원자력발전소 증기발생기 수위제어에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Level Control of the Steam Generator in Nuclear Power Plant)

  • 본 연구에서는 원자력발전소 내 증기발생기의 원만한 수위제어 향상을 위하여 고리 원자력발전소 모델을 기준으로 Full Linear Scale Down 1/10 크기의 증기발생기 Mock-up을 제작하여 증기 덤프 밸브 개폐시 수위의 수축(shrink), 팽창(swell) 현상을 확인해 보고, 그 원인을 규명하여 보았다. 이와 함께 본 연구를 위하여 개발한 Fuzzy제어기를 이 Mock-up의 제어기로 운용해 봄으로써 제작된 Mock-up이 실제 원자력 발전소 증기발생기의 경우와 같이 수위제어가 가능함을 확인하였고 이에 따라 향후 개발되어질 수 있는 제반 제어기들을 본 Mock-up에 도입, 운용해 봄으로써 제작한 Mock-up의 Simulator로서의 활용 가능성을 실험적으로 검증할 수 있도록 하였다.

펄스플라즈마 반응기의 모델링에 의한 해석 (Analysis of pulsed Plasma Reactor using Modelling Method)

  • The pulsed plasma wire-plate reactor was analyzed on the basis of experiment, EMTP simulation and modelling method. Though the reactor has a non-linear impedance characteristics, we demonstrate that the reactor impedance can be approximately analyzed with the measured initial capacitance and average resistive component of flat zone. Using this modelling method, the influence of the reactor capacitance on the impedance matching between pulse generator and reactor can be investigated. From this, we found that the energy of 95% was delivered form pulse generator to reactor at the ratio of $C_r/C_p\cong 0.3,\; where\; C_p\; is\; pulse\; generator\; capacitance, C_r$ is reactor capacitance.

  • This paper deals with the design and evaluation of the robust controller for a synchronous generator excitation system to improve the steady state and transient stability. The nonlinear characteristics of the system is treated as model uncertainties, and then the robust control techniques are introduced into the power system stability design to take into account these uncertainties at the controller design stage. The performance of the designed controller is examined by extensive non-linear time domain simulation. It is shown that the performance of the robust controller is superior to that of the conventional PI controller. This paper also proposes an improved digital exciter control system for a synchronized generator using a digitally designed controller with database. Results show that the proposed control system manifests excellent control performance compared to existing control systems. It has also been confirmed that it is easy for the proposed control system to implement digital control.

보조동력장치 회전자 유동 및 출력특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Flow and Power Characteristics of Rotor in the APU)

  • Recently, Use of Auxiliary power unit(APU) is increasing by growing demand for improvement of insufficient electric power and installation of emergency generation devices in military tracked vehicles and civil markets. And the trend is that the units are demanded for smaller size, lighter weight and higher output power, etc to suit consumer demands. To achieve these, it is essential to develop high performance system. Therefore, in this study, it was conducted in numerical analysis to investigate flow characteristics of rotor in APU generator. Also output performance of APU applied on the rotor is analyzed by experimental method. As the result, higher rotating speed of rotor caused high air flow rate at suction and it leads to linear increase of discharging flow rate. The maximum theoretical power was achieved at 12 $m^3$/min of flow rate and, at that time, output power of generator was about 7.825 kW. Also, it can be confirmed the stabilization of output performance is achieved in about 2 seconds by experiment.

전자제어 엔진의 공기유량센서 유동구조 연구 (Flow Mechanism around Air Flow Sensor of Electronic Control Engine)

  • Flow mechanism around air flow sensor of electronic control engine, especially Karman vortex type, was investigated experimentally. The two-dimensional flow characteristics in the intermediate wake region behind a triangular vortex-generator respectively apex forward facing, apex backward facing and vertical flat plates following after apex forward facing(i.e vortex-flowmeter) were investigated at Reynolods number of $ReH=1.4\times10^4$; H is the width of a triangular vortex-generator. The vortex shedding frequency for wide Reynolds number from $7\times10^3$ to $2.1\times10^4$ was also surveyed. The velocity component was measured by X-type hot wire anemometer at 8H downstream from the bluff body. The coherent structure of the intermediate wake behind a bluff body was obtained by conditional phase average technique. As a result, it was verified that the vertical flat plates following after apex forward triangular vortex-generator make not only more linear relation between free stream velocity and vortex shedding frequency but also more periodic vortex in the vicinity of the center of wake.

  • 합산수열 발생기는 간단한 하드웨어 또는 소프트웨어로 구현될 수 있고, 주기와 선형복잡도가 높은 특징이 있어 유비쿼터스 시대의 이동환경 보안장치에 적합하다. 하지만 Golic의 상관성공격과 Meier의 고속 상관성공격에 의해 취약성이 노출되었다. 본 논문에서는 합산 수열 발생기 형태의 $E_0$ 알고리즘에서 LFSR과 비선형 귀환 이동 레지스터 NFSR(nonlinear feedback shift register) 를 조합한 형태로 개선하여 비선형성을 높이고, 상관성 공격 등의 암호해독이 어려운 새로운 알고리즘 NSG를 제안하고, 제안 알고리즘에 대하여 안전성 및 성능을 분석하였다.

증기발생기 전열관 충격 미끄럼 마모 모델 개발 (Development of Impact-sliding wear model for Steam Generator Tubes)

  • The phenomenon of fretting wear due to the flow-induced vibration in steam generator (SG) tube is a significant degradation mechanism in nuclear power plants. Fretting wear in SG tube is primarily attributed to the friction and impact forces between the SG tube and the tube support structures, experienced during nuclear power plants operation. While the Archard model has generally been used for the prediction of fretting wear in SG tube, it is limited by its linear nature. In this study, we introduced an "Impact Shear Work-rate" (ISW) model, which takes into account the combined effects of impact and sliding. The ISW model was evaluated using existing experimental data on fretting wear in SG tube and was compared against the Archard model. The prediction results using the ISW model were more accurate than those using the Archard model, particularly for impact forces.

고속 M-Gold-Hadamard 시퀀스 트랜스폼 (On Fast M-Gold Hadamard Sequence Transform)

  • 본 논문에서는 GF(2)에서의 두 생성다항식에 의해 생성된 M-sequence로 Gold-Sequence를 생성한 후, Permutation을 해줌으로써 Hadamard 행렬의 특성을 가지게 됨을 살펴보았다. M-sequence는 선형 귀환 천이 레지스터 부호 생성기(Linear feedback shift register code generator)에 의해 생성되었으며, 두 개의 M-sequence에 의해 생성된 Gold-sequence의 첫 열에 $8\times1$의 영행렬을 추가하고 Permutation을 시켜줌으로써 Hadamard 행렬의 주요 성질인 직교성(Orthogonal)과 한 행렬과 이 행렬의 Transpose시킨 행렬의 결과가 단위행렬이 되고, 역행렬은 element-wise Inverse가 되며, 고속 Jacket행렬의 성질을 만족한다. 또한 선형 귀환 축차 생성기를 통하여 생성된 M-sequence의 1행과 1열을 추가함으로써 위에서 언급한 Hadamard 행렬의 주요 성질을 만족하고 L-matrix 와 S-matrix 를 통하여 고속변환이 가능함을 보인다.

Irradiation of Intense Characteristic X-rays from Weakly Ionized Linear Plasma

  • Intense quasi-monochromatic x-ray irradiation from the linear plasma target is described. The plasma x-ray generator employs a high-voltage power supply, a low-impedance coaxial transmission line, a high-voltage condenser with a capacity of about 200 nF, a turbo-molecular pump, a thyristor pulse generator as a trigger device, and a flash x-ray tube. The high-voltage main condenser is charged up to 55 kV by the power supply, and the electric charges in the condenser are discharged to the tube after triggering the cathode electrode. The x-ray tube is of a demountable triode that is connected to the turbo molecular pump with a pressure of approximately 1 mPa. As electron flows from the cathode electrode are roughly converged to the molybdenum target by the electric field in the tube, the weakly ionized plasma, which consists of metal ions and electrons, forms by the target evaporating. In the present work, the peak tube voltage was almost equal to the initial charging voltage of the main condenser, and the peak current was about 20 kA with a charging voltage of 55 kV. When the charging voltage was increased, the linear plasma x-ray source grew, and the characteristic x-ray intensities of K-series lines increased. The quite sharp lines such as hard x-ray lasers were clearly observed. The quasi-monochromatic radiography was performed by a new film-less computed radiography system.
