Graphic-programming 을 이용한 주축용 유도전동기의 토크감시시스템 개발 (Development of Torque Monitoring System of Induction Spindle Motor using Graphic-programming)

  • In vector control technique, stator currents of an induction motor are transformed to equivalent d-q currents in a reference frame consist of d and q axis, each of which is coincide with flux and torque direction respectively. Since the current in q-axis is related to the torque in a synchronously rotating frame, torque is estimated as a function of q-axis current and flux. In this paper, a method to estimate torque of an induction motor based on the measurement of 3-phase currents and rotating velocity of a rotor is presented. Graphic-programming is used to measure signals, to estimate the torque and to show the result in the form of user friendly graph in window environment. To stabilize the fluctuation of estimated torque caused from the small measurement error of the rotor velocity, the stator current is reconstructed in a program based on measured signals. The experimental results executed under the velocity of 500 rpm, 1500 rpm without load and 1500 rpm with load show that the proposed method estimates the torque very well.

화강풍화암에 시공된 부분현장타설말뚝의 IGM이론의 적용성 (Applicability of IGM theory Partial Drilled Shaft constructed on Granite Rocks)

  • 본 연구에서는 IGM 구간에서 주면마찰력을 활용하여 지지력을 확보하기 위해 선단부에만 부분적으로 현장타설말뚝을 시험시공하고 IGM 이론의 적용성을 분석하였다. 시험시공 현장의 지반조사와, 교란여부, 거칠기 상태를 측정하여 IGM 이론 적용을 위한 지반특성을 점성, 비교란, 매끄러운 상태로 분석하였다. 또한, 정재하시험 및 하중전이시험을 통해 허용지지력과 심도별 주면마찰력을 산정한 결과, 주면마찰력은 심도가 깊어질수록, 기준침하량이 클수록 증가하는 것으로 평가되었으며, 심도와 매우 높은 상관성을 보였다. 일축압축강도($q_u$)는 점성 IGM에서 가장 중요한 변수이나, 화강풍화암 구간에서 직접 측정이 불가능하므로 정재하시험 및 하중전이시험 결과와 N값을 이용하여 $q_u$값을 얻을 수 있었다.

정규압밀 점토 지반에서 매입말뚝의 수평거동에 관한 모형 실험 연구 (Model Testing on the Behavior of Laterally Loaded Pile in NC Clay Soils)

  • 본 논문은 정규압밀된 점성토 지반에서 강관 매입 말뚝의 수평 거동에 영향을 미치는 여러인자들 중에서 말뚝의 근입길이, 지반조건(건조단위 중량 $\gamma_4$), 말뚝 두부의 구속조건의 영향에 관하여 모형실험을 수행하였으며, 이러한 영향을 정량화 할 수 있는 경첩식을 그 결과들로부터 얻었다. 모형실험에 사용한 지반은 3종류의 정규압밀 점토이다. 2종류의 말뚝 근입길이와 말뚝 두부의 고정 자유조건의 모형실험결과들에 의하여 수평하중-변위 관계는 $\gamma_d/\gamma_{dmax}$=0.84 이하에서 완전 탄소성체의 거동형상을 보일 것으로 나타났으며, 각 실험에서 최대 수평하중(Q--) 이후의 수평하중 감소는 상당한 시간 의존성을 보였다. 본 연구에서는 수평 하중-변위관계(logo-logy/D)와 최대 휨 모멘트-변위관계($loaM_{max}$.-.-logy/D)에서 각각 구한 항복 수평하중(Qy)과 항복 최대 휭 모멘트(My)가 직선적인 관계로 밝혀졌다. Relaxation에 의한 수평하 중은 모형실험 결과들로부터 시간을 변수로 한 지수 함수식으로 회귀분석 하였다. 수평 극한하중과 항복하중에 대한 지반조건의 영향은 $\gamma_4$$/\gamma_{dmax}$의 변수로 한 지수함수식으로 모델화 하였으며, Broms와 Budhu et at.에 의한 결과와의 비교에서 예측결과가 26-78%정도 과대평가 되었다. 수평하중-변위 관계에 대한 말뚝 두부의 고정조건 영향에서 $Q_{mxed}/Q_{free}$-y/D의 관계는 상당히 비선형적으로 나타났으며, yiD를 변수로 한 지수함수식으로 모델화하였다.

A New Approach to Improve Induction Motor Performance in Light-Load Conditions

  • Induction motors often reach their maximum efficiency at the nominal load. In most applications, the machine load is not equal to the nominal load, thus reduces the motor efficiency and turns a greater percent of power into loss. In this paper, the induction motor control problem has been investigated to reduce the system losses. The Field Oriented Control method (FOC) has been employed in this paper. In this research, the mathematical equations related to system losses are calculated in relation to torque and speed, and then the q- and d-axis are summarized according to the current components. After that, the proposed method is applied along with d- and q-axis. In the recent three decades, many techniques have been suggested to improve the induction motor performance using smart and non-smart methods. In this paper, a new PSO-Fuzzy method have used in real time. The fuzzy logic method serves as speed controller in q-axis and PSO algorithm controls the optimum flux in d-axis. It will be proved that the use of this combined method will lead to a significant improvement in motor efficiency.

농촌유역에서의 유달부하량 및 유달율의 특성 (Characteristics of Runoff ratio and Pollutant Loading in Rural Watersheds)

  • In this study, to propose the methods predicting water qualities in rural areas, the methods which were based on the runoff ratio, the relationships between the pollutant load(L) and the water runoff(Q), and the relationships between the runoff ratio and the water runoff in Bokha stream watersheds were examined. As a result, we had acquired reliable the values of runoff ratio and the reasonable equations between the pollutant load(L) and the water runoff(Q) in Bokha stream watersheds. And it was noticed that the runoff ratio had tendency of varying directly proportional to the water runoff.

파-흐름 공존장에서 부유사와 소류사 flux에 의한 지형변화모델 (A Bed Level Change Model(SED-FLUX) by Suspended Sediment Flux and Bed Load Flux in Wave-Current Co-existing Fields)

  • 저면경계층에서 부유사와 소류사 flux를 포함하는 실제적인 표사이동에 기초한 지형변화모델(SED-FLUX)이 개발되었다. SED-FLUX는 파랑모듈, 동수역학 모듈 및 부유사농도, 순부상 flux($Q_s$)와 소류사 flux를 계산하는 표사수송 및 확산모듈을 포함하며, 소류사 flux는 파-흐름 공존장에서 검증된 van Rijn의 TRANSPOR 프로그램에 의해 평가되어진다. 저면에서 순부상 flux $Q_s$는 표사확산모듈에서 source/sink 항으로서 평가되어지며, 수심변화모듈은 수심변화량을 계산하고 시간에 따른 bed level의 변화를 계산한다. 모델의 검증을 위하여 소류사이동의 이동한계수심은 방사성 동위원소 추적자를 사용한 현장 실험자료와 파와 흐름에 의한 표사이동한계수심에 대한 몇몇 경험식과 비교되었다. 본 모델을 파에 의한 해빈 단면변화에 적용한 결과 입사파의 특성에 따른 명확한 침식과 퇴적분포를 나타내었다. 끝으로, 이안제 배후에서 파와 해빈류에 의한 수심변화를 계산한 결과 이안제의 배후에서 초기 tombolo의 형성을 보여주었다.

드롭랜딩 시 Hamstring/Quadriceps ratio 불균형에 따른 하지의 동적 안정성 차이 분석 (Analysis on Differences in Dynamic Stability of Lower Extremity Caused by Unbalance of Hamstring/Quadriceps Ratio During Drop-landing)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to present quantitative data and basic references to decrease the accident risk of soccer instructors. Methods : To obtain data, we conducted an investigation on how H/Q ratio affects the dynamic stability of the lower extremity at the time of drop landing. The study targeted 13 soccer players from C University who have not had any injuries or wounds in the lower extremity joints and in any other parts of their bodies over the last 6 months. By using CMIS (USA), the players were divided into two groups according to H/Q ratios higher and lower than 69%, respectively. The subjects in each group were instructed to perform a drop landing. Results : The H/Q ratio did not affect the maximal flexion angle of the knee joints at the time of drop landing. In addition the dominant group with a relatively high H/Q ratio was observed to have increased time to reduce shock and to efficiently absorb the ground reaction force during drop landing. Also, the dominant group with a relatively high H/Q ratio utilized the strong performances of the antagonistic muscles around the hamstrings and the controlled rotatory powers of the thighs that were applied to the tibias supported by the ground. Finally, H/Q ratio, load factors, and mean and maximum EMG were significantly negatively related, whereas GRFx showed a positive relationship. In fact, these factors all affected the impact of the load from the H/Q ratio to the knee joints. Conclusion : From these findings it can be concluded that unbalanced H/Q ratio can be considered as a predictor of knee joint injury at the time of drop landing.

구난장갑차 크레인 브래킷에 대한 구조건전성 평가 (Structural Integrity Evaluation for Crane Bracket of Armored Recovery Vehicle)

  • For towing the new type armored vehicle and maintaining the close support, the armored recovery vehicle(ARV) with winch and crane has been developed. In case of crane, it is mainly used to salvage heavy objects by rotational and vertical motion. Especially, the crane bracket is very important parts due to fixing the ARV's body and rotary joint and preventing the force rotation of crane. Therefore, the crane bracket needs to have an enough strength to endure the high load and it is very important to analyze the stress distribution under loads. In the present work, the experimental and analytical investigation on structural integrity evaluation of crane bracket were carried out. The simulation of three-dimensional finite element method(FEM) was compared with experimental datum. From the numerical results, the FEM simulations corresponded well with th experimental results and the structural safety was confirmed by safety factor.

  • Modulators Installed in PLS(Pohang Light Source) Linac are composed of a DC high voltage section, a charging section and a discharging section. PFN is charged by a resonant charging mechanism, and discharged by a switching device through the primary of the pulse transformer connected to a load. Charged PFN voltage must be well regulated to obtain stable output pulse voltage at the load. For this purpose, DCHV is controlled by a SCR controller with feedback signal, and PFN voltage is regulated by a De-Q'ing circuit. The full power operation test shows the pulse voltage regulation within ${\pm}0.13%$ with SCR feedback control alone, and within ${\pm}0.08%$ together with De-Q'ing. This paper describes the design concept and operational characteristics of the De-Q'ing circuit.

Seismic behavior of Q690 circular HCFTST columns under constant axial loading and reversed cyclic lateral loading

  • This paper presents an investigation on seismic behavior of out-of-code Q690 circular high-strength concrete-filled thin-walled steel tubular (HCFTST) columns made up of high-strength (HS) steel tubes (yield strength $f_y{\geq}690MPa$). Eight Q690 circular HCFTST columns with various diameter-to-thickness (D/t) ratios, concrete cylinder compressive strengths ($f_c$) and axial compression ratios (n) were tested under the constant axial loading and reversed cyclic lateral loading. The obtained lateral load-displacement hysteretic curves, energy dissipation, skeleton curves and ductility, and stiffness degradation were analyzed in detail to reflect the influences of tested parameters. Subsequently, a simplified shear strength model was derived and validated by the test results. Finally, a finite element analysis (FEA) model incorporating a stress triaxiality dependent fracture criterion was established to simulate the seismic behavior. The systematic investigation indicates the following: compared to the D/t ratio and axial compression ratio, improving the concrete compressive strength (e.g., the HS thin-walled steel tube filled with HS concrete) had a slight influence on the ductility but an obvious enhancement of energy dissipation and peak load; the simplified shear strength model based on truss mechanism accurately predicted the shear-resisting capacity; and the established FEA model incorporating steel fracture criterion simulated well the seismic behavior (e.g., hysteretic curve, local buckling and fracture), which can be applied to the seismic analysis and design of Q690 circular HCFTST columns.
