Primary intraosseous meningioma is a rare tumor, and atypical pathologic components both osteolytic lesion and dura and soft tissue invasion is extremely rare. A 65-year-old woman presented with a 5-month history of a soft mass on the right frontal area. MR imaging revealed a 4 cm sized, multilobulated, strongly-enhancing lesion on the right frontal bone, and CT showed a destructive skull lesion. The mass was adhered tightly to the scalp and dura mater, and it extended to some part of the outer and inner dural layers without brain invasion. The extradural mass and soft tissue mass were totally removed simultaneously and we reconstructed the calvarial defect with artificial bone material. The pathological study revealed an atypical meningioma as World Health Organization grade II. Six months after the operation, brain MR imaging showed that not found recurrence in both cranial and spinal lesion. Here, we report a case of primary osteolytic intraosseous atypical meningioma with soft tissue and dural invasion.

This paper is concerned with the existence of solutions to the following fractional differential inclusion $$\{-{\frac{d}{dx}}\(p_0D^{-{\beta}}_x(u^{\prime}(x)))+q_xD^{-{\beta}}_1(u^{\prime}(x))\){\in}{\partial}F_u(x,u),\;x{\in}(0,1),\\u(0)=u(1)=0,$$ where $_0D^{-{\beta}}_x$ and $_xD^{-{\beta}}_1$ are left and right Riemann-Liouville fractional integrals of order ${\beta}{\in}(0,1)$ respectively, 0 < p = 1 - q < 1 and $F:[0,1]{\times}{\mathbb{R}}{\rightarrow}{\mathbb{R}}$ is locally Lipschitz with respect to the second variable. Due to the general assumption on the constants p and q, the problem does not have a variational structure. Despite that, here we study it combining with an iterative technique and nonsmooth critical point theory, we obtain an existence result for the above problem under suitable assumptions. The result extends some corresponding results in the literatures.

본 논문은 중년남성의 자존감회복의 한 방안으로 독서치료프로그램을 적용하기로 하고 그에 관한 결과를 분석 하였다. 중년남성의 심리적 위기와 자존감결여를 문제제기하며 중년남성 10인에게 독서치료를 적용한 결과 자아존중, 타인과의 관계, 지도력과 인기, 자아주장 4변인에 유의미한 변화를 얻었고 이는 도서관 프로그램의 다양한 대상에 적용가능하다는 점을 시사한다.

Since late 1990's the urban decline phenomenon has risen in most provincial cities in Korea. Many lively discussions have also risen about how to revitalize declined urban center. In small cities, especially resident participation is very important to revive their old vividness. The study then reviewed literatures published from 1995 to 2007 regarding resident participation in urban center revitalization for community reinvigoration. This study consists of four parts. The first part defined concepts of community and of resident participation, and included discussion about resident participation codes. In the second part, the problems about community formation and community facilities were scrutinized through preceding researches. The third and last parts suggested some propositions and strategies to draw resident participation into urban center revitalization.

Objective : I would define the differences of sentences that 'A tongue can detect five basic tastes' and 'A mouth can perceive the five cereals' in Youngchu Macdo(靈樞 脈度). Methods : 1. I refer to literatures for the sentences in Youngchu Macdo 2. I look into the symptoms which may be caused by heart and pancreas troubles, respectively. Result : Human being can not detect a specific taste on his heart trouble. That is, acid, bitter, sweet, hot, and saltness can be all one. Human being may lose his appetite on his pancreas trouble. Even though the viscera and the tongue are connected to on-meridians, the function of a tongue is managed and controlled by a heart. Such a tongue perceives five basic tastes. Conclusion : A healthy tongue appreciates five basic tastes clearly and a healthy mouth may stimulate his appetite.

This thesis investigated construction aims, transitions, and preservation strategies through literatures, old documents, old maps, drawings, and photos and attained results as followings. 'Namganjeongsa' was built and located, centering on the thoughts of 'Song Si Yeol' who adored '$zh{\bar{u}}z{\check{i}}xu{\acute{e}}$'. 'Song Si Yeol' constructed 'Namganjeongsa' on a valley which was situated at a beautiful surrounding with a stream. No writing mentioned that he constructed 'Namganjeongsa', for there was a pond. It seems that the pond was constructed, going through many transitions, after its construction. Neighboing circumstances were damaged when 'Gigukjeong was moved in, 'Namgansa' was constructed, and 'Uamsajeok Park' was formed. So, preservation of cultural assets, together with buildings and environment of location, are meaningful.

The purpose of this study is to investigate trends of characteristics and changes in the field of marine/naval/underwater military science and technology in Korea. This study analyzed the keywords that appeared in marine/naval/underwater section of the "Journal of the Korean Military Science and Technology" during the period, 1998~2012. One hundred and seven articles were analyzed by keywords in English. Four hundred and fifty four keywords in English were analyzed by appearance frequency. Finally those results of source literatures and keywords were compared with each other and a better direction for the future of the field with further studies was suggested.

Objectives : Paeonia lactiflora Pall(芍藥) is known for curing caking muscular contraction(結實而拘攣) according to Yakucho(藥徵) published by Yoshimasu Todo(吉益東洞), but the descriptions of caking muscular contraction(結實而拘攣) are not fully provided. Methods : In order to further investigate and review the exact meaning of caking muscular contraction(結實而拘攣), present study has been conducted on the basis of researches of Yoshimasu Todo's literatures, focusing on Yakucho. Results : As a result of wide range of investigation, it is concluded that caking muscular contraction(結實而拘攣) indicates an abnormal muscular contraction of rectus abdominis. Conclusions : This study will provide helpful clinic information to doctors who will apply medical treatment specified in Yoshimasu Todo's Yakucho(藥徵) to patients in the future.

This paper analyzes the causal relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in Korean High-speed Internet market, where has achieved a rapid development in these days. According to the previous literatures, profitability results from customer loyalty influenced by customer satisfaction. So, we firstly define and analyze their relationships with the survey data from 737 subscribers, by using Factor Analysis and SEM(Structural Equation Model). Secondly, we find and select major cause variables to affect customer loyalty. Finally, we suggest some useful implications to marketers on the basis of the analysis results. As a result, customer loyalty depends on the degree of customer satisfaction on network quality and service quality in high-speed Internet service. Particularly the satisfaction level on network quality affects customer loyalty relatively stronger than one on service quality. Thus it is suggested that marketers invest in improving network quality rather than service quality to enhance customer loyalty.

The phenomenon of increasing aging population is one of the crucial social and economic issues in these day. In this paper, drawn from the industrial application cases and relevant literatures, we present the typology of ICT convergent applications targeted for silver generation, referred as silver ICT. Subsequently, the contributional value of ICT as the enabling technology is estimated. We firstly conduct keyword search to collect currently used silver ICT applications. Secondly, drawn from the social welfare literature, we organize distinctive needs of the silver generations. Then, on the basis of task technology fit framework, typology of ICT enabled silver applications is organized through the fit of ICT in the sense of fulfilling those silver needs. Finally, using the industry input-output table figures, potential ICT contributions for silver ICT are estimated. The proposed silver ICT typology and ICT contributions provides useful insights for further research in the area of ICT convergence and silver market research.
