This study purposed to discover whether or not academic libraries reflect these changing roles. We selected K University as the research target and surveyed user satisfaction of materials, staff services, facilities, electronic devices, media, and so on. The research findings are as follows: 1) the frequency of library visits of University K was on the high side, 2) the primary purpose of using the academic library was associated with learning or reading, therefore, the most used library spaces were related to that, 3) the most used library materials were 'general books', the most unused were 'reference books', 4) the most preferred way to obtain needed materials when failing to find wanted materials was 'Contact librarian'. A similar phenomenon occurred in terms of facility use, 5) university K's users were usually satisfied with the loan policy, 6) the rate of users who don't know whether there is user education was very high, the rate of users who have no experience with user education was extremely low. These research findings can be referenced by library management to improve libraries' service quality and take advantage of complex spatial configurations.

Purpose - The purpose is to present an efficient library-use education model in the form of flip learning, reflecting traditional teaching methods and gamification elements even in such non-face-to-face and face-to-face situations after COVID-19. Research design, data, and methodology - Research on library use education, research on ubiquitous environment and gamification instructional design, flip the learning, and gamification elements are classified, compared, and analyzed to present educational models for library education, COVID-19 Pandemic situation, and subsequent library use education. Result - We propose an e-learning content development strategy for flipped learning-based library education. First, benchmark and use the existing educational contents. Second, a user-friendly interface is configured so that learners can flexibly organize their learning contents. Third, it allows learners to experience it directly or indirectly in a virtual space. Conclusion - If the e-learning environment can be standardized to the level of schools or educational institutions, a good educational model that can be used not only in library user education but also in other fields will be possible.

이 연구의 목적은 국내 대학도서관의 외국인 서비스를 개선하는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 국내 대학 중 외국인 유학생 1,000명 이상인 도서관의 외국인 서비스 현황에 대해 분석하였고, K 대학교 도서관의 외국인 서비스 사례를 분석하였다. 국내 대학도서관의 외국인 서비스를 4개 유형으로 분류하여, 도서관의 다국어 홈페이지, 다국어 공지, 외국인 이용자 전담사서, 다국어 이용교육에 대한 현황을 살펴보았다. 또한 K대학교 도서관의 외국인 전담 사서를 통한 정보서비스, 외국인 이용자 교육, 외국인 전용공간, 외국인 대상 프로그램 실시 등의 사례를 분석하고 만족도 조사 및 외국인 유학생과 교직원의 인터뷰를 통한 운영효과를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과, 도서관의 외국인 서비스 개선 방안으로 '다국어 서비스 제공', '학습·연구지원 서비스 확대', '특성화 서비스 제공', '독서 및 문화 프로그램 지원 서비스'가 도출되었다. 이 연구는 실제적인 개선 방안으로 '전담사서 배치를 통한 다국어 서비스 제공', '외국인 맞춤형 이용자교육 실시', '외국인 특성화 서비스 개발', '도서관 비교과 프로그램 지원'을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 대학도서관의 이용행태와 서비스의 혜택에 대한 인식이 이용자의 진술을 통해 가치가 도출되는 CVM을 적용해 측정한 도서관 서비스의 가치에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이용행태의 변인은 도서관 방문 이용, 도서관 웹사이트 이용, 소속도서관 의존도이며, 혜택인식의 변인은 수업 및 강의, 논문 및 연구, 취업 및 외부활동에 대한 혜택의 만족도이다. 대학도서관 서비스는 도서대출, 해외 및 국내 논문, 참고서비스, 이용교육, 열람실 이용 서비스로 나누어 WTP를 측정하였다. 이용행태에 관한 가설 검증 결과 도서관의 방문 이용이 도서대출, 해외 논문 이용, 참고서비스, 이용교육에 대한 WTP에 영향을 미치며, 소속도서관의 의존도가 대출과 이용교육에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대학도서관이 제공하는 혜택에 대한 인식에 관한 가설 검증에서는 수업 및 강의의 혜택에 대한 만족도가 열람실 이용에 대한 WTP에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 이용자교육의 활성화를 위하여 공공도서관 어린이 이용자교육 교수학습지도안을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 교수학습지도안 개발을 위해 문헌조사를 통하여 초등학교 3, 4학년을 이용자교육 대상으로 선정하고 이용자교육 내용으로 오리엔테이션 교육을 도출하였다. 교수학습지도안에 적용할 학습모형으로 학습자의 자발적이고 주체적인 교육 참여와 교수자의 역할을 구체적으로 설계할 수 있는 Jonassen의 구성주의 학습환경 모형을 선정하였다. 교수학습지도안 개발을 위해 먼저 구성주의 학습환경 모형을 분석하고 이용자교육에 적용하여 이용자교육 학습환경과 교수활동을 설계하였다. 이를 바탕으로 교수학습지도안을 작성하여 유용성과 적합성 평가를 진행하였으며 평가에서 제안된 사항을 반영하여 공공도서관 어린이 이용자교육 교수학습지도안을 개발하였다.

The present survey aimed at analyzing factors influencing the development of the university library collection, with the special reference to the case of the Education Collection of the Pusan National University Library. For this, the present researchers have identified two areas of influencing factors, i.e.., library factors and user factors. Library factors included collection development policy, manpower, materials received as gift and budget. User factors included faculty and students. For analyzing the factors, the present researchers have relied on qualitative research techniques, using heavily documents produced within the case library, interviews librarians, faculty and students, and observation.

The city of 'G' has been made a number of achievements with its science program as a part of public library's cultural program during the last 5 years. Recently, the national science centre has been established in the same city, the debate is now needed whether the science program in the public library have reasons to be maintained or to be reduced. The aim of this research is on the operating strategies of the science program in the public library. The research methods include case studies of operational strategies in domestic and foreign science centre, the level of satisfaction of local citizen on the science program, the vision of science program in the advancement of public library in the $21^{st}$ century. In results, the research proposes that the science program in public library should be maintained, but with locally characterised programs. In addition, the study also advised on the provision of scientific information, the strengthened search functions, and the development of user-centred services for those in science fields.

HyperCard는 하이퍼텍스트의 개념을 이용하여 데이터베이스 운영 프로그램이나 하이퍼미디어를 이용한 교육매체로서의 역할 뿐 아니라, 교육용 소프트웨어를 개발할 수 있는 환경을 마련해 준다. 본 논문에서는 HyperCard의 개념, 특성에 대해 살펴보고 HyperCard 프로그램을 도서관 이용자교육에 응용한 예를 들었다.

본 연구는 정규 과목으로서 정보이용교육을 수강하는 대학생들을 대상으로 이들의 컴퓨터활용능력과 도서관 관련 지식이 이용빈도와 정보활용능력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 조사하고, 이용빈도와 정보활용능력은 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지를 분석하여 보다 나은 정보이용교육의 수업 방향을 제시하고자 함을 목적으로 하였다. 서울 ?경기지역 소재 7개 대학의 8개 수업 수강생들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 가설검증을 통해 변인들의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 정보이용교육의 중요성에 대한 대학당국의 인식과 더불어 향후의 정보이용교육은 도서관자료를 이용한 학술정보활용 중심으로 이루어져야 할 것임을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the research trend of information user studies. The following findings are made. The literature on information user studies during 1980-1990 reveals 120 titles. The faculty members of university tend to publish their results in scientific journals and university publication while non-faculty members are more likely to represent their research papers in unpublished master thesis and bulletin. Subject distribution of research were classified into ten: user studies, material use studies, information needs and uses, user education, library use pattern, citation analysis, journal use, catalog use, information system, non-use study. Survey research, literature research, survey reserch and literature research use jointly, experimental research and citation analysis were employed for information user studies.
