Currently, the library system using the method of the software on the client / server and ASP by providing services in a manner of hardware and software, and cross-referencing, installation and deployment, Customization, Upgrade, risk management, and software licenses across the high-cost management of difficult and costly There is a problem. To solve these problems, SaaS based Integrated Management System for Digital Library, multi-tenant environments(SaaS Maturity Level 3 and above) as a key element in the implementation were developed. Therefore, almost no initial investment cost, easy, simple, low-cost IT services available on SaaS based software on-demand service model of how the system is implemented.

This Paper describes design and implementation of the Class Library Management System(CLMS) that is used to efficiently software reuse. Communication softwares are various and wide. The intricacies of web development have orchestrated a paradigm shift in academic libraries. The study explored literature on the status of automation of academic libraries and web development in Nigeria. It was established that the functions of library management software are abysmally under-utilized in academic libraries in Nigeria, thus, progression of automation projects remain a swinging pendulum. The paper, therefore, recommends that librarians should acquire the relevant training and plan strategically for all automation projects aimed at incorporating the intricacies of the web and ICTs into library services to fully utilize the functions of the library management systems in line with web developmental stages, thus, be able to compete globally.

The general software configuration management system shows lack of the properties and features of software development environment for multimedia due to its wide range to be covered. Multimedia software development environment has properties like repetitive analysis and simulation using visual programming environment where, beside support of elementary development functions, component or library can be combined and tested interactively. Moreover, the method to look fast and effective for component having similar function is required. In this paper, we present the system which supports the software configuration management method for a simulation tool and the system for the properties in the multimedia software development environment. And we relate our system to real simulation tool so as to check its ability as the software configuration management system for multimedia software development environment.

Management systems for electronic library have been developed on the basis of Client/Server or ASP framework in domestic market for a long time. Therefore, both service provider and user suffer from their high cost and effort in management, maintenance, and repairing of software as well as hardware. Recently in addition, mobile devices like smartphone and tablet PC are frequently used as terminal devices to access computers through the Internet or other networks, sophisticatedly customized or personalized interface for n-screen service became more important issue these days. In this paper, we propose a new scheme of integrated management system for electronic library based on SaaS and Web Standard. We design and implement the proposed scheme applying Electronic Cabinet Guidelines for Web Standard and Universal Code System. Hosted application management style and software on demand style service models based on SaaS are basically applied to develop the management system. Moreover, a newly improved concept of duplication check algorithm in a hierarchical evaluation process is presented and a personalized interface based on web standard is applied to implement the system. Algorithms of duplication check for journal, volume/number, and paper are hierarchically presented with their logic flows. Total framework of our development obeys the standard feature of Electronic Cabinet Guidelines offered by Korea government so that we can accomplish standard of application software, quality improvement of total software, and reusability extension. Scope of our development includes core services of library automation system such as acquisition, list-up, loan-and-return, and their related services. We focus on interoperation compatibility between elementary sub-systems throughout complex network and structural features. Reanalyzing and standardizing each part of the system under the concept on the cloud of service, we construct an integrated development environment for generating, test, operation, and maintenance. Finally, performance analyses are performed about resource usability of server, memory amount used, and response time of server etc. As a result of measurements fulfilled over 5 times at different test points and using different data, the average response time is about 62.9 seconds for 100 clients, which takes about 0.629 seconds per client on the average. We can expect this result makes it possible to operate the system in real-time level proof. Resource usability and memory occupation are also good and moderate comparing to the conventional systems. As total verification tests, we present a simple proof to obey Electronic Cabinet Guidelines and a record of TTA authentication test for topics about SaaS maturity, performance, and application program features.

By providing Asp or Client/Server method, most library system service proposal has a problem that is hard to manage and high cost across the software like high cost of hardware and software license, installation and distribution, purchasing cost, upgrade, customization, problem management etc. As proposed in order to solve this problem, smart library system that supporting multi-tenant environment realized on-demand mode that is a simple and little initial investment costs and possible for low cost IT service.

We developed the synthetic library automation system. Developed system is comprised of two main units: an auto sorting system of books and a wireless management system. An auto sorting system is composed of a book return machine, a robot system, and an emergency bookshelf. A book return machine is operated by magnetic removal-revival. A wireless management system is development of RFID, or radio frequency identification, and is composed of a RF module and uninhabited return machine and a loss prevention system. The software for the synthetic library automation system is divided into three groups. We realized the developed automation system, and then get the features.

We presents a source module implementation system using building blocks as one of the software reusing approach. Based on module text retrieval system, system is composed of library management program and new module making program for module management. We build a software module by virtue of the reuser's customization and by applying a practical module to this model and then proved that program development through reusing approach is better than that of writing out a source code directly.

This dissertation are studying the conceptual structure of decision making situation in libraries, by analyzing the library function, decision makings of library and then seeking economic and efficient alternative decision making by programming the· decision making situations, and finally, introducing how to apply management information system or decision making support system. For this purpose, in order to analyzing necessary factors for the decision making system, the questionnaire used Lickert method were distributed to 400 librarians of 36 universities in Seoul by means of mail. 193 librarians, $48\%$ of the questionnaire, are returned are studied by using 'SYSTAT' statistical software to figure out the factors of the decision making system. This dissertation was put six hypotheses and tested with the returned questionnaire. The following five result can be asserted. First, to the higher degree of the librarians' participation in the important library decision makings, the quality of formal library services are improved regardless of seniority of the work. Secondly, the t-test results show that all of t-test scores of seniority of the work, educational background, and responsibilities of the work are exceeding significant level and perception of decision making was proved to be different depending on seniority of the work, educational background, and responsibilities of the work in libraries. Thirdly, as the results of factor af factor analysis, the encouragement on participation in the library academic activities, the extent to get useful information about performances of library and the improvements of library works were grouped by similar posibilities of distribution and therfore the academic activities, the collection of information and the improvement of library performances is proved to be interrelational each other. Fourthly, the fifth hypothesis of the close relationship between the decision making situation and types of advisor by it was more or less interrelational, but their relationship was not seen some significancies. Lastly, as the dynamic organization of library management forming a special commitee or a project team with librarian can improve the extent and quality of the librarian's participation in the decision making of library works, and thus library will become to performance more rational and effective library management.
