  • This study investigates both backward and forward multipliers of human capital in the field of information technology in order to evaluate human resources programs which were executed in the public sectors. Dynamic interindustry linkages analysis was employed as a methodology after classifying human capitals related to information technology into 9 industries. First, empirical findings showed that there are economic externalities in the IT HRD programs when the formation of human capital increases with more investment in them. Second, another finding was that the effect of HRD programs could be powerful when HRD programs were closely connected with R&D programs, showing that R&D programs among IT HRD programs have huge backward linkage effect. In addition, IT service sector has its own spill-over effect to other industries. Third, however, small budget and one off HRD programs should be considered as a negative price synergy effect. Finally, overall economic feasibility of IT HRD programs turned out to be excellent with consideration of their own economic direct and indirect effect.

  • The aim of this study was to introduce clinical laboratory science techniques with the core technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Among the core technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, AI, IOT, block-chain, robotics, and nanotechnology were analyzed and linked by themes. The scope of the job of clinical laboratory technologists (also known as medical laboratory technologists and medical technologists) is laboratory medicine testing, pathology testing, and clinical physiology testing. Through a number of previous papers, 73 linkages in the laboratory medicine area, 27 linkages in the pathology area, and 47 linkages in the clinical physiology area were examined. In the 4th industrial revolution and clinical laboratory science techniques, AI (4), IOT (3), block-chain (4), robotics (3) and nanotechnology (15) sectors were surveyed. The limitation of this study was the limitation in collecting and analyzing all the data and non-clinical areas were not analyzed. In addition, there was no validity test and no similar study. In conclusion, the core technologies of the 4th industrial revolution and clinical laboratory science techniques are closely related. Therefore, further research on the future and social benefits of clinical laboratory science techniques is needed.

  • Five oligosaccharides were isolated from the hydrolysate of konjac (Amorphophallus konjac) glucomannan by a purified ${\beta}$-mannanase from Trichoderma sp. These oligosaccharides were identified as M-M, G-M, M-G-M, M-G-M-M, and M-G-G-M; where G- and M- represent ${\beta}$-1,4-D-glucopyranosidic and ${\beta}$-1,4-D-mannopyranosidic linkages, respectively. The mode of action of the mannanase on the glucomannan is discussed on the basis of the structure of the above oligosaccharides.

  • A fructosyltransferase from Leuconostoc mesenteroides TL1 was purified. The molecular mass of the enzyme was estimated to be 38 kDa based on the activity staining. The pH and temperature optima of the enzyme were 6.3 and $40^{\circ}C$, respectivly. Structural analysis of the polymer prepared from sucrose by the enzyme was determined by NMR Spectroscopy: It shows the heterogeneous linkages of levan-like fructan and dextran-like glucan.

  • This paper presents a digitally speed sensorless control system for induction motor with direct torque control (DTC). The drive is based on Mode1 Reference Adaptive System (MRAS) using state observer as a reference model fat flux estimation. The system are closed loop stator flux and torque observer for wide speed range that inputs are currents and voltages sensing of motor terminal, model reference adaptive control (MRAS) with rotor flux linkages for the speed turning aignal at low speed range, two hysteresis controllers. The Proposed system is verified through simulation.

  • We construct a completed version $\hat{\varrho}({\Gamma})$ of the configuration space of a linkage ${\Gamma}$ in $\mathbb{R}^3$, which takes into account the ways one link can touch another. We also describe a simplified version $\underline{\varrho}({\Gamma})$ which is a blow-up of the space of immersions of ${\Gamma}$ in $\mathbb{R}^3$. A number of simple detailed examples are given.

  • For a linkage mechanism deiven by cam, cam profile is the major design factor and is determined by the motion type od cam follower. If a cam mechanism has additional kinematic linkages besides cam and follower then the follower motion should be specified form the motion of end linkage member so that cam would be able to generate the desired end linkage motion. In this paper, a cam-linkage mechanism is constructed with the combinations of modular linkage elements including cam and follower and as a resullt, a planar cam-linkage mechanism design software with the cam profile optimization function is developed and presented.

  • Leuconostoc mesenteroides B-742 fermentations with maltose as an acceptor were tested for glucooligosaccharides and mannitol co-production. Leuconostoc oligosaccharides were produced that were oligomers with a size range of DP 2 to 7 and were primarily DP 3, 4, 5, and 6, containing mainly ${\alpha}-1,4$ and ${\alpha}-1,6$ linkages. Maltose was linked to the reducing end of the isomaltosyl residues. The $Ca^{2+}$ form of cation-exchange column could separate glucooligosaccharides from byproducts.
