  • An audit tracer is one of the last ways to defend an attack for network equipments. Firewall and IDS which block off an attack in advance are active way and audit tracing is passive way which analogizes a type and a situation of an attack from log after an attack. This paper explains importance of audit trace function in network equipment for security and defines events which we must leave by security audit log. We design and implement security audit system for secure router. This paper explains the reason why we separate general audit log and security audit log.

  • Background: This study aims to investigate the perceptions of dentists and dental hygienists regarding quality dental job conditions and to identify differences in perceptions based on job type. Methods: As a result of conducting face-to-face and online surveys, data from a total of 132 people were analyzed. In order to investigate the perception of quality job conditions, the importance of a total of 13 items was investigated, and the work policies and job satisfaction of the current workplace were examined. Since the data did not follow a normal distribution, a non-parametric test, the Mann-Whitney U test, was performed. Results: Both dentists and dental hygienists perceived income and working hours to be of priority importance for quality job conditions. Dental hygienists valued holiday support and welfare, human relations, and personal development potential more than dentists (p<0.05). Looking at differences by job type, dental hygienists rated all conditions as more important than dentists except income, indicating a statistically significant difference (p<0.05). In terms of the work policies, 96.2% of the practices in the study were required to have the four types of social security contributions, but fewer had flexible working hours (19.7%), healthcare support (23.5%), and incentives (25.0%). Of the participants, 60.6% had parental leave available at their workplace, and dental hygienists had statistically significantly higher job satisfaction when parental leave was available (2.57 points) than when it was not (p<0.05). Conclusion: Quality dental jobs are an important factor in keeping workers happy and maintaining an efficient practice. Dental practice owners need to pay attention to the quality of jobs required by the dental workforce, provide flexible working hours and welfare programs such as parental leave, and create a workplace atmosphere and human resource management system that supports the use of these programs.

  • Currently, the South Korean Government does not provide sickness benefits from the National Health Insurance, which is different from most other Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development countries. The sickness benefit guarantees a part of lost income due to injuries or diseases. The purpose of this study is to propose a sickness benefit scheme for South Korea. To this end, we compare health care systems, sickness benefit schemes, and delivery systems of those in Germany, Japan, and Sweden, focusing on the seven categories: management authority, object, level of payment, duration of payment, qualification requirements, connection with paid sick leave of workplace, and financial resources, and as to delivery system, the six categories: the number of procedures, transferring document between institutions, whether or not utilizing electronic reporting system, applicant, and administrative convenience. Based on the implications derived from the case study, we propose the sickness benefit scheme and its delivery pathway and other details for South Korea. This study is first to propose the sickness benefit for health insurance in Korea with its level of details. More studies should follow with case studies of other countries, as well as productive debates to build a feasible and sustainable sickness benefit system in South Korea.

  • RBAC is an Access Control Mechanism for security administration of system resource and technique attracting in commercial fields because of reducing cost and complexity of security administration in large network. Many RBAC's research is progressive but several problems such as the delegation of role have been pointed out concerning the mechanism. It is necessary that a person's role delegate someone with reliability by reasons of a leave of absence, sick leave and the others. But the existing RBAC standards don't give definition of the delegation of roles. In this paper, we propose RBAC model that delegator can delegate subset of role and permission to a delegatee so that more efficient access control may be available.

This study employs a panel analysis based on data from the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families. The major results are as follows. First, financial support for nursery care is only significantly related to the turnover of married women with preschool children. Second, the negative effects of work on the family are significantly influenced by financial support for nursery care and maternity leave. Third, financial support for nursery care is also significantly related to the positive effects of work on the family. In conclusion, a family-friendly care program including financial support for nursery care and maternity leave in the workplace is an important support system for working mothers in raising their children.

  • There have been developed in authentication systems for information using biometric information approaches such as fingerprint, face, and iris. In general, a door-lock system is operated by touching keypads, which remains fingerprints on the keypads. Such door-lock systems do not protect personal information from others due to the exposure of fingerprints to keypads. In this paper, we propose the new door-lock system that does not leave fingerprints on the keypads. Without touching keypad the system works because the system accepts authentication information by using illuminance sensor and LED. The experiment shows that the implemented door-lock system works well under any circumstance.
