 센서 모듈이 측정한 데이터를 전송함을 UI(User Interface)를 통해 확인할 수 있었다.

1990년대 초반 이후부터 한국 시장에 본격적으로 등장하기 시작한 글로벌 여성잡지는 다른 글로벌 미디어 상품과는 달리 라이선스 계약이나 조인트 벤처를 통한 국내 출판사와의 파트너십을 통해 국내에서 제작 출판되고 있다. 이러한 소유구조의 특성으로 인해 글로벌 여성잡지에서는 글로벌 요소와 지역 요소가 혼재되어 나타나고 있는데, 다양한 글로벌/지역 요소들의 이해관계가 나타나는 글로벌 여성잡지는 단순히 글로벌 미디어라고 보기보다는 다양한 지역 요소들을 반영하고 이와 관계를 맺으며 새로운 콘텐츠를 생산해내는 글로컬(glocal)화된 미디어라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 글로벌 여성잡지에 나타나는 글로벌과 지역의 역동적 상호작용의 이해를 위해 제작과정에 나타나는 글로벌/로컬 요소를 살펴보고, 이러한 요소들이 서로 어떻게 상호작용하고 있는가를 현업 종사자들과의 인터뷰를 통해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 글로벌 여성잡지의 현지화 과정은 글로벌 미디어의 일방향적 동질화 과정이 아니라 지역 현실을 반영하는 글로벌과 지역의 상호작용 과정임을 보여주었으며, 글로벌 여성잡지 종사자들은 본사의 방침을 따라 기사의 콘셉트와 형식을 유지하면서도 한국 실정에 적합한 기사를 생산하고자 노력하고 있음을 볼 수 있었다.

장소, 공간, 문화가 하나의 '동형체'였던 전근대시기에 지역(적 정체)성은 모든 정체성을 통합한 하나의 영토였다. 근대에 들어 이러한 영토성은 해체되기 시작했으나 이 과정은 일방적 탈영토화라기보다는 공간의 다층화와 다차원화에 따른 지역성의 입체화과정이었다. 여기에서 지역은 동질적 이웃의 자연적 군집만이 아니라 정치적으로 결정된 합목적적 이해 집단의 공간이 되며, 지역성 역시 '주어진 것'에서 벗어나 '형성하는 것'을 포괄하는 정체성이 된다. 규모의 경제에 충실했던 텔레비전의 네트워크화는 네트워크의 소재지와 나머지 지역을 '중심'과 '주변'으로 나누는 새로운 경계를 만들었다. 이러한 구조에서 방송의 로컬리즘은 정책적 강제가 아니면 구현되기 어려웠다. 그러나 민주주의가 심화되고 분권화가 촉진되면서 상황은 점차 달라지기 시작했다. 최근 지역방송의 변화는 크게 두가지, 수직적으로 지역민의 이해와 기호에 더욱 깊이 파고드는 '심화'와 수평적으로 방송의 지리적 권역을 확대하거나 타 미디어 영역으로 활동반경을 넓히는 '팽창'의 과정으로 볼 수 있다. 이는 지역방송이 분권화와 참여 같은 정치적 가치를 중시하고 특히 글로벌화가 진행되면서 나타난 결과로, 양자 모두 네트워크와의 관계를 수평적 협조적 관계로 만드는 공통점이 있다. 이러한 변화의 성패는 결국 지역방송이 얼마만큼 지역에 대한 귀속감과 애착심을 정치적 자치의 효능감으로 발전시킬 수 있는가, 얼마만큼 지역방송이 글로벌화와 로컬화 사이에서 인터페이스로서 기능할 수 있을 것인가에 달려 있다고 할 수 있다.

V2V(Vehicle-to-Vehicle)는 VANET(Vehicle Ad-hoc Network)의 한 형태로 차량 간 통신을 제공하며 차량 안전사고를 줄일 수 있는 해결책으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 V2V는 도로의 특성 및 차량 구성 장치의 특성으로 인하여 GPSR(Greedy Perimeter Stateless Routing)과 같은 지리 기반 라우팅 프로토콜이 매우 적합하지만, GPSR의 탐욕모드의 정책에 의해서 stale 노드가 local maximum에 직면하는 문제가 발생한다. 이러한 문제점은 GPSR에서의 복구모드 정책에 의하여 해결될 수 있지만 복구모드 시 전송되는 데이터의 손실이 발생할 수 있다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 V2V 환경에서의 이러한 GPSR 문제를 해결하기위해 보다 나은 데이터 신뢰성을 제공하는 GPRR(Greedy Perimeter Reliable Routing) 프로토콜을 제안한다. ns-2를 이용한 성능분석 결과 제안된 GPRR이 탐욕모드 시 local maximum에 직면할 가능성을 현저히 줄임으로써 GPSR 보다 우수함을 입증하였다.

지역이미지 향상을 통한 지역 활성화 전략으로서 경쟁력 있는 세계적 축제로 발돋움하기 위한 지자체와 축제간의 경쟁은 심화되어가고 있으며 각 지자체는 경쟁적으로 축제와 상징물을 양산해오고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 차별화 된 축제 이미지를 소비자에게 전달할 수 있는 효율적인 커뮤니케이션을 하여 독창적인 지역문화형성에 기여할 수 있는 캐릭터에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 캐릭터를 축제에 대한 상징적 기호 표현활동이라고 볼 때, 기호학은 직관이나 아이디어에 의존하던 캐릭터 창작과는 구별되는 논리적인 틀을 제공해 줄 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 캐릭터의 커뮤니케이션 효율성 제고를 위하여 캐릭터를 기호학적으로 분석하고 캐릭터 컨셉, 축제 개최취지, 지역문화의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 소비자 이미지 실증분석 결과, 캐릭터의 기호학적인 해석 요소가 지역문화 형성에 미치는 영향은 캐릭터에 반영된 각 지역문화 특성과 캐릭터 컨셉의 기표에 따라 각각 다른 요인에 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 실증분석 결과를 바탕으로 소비자에게 의미공유 될 수 있는 캐릭터 제작의 가이드라인을 제시하였다.
