  • The article discusses the evolution of the development of distance learning in world practice; investigated the essence and modern content of the concepts of "distance learning" and "distance education"; studied the principles of distance learning in the educational process; analyze the use of distance learning in higher educational institutions of Ukraine; substantiated the effectiveness of introducing distance learning into the higher education system; formed new management approaches in the distance learning system; proposals for the organization and improvement of distance learning at the university were developed on the basis of the analysis.

The effect of Adversity Index Perceived by Organizational Members on Entrepreneurial Orientation and Organizational Learning Competency

  • We study confirmed the relationship between the adversity index, entrepreneurial orientation, and organizational learning competency perceived by organizational members as follows. First, the adversity index showed a positive (+) effect on entrepreneurial orientation (hypothesis 1) and organizational learning competency (hypothesis 2). Second, the entrepreneurial orientation was statistically significant in organizational learning competency (hypothesis 3). Third, the partial mediating role of entrepreneurial orientation (Hypothesis 4) was confirmed in the process of the adversity index affecting organizational learning competency. Meanwhile, the main implications of this study are as follows. First, it is the aspect that provides additional theoretical implications in the reality that studies on the adversity index and entrepreneurial orientation that affect organizational learning competency are lacking. Second, it is the aspect that the importance of adversity index and start-up orientation was confirmed in improving organizational learning competency based on securing differentiated competitiveness for the advancement of the organization's sustainability management system. In addition, it is the aspect of drawing practical implications for strategic human resource management and human resource development to systematically improve it.

Relationship between Ambidexterity Learning and Innovation Performance: The Moderating Effect of Redundant Resources

  • Researchers have confirmed the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance, but according to the resource-based theory, the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance is also affected by the internal resources of the organization. Internal resources are an important factor affecting the transformation of learning outcomes into performance. In addition, few scholars have pointed out whether different types of learning have different effects on different types of innovation performance. This study collects data from 170 High-tech enterprises in Shandong, china, and discusses the effects of exploitative learning and explorative learning on management innovation performance and technological innovation performance. This study further examines the moderating role of slack resource on the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance. Results show that ambidexterity learning has positive effect on innovation performance. Compared with exploitative learning, explorative learning has a greater impact on management innovation performance; compared with explorative learning, exploitative learning has a greater impact on technological innovation performances. Slack resource has positive moderating role between the relationship of exploitative learning, explorative learning and technology innovation performance. But Slack resource has no moderating role between the relationship of exploitative learning, explorative learning and management innovation performance.

근로자의 이직의도와 교육훈련내용의 직무연관성, 직무스트레스, 조직커뮤니케이션 및 직무 만족의 관계 (The Effect of Job Relatedness of Content in Learning, Job Stress and Organization Communication on Turnover Intention and Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 2013년도 인적자본기업패널(Human Capital Corporate Panel; HCCP) 자료를 사용하여 교육훈련내용의 직무연관성, 직무스트레스와 조직커뮤니케이션이 직무만족을 매개로 하여 근로자의 이직의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 교육훈련내용의 직무연관성, 직무스트레스와 조직커뮤니케이션을 독립변수, 직무만족을 매개변수 그리고 근로자의 이직의도를 종속변수로 설정하였고 Windows SPSS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육훈련내용의 직무연관성, 직무 스트레스, 조직커뮤니케이션이 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 교육훈련내용의 직무연관성이 높을수록 이직의도가 낮아지는데 직무만족이 매개역할을 함으로써 더 낮출 수 있다. 셋째, 직무만족이 직무 스트레스와 이직의도와의 관계에서 매개역할을 하지만 이직의도를 낮추는데 큰 기여를 한다고 보긴 어렵다. 마지막으로, 조직커뮤니케이션이 원활하게 일어날수록 이직의도는 낮아지는데 직무만족도가 높을 경우 이직의도는 더 낮아지는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 교육훈련내용과 직무스트레스 그리고 조직커뮤니케이션과 직무만족이 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 조직관리 측면에서 대비할 필요가 있다.

간호관리학 교과에서 학습포트폴리오를 활용한 학습활동의 효과 (Effects of Learning Activities on Application of Learning Portfolio in Nursing Management Course)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine effects of a learning portfolio by identifying the learning of nursing students taking a learning portfolio-utilized nursing management class. Methods: A non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used. Participants were 83 senior students taking the nursing management course in one of the Departments of Nursing at 2 Universities. Experimental group (n=42) received a learning portfolio-utilized nursing management class 15 times over 15 weeks (3 hours weekly). Self-directed learning abilities, approaches to learning and learning flow of the participants were examined with self-report structured questionnaires. Data were collected between September 2 and December 16, 2014, and were analyzed using chi-square test, Fisher's exact test, independent t-test and ANCOVA with SPSS/PC version 21.0. Results: After the intervention the experimental group showed significant increases in self-directed learning abilities, deep approaches to learning and learning flow compared to the control group. However, no significant difference was found between groups for surface approaches to learning. Conclusion: Learning activities using the learning portfolios could be effective in cultivating the learning competency for growth of knowledge, technology and professionalism by increasing personal concentration and organization ability of the nursing students so that they can react to the rapidly changing environment.

공학계열 일학습병행제 학생의 자아존중감과 학습전이가 조직몰입도에 미치는 영향 - 자기효능감을 매개로 (The Influence of Self-esteem and Transfer of Learning on Organizational Commitment, in Korean Work-Learning Dual System of Engineering Students - Mediated by Self-efficacy)

  • This study attempted to develop an efficient management plan that allows both workers and organizations to coexist by analyzing the factors that influence the level of organizational immersion of engineering students. Analysis methods included frequency analysis, t-test, pearson correlation analysis, and hierarchical analysis. Firstly, self-esteem and transfer of learning were influential factors on organizational commitment. Second, self-esteem and transfer of learning were influencing factors of self-efficacy. Third, self-efficacy was an influential factor in organizational commitment. Fourth, self-efficacy appeared as a mediating effect on self-esteem and organizational immersion in learning transfer. Therefore, it is necessary to look for various factors that can increase self-efficacy, and to find opportunities for students to be highly immersed in the organization while studying at the same time.

The Effect of Shared Leadership perceived by organizational members on Team Learning Behavior and Team Effectiveness

  • The purpose of this study sought to determine the impact of shared leadership perceived by organizational members on team effectiveness and team learning behavior. For this purpose, the results of the empirical analysis of 206 organizational members are as follows. First, shared leadership was analyzed to improve team effectiveness. Second, shared leadership had a positive effect on team learning behavior. Third, team learning behavior was statistically significantly analyzed for team effectiveness. This study confirmed the importance of shared leadership, which has a positive impact on team effectiveness and team learning behavior. This may require building a new culture that can demonstrate the inherent leadership of organizational members in the influence relationship between shared leadership, team effectiveness, and team learning behavior. In other words, in order to systematically demonstrate and implement shared leadership, the execution ability of executives, managers, and working-level managers is important. To this end, it is necessary to build an organizational culture that matches the characteristics of the organization and develop and continuously implement human resource development systems and programs that can implement this.

지식의 탐색(Exploration)과 활용(Exploitation)이 개방형협업의 성과에 미치는 영향: 오픈소스 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트를 중심으로 (Impacts of Exploitation and Exploration on Performance of Open Collaboration: Focus on Open Source Software Development Project)

  • With rapid development of information and communication technologies, open collaboration can be eased through the Internet. Open source software, as a representative area of open collaboration, is developed and adopted to various fields. In this research, based on organizational learning theory, we examine the impacts of exploration and exploitation on innovation performance in open source software development projects. We define knowledge exploration as a number of developers from outside organization and knowledge exploitation as the ratio of member of an organization who participated in an open source software project managed by the organization. For analysis, we collect data of 4794 projects from github which is a representative open source software development platform using Web crawler developed by Python. As a result, we find that excessive exploration has curvilinear (invers U-shape) relationship on project performance. On the other hand, exploitation with enough external developers will positively impact on project performance.

사회복지조직의 시장 지향성, 학습지향성, 조직성과의 구조적 인과관계 탐색 연구 : 바우처 사업을 수행하고 있는 조직을 중심으로 (Exploratory study on Structural Causal Relation of Market Orientation, Learning Orientation, and Organizational Performance in Social Welfare Organizations : Focused on Voucher Program Organizations)

  • 본 연구는 바우처 사업을 중심으로 형성된 사회서비스 시장에서 사회복지조직의 조직 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 일환으로 시장지향성, 학습지향성, 조직 성과 간의 구조적 관계에 대한 실증적 분석을 시도하였다. 자료수집대상은 보건복지부 바우처 사업을 수행하고 있는 7대 광역시 사회복지조직이며, 자료는 총 203곳의 기관으로부터 확보되였다. 자료에 대한 분석은 기본적인 기술통계 및 구조방정식을 이용한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 시장지향성, 학습지향성, 조직성과 간의 구조적 관계는 측정모형에 대한 적합도 계수가 TLI = .92, CFI = .90, RMSEA = .02로, 유의미하게 나타났다. 조직성과에 대해서 시장지향성, 학습지향성 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 시장지향성과 학습지향성이 조직성과에 대해 직접효과 혹은 간접효과가 있는지 분석한 결과, 시장지향성과 학습지향성은 모두 조직성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 하고, 부분매개변수로 작용하여 영향을 미치기도 하였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 바우처 사업을 수행하고 있는 사회복지조직들은 바우처 사회서비스 시장에 대한 관련 정보 수집 및 공유, 조직 대응에 필요한 조직학습이 필요하다는 실천적 함의를 가지게 되었다.

A Case Study on the Performance Evaluation of a Not-for-Profit Organization by the Balanced Scorecard Perspectives: Focused on the Korea Shipping Association

  • This paper aims to examine the use of the Balanced Scorecard in a not-for-profit organization (the Korea Shipping Association). The KSA has begun using the Balanced Scorecard paradigm in its strategic planning process. In this paper an overview is presented of the basic concepts of the Balanced Scorecard including the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The accounting system and its pros and cons of the KSA are then surveyed in terms of its performance evaluation. The application of the Balanced Scorecard approach to the KSA is discussed in detail. Implications in using the Balanced Scorecard are discussed. Finally, conclusions regarding the use of the Balanced Scorecard in a not-for-profit organization are presented. Through this paper, the comprehensive understanding of the performance evaluation for not-for-profit organizations as the KSA would be promoted.
