고등학교 발명 활동과 대학 특허교육 성취와의 관계 (The Relationship Between High School Invention Activities and College Patent Education Achievement)

  • As intellectual property has become an important competitive element in the industry, government-led patent education is rapidly expanding. It is important to look at whether each patent education course is organically linked to each other under a life-long patent education system from elementary school to college. This study focused on the link between high school education and college education to analyze statistically how invention activities in high school affect patent education achievement at college. Statistical analysis of a survey of students taking a basic course of intellectual property revealed no statistically significant correlation between invention experience in high school and college students' patent class total score, contrary to popular perception. These results are believed to be due to the distribution of data on the number of invention contest participations or the number of invention class participations, which does not form a normal distribution and has a relatively large skewness. Rather, the attendance to the patent class showed a relatively distinct positive linear correlation with the patent class total score, indicating that the student's attitude in class was important for the patent education achievement.

  • Reading education is very important in order to promote the refinement, cultivate the emotion and complete the character to the secondary school students. This thesis deals with the establishment of reading education as a formal course in secondary schools, responsibility of teaching and problems related to recommended reading lists. Reading education must separate from the national language education because of literature centered education in reading education. If reading education was separated from the national language education, students can a n.0, pproach to the other cultural boundary besides other own and exchange their information and ideas. So, reading education must be included to the elective subjects in a independent course or become a compulsory subject in secondary school curriculum. The teacher of reading education must become the teacher librarian who has a firm faith and an intellectual accomplishment. But, teacher-librarian has much disadvantages such as the problems of promotion, the division of qualification between elementary school and secondary school, and a short-term training courses for teacher-librarian. Hence, theses problems music be solved in national administrative level. Recommended reading lists must be provided to the student in order to prevent confusion of the sense of value, to estimate their own reading ability by themselves and to establish life long reading plan. Therefore, both Korean Library Association and the Ministry of Education should re-examine and develop recommended reading lists. Finally, problems of a juvenile delinquency in the post industrial society have to be solved through reading education. To solve the juvenile delinquency problems, adolescents should cultivate their moral character and possesses abundant knowledge through reading education. Then, young adults will grow as sound citizen in the society.

장기요양병원간호사의 임종간호스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting End-of-life Care Stress in Long-term Care Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 요양병원간호사를 대상으로 임종간호스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 임종간호에 대한 인지 및 교육요구도를 확인하고자 함이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 경상남도에 위치하고 있는 7개 요양병원에서 6개월 이상 근무하고 임종간호 경험이 한 번 이상 있으며 연구의 목적을 이해하고 연구 참여에 동의한 간호사 163명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였다. 본 연구 결과 요양병원간호사의 임종간호스트레스에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 임종간호교육 요구도(β=.25, p=.001)이었으며, 다음으로 죽음불안(β=.21, p=.005), 임종간호환경 만족여부(β=.17, p=.017), 임종간호 인지정도(β= .15, p=.040)로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 요양병원간호사의 임종간호스트레스를 완화시키기 위해서는 요양병원간호사의 임종간호에 대한 교육요구도가 충족되는 것이 필요하며 이를 위해 임종간호교육프로그램 개발과 적용이 필요할 것이다.

장기요양기관 노인의 일상스트레스, 자아탄력성이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Daily Stress, Ego Resilience, and Quality of Life of the Elderly in Long-term Care Institutions)

  • 이 연구는 장기요양기관 노인의 일상스트레스, 자아탄력성, 삶의 질 변인 간 인과관계 모델을 설정하고 경로분석을 실시하였다. 수도권에 소재한 민간 노인장기요양기관의 이용자를 대상으로 최종 380명을 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0을 이용하여 일상스트레스, 자아탄력성, 삶의 질 변인 간 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 노인의 일상스트레스는 삶의 질에 부(-)적인 직접 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인의 자아탄력성은 삶의 질에 정(+)적인 직접 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 노인의 일상스트레스는 자아탄력성에 정(+)적인 직접 효과가 나타났다. 넷째, 노인의 자아탄력성을 매개로 일상스트레스는 삶의 질에 간접 효과 및 부분 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 노인의 삶의 질을 향상하기 위해서는 일상스트레스를 감소하고 자아탄력성을 높이기 위한 프로그램 개발 및 제도적 지원 방안이 필요하다.

하천수를 이용한 교실 냉난방 열펌프 시스템의 기초연구 (A Fundamental Study on Heat Pump System for Classroom using River Water)

  • The current situation of heating and cooling system of the classrooms of our country is rather poor compared not only to those of the developed nation's classrooms but also in case of other buildings such as financial institutions, office compounds. In winter, especially students have been in hatred state with respect to their health due to the fact that the heater is operated by petroleum. Korea has been heavily dependent on foreign nations for the very fact of importing energy in the form of oil or natural gas. So it is important to conserve energy and the picture with respect to energy remains similar till today as it was in long past periods. The purpose of this study is to contribute actively in energy economy and facilitate towards a healthy school life of students and other institutions proving a system of extracting energy from river water and then converting it into heat which can stand as an effective alternate of expensive oil or gas. Installing oil-stove based heating system at classrooms of school could get considerable attentation in several respects. The proposed heat energy could be collected unlimitedly both in time and in amount. The stable and uninterrupted heat energy from river water, optimally utilizing the typical-regional and geographical characteristics has the potential to be long-lasting in duration, cheap in energy economy and beneficial to health as well.

  • 불안정한 하악운동을 하는 환자가 불수의적인 안면근육의 움직임과 안모의 비대칭적 변화를 동반하는 경우 교합수직고경의 결정과 중심위 기록, 그리고 교합평면의 정보 전달에 많은 어려움을 겪게 된다. 본 증례에서는 편측성 안면 신경마비의 증상을 갖고 오랜 기간 무치악 상태였던 환자를 위해, 3D 프린팅 방식으로 제작된 개인맞춤형의 고딕아치 묘기장치와 조립식의 교합평면 인기장치인 POP bow system을 이용하여 CAD-CAM 임시보철물을 제작하고 안정적인 악간관계를 도모하였다. 이후, 적절한 교합수직고경과 재현성 있는 중심위 및 올바른 3차원적 교합평면의 전달을 통해 전악 임플란트 고정성 보철물을 제작하고, 지속적인 유지관리를 시행하여 환자에게 기능적이고 심미적인 구강건강을 회복해 주었기에 이를 보고하는 바이다.

칸톤학교 아라우와 아인슈타인 I (Argovian Cantonal School in Aarau and Albert Einstein I)

  • 본 연구는 칸톤학교 아라우가 19세기 전체에 걸쳐 독일의 김나지움 교육 이념 논쟁과 밀접한 관련이 있음을 보였다. 이 논쟁 속에서 아인슈타인이 바이에른에서 정규 과학교육의 혜택을 거의 받지 못했다는 점을 원전 자료 분석을 통해 입증했다. 아인슈타인은 정규교육의 결핍에도 불구하고 일찍부터 독학에 의해 자기 학습을 하는 습관을 가졌고, 이 방식은 평생 유지되었다. 그는 권위주의적이었던 뮌헨의 학교에서는 매우 힘들게 지냈지만, 자유정신과 자율성이 보장되었던 아라우의 민주적 학교에서는 정서적 안정감을 얻을 수 있었다. 아라우는 오랫동안 외지와 자유로운 교류와 프랑스 계몽주의 영향으로 종교적, 지역적, 민족적 차별이 없이 적대적 사상들에 대해 관대한 다문화적 사상을 갖고 있었다. 이로 인해 소규모 공립학교인 칸톤학교는 스위스를 넘어 교사와 학생의 막강한 인적 자원을 확보할 수 있었고, 교육이념 논쟁을 통해 시대정신에 맞는 실용주의와 계몽주의 사상을 선택했다. 이는 김나지움에서 인간교육-인문주의-엘리트 양성을 실시하고, 상공업학교에서는 시민교육-사실주의-시민 양성을 동시에 독립적으로 운영하는 체제로 정착된다. 특히 김나지움은 1835년부터 순수한 신인문주의를 벗어나 자연사와 같은 실물교과를 도입함으로써 양형주의를 선택하게 되었다. 이로써 칸톤학교는 참다운 인간성 교육, 철저한 학문적 교육, 생활 속에서 시민적 삶의 능력을 추구하는 학교가 되었으며, 아인슈타인은 여기서 진정한 민주주의가 실현되고 자신에게 잊을 수 없는 인상은 남긴 교육기관의 모범을 찾게 된다.

장기요양시설 인간중심 치매케어 온라인 교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 델파이 조사연구 (A Delphi Study for Developing a Person-centered Dementia Care Online Education Program in Long-term Care Facilities)

  • Purpose: There has been a growing recognition that person-centered care enhances the quality of life of nursing home residents with dementia. This study was conducted to develop a person-centered dementia care online education program for direct care staff in long-term care facilities. Methods: Delphi method with expert group was used to validate contents. We developed 61 draft items based on literature review. Twenty experts participated in consecutive three round surveys including 5-point Likert scale questions and open-ended questions. Based on experts' opinions, the content validity ratio for content validity and the coefficient of variation for stability were calculated. Results: Three-round Delphi surveys and additional feedback from the expert panel established a consensus of core contents: 1) dementia (7 categories), 2) person-centered care (6 categories), 3) communication (8 categories), and 4) behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (6 categories). Specific sub-categories in each category were differentiated according to the job qualifications (65 sub-categories for registered nurses, 64 sub-categories for nursing aids, and 41 sub-categories for personal care workers). Conclusion: This delphi study identified person-centered dementia education curricula, in which the person-centered approach should be a key policy priority in Korean long-term care system. Now it is urgently needed to develop education programs utilizing online platforms that enable efficient and continuous learning for long-term care staff, which can contribute to behavior changes in the person-centered dementia care approach and improvement of care quality in long-term care facilities.

초등학생의 자기효능감과 건강증진행위와의 관계 (Relation between self-efficacy and health promotion behavior of elementary school students)

  • This research was conducted to provide basic document on efficient health promotion behavior program that elementary school students can use from elementary school course to enhance health promotion behavior for healthy life by checking out the degree of the most influential factor for health promotion behavior about elementary school students who establish lifelong health habit, and by checking out the relation between the degree of self-efficacy and health promotion behavior. The number of subjects of this research was 598. They were all elementary school students from the sixth grade students of the 5 cities of the Kyeong Nam province. We conducted questionnaires and did statistical analyses by using 592 papers which were suitable for date analyses with SPSS. The conclusions were as follows; A. The degree of self-efficacy The degree of self-efficacy of elementary school students was more than average. The degree of self-efficacy on physical activity was the highest and the degree of self-efficacy on self-fulfillment was the lowest. The degree of self-efficacy of girl students was comparatively higher than that of boy students. When their parents got higher education, made a lot of money and kept harmony with their children, the degree of self-efficacy became high. Furthermore, when their parents or themselves have a lot of interest in health, they feel that they are healthy, and they feel that they are satisfied with their bodies, the degree of self-efficacy was high too. B. The degree of health promotion behavior Although the degree of health promotion behavior of elementary school students was a bit lower than the degree of self-efficacy, it was higher than average. The degree of health promotion behavior on physical activity was the highest. But the degree of health promotion behavior on health of their own was the lowest. The degree of health promotion behavior between girl students and boy students was the same. When their parents got higher education, made a lot of money and kept harmony with their children, the degree of self-efficacy became high. Furthermore, when their parents or themselves have a lot of interest In health, they feel that they are healthy, and they feel that they are satisfied with their bodies, the degree of self-efficacy was high too. C. The relation between self-efficacy and health promotion behavior When the degree of self-efficacy was high, the degree of health promotion behavior was high too. So there was high positive relationship between self-efficacy and health promotion behavior. Physical activity showed the highest relationship. The order of strong relationship run as follows. Relationship with others, self-fulfillment, management of stress. The higher self-efficacy which was a recognizable factor on health behavior, the higher the degree of health promotion behavior. It is being revealed that many modem chronic diseases are cause by accumulated careless attitude on harmful health habit and lack of self-control. The behavior of keeping healthy and enhancing health is more firm when they have high self-efficacy which is believing their own conviction. So, When we teach elementary school students health promotion education at school, we should try to enhance their own self-efficacy rather than just instill simple information about health. By doing so, we can help them change their attitude on health. Then, they could enjoy life-long healthy life.
