지난 3년간의 펜데믹은 우리 생활에 급격한 변화를 가져왔고, 그 변화가 이제는 자연스러운 일상이 되고 있다. 화상회의, 원격수업, 재택근무, 온라인 스트리밍 서비스 등의 온라인을 기반으로 하는 일상생활 및 경제 활동은 코로나 이후의 일상이 되었다. 그리고 통신 및 그래픽 기술의 급격한 발전의 결과물이 바로 메타버스이다. 이러한 '메타버스 열풍'에 편승해 정부와 지자체들이 경쟁적으로 '메타버스 내 공공 공간'을 생산해내고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 지자체의 메타버스 공간의 올바른 활용방안을 위해 공공디자인의 관점에서의 가능성을 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 '지자체', '공공디자인', '메타버스'에 대한 빅데이터 분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 우리는 지자체의 신뢰성을 회복하고 부정적 인식을 극복하기 위한 수단으로 높은 화제성과 가능성을 지닌 메타버스를 지자체의 홍보나 토론의 공간으로 적극적으로 활용하여야 한다. 그리고 지자체 메타버스의 대중적 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 공공디자인의 적극적인 반영이 필요하다.

Under the WTO, Bang-Wha country's agriculture is experiencing many difficulties and environmental changes. For overcoming this situation, some agricultural development strategy should be established in Bong-Wha county. First, special agricultural products adapt to local condition should be produced. Second, innovation technics should be developed in local agriculture. Third, marketing activities should be improved in local agricultural products. Finally, organic agricultural products' development should be activated.

Driven by the changes of living environment and the improvement of life quality there is a growing desire for education, culture, daily life sports, and welfare of local residents. One of the places with the facilities and space which can accommodate such desires of the residents is elementary facility within welfare districts. Additionally, elementary school facilities are assuming more roles as the center of local community, and the current education facility policies are going through a great deal of changes and diversification of school facilities due to the operation of the new 7th education courses. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to analyze school facility compounding by domestic and overseas trends and patterns in line with the trend of the social demand, and the researcher found out that in Japan the mutual exchanges among local residents are very active by compounding sports facilities, cultural facilities, lifelong education facilities, and social welfare facilities in school facilities. Therefore, this thesis researched on the space structure pattern and planning elements of compounding facilities under the premise of utilizing them for the local society reflecting the domestic trends and characteristics, and intended to propose a direction for planned research on the compounded facilities of elementary school.

본 연구의 목적은 제주도 촌락지역에 있어서 귀농 귀촌인구의 증가로 인한 촌락지역의 변화를 고찰하는데 있다. 특히, 귀농 귀촌인구 증가에 따른 비 농업적 경제활동의 증가와 지역조직에 초점을 두어 촌락지역의 변화를 분석하였다. 제주도 촌락지역으로의 귀농 귀촌인구 증가는 촌락지역에서의 관광서비스업체의 증가를 가져왔다. 그로 인해 촌락지역내에서는 서비스공간의 조성과 함께 토지이용에서의 변화가 나타나고 있다. 한편, 귀농 귀촌인구에 의해 결성된 지역조직은 기존 촌락지역의 조직과는 조직 구성원, 조직 활동과 활동추진체제에서 상당한 차이를 보인다. 사례조직인 서귀포시귀농귀촌협동조합은 촌락지역에서 결성된 조직임에도 불구하고 도시적 성격을 띤다.

Despite its ecological importance of wetlands in our life, wetlands around cities and villages have been steadily disappearing. It is mainly due to either natural geological changes or man-made causes such as permitted land zone changes for the purpose to convert to agriculture land. This study aims to establish a comprehensive database of wetlands using GIS in a historic conservation city Gongju City. The systemic data management would enable to identify distribution of wetlands and their ecological attributes, and to estimate the conservation value of the wetlands. The data base will be able to use in strategic way to preserve the local ecological areas for local residents and tourists and manage the quality of wetlands in the historic and conservation city. For the purpose, it is suggested organising a wider network with not only local residents but local authorities and relevant stakeholders would be beneficial. This study also recommends that long-term strategic plan to preserve the existing wetlands. This study findings as a seminal case example can be used to apply to other geographical areas of the country and can contribute to create a national ecological nature map as well as evaluate the attributes and quality of natural ecosystem service of the region.

Pregnancy induces significant anatomical and physiological changes in the mother. Many pregnant women need dental treatment due to poor oral hygiene related to pregnancy. However, most dentists are reluctant to provide, and most pregnant women are reluctant to receive, dental treatment during pregnancy. Theoretically, maternally administered drugs are transferred to the fetus. Depending on the types of drugs and the stage of pregnancy, the effects of drugs on the mother, as well as the fetus, may vary. Local anesthetics are the most widely used in dental treatment. It is, therefore, important to understand the potential effects of local anesthetics during pregnancy. In this review, we will focus on the maternal and fetal effects of local anesthetics widely used in dental treatment with consideration of the use of local anesthetics during pregnancy.

In this paper we propose an image enhancement technique based on histogram specification method over local overlapping regions referred as Local Histogram Specification. First, both reference and original images are splitted into local regions that each overlaps half of its adjacent regions and general histogram specification method is used between corresponding local regions of reference and original image. However it produces noticeable boundary effects. Linear weighted image blending method is used to reduce this effect in order to make seamless image and we also proposed new technique dealing with over-enhanced contrast areas. We satisfied with our experimental results that showed better enhancement accuracy and less noise amplifications compared to other well-known image enhancement methods. We conclude that the proposed method is well suited for motion detection systems as a responsible part to overcome sudden illumination changes.

This study reviews trends of Japanese consumer policies, with particular attention to the situations of operating local consumer centers, in an effort to find ways to develop rapidly changing local consumer administration practices in Japan. Budget cut on consumer administration by the Japanese government has resulted in a reduction of consumer centers in Todohuken, while new consumer policy, which seeks greater consumer independence, has encouraged civil consumer groups' participation in consumer administration. In particular, entrustment of consumer centers to civil groups has increasingly stimulated more region-oriented local consumer policies and enhanced the efficiency of consumer administration. To activate local consumer administration, it seems necessary to provide assistance to entrusted civil groups, strengthen business regulations of Todohuken administration, and ensure more effective operation practices of civil consumer groups.

Purpose - This paper examines the effects of host country's non-economic factors on foreign affiliate's financial and operational performance. Design/Methodology - Using Korean-owned foreign affiliate-level data, we employ various measures that represent host country's non-economic factors and examine their effects on foreign affiliate's performance. We further investigate the effects of local top managers and local middle managers on the impact of country's non-economic factors on foreign affiliate's performance. Findings - We find that local top managers are effective in increasing foreign affiliate's financial performance by dealing with institutional and cultural factors, particularly in high-income countries, while local middle managers are effective in increasing affiliate's operational performance by responding to the changes in doing business factors, particularly in low-income countries. Originality/value - Considering that most of previous FDI studies focus on examining host country's economic factors on firm's FDI decision, our findings suggest that country's non-economic factors are strongly associated with actual business performance of foreign affiliates.

Mathematical models for studying the effect of ecological changes caused by the excessive growth of wild changes on the existence of various species in wet-land are investigated. Local stability criteria is also discussed.
