지역사회 역량강화 전략을 이용한 재가 허약여성노인의 운동유지 프로그램 개발 (Developing a Community Capacity Builded Exercise Maintenance Program for Frail Elderly Women)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a community capacity builded exercise maintenance program for frail elderly women. Methods: As a guideline to develop the exercise maintenance program, the intervention mapping framework, including needs assessment, setting program goals, selecting theory-informed intervention methods, producing program components, planning program implementation and evaluation, was used. Focus group interviews with public health nurses and frail elderly women were conducted for needs assessment. Intervention strategies and components were formulated based on community capacity theory. Results: The developed exercise maintenance program consisted of strategies focusing on leadership development, partnership construction, organization development, community systematization of dimension of community capacity. A exercise maintenance program using health leader, health contract, exercise pocketbook, rhythmic activity suiting song and self-help group was included. Conclusion: The intervention mapping method was found to be useful to develop theory-based valid and community capacity builded exercise maintenance strategies for frail elderly women.

Resisting capacity of Korean traditional wooden structural systems subjected to static loading

  • This paper investigates the structural behavior of Korean traditional wooden structures on the basis of the structural analysis using the commercialized program, SAP 2000. All the structural systems were analyzed, and the rotational stiffness at each joint was inferred from the experimental result for a half scale model of Bongjeong-sa (a temple in South Korea). In addition, the artificial control of analysis parameters was prevented because the structural analysis was focused on the realization of the most exact structural behavior of real structures. The analysis was carried out for the horizontal and vertical static loads, and all the secondary members were excluded in the structural analysis. The obtained results show that the resisting capacity of the primary structural system is greater than that of the expanding structural system.

Critical Factors Affecting the Innovation Activities of Businesses: Evidence from Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam

  • The study investigates the factors influencing the innovation activities in the enterprises in the Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam. By employing the dataset from a survey in 200 typical enterprises in Binh Dinh and using the Exploratory Factor Analysis and regression analysis, we found that there are eight factor groups affecting the innovation activities of enterprises. They include management of innovation promotion; market research capacity; leadership inspiring innovation; culture of innovation; human resources for implementing innovation; network connection; disseminating/sharing knowledge; and impact of producing/serving technology. All these factors strongly affect the innovation activities, which plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of the Vietnamese enterprises, with the statistical significance level at 1%. Moreover, findings also show that, among these factors, the market research capacity is the strongest determinant of the innovation activity in the enterprise. An increase of 1 point of capacity of market research will increase the innovation activities in the enterprise by 0.114 point. It is followed by the management of promoting innovation, leadership inspiring innovation, and disseminating and sharing knowledge, with 0.104, 0.103 and 0.102 score, respectively. On the other hand, network connection is the weakest factor, with the score of 0.07 point.

민간경비원의 셀프리더십과 임파워먼트 및 조직혁신행동의 관계 (Relation of Self Leadership and Empowerment and Organization Innovation Action in Private Security Guard)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 민간경비원의 셀프리더십과 임파워먼트 및 조직혁신행동의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2011년 서울소재 민간경비회사에서 재직하고 있는 민간경비원들을 모집단으로 설정한 후 유의표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 293명이다. 분석방법은 SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석, 경로분석 등을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 .831이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원의 셀프리더십은 임파워먼트에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 행위 중심 전략, 자연적 보상 전략이 잘 이루어질수록 영향력과 의미성은 증대된다. 또한 건설적 사고 전략, 자연적 보상 전략이 잘 이루어질수록 역량/자기결정력은 증대된다. 둘째, 민간경비원의 셀프리더십은 조직혁신행동에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 행위 중심 전략이 잘 이루어질수록 혁신행동은 증대된다. 또한, 건설적 사고 전략, 행위 중심 전략, 자연적 보상 전략이 잘 이루어질수록 조직의 혁신성과는 증대된다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 임파워먼트는 조직혁신행동에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 영향력, 의미성이 증대될 경우 혁신행동, 혁신성과는 높다. 넷째, 민간경비원의 셀프리더십은 임파워먼트 및 조직혁신행동에 직간접적인 영향을 미친다. 즉, 임파워먼트는 셀프리더십과 조직혁신행동을 매개하는 중요한 변수이다.

변혁적 리더십과 교육훈련제공이 조직성과에 미치는 영향 : H기업의 긍정심리와 조직후원인식의 역할을 중심으로 (Effects of Transformational Leadership and Training Program on the Organizational Performance: Focused on Positive Psychology and Perceived Organizational Support)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 변혁적 리더십, 교육훈련제공, 긍정심리, 조직후원인식, 그리고 조직성과의 영향관계에 대하여 탐구하는 것이었다. 연구의 결과는 긍정심리는 변혁적 리더십에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 기업차원의 교육훈련제공 또한 긍정심리에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 긍정 심리는 조직후원인식과 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직후원인식은 다시 조직성과와 유의미한 정(+)의 관계가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 결론적으로 리더는 긍정심리 형성에 기여할 수 있는 리더십을 함양해 나가야 하며, 기업은 조직차원에서 구성원에게 교육프로그램을 통해 긍정심리를 향상시키고, 결국 이렇게 형성된 긍정심리는 조직후원인식과 조직성과에 영향을 미치게 될 것이다. 이러한 결과는 긍정심리 이론을 축적하는데 기여하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

간호학생을 위한 국제보건역량강화 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effect of a Global Health Capacity Building Program for Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study developed a short-term education program aiming to strengthen global health capacity in nursing students, and examined the effects of the program. Methods: The subjects of this study were 83 students recruited from 29 nursing colleges. Domestic workshops and overseas training in the Philippines were offered. For data collection and analysis, the triangulation method was adopted. Results: Students' critical thinking disposition and global leadership capacity were significantly increased. Thematic content analysis derived fifteen themes: expansion of global health, understanding of cultural diversity, vision of being a global leader, cultivation of communication skills, open mind toward people with different culture, pride and vocation, understanding of nursing in foreign countries, understanding of visiting nurse service, sustainability, understanding of local needs and environments, and education methods with an emphasis on participants, broader view and thinking of the world, reflection on the characteristics of a nurse, development through cooperation, and development through programs. Conclusion: The global health capacity building program improved nursing students' view of global health and nursing care. It is needed to develop continuously diverse global health capacity-building programs for nursing students.

권역단위 농촌지역개발사업의 주민역량 측정을 위한 설문도구개발 (Development of a Survey Table for Measurement Regional Community Capacity on Rural Development Project of Region Unit)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop survey tools for diagnosis of capacity levels in business promotion of rural residents when performing a rural development project of a regional unit. The cases of previous studies were analyzed to select community capacity indicators related to a rural development project. Five indicators were derived : social capital, consciousness of participation, community spirit, and leadership. Based on the five indicators, measurement items of various capacities were selected and 54 survey items were selected through evaluation of experts twice. The pilot tests were conducted and targeted at Jeonnam song ho-jung village and Gyeongnam Haegeumgang village to identify derived survey items. In addition, descriptive statistic analysis and reliability analysis were conducted. As a result, survey items were corrected by reducing 10 items of the total 54 items. This results showed that using this tool could help us understand capacity levels of rural residents.

창업지원정책이 기업가정신에 미치는 영향: 중소벤처기업부 팁스(TIPS) 지원사업을 중심으로 (The Effect of Startup Support Policy on Entrepreneurship: Focusing on TIPS Support Projects by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups)

  • 본 연구는 중소벤처기업부 팁스(TIPS) 지원사업이 팁스 창업기업의 기업가정신에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 연구대상에 해당하는 팁스 창업기업은 팁스(TIPS) 지원사업에 선정되어 사업화자금, 보육시설, 역량강화 프로그램에 모두 참가하였고, 민간투자 유치까지 받은 기업으로 선정하였다. 팁스 창업기업 13개사를 대상으로 2022년 1월 14일부터 2022년 3월 11일까지 약 8주간 1:1 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 본 연구를 위해 팁스(TIPS) 지원사업을 세분화하여 사업화자금, 보육시설, 역량강화 프로그램 그리고 민간투자 유치 총 4가지로 분류하였으며, 기업가정신 요인은 혁신성, 도전정신, 리더십, 위험감수 총 4가지로 구분하였다. 심층 인터뷰 결과, 팁스(TIPS) 지원사업이 기업가 정신 요소에 미치는 영향력은 도전정신, 혁신성, 위험감수, 리더십 순으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보면 사업화자금은 혁신성과 위험감수, 보육시설은 도전정신과 위험감수, 역량강화 프로그램은 도전정신과 리더십, 민간투자 유치는 혁신성과 도전정신에 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 민간투자 주도형 기술창업지원 프로그램인 팁스(TIPS) 지원사업이 2013년 도입 후 2022년 3월 말 기준으로 약 10년 차를 맞이하였으며, 그간 민간투자실적, 고용률 등 가시적인 성과 중심으로 보고서가 작성되었다. 또한, 본 연구를 통해 팁스(TIPS) 지원사업이 팁스 창업기업에게 기업가정신 함양에 기여했는지를 분석해봄으로써 양적 성장뿐 아니라 질적 성장에도 긍정적인 영향력을 미치고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

여성농업인의 공동체의식이 주민참여에 미치는 영향 -지역농업리더역량의 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Effect of Female Farmers' Sense of Community on Resident Participation -Focusing on Mediating Effects on Regional Agriculture Leader's Capacity-)

  • This study aims to examine the moderating effect of regional agricultural leader's capacity between the sense of community of female farmers and the resident participation. A survey was conducted on 312 female farmers from October 20 to November 19, 2020. The main results of the analysis are as follows. First, it showed that the higher the sense of community, the higher the awareness of resident participation. Second, it was found that the sense of community had a positive effect on resident participation as self-directed learning capability was higher, and that self-directed learning capability had a moderating effect on the relationship between the sense of community and the resident participation. Third, regional agricultural leadership capacity was found to have a moderating effect in the relationship between the sense of community and the resident participation.

지역사회 자발적 결사체의 연결망과 지역사회 역량 (The Network Analysis for Community Voluntary Organizations and Its Implication for Community Capacity Building Toward Health Promotion)

  • The paradigm of health promotion requests community participation and its active problem-solving. Community is conceptualized as a resource pool to be organized. Such resource is called community capacity. Community participation is a process of capacity building. Community voluntary associations are considered as valuable resource to be used for health promotion. This paper tried to identify the network structure among community voluntary associations and to infer the possibility to make such network of organizations participate in health promotion programs. Two survey data were used for this research: 1) Measurements and Evaluations of Community Capacity on Dobong-gu (N=94) 2) A development plan of health medicine service to be Healthy Gangdong-gu (N=69). The questionnaire included such variables measuring community capacity as leadership, membership, organizational resources, and inter-organizational network, etc. Both regions had the following common characteristics: 1) There were positive correlations between the organization's budget and membership. 2) Organizational types were associated with their founded years. Two regions showed the following differences: Dobong displayed the high density of community organizations, but Gangdong showed the low density. Dobong community organizations were able to be classified into three network clusters such as women & environments, youth & adolescent, and sports organizations. Each cluster of organizations favored the different type of health promotion programs. Gangdong community organizations were less developed, and not possible to be clustered. Depending upon the level of community capacity or community organizations' differentiation, the strategy of community participation could be settle down in different ways. Particularly the health agency had to pay more attention to support the growth of civil organizations.
