The saying likely as "In the rapidly-changing outside management environment, the light-weighted body only able to survive" means the 'lightness' in working space, reducing expenditure for immovable property and unnecessary facility, and also means the flexibility of facility which is ready to cope promptly with the approaching situation. For such reason, as many enterprises do not support an individual workstation for each person but by introduction of sharing system, also reducing the area for working space, they have made the immovable property expense per person curtailed. Though the reduction of the immovable property expense that subsequently gained by merely decreasing of working space brings a remarkable effect of retrenchment, there is also a worrying opinion that because of the narrowed working space than before, or by disappearing of private space, a possible non-productive effect which let working enthusiasm falls down might be brought. By practicing such investigating method, at the first stage survey, the Satisfaction of non-territorial and territorial office user and the order of required improvement are figured out, also arranged the appraisal items as 6 factors in total, and all of the factors were being influenced to the entire satisfaction in statistically meaningful level.

In this thesis, I intend to study the translational and clinical interpretation through the theory of Ja-Yeol, and reached the following conclusions. 1. Liver-Heat-Disease due to absess of the function of expelling and lifting off, that Liver-Yang cannot lift up to upper-warmer, and stagnate liver. I think the symptoms of yellowish urine, abdominal pain, somnolence, fever belong to the syndrome of 'Gi-Bun(氣分)', and the symptoms of ravings with surprising, distending pain of hypochondrium, restless involuntary movement of the limbs, unable to lie flat belong to the syndrome of 'Hyeol-Bun(血分)'. 2. Heart-Heat-Disease due that 'Eum-Gi(陰氣)' in heart cannot lay down and reach to stagnate at heart, inner part. I think the symptoms of unjoy, acute cardiac pain, fidgetiness, well-nausea, headeche, reddish face, anhidrosis, etc. reveal with Heart-Heat-Disease. 3. Spleen-Beat-Disease due that 'Eum-Gi' in spleen cannot lay down and Yin of spleen changs heat. I think the symptoms of heaviness of head, cheek pain, fidgetiness, cyanosis, well-nausea, fever, not to let flex and reflex with back pain, diarrhea with abdominal pain, left and right cheek pain reveal with Spleen-Heat-Disease. I think symptoms of fever, diarrhea with abdominal pain belong to the syndrome of Yin-exhausion. 4. Lung-Heat-Disease due to that 'Eum-Gi' in lung cannot lay down. When 'Wi-Gi(衛氣)' stagnates at external part, I think, the symptoms of intolerance to wind and cold, yellowish fur, fever reveal. When Wi-Gi stagnates at lung, inner part, I think, the symptoms of dispnea with cough, pain on chest and back, unable to breath deeply, hydrosis and chilling reveal. 5. Kidney-Heat-Disease, in that the symptoms of back pain, leg aching, extreme thirst and frequently drink, fever, pain and stiffness of nape, cooling and aching leg, heat on plantar pedis, not trying to speak reveal is regarded external heat disease of 'Tai-Yang-Gyeong's(太陽經)' disease that asthenic fever open 'Tai-Yang-Gyeong' and lift by not enough of 'Yang-Gi(陽氣)' lifeing up from Kidney space, the water space of five elements.

Background : Almost people know hypertension's treatment is taking western medicine. But korean herbal medicine(KHM) also have an effect of turning down blood pressure. Objectives : This study aims to review the influence of KHM on hypertension in korean internal medicine's studies systematically. Additionally, we tried to estimate the change of data of hypertension and let people know a possibility of herbal treatment on hypertension. Methods : Systematic studies searches were performed on one database of korean internal medicine to November 2009. Screening and selection of the studies and extraction of data were performed by one author. Results : Twelve studies were included. All studies were performed retrospectively. Almost studies's object were hypertensive rats. Two studies's object were rabbits and only one study's object was hopitalized patients. Blood pressure and pulse was changed significantly after taking KHM in almost studies, and rest of items, aldosterone, catecholamine, electro, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitory effect, renin activity were changed significantly after taking KHM. Conclusions : KHM might have an effect of lowering blood pressure, but almost studies's object were animals, so it is necessary to investigate an effect of KHM for people.

Summary of background data: It is researched until now and the researches against the effect of position cold treatment the effect which pain threshold, change of skin temperature, researches the effective stiffness, the coldness in the patient it applied and relax an inflammation do the researches against were insufficient. Purpose: This project was to see how much it gives effect by using the cold air therapy an inflammation relief of rheumatoid arthritis patient. Methods: The medical subjects were 10 people from standard to diagnosis category of American College of Rheumatology(ACR) who had rheumatoid arthritis and to inspect informations about inflammation relief, have inspected ESR(erythrocyte sedimentation rate) and WBC(white blood cells). The experiment method was to let the patient bend the joint and lay down flat and treat with cold air from 10 cm away from joint line repeating 5 minutes treatment 1 minute rest and 3 minutes treatment. ESR and WBC cold air therapy reported with 5 days gap and each patient has been applied for 3 times. Result: The 5th day and 10th days ESR and WBC value shows when using cold air therapy, there was a reduction on rejected group but didn't last long, but 15th day it showed only on WBC it had its attention. Conclusions: So the cold air therapy shows it has positive effects on inflammation relief of rheumatoid arthritis patient.

Objective: Superstimulatory treatment of one-month-old lambs can achieve synchronous development of numerous growing follicles. However, these growing follicles cannot complete maturation and ovulation. Oocyte maturation and competence are acquired during follicular development, in which granulosa cells play an essential role. Methods: In this study, we applied RNA sequencing to analyze and compare gene expression between prepubertal and adult superstimulated follicle granulosa cells in sheep. Results: There were more than 300 genes that significantly differed in expression. Among these differently expressed genes, many extracellular matrix genes (EGF containing Fibulin Like Extracellular Matrix Protein 1, pentraxin 3, adrenomedullin, and osteopontin) were significantly down-regulated in the superstimulated follicles. Ingenuity pathway and gene ontology analyses revealed that processes of axonal guidance, cell proliferation and DNA replication were expressed at higher levels in the prepubertal follicles. Epidermal growth factor, T-Box protein 2 and beta-estradiol upstream regulator were predicted to be active in prepubertal follicles. By comparison, tumor protein P53 and let-7 were most active in adult follicles. Conclusion: These results may contribute to a better understanding of the mechanisms governing the development of granulosa cells in the growing follicle in prepubertal sheep.

This study as one of a series of systematic studies about dancing costumes will compare the costumes of the middle age with their normal style of dress. In brief, this study wants people to know about middle a9e dancing costumes and understand the culture in the middle ages. It was found that people's everyday clothes in the middle age such as Surcot. Surcot-ouvert, Pourpoint, Houppelande were used as dancing costumes. They were, however. changed from the public's clothes which were tight and long. Rather than wearing costume over others. dancers wore costumes which had slits on skirt or sleeves to increase motion. With the Wild Man of the Wood's which only nobles used for their dancing costumes. costumers highlighted the beauty of human body There were various costume materials used in the middle ages like silk. cotton fabrics, linen or brocade. These materials were used for Surcot and Pourpoint as dancing costumes. The naturalness of nature or geometric patterns also was expressed on the costumes. Further about those patterns, because the development of stained glass, vivid colors were used especially red, light green, blue etc. As for the hair styles used, dancers let their hair down and put a jeweled crown over their hair. In summation. dancers wore the same clothes that normal People did, but the costumes were different depending on social status and gender. The costumes of ordinary people's were based upon ordinary clothes that moved and emphasized the dynamic motion. On the other side, the court dancers' costumes were very fancy. symbolizing a measurement of nobles' from wealth and authority. as well as an expression of a sense of beauty, The main features of middle ages follows. : To emphasize vitality, there were long slits on the side of skirt. Hair decorations and jewels are more used than in the ancient age's. To hide a dancer's social status. they could use a mask. Wild Man of the Wood's was used for the body makeup. All these features of the dancing costumes must contribute to the progress of the dance in the middle age's.

This study is to investigate the magnitude, direction and distribution of residual stresses in surface ground plate according to working conditions. The specimens were made of structural carbon steel and were machined in various grinding conditions. These were divided in two groups; heat-treated materials and non-heat-treated materials. In each working condition, let the ground specimen generate displacements using deflection-etching techniques. At the same time, these displacements were precisely measured with electronic micrometer. Through the relation formula between the plane stress and strain, which was derived using these measured data, the values of residual stress are calculated, and the results are analyzed. These results are as follows : 1. According to the working conditions in this experiment, it can be seen that the distribution of residual stress generally had same trend and the maximum residual stress remained in 20~30 ((${\mu}m$) beneath the surface. 2. It is observed that compressive residual stress changes into tensile stress in 5~20 (${\mu}m$) beneath the surface. It is suggested that such phenomenon is originated from the friction effect in grinding process. 3. As the hardness increases by the heat treatment, residual stress increases. 4. As the fatigue strength increases by the compressive residual stress, it is desirable that the dowm feed and table feed reduce. 5. It can be seen that the more great the down feed and table feed increase, the more close the changing point, where the stress changed from compressive to tensile, is colse to the surface. This is due to the resultant effects of the grinding temperature and resistence are larger than the effect of the friction.

The main objective of this research aims at analyzing efficiency of government financial transfers(GFTs) to the Korean fisheries sector, using the Linear Structural Relations model(i.e., LISERL model) and the field survey data. Most policies of GFTs tend to be implemented to protect industries with weak competitive advantages such as infant and/or primary industries. Specific policy instruments include income transfers, government loans with lower interest rates, taxes and the like. Fishing activities are made at a highly changeable natural environment of the ocean with a great amount of risk and uncertainty. Fishing households make their livelihood under the small-scale fisheries. Such fisheries and fishing households have also a relatively weak market power. Because of these fisheries characteristics most coastal states have adopted a variety of government support programs. However, despite such a huge government support, during the past several decades the world fishing communities have seen a tendency of continuous fishereis resource overexploitation. For this resason there have been hot debates over the government support policies for fisheries through OECD, FAO, WTO, and UNEP. In general, policy evaluations tend to be made on the basis of benefit-cost(B/C) analysis. However, the B/C analysis may produce results quite different from real ones primarily due to many unmeasurable effects. Thus, the authors composed simple questionaires and let fishermen, government officials and academic people answer the questions. The survery was made in several ways such as post-mail and personal/group interviews. In recent years, for analysis of policy performances and effectiveness, the LISREL model has often been used, which consists of structural and measurement eqquations. This model has a good advantage of transforming unobservable variables to observable ones so that it helps construct endogenous cause and effect relationships among relevant variables. The evaluation was done from the two aspects: policy results and policy effectiveness. The policy result evaluation showed that there is a need for improvement for policy problem perception and decision-making process, while the policy effect evaluation suggested that the policy goals were successfully achieved and social justice was improved from the perspective of the entire society as well. However, the research results showed that the GFT policies rendered little contrubtion to narrowing down the gap between GFT beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries incomes.

This study examines closely the relationship between beauty art service quality and value. And satisfaction and purchase action that they do perceive to customers who have beauty art service company's service use experience. Moreover, this study was achieved purposely to present service raising plan of good quality to beauty art company managers and business employees. First, to investigate the concept of beauty art service quality and special quality was with doctrines that have been presented through a virtue aspect to achieve this study. Moreover, the wave and beauty art service, human service relativity is a let down unlike manufacture enterprise. Further more, beauty art service by complex composition of existence and nonexistence style is sold, and it could be known by having personality consumed at the same time production. The concept of quality about beauty art service and quality that became perceived through virtue study of concept and measurement about value. Therefor, value was deduced, and could deduce measurement, the linear measure that is applied to measure this. Large majority virtue study found is measuring quality of service to 22 articles on PZB's theory, and this study corrects measurement, the linear measure that is applied in Morritt's study that is based in PZB matrix and supplements and attempted measurement to 22 items. The result measurement dimension is consisted of functional quality, technological quality, physical quality dimension. To measure this through virtue study about value that become perceive, could confirm that all expense and beauty art companies which the customer is paid, connect with offering general quality of service. Therefor, through measurement, 2 dimension was deduced by monetary value and the non-monetary value.
