As a result of this study, the income generation effect of local universities on the local economy through the Daranee (1976) model was found to be 110.9 billion won (direct and indirect income 78 billion won, induced income 32.9 billion won). In the case of Korea, it has been verified through a number of previous studies that local universities play a role in preventing the outflow of local talent to the metropolitan area. Considering this, it seems that the government should make bold investments to foster local universities in terms of balanced national development. This is because the movement of local talents to the metropolitan area not only undermines the growth potential of the provinces and undermines the basis for regional existence, but also creates a vicious cycle that hinders balanced national development. To break this vicious cycle, the development of local universities is very important. It is judged that the horizon of balanced national development will be opened when local universities revitalize the local economy through the government's bold investment in local universities and are reborn as entities that provide various services based on the facilities and equipment of local universities.

Recently, the public design plays a role in improving the residents' quality of life and activating the local economy as an axis of the regional development. However, during the development process led by the local government, the public space has been changed to a place where only the function is emphasized without considering the local history, culture, and life. Since the opinions of the regional residents are not reflected, the public place lacks public benefits and has difficulties in continuous improvement and development. Here, we studied on the participation of residents in public design. Firstly, we discussed public design that residents can participate voluntarily and actively as users, managers, and beneficiaries. Secondly, it is necessary for the residents, who are not experts in the public design, to have easily understandable and well tractable communication media which facilitate communications with a group of the design experts and the public service personnel. We explained the types and specialities of the communication media. Thirdly, it is necessary for the residents to contribute much to the local development by active participation in the sustainable and consistent public design through using the easily accessible communication media.

본 논문에서는 근거리무선 통신용 RF 모듈을 구성하는 핵심 부품인 5.5GHz 대역의 발진기를 설계 제작하였다. NEC사의 잡음 특성이 우수한 HJ FET인 NE3210S01를 사용하여 위상잡음 특성을 개선하였고, 구현된 회로는 HP사의 회로 시뮬레이터인 ADS2002를 사용하여 설계 및 제작하였으며 발진기의 특성을 측정한 결과, 중심 주파수 5.5 GHz에서 출력전력이 10 dBm 그리고 2차 고조파 억압이 -31 dBc이며 중심 주파수 100 kHz offset에서 -98.83 dBc의 위상잡음 특성을 얻었다. 제작된 발진기는 근거리 무선 통신용 국부 발진기로 이용될 수 있다.

군집 로봇시스템에서 로봇들 간의 협조행동 및 군 행동을 하기 위해서는 로봇의 센싱과 통신 기능은 필수적이다. 일반적으로 대역적 통신 시스템에서 로봇의 대수가 증가하면 통신자원의 제한과 정보의 범람이 발생한다. 따라서 이 경우 지역적 통신방법이 유리하다. 본 논문에서는 지역적 통신 방식을 제안하고, 정보의 전파(propagation) 해석을 통하여 최적의 통신 반경을 찾는 방법들을 제시한다. 또한 로봇이 정보를 획득하고 소실할 경우 발생하는 군(group)의 카오스 행동을 피하기 위한 최적의 조건을 제시한다.

지역신문 위기를 진단하고 분석한 대부분의 연구들은 개별 원인들의 경중을 간과해 왔다. 지역신문 활성화를 위한 다양한 정책이 집행되고 있지만 아직까지 가시적인 성과를 보이지 못하는 것도 정책을 집중할 대상, 즉 핵심 원인들에 대한 파악이 잘못된 탓일 수도 있다. 이에 이 연구는 지역신문의 위기를 초래한 다양한 원인들을 통계적으로 검증해 보고자 한다. 그동안의 연구 성과에 따라, 위기의 원인을 중앙집권적인 정치 구조, 광고 잠재 시장, 구독 잠재 시장, 그리고 지역산문 간 경쟁 이상 네 가지로 나눈 뒤, 이를 지역보도 비중으로 대변되는 지역성과의 관계를 45개 지역신문을 대상으로 살펴보았다. 그 결과 그동안 학계의 주장과는 달리, 중앙집권적인 정치 구조와 구독 잠재 시장은 통계적으로 의미가 없었던 것에 비해서, 광고 잠재 시장과 지역신문 간 경쟁만이 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 그러나 광고 잠재 시장이 부정적 회귀계수 값을 가진 것에 비해서 지역신문 간 경쟁은 긍정적 회귀계수값을 보여 방향성에 차이를 보여주었다. 이러한 결과는 지역신문 간 경쟁이 치열한 곳에서는 생존전략 차원에서 지역 관련 보도의 비중을 확대하는 반면에 광고 잠재 시장이 각 지역신문의 생존을 담보해 주는 상황에서는 지역신문이 동종 지역신문과의 경쟁보다는 중앙지와의 경쟁에 초점을 두기 때문에 지역성보다는 전국성에 비중을 두는 것으로 해석할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 시장 환경적 특성과 함께 조직 내부의 재원 구성 및 조직 구성의 특성을 분석하고, 이 과정에서 조직과 환경, 조직과 조직, 조직 내부의 상호작용 특성과 문제점 등을 종합적으로 조망하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 지역 방송에서의 시장 환경적 특성과 조직 내부 구조, 그리고 재원 구조의 특성은 최근 3년간 발간된 각종 통계 자료를 평균하여 현실에서의 환경 요인을 분석하고자 하였으며, 이러한 외적인 환경과 내부 구조적 특징과 더불어 외부 환경과 타 조직, 그리고 조직 내부 상호작용 특성 및 각종 문제점 등을 내부 구성원들에 대한 심층 인터뷰를 통해 지역 방송사 조직과 외부환경과의 상호작용 특성과 그 문제점 등을 탐사적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 제한된 지역 시장 환경에 경쟁 체제가 도입되고, 재원 확보 및 조직 구조가 열악한 속에서 지역 방송사 조직은 시장 환경의 확장과 조직 간, 조직 내 상호작용방식 전환을 통해 조직의 내적 역량의 열악함을 극복하고자 하지만, 상호작용 과정에서 발생하는 다양한 불확실성과 이해관계의 첨예한 대립 등으로 인해 적지 않은 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 시장 환경의 불확실성과 한계를 극복하기 위한 제도적 방안이 제 효과를 발휘하지 못함에 따라, 역량 강화를 위한 투자와 장기적인 인사 정책 수립이 어렵게 되고, 이는 시점에 따른 인력 구조의 편중과 더불어 방송사 조직 내부의 불안정을 가져오는 주요한 구조적요인으로 작용하고 있는 것으로 해석 가능하다.

본 연구는 우리나라 지역신문이 안고있는 문제의 인식과 함께 이에 대한 해결방안을 현실적으로 구체화할 수 있는 가능성과 한계에 대하여 고찰하는 데에 그 목적을 두었다. 구체적으로 지역신문의 활성화를 위한 정책 및 법제 차원의 활성화 방안은 무엇인지를 연구문제로 설정하고 고찰해보았다. 기본적으로 지역언론 활성화 담론은 지역분권의 함의와 그 기능적 축의 하나로서 접목되어 논의되는 것이 중요하다. 또한 지역신문들이 먼저 문제의식을 갖고 스스로 개혁을 통해 해결하려는 노력이 있어야 하며 필요시 이와 더불어 지역신문들이 안고있는 구조적 문제들은 정책적 및 법제도적 육성지원 방안의 차원에서 국가가 활성화시키는 것이 적절하다고 하겠다. 지역언론 활성화 논의는 지역간 균형있는 언론과 그에 따른 다양한 여론의 공존을 기할 수 있다는 점에서 큰 의미가 있으며 이는 지역언론의 풀뿌리 민주주의 보호와 참된 언론개혁을 지향한다는 점에서도 필요하다. 그간 침체되어온 지역신문은 활성화하기 위한 방안으로서 정책적 및 법제도적 차원에서의 논의는 이러한 점에서 의미가 있다고 하겠다.

Purpose This paper examines the role of local market-based communities in driving regional revitalization, using detailed analysis of online networks. We aim to dissect a local community's communication network, highlighting members with high engagement levels and exploring their characteristics. Our goal is to identify the conditions that allow local community networks to grow independently and to demonstrate how the activation of these networks contributes to regional revitalization. Design/methodology/approach We employ a mixed-methods approach, combining social network analysis with statistical techniques to investigate the structure of online communication networks. Specifically, we use ANOVA to determine the statistical significance of our findings, ensuring their reliability. To complement our quantitative data, we include qualitative insights from interviews, adding depth and context to our analysis. Findings Our results show that individuals with high centrality in the online network are crucial for maintaining active local communities. We find that leveraging local resources to create a supportive and adaptable environment is essential for the communities' sustainability and expansion. Importantly, our research draws a direct connection between the vitality of local community networks and the broader process of regional revitalization. We argue that energizing local communities is an effective way to address the risk of regional decline. By integrating quantitative analysis with qualitative feedback, this study contributes to the understanding of local market-based communities as key drivers of regional development. It emphasizes the importance of building vibrant, resourceful community networks to revitalize areas experiencing socio-economic challenges.
