Researchers have confirmed the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance, but according to the resource-based theory, the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance is also affected by the internal resources of the organization. Internal resources are an important factor affecting the transformation of learning outcomes into performance. In addition, few scholars have pointed out whether different types of learning have different effects on different types of innovation performance. This study collects data from 170 High-tech enterprises in Shandong, china, and discusses the effects of exploitative learning and explorative learning on management innovation performance and technological innovation performance. This study further examines the moderating role of slack resource on the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance. Results show that ambidexterity learning has positive effect on innovation performance. Compared with exploitative learning, explorative learning has a greater impact on management innovation performance; compared with explorative learning, exploitative learning has a greater impact on technological innovation performances. Slack resource has positive moderating role between the relationship of exploitative learning, explorative learning and technology innovation performance. But Slack resource has no moderating role between the relationship of exploitative learning, explorative learning and management innovation performance.

This study analyzed the effects of learning participation motivation and collaborative self-efficacy on knowledge sharing behavior in an online learning environment. Collaborative learning in the online learning environment took the initiative in team formation, learning topic selection, learning planning and execution, and reflection. Collaborative learning was operated as an extracurricular program, and a survey was conducted targeting students who finally completed all learning activities. The results of the study are as follows. First, goal-oriented motivation and self-Efficacy for group work, showed significant influence on knowledge sharing behavior. Second, activity-oriented motivation did not show a statistically significant effect relationship. Interpreting the analysis results, it can be judged that the higher the goal-oriented motivation and self-Efficacy for group work of students who performed collaborative learning in an online learning environment, the higher the willingness to share knowledge, skills, and information they know. This study explored the outcomes of collaborative learning conducted in an online learning environment. It is meaningful that the learner's learning participation motivation was identified and the effect of self-Efficacy for group work, which can be expressed in collaborative learning situations, on knowledge sharing behavior, which is a necessary behavior for group performance, is significant.

Objectives : This study is aimed at developing and discussing the prediction model of blood stasis pattern of traditional Korean medicine(TKM) using machine learning algorithms: multiple logistic regression and decision tree model. Methods : First, we reviewed the blood stasis(BS) questionnaires of Korean, Chinese, and Japanese version to make a integrated BS questionnaire of patient-reported outcomes. Through a human subject research, patients-reported BS symptoms data were acquired. Next, experts decisions of 5 Korean medicine doctor were also acquired, and supervised learning models were developed using multiple logistic regression and decision tree. Results : Integrated BS questionnaire with 24 items was developed. Multiple logistic regression models with accuracy of 0.92(male) and 0.95(female) validated by 10-folds cross-validation were constructed. By decision tree modeling methods, male model with 8 decision node and female model with 6 decision node were made. In the both models, symptoms of 'recent physical trauma', 'chest pain', 'numbness', and 'menstrual disorder(female only)' were considered as important factors. Conclusions : Because machine learning, especially supervised learning, can reveal and suggest important or essential factors among the very various symptoms making up a pattern identification, it can be a very useful tool in researching diagnostics of TKM. With a proper patient-reported outcomes or well-structured database, it can also be applied to a pre-screening solutions of healthcare system in Mibyoung stage.
Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the surgical outcomes and investigate the feasibility of reduced-port laparoscopic gastrectomy using learning curve analysis in a small-volume center. Materials and Methods: We reviewed 269 patients who underwent laparoscopic distal gastrectomy (LDG) for gastric carcinoma between 2012 and 2017. Among them, 159 patients underwent reduced-port laparoscopic gastrectomy. The cumulative sum technique was used for quantitative assessment of the learning curve. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in the baseline characteristics of patients who underwent conventional and reduced-port LDG, and the operative time did not significantly differ between the groups. However, the amount of intraoperative bleeding was significantly lower in the reduced-port laparoscopic gastrectomy group (56.3 vs. 48.2 mL; P<0.001). There were no significant differences between the groups in terms of the first flatus time or length of hospital stay. Neither the incidence nor the severity of the complications significantly differed between the groups. The slope of the cumulative sum curve indicates the trend of learning performance. After 33 operations, the slope gently stabilized, which was regarded as the breakpoint of the learning curve. Conclusions: The surgical outcomes of reduced-port laparoscopic gastrectomy were comparable to those of conventional laparoscopic gastrectomy, suggesting that transition from conventional to reduced-port laparoscopic gastrectomy is feasible and safe, with a relatively short learning curve, in a small-volume center.
Background: Dental hygienists undergo 3 or 4 years of college education, and dental hygienist education must receive continuous feedback through evaluation. The purpose of this study was to compare the educational performance of students from the Department of Dental Hygiene in 2018 with those from other departments in the healthcare field. Methods: We used data from the National Assessment of Student Engagement in Learning, conducted by the Korean Educational Development Institute in 2018. With the rapid growth of mobile technologies, the mobile learning has been gradually considered as a efficient and effective learning form because it breaks the limitations of learning time and space occurring in the traditional classroom learning. Therefore, this research aims how the learners' m-learning efficacy, ubiquity, perceived usefulness, and ease of use predict perceived learning achievement and satisfaction Participants were 144 11th-grade students in A high school in Kyungnam area, Korea. After studying science class using mobile devices, they responded the following surveys: m-learning efficacy, ubiquity, perceived usefulness, ease of use, and satisfaction. Multiple regression analyses with correlation were applied to this study as a data analysis method. Findings of this study include: (a) m-learning efficacy and perceived usefulness predicted learning satisfaction, (b) perceived usefulness and ubiquity predicted perceived learning achievement. These findings imply that m-learning efficacy, perceived usefulness, ubiquity should be valued to enhance learning outcomes in mobile learning class.
As the value of lifelong learning becomes important, states are making efforts to build a system of lifelong learning. According to this tendency, this paper intends to compare the participation rate of lifelong learning, learning outcomes, learning support infrastructure, support of learning expenses, and recognition of lifelong learning. For the comparative pedagogical approach, Bray and Thomas' cubes such as geographical / regional level, non - geographical demographic statistics, social and educational aspects were utilized. The participation rate of lifelong learning in Korea is 34.4% in 2017, which is lower than the OECD average of 46%. The competency scores of Korean adults were lower than the OECD national averages of the PIAAC survey which measured adult competence, language ability, numeracy, and computer-based problem solving ability. In order to recognize prior learning, EU countries have developed EQFs to evaluate all non-formal and informal learning outcomes, while Korea recognizes qualification as a credit banking credit under the academic credit banking system. International comparisons of lifelong learning can be used as an important tool for diagnosing the actual conditions of lifelong learning in a country and establishing future lifelong learning policies. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain that the comparative pedagogical approach of lifelong learning differs according to the historical context, socioeconomic characteristics, and population dynamics, including the formation process and characteristics of modern countries.
