A study was conducted to develop Internet Literacy Questionnaire(ILQ) to investigate the levels of user's knowledge on Internet literacy. ILQ was found to be reliable (showed an internal consistency) with Cronbach's alpha of 0.93(p-value<0.001) and valid with test-retest correlation of 0.90 (p-value<0.001). ILQ, composed of 21 questions, was developed to test four areas of user's Internet literacy: general experience on Internet, advanced experience on Internet, knowledge on Internet program languages, and Internet application software programs. These four factors represented 69.2% of the knowledge of all areas of Internet literacy. As a result, ILQ could be used to differentiate the levels of user's Internet knowledge as beginners, intermediates, and experts before any Internet application programs are to be developed.

Methods: Structured self-reported questionnaires were used to measure the nursing students' digital literacy, awareness, and educational needs of virtual reality. This study was conducted on 162 nursing students in Seoul between December 13 and December 24, 2021. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA with SPSS/WIN 24.0. Results: The mean scores on digital literacy, awareness, and educational needs of virtual reality were 4.38±0.42, 4.71±0.64, and 4.08±0.61, respectively. Concerning the educational needs of the subjects, the need for safety education was the highest, followed by the need for oxygenation education, elimination education, and activity and exercise education. Significant relationships were found between digital literacy and the awareness of virtual reality (r=.34, p<.001), between digital literacy and the educational needs of virtual reality (r=.17, p=.028), and between awareness and the educational needs of virtual reality (r=.51, p<.001). Conclusion: This study suggests that it is necessary to develop a virtual reality-based nursing educational program that reflects the educational needs of nursing students.

Research design, data and methodology: Data for analyzing the effectiveness of the AI Fundamental Education Program for business major students were collected through surveys conducted at the beginning and end of the semester. Structural equation modeling was employed to perform basic statistical analyses regarding gender, grade, and prior software (SW) education duration. To validate the effectiveness of AI education, seven variables - AI interest, AI perception, data analysis/utilization, AI projects, AI literacy, AI self-efficacy, and AI learning persistence - were defined and derived. Results: All seven operationally defined variables showed statistically significant positive changes. The average differences were observed as follows: 0.47 for AI interest, 0.32 for AI perception, 0.37 for data analysis/utilization, 0.27 for AI projects, 0.25 for AI literacy, 0.39 for AI self-efficacy, and 0.41 for AI learning persistence. Statistically, AI interest exhibited the most substantial average difference. Conclusions: Through this study, the applied AI education was confirmed to enhance learners' overall competencies in AI, proving its utility and effectiveness in AI literacy education for business major students. Future research endeavors should build upon these results, focusing on ongoing studies related to AI education programs tailored to learners from diverse academic backgrounds and conducting continuous efficacy evaluations.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the items related to digital reading and information literacy which were measured by PIAAC and PISA, to examine the measurement contents and methods of these literacy items, and to derive the implications for providing reading and information services for librarians at public libraries and teacher librarians. In order to solve the questions measuring digital reading literacy and digital information literacy, respondents commonly needed ICT skills as well as cognitive strategies. However, in digital reading literacy measurement items, the ability to comprehend and critically think about texts was emphasized. And in digital information literacy measurement items, the ability to use ICT skills, navigate, and evaluate whether or not to read the retrieved text was emphasized. Librarians and teacher librarians need to encourage readers to read and provide a customized competencies improvement program to reflect the performance results and characteristics of a particular group. And It is also necessary to improve and develop the library environment so that library user can understand and use library search system and the Korean decimal classification.

After developing literacy education programs using coaching techniques, applying them to literacy learners, in order to see how they have an impact on improving learning achievement, we selected 13 senior literacy learners in U city and chose qualitative research method based on in-depth interviews, observation journals, and learning materials. Literature education programs using coaching techniques are a process-oriented model consisting of four stages of mind-opening, introducing positivity, strengthening learning competence and assistance, confidence and persistence. You can find the results as following. Firstly, communication between teachers and learners was expanded in the first stage, and secondly, self-directed learning ability was strengthened in the second stage by forming a positive mind. Thirdly, the results of utilizing the three-stage balanced literacy teaching method and interaction teaching method resulted in confidence in reading and writing, leading to an increase in self-efficacy. Fourthly, the fourth stage showed the results of improving learning achievement, which overcame the fear of learning with active praise and continuous encouragement and implied hope for higher courses. As a result of the above-mentioned research, I think literacy education programs using coaching techniques can be useful as an educational method for learners in the field of literacy education.
