노인장기요양보험 재가간호서비스에 대한 방문간호사의 인식 (A Study of Nurses' Perception of the Visiting Nursing Services of Long-term Care Insurance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand nurses' perception of visiting nursing services of long-term care insurance. Method: The descriptive survey study involved 188 nurses selected by the convenient sampling of visiting nurses who participated in professional education sessions. Results: Of the 188 participants, 149 (79.3%) were aware of long-term care insurance. Awareness of aspects of long-term care services was 78.7% for facility service, 77.7% for ordinary visiting care service, 85.1% for visiting nursing service and 77.7% for visiting bathing service. Concerning visiting nursing service provision, the majority of the study subjects considered nurse-aid not to be the appropriate route for delivery of services including nasogastric tube exchange, tracheostomy tube management and stitch removal. Conclusion: Continuous evaluation and research on the standards and requirements of the nursing workforce is needed to secure and maintain the high quality of visiting nursing services. Exhaustive studies concerning task division and workforce separation according to nursing services type and level of difficulty should be done to develop the appropriate job description for visiting nursing service staff.

DACUM 법에 의한 병원행정사 직무분석 (Job Analysis of Hospital Administrator Based on the DACUM Method)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze of hospital administrator based on the DACUM(Developing A Curriculum) method. The contents of this study were to extract the duties, tasks consisting of job of hospital administrator and to investigate levels of importance, difficulty, frequency and entry level on each task, and to make out a job model of hospital administrator. A DACUM committee was composed to analyze job of hospital administrator and the committee members were total 9, a facilitator, 7 hospital administrator and a recorder. The major findings of this study were as the followings; first, duties in job of hospital administrator were total 13, which were organization of hospital administration affairs, health insurance review & assessment, general affairs, personnel management, hospital planning & management, medical quality improvement, hospital financial affairs, logistics management, facilities management, computerized system management, education & study supports, medical staffs' perceptions of service quality both directly and indirectly through their perceptions of patient orientation. These findings implied that HPWS would be a way of survival in drastically changing hospital environments.

Cognitive Conflict and Causal Attributions to Successful Conceptual Change in Physics Learning

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between cognitive conflict and students' causal attributions and to find out what kinds of attributions affect successful resolution of cognitive conflict in learning physics. Twenty-nine college students who attended a base general physics course took an attribution test and a conceptual pretest related to action and reaction concept. Of these, twenty students who revealed alternative conceptions were selected. They were confronted with a discrepant demonstration and took part in the cognitive conflict level test, a posttest, and delayed posttest. Those students who experienced high levels of cognitive conflict were selected and interviewed to find out what kinds of attributions affect resolving the conflict. When confronted with the discrepant event, the students who attributed success outcomes to "effort" experienced higher levels of cognitive conflict than those to "task difficulty." However, those students who revealed high levels of cognitive conflict and attributed success outcomes to effort did not always produce conceptual change. They had different perspectives on effort and conducted different effort activities to resolve the cognitive conflict. In addition, these effort activities appeared to include their motivational beliefs, metacognitive and volitional strategies. The results of this study indicate that in order for the conflicts to lead to change, students need to have the perspective on effort implying the use of the self-regulated learning strategy and to conduct effort activities based on them. Beyond cold conceptual change, this article suggests that there is a management strategy of cognitive conflict in the classroom context.

IPA를 활용한 비대면 환경 화상강의 개선 방안 연구 (A study on the improvement of non-face-to-face environment video lectures using IPA)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore ways to improve the quality of real-time video lectures in a non-face-to-face environment using IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). Recently, due to the impact of COVID-19 in universities, all remote classes are being implemented, so research is needed to raise learner awareness. Accordingly, factor analysis, mean analysis, correspondence analysis, and IPA analysis were performed based on the data of 632 students who responded from March 21 to June 30, 2021 for learners of K University in Chungbuk. First, overall satisfaction was low compared to importance, and the difference in system perception was the largest. Second, the difference in learner perception of real-time video lectures through the IPA matrix showed that the system error and screen cutoff were the largest. Third, the difficulty of lecture content, task and test feedback, etc. are classified. Accordingly, the satisfaction of real-time video lectures in non-face-to-face environments is low, suggesting that school-level support for quality improvement to improve learner satisfaction in non-face-to-face environments and the role of instructors are needed to improve learners' academic achievement.

간호사의 건강증진행위에 영향을 주는 요인: 자기효능, 감정노동을 중심으로 (Factors Affecting Nurse's Health Promoting Behavior: Focusing on Self-efficacy and Emotional Labor)

  • Purpose: This study examined self-efficacy, emotional labor, and health promoting behaviors. It also investigated factors affecting health promoting behaviors of nurses working for tertiary and general hospital. Methods: Between June and July 2013, a convenience sample of 233 subjects was collected from 2 tertiary hospitals and 4 general hospitals. The data analysis was done with ANOVA, t-test and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Emotional labor of the subjects was slightly lower than that of other nurses and the average level of health promoting behaviors was lower than the median. Health promoting behaviors were differentiated by education, hospital type, and monthly income. Self-efficacy showed positive correlation with HPLP-II, but emotional labor showed negative correlation with self-efficacy and HPLP-II. The most significant factor affecting health promoting behaviors was self regulation(16.3%). The combination of self regulation, attentiveness to required display rules, BSN, preference to task difficulty, and monthly income(${\geq}300$) accounted for 25.4% of health promoting behavior. Attentiveness to required display rules was a negative factor of HPLP-II. Conclusion: When developing health promotion programs for nurses, self-efficacy should be considered and further research is needed to identify mediating variables between emotional labor and health promoting behaviors.

데이터 플로우 기반 응용들을 위한 GPU 스케줄링 프레임워크 (A GPU scheduling framework for applications based on dataflow specification)

  • Recently, general purpose graphic processing units(GPUs) are being widely used in mobile embedded systems such as smart phone and tablet PCs. Because of architectural limitations of mobile GPGPUs, only a single program is allowed to occupy a GPU at a time in a non-preemptive way. As a result, it is difficult to meet performance requirements of applications such as frame rate or response time if applications running on a GPU are not scheduled properly. To tackle this difficulty, we propose to specify applications using synchronous data flow model of computation such that applications are formed with edges and nodes. Then nodes of applications are scheduled onto a GPU unlike conventional scheduling an application as a whole. This approach allows applications to share a GPU at a finer granularity, node (or task)-level, providing several benefits such as eliminating need for manually partitioning applications and better GPU utilization. Furthermore, any scheduling policy can be applied in response to the characteristics of applications.

유아 음악성 평가척도 개발 및 타당화 연구 (The Development and Validation of a Musicality Rating Scale for Young Children)

  • Objective: This study aims to develop and validate the musicality level of an individual child, based on the on performance tasks rubrics. Methods: The survey was conducted on 284 children(ages 3-5years old from kindergartens and day care centers), their parents, and their 51 teachers. The collected data were calculated and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. Results: Consisted of two components, two task types, 17 performance tasks, and 41 items in three dimensions. Rubrics were determined and based on the child's best performance, and categorized into five levels. Lastly, the item difficulty and item discriminating power were defined in order to comprehend the item quality analysis, which showed that average scores varied depending on the performance. Conclusion/Implications: The musicality rating scale for young children is significant in order to comprehend musicality levels through the performances of children aged three to five. This study has educational implications in that teachers can connect the results of the ratings to curriculum and promote the development of teaching and learning methodologies based on the musicality levels of individual children.

지식서비스기업의 관리프로세스 비효율에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (Factors Affecting Management Process Inefficiency of Knowledge Service Firms)

  • 지식서비스기업은 자신들이 가진 지식과 경험에 기반하여 고객문제 해결 및 조직관리 프로세스의 효율성을 향상시킴으로써 보다 높은 성과를 창출할 수 있다. 본 연구는 관리 프로세스에 대해 그 동안 간과되어 왔던 비효율을 중심으로 탐구하며, 그 선행요인으로 위계문화와 IT 조직기능 연관성을 제시하고 각 관계를 강화하는 업무 난이도의 조절효과에 대해 실증하였다. 분석 결과, 관리프로세스 비효율에 대해 위계문화는 정(+)의 영향을, IT 조직기능 연관성은 부(-)의 영향을, 그 둘의 관계 사이에서 업무 난이도는 모두 유의한 조절효과를 나타내었다. 또한 관리프로세스 비효율은 조직성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치며 IT 조직기능 연관성과 조직성과 사이에서 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 지식서비스기업이 보다 높은 성과를 달성하기 위해서는 형식적 절차의 최소화, 적절한 권한위임을 통한 의사결정 융통성 확보, 원활한 정보흐름 및 소통 분위기 조성, 임직원들의 IT 자원관리 및 활용수준 제고 등을 통해 위계문화는 낮추고 IT 조직기능 연관성은 향상시켜야 한다. 또한 업무프로세스 비효율을 보다 효과적으로 낮추기 위해서는, 업무난이도가 높은 기업은 위계문화 제거에, 낮은 기업은 IT 조직기능 연관성 향상에 상대적으로 더 많은 노력을 기울일 것이 요구된다.

초등 수학 영재를 위한 폴리큐브 교수.학습 자료 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Polycube Teaching-Learning Materials for Mathematically Gifted Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구는 초등 수학 영재를 대상으로 폴리큐브라는 소재를 활용한 교수 학습용 자료 개발의 과정에서 드러나는 여러 가지 논의점을 바탕으로 차후 또 다른 교수 학습용 자료 개발에 주는 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 공간능력의 하위 요소들을 바탕으로 폴리큐브 과제와 관련되는 13개의 주제를 추출하여 이들 중 학년과 수준을 고려한 9개의 주제를 실제로 반영한 수학 영재 교수 학습 자료를 개발하였다. 이 자료들을 가지고 두 차례 현장 적용을 하는 동안 4명의 개별 학생들이 보여주는 공간능력 활용 사례를 집중 분석하면서 활동들의 연계성과 난이도, 과제 제시방법 및 발문, 학습 형태, 보조 자료의 활용, 수업 소요 시간과 같은 항목들을 점검하고 수학 영재 교수 학습자료 개발방향에 따라 평가, 수정, 보완하였다. 이를 통해 수학 영재 교수 학습 자료의 개발 과정에 필요한 7가지 시사점을 제안하였다.

독점 멀티 분류기의 심층 학습 모델을 사용한 약지도 시맨틱 분할 (Weakly-supervised Semantic Segmentation using Exclusive Multi-Classifier Deep Learning Model)

  • 최근 딥러닝 기술의 발달과 함께 신경 네트워크는 컴퓨터 비전에서도 성공을 거두고 있다. 컨볼루션 신경망은 단순한 영상 분류 작업뿐만 아니라 객체 분할 및 검출 등 난이도가 높은 작업에서도 탁월한 성능을 보였다. 그러나 그러한 많은 심층 학습 모델은 지도학습에 기초하고 있으며, 이는 이미지 라벨보다 주석 라벨이 더 많이 필요하다. 특히 semantic segmentation 모델은 훈련을 위해 픽셀 수준의 주석을 필요로 하는데, 이는 매우 중요하다. 이 논문은 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 네트워크 훈련을 위해 영상 수준 라벨만 필요한 약지도 semantic segmentation 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 약지도학습 방법은 대상의 특정 영역만 탐지하는 데 한계가 있다. 반면에, 본 논문에서는 우리의 모델이 사물의 더 다른 부분을 인식하도 multi-classifier 심층 학습 아키텍처를 사용한다. 제안된 방법은 VOC 2012 검증 데이터 세트를 사용하여 평가한다.
