This research studied learning model for the purpose of renovation of mathematics teaching methods. Especially, this research classified the types of cooperative learning, the theoretical background for cooperative learning, the need of cooperative learning in school mathematics, and the differences between cooperative learning and traditional small group learning, This research also suggested special features of cooperative learning and various types of cooperative learning models. The main types of cooperative learning which this research supported are TAI(Team-Assisted Individualization, JIGSAW cooperative learning, JIGSAW II cooperative learning, JIGSAW III cooperative learning, STAD(Student Team-Achievement division) cooperative learning, and TGT(Teams-Games-Tournament).

At present, our society is reducing the birth rate, and the school population is decreasing, but multicultural students are facing the increasing social phenomenon. We all need to make sure that bilingual teaching and learning is effective for children of multicultural families who need to live in the days of Phono Sapiens so that they can live confidently as members of our society. To this end, there is a great need for a bilingual teaching and learning method that enables children from multicultural families to be free from language and cultural prejudice and to actively communicate and interact. In this paper, we propose a customized bilingual education method that applies various teaching and learning methods according to the development cycle, school age, and Korean language ability of children of multicultural families. The proposed bilingual teaching method for children of multicultural families is a teaching and learning method that applies the Waldorf teaching principle.

Purpose - In the 21st century, as information technology advances alongside the emergence of the 4th generation, industrial age, industrial environment has become individualized and customized. It is important to hire good quality employees for good service in the industry. The e-learning market is growing every year. Although e-learning companies are finding better quality employees in e-learning, it is not easy to find it. Companies also spend a lot of time and cost to find employee. On the employees side, they want to get a job freely when they want, but they cannot find their job easily. Furthermore, the labor market environment is changing fast. In the 4th generation, industrial age, employers require to find manpower whenever they need and want at little cost. So of their own accord, we have considered the necessity of management of human resources for employees and employers in e-learning. The purpose of this study is to propose a human cloud platform framework for enabling an efficient management of human resources in e-learning industry. Research design, data, and methodology - To pinpoint the items of a human cloud platform framework, the study was initiated according to the following process. First, items of competency relating to e-learning instructional designer was analyzed. Second, based on the items of information from this analysis, selection and validity verification took place with 5 e-learning specialists group. Third, the opinion of experts who were in charge of hiring in e-learning companies were collated with the questionnaire. Lastly, the human cloud platform framework was proposed based on opinion results. Results - The framework was comprised of 7 domains and 27 items in order to develop the human cloud platform for e-learning instructional designer. The analysis results showed that the most highly considered item were 'skill (4.60)' that employee already have the capability. Following this (in order) were 'project type (4.56)', 'work competency (4.56)', and 'strength area of instructional design (4.52)'. Conclusions - The 27 items in the human cloud platform framework were suggested in this study. Following this, we can consider to develop the human cloud platform for finding a job and hiring e-learning instructional designer easily. For successful platform operation, we need to consider reliability between employer and employee. In addition, we need quality assurance system based on operation has public confidence.

No-code machine learning tools is a platform that enables machine learning functions to be performed without engineers or developers. The latest No-Code machine learning tools run in your browser, so you don't need to install any additional software, and the simple GUI interface makes them easy to use. Using these platforms can save you a lot of money and time because there is less skill and less code to write. No-Code machine learning tools make it easy to understand artificial intelligence and machine learning. In this paper, we examine No-Code machine learning tools and compare their features.

This study is to develop Korean version of the 7 Learning Style Inventory(LSI) for IT major Students by systematic translation process and to test learning style of IT major University students. Translated and developed Korean version of LSI was verified of validity by comparing with existing V.A.K. learning style model. We can develop various tactics for 7 learning styles of students. Once the learning style of each student is confirmed, customized teaching for individual and team can be done more efficiently through teaching and learning strategies according to each learning style. Developed LSI was applied to the IT major students of two classes from Chungwoon University in Incheon. Results of LSI survey show that learning styles of 24 students out of 35 students from two classes are matched with V.A.K. learning styles of same students. It was 68.6% match in learning style, and shows that validity of 7 LSI. We need to elaborate Korean questionnaires of the LSI more, and extend and apply to the non-IT major students group.

We need the customized e-Learning service according to not only developing the wireless mobile and hardware technology, also developing the multimedia process skills. Especially, the beginner who start to learn the first programming course must be provided the personalized learning. The beginner require the repeated practices to obtain the programming skills, also they reveal the different learning effects following the learner capability In this paper. we develop a new e-Learning contents which give the individual service for learner and show the simulation which is program execution to maximize the learning effects.

Construction industry still requires a lot of laborers to perform a project despite of advance in technologies, and improving labor productivity is an important strategy for successful project management. Since repetitive construction works exhibits learning effect, understanding laborers' learning phenomenon therefore allows managers to have improved labor productivity. In this context, previous research efforts quantified individual laborer's learning effect, though numerous construction works are performed in group. In other words, previous research about labor learning assumed that sum of individual's productivity is same as group productivity. Also, managers in construction sites need understanding about group learning behavior for dealing with labor performance problem. To address these issues, the authors investigate what variables affect laborers' group level learning process and develop conceptual model as a basic tool of productivity estimation regarding group learning. Based on the result of this research, it is possible to understand forming mechanism of learning within the group level. Further, this research may contribute to maximizing laborers' productivity in construction sites.

Purpose: It has been attempted to support mother of premature infants by providing information of premature infant care using e-Learning because premature infants need continuous care from birth to after discharge. Method: The e-Learning Program for mother of premature was developed with Xpert, Namo web editor, Adobe Photoshop, and PowerPoint and applied for 4 weeks from 4 to 30 September 2006. Result: 1) We found that the contents of information which premature infants' need when being in the hospital and after discharge were the definition of a premature infant, orientation of NICU, care of premature infants, care of premature infants' common diseases, the connection of healthcare resources, exchange of information, and the management of rearing stress. 2) The program content consisted of cause of premature birth, comparison to full-term baby, physiology character, orientation of NICU, common health problems, follow up care, infection control, feeding, normal development physically and mentally, weaning method, and vaccination. Conclusion: Considering the results, this program for mother of premature is a useful means to provide premature-care information to mothers. This information can be readily accessible and can be varied and complex enough to be able to help mothers to the information and assistance they require.

Purpose: The purpose of study was to describe and evaluate the educational status regarding clinical practicum for child health nursing to facilitate student's clinical compliance for the bachelor's degree in Korea. Methods: The study was a descriptive study and included data from 40 institutions among the 53 university nursing programs in Korea(75.5% response rate). Data were collected using mailed semi structured questionnaires and content analysis was done. Results: Findings show that most institutions have common learning objectives for the clinical practicum; neonatal care, high risk infant care, hospitalized child care, and advanced nursing practice. The mode for theoretical credits in child health nursing was 5 to 6 and 3 to 4 credits for clinical practice. The practice settings were prepared to provide diverse experiences, including childcare centers, and community centers with various learning activities. Evaluation for learning outcomes included faculty and instructors. It was pointed out that updating evaluation based on student and faculty feedback is important for a comprehensive practicum evaluation. Conclusions: Findings suggest that there is a -need for a generalized curriculum for clinical practicum and for the expanding role of advanced nursing practice-, a need for diverse clinical settings for practice, and effective guidance and learning activities. It is significantly noted that the attitude and teaching methodologies of clinical instructor's are highly important to effective clinical learning outcomes.
