SFA 시스템 구축을 위한 EJB 기반 컴포넌트 개발 기법 (Component Development Technique Based on EJB for Sales Force Automation System Construction)

  • PC 보급 증대와 웹을 통한 네트워크의 발달은 많은 기업 비즈니스를 자동화시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SFA(Sales Force Automation)라는 기업 시스템 모델을 통해 기존 C/S 환경이 가졌던 여러 가지 단점들을 보완한 인터넷 환경의 컴포넌트화 된 새로운 SFA 시스템 구축 방법을 소개한다. 기존 C/S 환경은 Off-Line 방식의 업무처리, 각 지점의 PC 서버에 SFA 시스템의 인스톨로 인해 일부 프로그램상의 변경에도 모든 지점의 시스템을 유지 보수해야 하는 비효율.고비용의 시스템을 사용해왔다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안하는 새로운 SFA 시스템은 EJB(Enterprise Java Beans)라는 표준 컴포넌트 구조를 이용해 SFA 시스템을 구축한 것으로써 전국에 있는 각 지점들이 인터넷을 통해 접근 가능한 메인 서버 중심의 SFA 시스템이다. 이로 인한 장점으로는 메인 서버의 SFA 시스템의 인스톨만으로 전국 각 지점의 터미널과 서비스가 가능하고 On-Line 상의 실시간 업무처리가 가능하다는 것이다.

레이저에 의해 패터닝 된 바늘과 탄성중합체와의 마찰 효과 (Investigation of friction effects between needles patterned using laser and elastomer)

  • The friction force of patterned needle in elastomer have been investigated to verify the application for bio and plastic industry. The micro pattern on the needle surface were prepared by 266 nm, 20 ns laser and 800 nm, 220 fs laser, which were able to generate the different surface roughness. The friction force was measured by the load cell of 10 N capacity. As the results, the friction force of no patterned needle is almost constant during the needle penetrates the silicone rubber sample. However, the needle having asperities shows the variation of the friction force. The higher the surface roughness is, the smaller the friction force is until the surface roughness is very high. In our experiment conditions, the reduction of the friction force by 20 % compared to no pattern needle was achieved with straight and $50{\mu}m$ discrete line generated by 266 nm, 20 ns laser.

공정 조성 SnPb 솔더의 배선 길이에 따른 electromigration 특성 (Line Length Effect on Electromigration Characteristics of Eutectic SnPb Solder)

  • In-situ observation of electromigration behavior of eutectic SnPb solder was performed as a function of line length at $100^{\circ}C$, $6{\times}10^4A/cm$ condition in a scanning electron microscope chamber. The incubation time for edge drift and the edge drift velocity increase as line length increases, which are discussed with the void nucleation stage of solder bump and the electromigration back flux force, respectively. Finally, the existence of electromigration product (jL) and its line length dependency are also discussed.

Tug에 의한 반잠수식 해양 구조물 위치 유지를 위한 제반 파라메터 검토 (Parameter Study of Position Keeping for Semi-submersible Offshore Structure by Tugs)

  • This paper investigates the line dynamic forces connecting tugs and a floater, where the planar motion of the floater is due to the weather criteria during the position keeping of the offshore structure by tugs. The analysis situation consists of the position keeping states for the seabed mooring line connection work of the offshore structure at the offshore site. Specifically, the decision about the tug power capacity for the position keeping is essential and depends on the weather criteria, line characteristics, length of line, etc. The planar motion of the structure is constrained by the interference of the installation vessel's operational range, behavior of the underwater fairlead, and other surrounding structures. In this paper, the tug line forces and planar motion of an offshore structure are summarized dependent on the tug line length and line material characteristics in the states fora given floater draft and weather criteria. The tug line dynamic forces and planar motion evaluated here will be used to determine the proper tug power and clearance of an offshore structure.

Numerical simulation of flow around two circular cylinders in various arrangements

  • The results of flow feature around two circular cylinders in various arrangements are carried out using two-dimensional simulation at Reynolds number of 200. In this work, time-averaged fluid force acting on the upstream and downstream cylinders were calculated for staggered angle ${\alpha}=0{\sim}90^{\circ}$ in the range of L/D = 1.1~5, where ${\alpha}$ is the angle between the free-stream flow and the line connecting the centers of the cylinders, L is centre-to-centre distance and D is cylinder diameter. The dependence of magnitudes and trends of fluid force coefficient on the spacing ratio L/D and ${\alpha}$ are discussed. In all arrangements of two cylinders, tandem arrangement (${\alpha}=0^{\circ}$) is the case produced a minimum drag coefficient for downstream cylinder. Moreover, the locations of separation and stagnation points or pressure coefficient on surface of the cylinder were examined.   • The railroad is a means of large transportation which has many latents such as a safety and a regularity. That is a results from various confidential performance tests and evaluations of the system. The railroad system consist of various subsystems - vehicle, power supply, signal, communications, track structures, operations, etc. Among them, as an item of safety evaluation there is a measurement of wheel/rail force, so called a measurement of derailment coefficient. This is a very important item because a derailment of a train will bring about a big accident. Especially it is more important in high speed rail of which operation speed is over two times as fast as existing rail. In this paper, it is introduced to preprocess the wheelset for measuring wheel/rail force of high speed rail, such as to treat a measuring wheelset, its finite element analysis, adhesion of strain gauges and static toad test, running test result of main line.

  • Through experimental works, the damping force vibration problem was investigated, which results from valve and surge pressure in the oil return line of the hydraulic circuit of an active suspension system in a passenger cu. Experiments were carried out under passive system, where an orifice valve was closed and non-active system, where an orifice valve was opened, using a pressure control valve controlled by solenoid. The effects of parameters of the valve overlap and accumulator on smoothing surge pressure was elucidated. It was proved that the apparent variation of damping force due to the overlap amount of pressure control valve is the most important factor to control the damping force variation. The procedure of the experimental works shows the development process of a proportional pressure control valve in the hydraulics system of an active suspension system of passenger car.

  • Being the concrete track laid on bridge, due to track-bridge temperature difference, traction and brake force, and nosing force, the horizontal force can be applied to the track slab. Therefore, shear key structures to resist this horizontal force should be installed. The shear key structures installed in the Kyeong-Bu high-speed line are consisted of four shear keys at every slab with the length of 6 to 8m. However, in the point of view of construction, it is more advantageous to curtail the numbers of shear keys, and thus, the numbers and spacing of the shear keys should be carefully determined. In this study, hence, the effects of slab length, the numbers and spacing of the shear keys on design of shear key and track slab are examined.

  • In-process monitoring of cutting conditions and tool wear is important for improving productivity. This paper is concerned with on-line monitoring of tool wear and cutting force in end milling operation. The experimental study deals with the relations between flank wear and cutting force signal. Tool wear is detected by monitoring of cutting signal. A monitoring procedure is shown in this paper. The influence of flank wear on cutting signal activity was examined. The results are presented in the form of graphs. The analysis of the cutting signal and flank wear curves provides useful indicators of unacceptable wear development in the tool.

기계가공 최적화를 위한 가이드시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on Guide System for Optimization of Machining Process)

  • The optimization in the machining process has been a long-standing goal of the manufacturing community. The optimization is composed of two main subjects;one is to select an optimum cutting condition, and the other is to detect the emergency situation and take necessary actions in real-time base. This paper proposes a reliable and practical guide system whose purpose is the optimization of cutting conditions, and the detection of tool failure in the machining process. The optimal cutting conditions are determined through the estimation of tool wear rate and the establishment of access- ible field from the measured cutting temperature and force. Tool breakage is detected by the normal force component acting on minor flank face extracted from on-line sensed feed force and radial force. In experiments, the proposed guide system has proved availability for the decision of reliable cutting conditions for the given tool-work system and the detection of tool breakage in ordinary cutting environments.
