간호사의 MBTI 성격유형과 학습조직화와의 관계 (A Study on MBTI Personality Type and Learning Organization)

  • Purpose: This study was to investigate the degree and pattern of learning organization and MBTI personality type in clinical nurses. Methods: The participants were 685 nurses working in the 8 general hospitals located in Seoul and Incheon. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaires from April 1 to August 30, 2004. The data were analyzed using SAS program for descriptive statistics and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: The most frequent identified personality type was ISTJ and the least identified personal types was ENFJ. In 4 preference patterns, Extroversion, Sensing, Thinking and Judgement were identified a dominant index in each categories. The mean score of learning organization was 3.47 and the mental model was got the highest score. The EI index had a significant positive correlation with personal mastery. However the TF index had a negative correlation with personal mastery, systems thinking, and mental models, and also the JP index had a negative correlation with 5 learning organization sub categories. Conclusion: With these results, it was identified that the preference patterns on MBTI had the significant correlation with learning organization. So these results will be used to develop the more effective strategies to increase learning organization based on nurse's personality types.

그리기를 활용한 다중 표상 학습에서 언어적 정보 형태와 언어적 학습 양식의 영향 (The Influences of the Forms of Verbal External Representations and Students’ Verbal Learning Style in Learning with Multiple Representations Using Drawing)

  • 연구에서는 언어적 정보의 형태가 화학 개념 학습에서 제공되는 외적 표상들 간의 연계와 통합을 촉진하는 방안으로 도입된 그리기에 미치는 영향을 학생들의 언어적 학습 양식에 따라 조사하였다. 남녀공학 중학교 1학년 133명을 선정하여 그리기에서 언어적 정보를 형식적인 형태로 제공하는 FD(formal drawing) 집단과 개인화된 형태로 제공하는 PD(personalized drawing) 집단으로 배치한 후, ‘보일의 법칙'과 ‘샤를의 법칙'에 대하여 2차시 동안 수업을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 개념 이해도 검사에서 PD 집단의 점수가 FD 집단의 점수보다 통계적으로 유의미한 차이로 높았다. 상황 흥미 검사에서는 두 집단에서 모두 언어적 학습 선호 학생들의 점수가 비선호 학생들의 점수보다 통계적으로 유의미한 차이로 높았다. 수업에 대한 인식 검사 결과에서는 많은 학생들이 그리기에서 언어적 정보를 형식적인 형태보다 개인화된 형태로 제공하는 것을 선호하였으며, 이에 대해 인지적, 정의적, 동기적 측면에서 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 언어적 학습 선호 학생들이 비선호 학생들보다 정의적, 동기적 측면에서 좀 더 긍정적으로 인식하는 경향이 있었다.

일 지역 대학생의 성격유형 (MBTI Personality Types of the University Students in an Area)

  • 본 연구는 일 지역 대학생의 성격유형을 분석하여 선호경향에 따른 학습법을 통한 자기주도학습에 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하고자 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 2017년 9월 18일부터 22일까지 K대학교 10개 학과 695명을 대상으로 MBTI form $M^{(R)}$ 을 자기 기입식으로 작성하여 자동채점하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 22.0 Program을 이용하여 대상자의 16가지 성격유형, 성격별 심리기능 및 기질에 대해 기술통계, Chi-square test로 분석하였다. 성별에 따른 성격유형의 선호경향의 차이는 판단기능에서는 남학생은 T유형(사고형)이, 여학생은 F유형(감정형)이 높은 선호도로 나타났으며 행동양식 및 생활양식의 차이에서는 여학생은 J유형(판단형)이, 남학생은 P유형(인식형)이 높은 선호도로 나타났다. 또한 학과별 및 계열별에 따라 성격유형, 심리기능 및 기질에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서 성격유형이 성별, 학과 및 계열별에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 개인의 선호경향을 반영한 학습법에 관한 매뉴얼 개발이 필요하리라 사료된다.

농업계 고등학교 학생들의 정보검색 능력에 따른 이러닝 콘텐츠 유형 선호도 연구 (A Study in the Preference of e-Learning Contents Delivery Types on Web Information Search Literacy in the case of Agricultural High School)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the differences of preferences in e-Learning contents delivery types according to information searching retrieval ability in agricultural high school students. Contents delivery types are limited three kinds which are HTML type, video type, and text type and need to know about differences. The following summarizes the results of this study. On the preference of e-Learning contents delivery type on information searching retrieval ability had differences. High level group of information searching retrieval ability showed that they mostly preferred text contents delivery type. However, low level group of information searching retrieval ability showed that they preferred video contents delivery type. The results support our belief that there could be the differences in preferences in e-Learning delivery types with students' information searching retrieval abilities. We suggest that delivery types of e-Learning should be based on the students not on designers and developers.

Using Colours to alter Consumer Behaviour and Product Success

  • This paper aims to present colour theories and show how they can be used to explain consumer's preferences of some products over others. It will, furthermore, attempt to link these theories to the design industry and look at how colour associations determine product success. Due to associative learning and personal preference, the colours of objects can cause consumers to either favour or dislike products over those with identical functions and efficiency. Age and gender affect the preferred colour choices of the individual, making some products more popular to particular groups of potential consumers. Designers can utilise colour theories to ensure that they use the most appropriate colour schemes to maximise and appeal to their targeted market successfully. A survey was conducted with 100 participants. It demonstrates the associative links between colours, emotions and product categories. It can be shown that the colour of an object can contribute to its success or failure in the market based on a number of different criteria. The design must use colour confidently to evoke certain emotions or connotations and must be carried out appropriately. The designer also has to consider whom it is that be viewing it and making the decision of preference.

온라인 소프트웨어 교육 학습자들의 자기주도학습 유형 분류 및 특징 분석 (Analysis of Types and Characteristics of Self-Directed Learning of Learners in Online Software Education)

  • 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 교육의 효과성을 증진하기 위하여 소프트웨어 교육 학습자들의 자기주도학습 유형을 분석하고 각 유형에 따른 특징을 살펴봄으로써 보다 전략적인 소프트웨어 교육을 위한 교육적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 K대학교에서 온라인 소프트웨어 교육과정에 참여하고 있는 중학생 429명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 자기주도학습 유형을 분석하기 위해 잠재계층 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 소프트웨어 교육 학습자들의 자기주도학습 유형은 '최고수준 자기주도학습형(계층 1)', '자기 학습스타일 인식형(계층 2)', '자기 학습스타일 선호형(계층 3)', 그리고 '자기주도학습 부재형(계층 4)'으로 나타났다. 또한 소프트웨어 교육 학습자들의 자기주도학습 유형에 따른 소프트웨어 학업성취도 수준은 '최고수준 자기주도학습형(계층 1)'이 가장 높고, '자기 학습스타일 선호형(계층 3)' 가장 낮은 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 소프트웨어 교육을 위한 시사점을 제시하였다.

딥러닝을 활용한 과학관 전시품 선호도 분석 방법 개발 (Development of Exhibits Preference Analysis Method using Deep Learning for Science Museum)

  • Science museum are dealing with exhibits on field of changing science and technology, and previous research suggested that exhibits replacement should carried out at least every 5 years. In order to efficiently replace exhibits within a limited budget, various studies analyzed visitors' preferences to exhibits. Recently, studies use various technologies to collect the data on visitors' preferences automatically, but almost of studies had a high dependency on their visitors such as visitors needed to carry specific sub-devices in the museums for gathering data. As complementing the limitations of previous research, this study introduces the improved method which is able to automatically collect and quantify visitors' preferences to exhibits using TensorFlow, a deep learning technology. By the proposed analysis method, it was possible to collect 2,520 data of visitors' experience on exhibits in totality. Based on collected data, attraction power and holding power indicating the preference of visitors on exhibits were able to be calculated. The result also confirmed antecedent research conclusion that the attraction power and holding power of the exhibit which consists of 3 dimensional structures work are higher than other exhibits. As a conclusion, the proposed method will provide more convenient data collection method for detecting visitors' preference.

  • Basic precondition for effective curriculum on learning activities to take place, the internal and external environment of the school facilities, improve the environment of the classroom space and etc. Specifically, the use of classroom space, hardly learners improve their academic motivation to achievement tend to concentrate within the party regularly scheduled class hours. Physical environment surrounding them is giving considerable impact for behavioral psychological and bodily change of the learners. In this study, we are focused on the form of the learner in the general classroom space and classroom environment that can increase the learning effect will be examined. Consequently, What is appropriate classroom environment for learning increase the concentration of elements are presented.

초등 예비 교사의 자유탐구 방법에 대한 선호도 및 실행 결과 분석 (The Preference and Result Analysis on Free Inquiry Method of Pre-service Elementary School Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study is to make a preference and result analysis on the free inquiry method of pre-service elementary school teachers. Also, this study investigates how free inquiry activities effect the science-related attitudes and the self-directed learning characteristics of pre-service elementary school teachers. For this study 76, second year, science education pre-service elementary school teachers from Busan National University of education were selected. The inquiry examined the effectiveness of each of the following teaching methods: the IIM method, the PBL method, the PROJECT method, and the small group inquiry method. The students were divided into groups in which they incorporated the respective methods into their practice. In conclusion, the IIM free inquiry activities proved to be much more effective than the PBL method, the PROJECT method, and the small group inquire method in terms of developing self-directed learning characteristics and science related attitudes at the significant difference of p=0.05.
