Background: Gastric cancer is the most common cancer in the Iranian population. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of clinicopathological factors on prognosis by meta-analysis. Materials and Methods: A literature search was conducted using MEDLINE, EMBASE and Cochrane library and extensive literature search using the Persian databases until February 2011. Prospective follow up studies with multivariate analysis of overall survival of the patients with gastric cancer were included in this review. The data were analyzed by CMA.2. Publication bias are checked by funnel plot and data are shown as Forest plots. Results: From a total of 63 articles, 14 retrospective studies which examined 5 prognostic factors and involving 10,500 patients were included. Tumor size (>35mm) was the main significant factor predicting an unfavorable prognosis for the patients with gastric cancer (RR=1.829, p<0.001) followed by presence of distant metastases (RR=1.607, p<0.001), poor differentiation (RR=1.408, p<0.001) and male sex (RR=1.194, p<0.001). Lymph node metastases (RR=1.058, p=0.698) and moderate differentiation (RR=0.836, p=0.043) were not statistically significant as prognostic factors. Conclusions: This meta-analysis suggests that tumor size>35mm, poor differentiation, presence of distant metastasis and male gender are strongly associated with a poor prognosis in Iranian patients with gastric cancer.

The aim of this thesis is to attempt a bibliographical analysis of mathematical materials that were published during Yi-Dynasty. In this study, matters that were treated concretely are the same as follows: 1. Formulation of a system about mathematical materials that were published from Three Kingdoms to Yi-Dynasty. 2. Background of each period about compilation and publication of mathematical materials. 3. Investigation to transition, block book and domain of subject of mathematical materials through analysis on each period of publication. But it was not easy to contrast materials on each catalogue with existed books one by one. In further, we must a new chance for better a n.0, ppreciation about Yi-Dynasty's mathematical materials through continuous studies to this field.

This study analyzed the process of information service and its factors in the cognitive viewpoint. And developed a conceptual model to help in developing future information systems and services. The results of this study were summarized as follows : 1) The paradigm of information user study is changing from the system-centered to the user-centered one. 2) The researchers describe the user's internal cognitive process as the starting point of the information service. 3) The user's personal cognitive process influence the process of the information service over. And the focus is a microscopic one including the factors of the perception and recognition of the stimulus, remembering and searching information, reasoning the rules, recognition of the patterns, formalization of the concepts, etc. 4) The information librarian performs the role as a knowledge/ information system interface, and his knowledge structure reflects the organization of that knowledge/information system. 5) The information librarians can perform their role as information specialists actively and offensively. And the performance of the librarians can be measured on the scales of the su n.0, pplying capability of relevant information and the client satisfaction.

A thermal desorption-gas chromatography/mass spectrometric method was developed for the determination of methyl bromide in fumes formed during preservation of cultural materials from insects. Methyl bromide in lunes was collected by drawing 10ι of air through the adsorbent tube filled with a solid adsorbent (Chromosorb). The air samples were analyzed by using a special thermal desorption device and GC/MS determination. The recovery of methyl bromide by air sampling was 88% and the detection limit of the assay was 0.1 pptv based upon assayed air of 10ι. The method was applied to the determination of fumed methyl bromide used for the preservation of papers in a library. The mean concentration of methyl bromide determined in a library was 280.2 $\pm$ 25.4 pptv.

Newspaper Article Information is an important source of information on social phenomenon with historical value. The development of computer and technology of information communication enables the construction of Newspaper Article Database by CTS and service through computer communication. It made it possible for the peoples to utilize the Newspaper Article Information easily. However, it is very difficult to utilize the currently prevailing system. There are differences in classification system of Newspaper Article Database and the Data Display Format. This survey aims to review the characteristics of Newspaper Article Database and current domestic computer communication service system. By comparing the classification system of Retrieval Menu and Data Display Format, I intended to suggest the standardized way of utilization which enables the users utilize them more easily and conveniently. The results of this survey is as follows : 1. More sub-divided distinction of classification item is required. 2. Separate classification item should be established for the distinction of article form which is very difficult to classify the subject. 3. Data Display Format should be equi n.0, pped with standardized format and signal which enables the users recognize it easily.

This study is a physical and textual analysis on an epigraph, the Stone Epitaph of Hong Jeong-Myeong(홍정명 지석). This was edited by Lee Deuk-Sin and transcribed by Gang Se-Hwang. On the view of physical point the Stone Epitagh is made of black stone and its size is 27.8∼28.2cm high, 20.3∼20.7cm wide, and 2.0∼3.6cm thick. On the view of textual point, the text of Stone Epitaph is about the career of Hong Jeong-Myeong, and the printed style of writing is by depressed engraving on 8 black stone plane.

본 연구는 2005년부터 2013년 3월까지 Scopus에서 페미니즘 분야를 선정하여 이에 해당하는 논문 37편과 이 논문들이 인용한 유튜브 55개를 대상으로 학술논문들이 유튜브를 인용할 때 활용하는 유형과 문제점을 살펴보고 참고문헌으로서 유튜브의 표기사항에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 연구 의도를 효율적으로 보여주는 유튜브는 0.34%의 인용률을 나타내고 있으며 지속적으로 인용이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 유튜브 접속오류는 55개중 6개(10.9%)이며, 참고문헌으로서 유튜브의 표기가 부적합하게 기재된 경우는 38개(69.1%)였다. 그 원인으로 올바르게 표기하지 않은 저자의 노력 부족과 인용된 유튜브가 학술정보로서 충분한 정보를 제공하지 못한 경우가 중요한 요인으로 나타났다.
